Celebrated a friend's birthday by visiting Batangas Lakelands and relaxing in the nearby hotel, Lima Park.

a big thanks to plum restaurant staff for making a quick arrangement for the birthday of my friend.

They also helped my friends to surprise me on my birthday.

what hurt most is they didnt acknowledge my daughter's birthday, even a greeting from the front desk which i mentioned to the lady.

We had a blast with my son’s birthday party here.

Thanks for the freebie cake for my wife's birthday.

It was one of the best birthday cakes we've had and it was gone in a flash.

I celebrated my Birthday here in Lima Park Hotel last April 16., At the same day they celebrated Easter Sunday.

The hotel room was spacious enough for a family of four, it was clean and well maintained.

looking forward to stay with my family next time!!!!

Our family had a great time at the hotel.

Hapi, as Duty Manager, made sure that our family and friends were well taken care of and made sure that we maximized our stay at the hotel.

So, off we went, total of three families, 16 all in all.

Family friends invited us for a quick getaway.

I had my family of 5 in 2 connecting rooms.

I joined a group tour of one big family to Taal Lake and was served with fresh buck juice and suman, a local delicacy made of sweet glutinous rice wrapped in leaves.

I liked that you had a prize for the family for this year. 4.

We can say that we will definitely go back together with our kids and family.

Although, during my stay there were several families for what I believe was a wedding ceremony.

That's why we are meticulous in choosing a place that will provide the best experience for me and my family.

Several phone calls were made and finally the gap was resolved.

I only wish they had a house masseuse on call.

I just didn't want to call the reception repeatedly because of these things as it will ruin my mood if I get upset.

Hahaha At evening we could call for food delivery without room surcharge. Verynice.

Turns out the glass doors of the hall were open and I had to call the reception to do something about it.

although poor kids had to bear the heat in the garden.

but unfortunately because of the poor service, it made me a bit disappointed.

however the reception of the television and access of the Wi-Fi was very poor quality.

The surroundings are not well taken care of which gives an overall poor impression.

The hotel was quiet and the ambience is relaxing.

Pool was also huge with scattering of lounge chairs with umbrellas so very conducive to relaxing. 3.

The location was good, it is easily accessible yet peaceful.

The hotel's location also offers a relaxing view of greeneries and sunset which we enjoyed while strolling towards the nearby outlets.

Wanting relaxation,the family started searching for places to go to after Christmas.Somewhere not too far, great accomodations,and most importantly, a place with good food.

The ambiance was excellent and very relaxing.

The breakfast atmosphere is very relaxing especially when you are facing the garden😍.

Try the affordable in-room massage service to unwind at the end of the day.

I  enjoyed the breakfast buffet in Plum, lots of choices and it seems they change the breakfast menu daily so I didn’t get bored eating my breakfast😋

The view of the pool side is very relaxing, lots of green and very well landscape.

The rooms were clean, and the place is peaceful overall.

I came from cold Germany and was looking for a peaceful hide away near Manila/Nuvali area !

We had a peaceful relaxation and wonderful time together.

the place was so serene, friendly staffs, the food was at par.

Over all the stay was relaxing away from the busyness of work and city life.

But if you are going to the hotel for an exclusive company retreat or business conference, then the hotel is just fine.

Feel at home in this place, even first time in this place relaxing the swimming pool , the services was excellent, i cannot forget the tour in taal lakes with the fastest yaucht to see the emviroment of taal, like i see the awesome egrit birds, the lava super thick like a rock from the century, the food was yummy.

Their rooms were clean and had the comfiest blankets.

I’m very particular with the detailed cleanliness of the room and I was surprised that the  very friendly room service/cleaning supervisor checked with me if everything is ok with my room.

Room is very clean and staff is forever friendly and courteous.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there are several areas good for picture-taking.

Despite of all this the hotel itself is quite ok, the staff is very polite, always trying to satisfy the customer, the room are clean and big enough.

Lima Park is a 4-star hotel with a very nice staff, clean room & great food!

The room was spotless and featured a huge yet comfortable twin bed.

Another plus points for this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings and the gracious staff.

It's only 1.5 hours away from Manila.Hotel rooms are neat, linens are comfortable.

Sheets, towels and the entire room is kept clean all the time.

The comfort room is  very clean  too.They also have a pool  and a very beautiful garden.

They have amazing service, very courteous staff and clean rooms.

our room is clean, big, comfy, it also has pool access door which was good.. down side is.. when we opened it, the door lock jammed and we called their attention to have it repair.

Also, the smoking area was near the pool which I think should be far away from the amenities specially it’s near kids who can have allergies to smoke.

The room also smelled old and of mold when we first arrived.

The room they gave us was smelled musty and looked really old, esp the bathroom.

but smelling of moisture, view was just on a wall with a fence.

Although i think the cabinets should be left open once in a while to prevent the musky smell.

The pizza smelt and tasted of gas - a first for me.

The room is old and smells like it's full of mold.

The musty and stale smell that greets you is a huge turn off.

but there were some people smoking a few meters outside my room in the hallway, so if you're as sensitive as I am when it comes to smoking, you'd better inform the reception to make sure to put you in a non-smoking area.

The room was sufficient if you plan on a quick stay

What i didn't like was 
- the room was a bit dusty, checked under the bed and saw lots of dust
- breakfast was ok

Big let down is the lack of power sockets, to charge more than one device such as phone and tablet you have to unplug the refrigerator and tv, as there are no other sockets.

There's also a fridge and a rather small hanging closet which could barely accommodate a few pieces of shirts.

And the location is very convenient since there is a mall located on the other side of the road.

Located near the SM mall this place has everything you need within walking distance.

The position is very convenient close to a main mall, the service is professional, the cleaness is perfect.

Very accessible to transportation, mall and banks.

You may also go to the mall which is just right across this property.

There's a pedestrian overpass connecting the hotel and the mall so it's quite safe to go back and forth the mall and hotel.

Nice  location near mall and accessible to market church etc.

Good location, warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks, clean room and T&B, and good breakfast choices.

Room is clean and tidy.Food is average.The location is great because it is just a walk away from SM.However, 12Midnight-3:00AM is noisy because of the Dragracing- i'm not sure if its only on weekends.

We always booked in La corona hotel, this is my husband favorite hotel because its easy access, friendly and helpful people, great food everyday!

Really had a good time enjoying the relaxing flower arrangement activities, morning yoga sessions and learning about detox.

Mandala Flower Arrangement is one of my favorite activites.

We had a super relaxing stay and loved the activities they provide to their guests.

For other cultural and religious practices, peacocks symbolize re-growth and rejuvenation.

From the reservations( Ms. Judy), To the reception desk( Nikka & Jeza), SPA( Diane, Rose, Rona, Santa & Tina), Chlorophyll  wrap( Ana & Reschel, Rose & Ronda), Coach Princess  at Pure Energy, Teacher Candice at Yoga.

Did a yoga class and the instructor was okay with my dog joining even after he became too playful for a short bit, so that was nice.

The activites are a bare minimum and adding a few more would be a great idea.

She was very informative about the property, and even signed us up with her recommended activities that she thinks we’ll enjoy.

My joy heightened as he equally enjoyed our accommodation, health activities, and food in this landscaped jungle.

They do have great activities for wellness and the ambiance is beautiful.

We joined their yoga classes --- we love the Restore yoga.

She always reminded us of our activities and throughly explained the services and areas offered.

The pricey cost justified the preparation, flavor and presentation.

One side note from me was that I paid a hefty pet fee and was assured we were going to get a pet "goodie bag"

but since it took a while to get the room keys  we decided to eat in a pricey restaurant with unlimited flies.

the prices were unjustly high and not delicious.

but unfortunately, I can’t get over the frogs and the expensive covid tests (highway robbery).

Too many flies and bugs though😔Food is a bit pricey,

Instead of requiring all guests to pay that much for just a rapid test.

When you pay a bomb for your trip you expect higher standards.

but a tad bit on the pricey side compared to other places in the same tier.

Without their selflessness, anything in The Farm will be expensive, as it is.

They keeps on taking the calls and texting while we are discussing face to face with the rates of their services, it took us 30 mins to discuss the rates.

Portions are big as well so the price is not too bad because you can split the portions!

For its price, the room could have undergone a few maintenance as it shows "aging" already.

We do not plan to visit once more, and for the price you pay, you’ll get better over elsewhere.

The staff is accommodating and the place is very relaxing.

You don't need to take all the treatments in order to enjoy your stay - if you're simply in need of a break and some serenity, it's fully ready to give you exactly what you need.

I was able to find peace and serenity even just for a short visit.

surprisingly good food since its our first time to eat vegan, very friendly staff, relaxing massage & facial, comforting therapies, and worth the stay!

Our stay was so relaxing made extra special with the serenade of the Violinman, Jerry, their manager, Arnel.

All staff are very accommodating, place is clean and, it's truly a holistic and relaxing experience!

We have been planning to bring our parents in our favorite recharge place "The Farm at San Benito" wherein every corner sends serenity which we all need nowadays.

We intentionally came 30mins early so we can shower and perhaps enjoy a steam and sauna or maybe to prep our body for relaxation massage

It’s beautiful, peaceful, and serene (if you ignore the occasional peacock noises).

Soothing Zen atmosphere when you walk through the property, well-appointed rooms, and healthy meal choices with vegan or pescatarian options.

but i hope they make everything spotless especially the room and sheets.

We stayed in Water Glass Villa and the room is so clean, bed and pillows are new, comfort room is super clean!

Shower was warm, room was clean and there was complimentary fruits and water.

but the bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean.

We highly recommend the spa services, We did facials, massages, scrubs, and soaks and enjoyed them all!

We had dinner and massage and the while experience brought a “light and calming” experience.

They were some of the best massages I've ever had!

Special mention to Jennere of Medical, Chef Marie of Kitchen, Rhona, Angel and Lem of Spa, Christy and Pheng of F&B.

What really stood out for me was the Colon Hydrotherapy (Colema) Cleansing Treatment.

My wife and her friends enjoyed the water spa program at P7,500.

Mr. Lem Senillo, the Spa Director is very accommodating as well.

We had a wonderful time with the food, the treatments, and the spa.

The tea from the spa taste amazing by the way.

The employees were accommodating and friendly with great customer service, particularly Mr. Graceson Canda, food was healthy and delicious, and spa was fantastic with great pressure and great therapists.

I was asked to start the massage right away

Thanks to Lem Senillo, the best spa manager in the Philippines.

I stayed in Palmera about 5 years ago and got a massage, this time I tried the Sulu Terrace since I'm traveling solo with my dog.

The massage at the Farm needs a mention too.

Special mention to Mr. Elbert Malunes .Their service is superb ,I personally love their signature massage .5 stars to Ms.Santa from the holistic spa dept .Thank you and will definitely visit this world class place again 🥰

In our room, there's a rusty, old iron safe on the floor that serves as a stool so you can reach the AC unit.

When i noticed that there was no AC remote, I called them using their 'intercom' in our room.

Their Aircon doesn't cool fast and cold! 2.

At 620  am dining area is unlit with no AC running and No staff attending to you.

You had to request for the remote of the aircon, same with the TV.

During the night we heard some noises coming from the aircon.

Well, the aircon was too noisy, so it was not possible to let it running during the night.

Very old air conditioner, which is noisy at night.

The first thing that went wrong, the air conditioner froze up.

Staff used the remote to turn on the air conditioner,

In some rooms,  AC remote is not given to customers for security purposes,  thus you cannot change the room temp unless requested.

I just don't understand why the room has no air con remote for us to adjust the temp since its breezing cold outside due to bad weather, i even have to request the remote from the front desk.

but I have had plenty of problems with these rooms than in any other hotel I have stayed in: clogged toilet bowls, dirty and stained linens, broken lamps, busted bulbs, power outlets with no power, malfunctioning water heater, and many others.

but worth the price we paid the pool was very nice though small I loved the environment.

But that's all there is as far as elegance is concerned.

The hotel lobby is simple yet gives you a class ambience.

The two rooms are nice, clean and have their own set of lovely decors.
