The food was gorgeous, buffet style, great variety.

All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good.

The egg chef at breakfast was great, omelette's were so tasty.

Again this is trending and you should consider your strategies and adapt, The star of the show was breakfast so make sure you have a good one.

Had an early pick up coming home so missed breakfast

When it rained one of the days, we were greeted at breakfast with a flower for the ladies and a chocolate for the men.

We stayed B&B which was a good decision as the food is excellent, fresh and a continental mix of all sorts.

but have ordered pizzas for lunch from the bar which have been delicious.

We also enjoyed one of the best massages we have ever had in their spa and their cocktails were just delicious so a wonderful combination and perfect holiday, can’t wait to return next year!

They offered and let us use the Apple mac computer there and suggested we try and track our phones quickly.

Food - breakfast sooo much to choose from, great selection!

We were B&B and breakfast was amazing, everything you could want.

The beach bar was a plus and the food delicious.

Food was beautiful with fizz for breakfast.

Some meals were better than others, I preferred breakfast whereas my partner preferred the evening meal.

The quality of ingredients, the cooking and how it was served in general was very poor in my opinion.

Mainly lukewarm at best, and a poor repetative choice.

Finally the entertainment is very poor and no notice to say what is going on, and when you are by the pool nobody comes round to see if you want a drink  I think the hotel is missing a trick to make more money and mack guests fell comfortable.

Long story short there is one dirty dirty pool, incredibly poor food, noisy poor quality rooms and the sea view they claim as sea view is 90% parking lot 5% pool area, 5% sea view.

The food was poor at best, I’m not a fussy eater at all and after
2 days we had had enough and decided not to eat there any more as it was full of fat  cold and generally not nice.

Mention has been made in other reviews of poor food in the restaurant.

The cleaning of the rooms was really poor - no cups or glasses changed during the whole week we stayed and the surfaces were never wiped.

but sadly the entertainment and the such poor food choice let the hotel down massively.

but beware there is a slope down into the sea which could be dangerous for non or poor swimmers.

The remainder of options were poor quality.

The food on the other hand ran from the remit; poor, bad and indifferent.

Poor quality, limited choice , reminiscent of poor motorway service stations in the 80's.

What was disappointing for an all-inclusive hotel was the poor selection of “free” cocktails on the menu, only two.

but from previous holidays we have had this is very poor.

The steam room, jacuzzi and sauna was a bonus when the weather was poor.

but equally some nights the music / entertainment was poor .

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, it is immaculately clean, the pools are fabulous, bar prices reasonable and the choice of food is incredible at the buffet.

Breakfast is a delight. Served until 12 noon and brim full of delicious and tempting food ( and an odd bottle of Cava!!)

I don't have one critism, the staff are great, breakfast is great, food by the pool is great.

The breakfast staff are very attentive and really welcoming.

Food choice hot or cold in the mornings was always fresh and plentiful and breakfast service was until 11am which is absolutely perfect if you have been out enjoying a late night.

but instead I got a room facing the strip so I didn’t get much sleep due to the noise going on untill 4 in the morning ,lovely food ,a bit repetitive but still so lovely ,wine is cheap there and the musician that plays the guitar is amazing .also has a amazing massage from Lourdes ,I wish she was one of the front desk staff the most friendliest lady Thankyou Lourdes

although I haven't stayed at any of the other hotels, I'm going to book with them again, largely due to the friendly staff and its proximity to everything.

but due to circumstances we won’t, sadly.

We had a problem with our room (due to a weird smell) and there was no problem to change the room and locate us on the same floor in a similar size room.

I requested this type of room due to business of the road at the front of the hotel (good shout if you like to plan ahead.

Didn't get to hotel till 2am due to transfer delays.

The downstairs pool was shaded most of the day, due to the time of the year I suspect, when the sun is lower in the sky.

but there is nothing that can be done to change this due to the way the hotel is built.

but no issues with noise at all due to quality build .

however we could never get a sunbed on the rooftop pool due to the usual reserving of sunbeds.

Would defiantly recommend if you are staying in Loret De Mar, the town itself is such a let down due to the notorious Brits Abroad!

Two small negatives not much storage for clothes and the toilet was a wet room due to it being suitable for disabled people the water from the shower did not fully drain away as such 70% of the floor had lying water until the cleaner swabbed it out the following day.

The hotel had not put the air conditioning on during our first night and with the heat we could not open the patio door due to the noise from the above properties music and the noises revellers in the taxi rank directly outside the hotel entrance.

Early in the morning it became very hot in the room due to the sun and the AC not working as it should.

Lloret de Mar is quite a commercial area with quite a few groups of stag groups due to the night clubs and bars,

Courtyard pool unfortunately due to time of year for our stay, hardly got used, due to lack of sunshine able to get through.

but due to the location will be very cold even in summer.

We struggled to sleep in our first room due to noise from the hotel next door until 4am and then from 7:30am.

but this doesn’t get the sun, due to the height of the hotel.

but tiny balcony which was unsuitable due to the wife's vertigo.Second room was more than adequate but could do with more drawer storage and perhaps a bidet and some would like a bath.Can't fault the shower especially the large rainwater head.Major plus in all the rooms was the free fridge,safe and wi-fi.We had to move for the last couple of nights due to the inconsiderate behaviour and noise from the adjoining Flamingo clientele.

Quite a few nights poor sleep and we overheard reception staff telling guests that the hotel was full so didn't bother asking for a swap.

without launching into a Brexit tirade, the euro rate is poor and so the cheap European holiday seems to have gone.

On the occasion I had to complain to the food hall manager about poor service and being ignored he simply shrugged his shoulders despite me pointing out the offending member of staff he did nothing.

but we had poor weather so didn't use it.

The cooked food was terrible-always cold and very poor quality and choice.

The food is cold with poor quality cuts of meat and poor quality fish.

Food was awful and of a very poor standard.

The room was tiny probably the worse i have ever stayed in here.

The room we had was so small we just about managed to open the front door, there was no iron and when asked for an iron had to pay 20 euros deposit for a burnt iron which marked our clothes and burnt through my top leaving it with a massive hole on the back, its unwearable now.

Rooms are tiny, you can barely walk around two pushed together beds, Bathroom,

The only reason for my 4* rating is that I did find the rooms quite small.

So varied and everything we had was delicious!

Pancakes and waffles on some of the days.

Restaurant food was plentiful and so much choice, fresh meat and fish every night.

Breakfast had a good variety and you could have scrambled egg or omelets made to order.

We were half board and breakfast was always nice too.

The bottle of wine at lunch and dinner is a nice touch.

They were able to do Gluten Free:, pasta, pizza, sausages, chips, omlette, potato, rice, puddings, such as mouse, muffins, choc cake, jelly, ice cream of course, cooked breakfasts, toast, cereal, Just ask them for whatever you fancy and they will try and do it for you.

The only bright spot were the large nutella pumps that our kids took advantage of every day at breakfast.

Went all inclusive the drinks selection for adults and children was fine, the food had a large selection from fresh cooked options (waffles, omelette, meats) chilled section, fruit, breads, cheeses.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was available in main restaurant with good enough times

The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a good range of fresh meat and fish each day.

For breakfast there is a lot of continental and again staff cooking fresh eggs and waffles.

..it was on too late and some of it was poor.

Restaurant poor selection and children and adults with their hands in all the food and not using nippers.

On the other hand the food was of poor quality!

In particular, the vegetarian options (or lack thereof) were very poor.

The poor staff couldn’t keep up with them which therefore left long waits for food.

but we got caught in a down poor and were that drenched we had to go back to the hotel starving.

We ended up eating out for 4 evening meals as, unmourned humble view, the food so poor and cold, and I’ve never, never had peas or broccoli for breakfast before.

The Kids club was pretty poor, not really exciting for our 7 & 8yo, even our 3yo twins were pretty bored after a couple of days.

As we arrived early evening the diner was open for dinner so we sat down and got the children sat and sorted when the waitress came over and offered us water and a choice of wine to have with our meals (we came all inclusive) 
The food all week was very poor choice all day long every day, we still managed to eat

but food staff, waiters and bar staff are blunt and quite frankly rude with little regard for your feelings with very poor manners.

Cold, tasteless, repetitive and very little selection, overall just very poor quality.

Entertainment pretty poor and entertainment staff a bit lack luster.

The self serve bar with drinks & food next to the pool was really handy if didn't want to get changed for restaurant at lunch time or drinks throughout the day if there was a queue at pool bar.

The meals were served in the main restaurant and at opening times they did have a bit of a queue

You can also get drinks from pool bar in day time (though sometimes a queue with those buying as not on all inclusive) and disco bar for drinks in evening.

There was no queuing for sun beds or needing to get up mega early for them.

I have to admit I had to queue a while for pancakes

The only downsides to our stay were out of the control of the hotel, kids touching / dropping food in the restaurant, people piling their plates up high then leaving the majority of the food, jumping the queue  and people smoking / vaping around the pool (despite the signs requesting you not to).

As when leaving breakfast we would see people queuing to get in.

The kids loved the different slides and none were too full of queues .

The pool bar is also good there would tend to be the odd queue throughout the day there if I had one small criticism it would be that one or two more members of staff were needed at parts of the day, if there were two on and a food order was made it would be left down to one serving whilst they cooked.

The pool bar was always under staffed and a few people in line waiting, not what you go on holiday for.

It’s like being in a queue at Alton Towers on a very very busy day.

We always got up early for breakfast (couldn't even have a lie-in), as very long queues to get into canteen after 9am.

but struggled with the foods I only stood at the grill bit twice and one of the times my fish was practically raw it had just been sealed on either side so I personally couldn’t eat it, also the queues for the grills were manic the dining room in general was manic on an evening but this may have been due to the time of year I’m not sure!

You may on occasion have to queue at the restaurant for a minute or two if it's busy.

Families started queuing around 7pm as it was extremely busy.

Restaurant: morning breakfast never queue by the door .

Long queues to get in and people were so ignorant at the serving stations.

Dinner was not available until 7.30pm so this caused queues outside the restaurant as many families wanted to get their children fed if they bought it forward an hour there would be less queues and not so busy in the first hour of opening restaurant.

Full made to order breakfast with plenty of extras including fresh squeezed orange juice and champagne if you want a mimosa.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was sumptuous and included gluten-free options as I'm intolerant to gluten.

Breakfast on the inside terrace was a perfect way to start the day.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming.Lovely breakfast sitting with a view to the sea - we shall definitely be returning to this beautiful hôtel.

Spotlessly clean and we liked that they always cleaned when we were having breakfast.

We enjoyed every minute starting with the stained-glass morning sun light pouring into our spacious room and then gorging ourselves on a sumptuous breakfast.

Since we were leaving early the last day , they even got some take away breakfast ready !

Add to that the wonderful breakfast experience and the high standard of cleanliness.

The breakfast was very tasty - both a la cart and buffet available.

The location, room, breakfast and especially the staff were all superb. We arrived feeling rather dejected as our luggage had been mislaid (in Manchester airport!)

While booking this hotel months ago, I had called them to provide credit card information and had talked to Teresa.

the Diana charges 4.5 euros for a small tub of Hagen-Das icecream.

but our driver for the return did not accept a credit card payment.

Do bring euros or a debit card - there is no place in town to change US dollars to euros.

Afternoon tea and cakes (no charge) was a real surprise.

At the very least, they should not have charged us for the day that they so rudely intruded and used our room.

this is being written en route from Spain so without restaurant card). Superb!

but we could not find the prepaid cards anywhere and eventually had to sign up over the net reading spanish.

Be careful
- You will be charged 7 Euros a day for a parking that is quite far away
- Rooms with view on the small plaza are VERY noisy as is the whole hotel in general

Breakfast highlights were fried eggs, fresh orange juice and nespresso coffee (milk was weird and sweet though).

a magnificent hotel, everything was perfect, room 459 spacious and clean, up to date, the buffet is Excellent, varied and of quality,
Ms. Rosa from the restaurant is an adorable, very professional person who took great care of us, she creates an atmosphere of joy to all the people who visit the restaurant, thank you very much .

but loved the freshly griddled eggs with bacon etc.

The buffet meals offered an enormous choice of fresh food with tons of fruit and vegetables and salads as well as things like pizza, chips, grilled fish and excellent pork and other meat.

The food breakfast that was included was very nice, the Mexican restaurant called la pergola wow I've never had a food like that it was disgusting I ordered fajitas I expected fajitas

Hotel was in great location about 10-12 mins walk to the beach front - has lovely specious pool for young and old sun-beds were always available  - its throughout very clean - has modern rooms with a/c - specious canteen serving great choice of breakfast - vast variety of lunch and dinners both for veg and non vegetarian .My wife is a vegetarian and throughout the week she had ample choice of tasty food with Chef Kiko and Abdul proving excellent service with a smile.Hotel has a Great reception and relaxation area with bar and extremely helpful staff .

We stayed as a family of eight in early august the ona brava hotel  was  very pleasant with spacious accommodation and adequate breakfast and evening meal.

Great choice of food during breakfast, lunch & dinner which cater for all needs.

Really loved to start my day with a nice breakfast buffet (healthy options included :-)) .

The staff in the buffet restaurant were amazing - friendly and very efficient.

The breakfast staff were very friendly in particular Manoli and Maria.

The half board option was very good and the restaurant has a great choice of food at breakfast and dinner.

Guided to a vacant table and card system showed it was occupied as we went to collect our food from buffet.

Breakfast has a vast selection, with all types of options, they actually have a nespresso machine, which is nice thing for coffee lovers.

Labelling for food is poor,  can’t read the signs.

but we found it to very quite too quite in fact there was no entertainment anywhere the entertainment in the hotel wax very poor.

If you don't come with a closed packaged price you should look for something else because the only thing you will find here is an overcrowded buffet (allowing 200 people in at the same time running for food as it was the end of the world), dirty rooms and a little artificial town with poor reputation.

but presentation is very poor and choices are limited.

Had a bad experience in the pergola restaurant it was like we didn't exist, poor service food not so good, it is by the pool on the road part of the hotel

The furniture is formica and in poor condition, with lots of cracks.

We have one criticism and that is the poor air-con.

although some of the produce was of a very poor quality and tasted odd, especially the marmalade and jam.

Although we had a premium room, it was basic, poor choice of tv for children after long days out, sometimes you just want to be able to pop the tv on for an hour so everyone can get some down time or peace whilst getting ready to go out.

Outdoor Pool was cold ( due to poor weather the week before we arrived and we couldn't use the indoor pool( you need to pay for this) as its for over 2s only.

Of course there were minor quibbles - the europop pumped out to the pool area could be dropped; the coffee and juices at breakfast were pretty poor.
