I would recommend having your own omelet made for the complimentary breakfast.

but you can’t beat the location, the friendly staff, the happy hours and free breakfast!

The best things about this hotel are it’s location and free breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast includes a made to order omelette or pancakes.

Great facilities and an outstanding complimentary breakfast.

The other concern is that the complimentary breakfast only lasted until 8:30am and people on vacation enjoy their much needed rnr.

There was free wine and snacks every evening and the free breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles etc.

Their complimentary breakfast is great with made to order omelets, eggs, french toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, and sausage.

The breakfast included with the stay was good especially since a chef cooked eggs and other breakfast items fresh for you.

They have a free cooked to order breakfast and free shuttle to and from the airport.

The complimentary breakfast buffet and made-to-order breakfast made for a great start to each day and the complimentary evening snacks and happy hour drinks were perfect for winding down.

There is an good free breakfast if you do not mind standing in line.

.and here comes the best part:
(5) There is an excellent complimentary breakfast which includes oatmeal, made-to-order omelettes, fruit, toast 7 bagels, etc AND
(6) Complimentary 2 free drinks and munchies in the open bar area.

The hotel has a high quality complimentary breakfast for Hilton Honors members.

Embassy Suites that I remember was an upper end chain known for a good free breakfast, good happy hour and big rooms for a family.

I want to stress that the staff, from the bartenders to the gentlemen chefs, are very friendly, helpful, and kind and make that part of the stay fun.

It is very centrally located, with easy steps to the Haymarket District; Nebraska Capitol; UNL; Memorial Stadium; Recreation; Museums (including the children's museum); Coffee Shops; Bars; Concert Venues; Eats (local and franchised); Businesses; Banks, etc.

We stay here anytime we are in the Lincoln area, close to downtown, you can see memorial stadium from your room.

Closer to Haymarket and Memorial Stadium and Carson center.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, the Haymarket, downtown shops and restaurants, and UNL.

Convenient to the University campus and Memorial Stadium.

They are centrally located for anyone interested in participating in the many activities available in downtown Lincoln; including attending a Big Red Football Game at Memorial Stadium next door, attending a baseball game this spring at Haymarket Park/Hawks Field, or a concert or basketball game at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Memorial Stadium is within walking distance, all flat ground.

The Champions Club and Memorial stadium are a short walk away as is the Haymarket District.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Memorial Stadium.

It is within walking distance of the Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lied Center, Memorial Stadium, and lots of restaurants.

Location was within walking distance of downtown, the Haymarket, and the Memorial Stadium.

I opened a case and Hilton didn't acknowledge the rate the Hotel Clerk quoted me.

The two beers we had at the hotel bar were a bit pricey,

I didn’t feel it was with the price I paid at all.

I encourage the Embassy Suites in Lincoln to please, either update their facility or lower their prices!

Overall, perhaps a little expensive considering the fact that it was dated

As you will know they charge premium prices for The Nebraska football game and you have a minimum 2 day stay!

however you pay each time you come and go.

You can valet park for a fee or there is self parking up the street for a lot less (we weren't even charged for one day of the parking, have no idea why!).

Parking has to be in city garage or the best bet is to pay a little extra and use valet.

The pull out couch mattress was crunchy from coffee being spilled on it, stains all over and we paid for a “premium corner suite”.

Even with issues and less service, the room was just as expensive with no reduction.

The only wanted to comp half of the upgrade fee and I complained.

Paid for upgrade to premium, had to call and ask if they still have the snacks, went down picked up the snacks, front desk acted like we were trying to get get another, paid for valet, they backed my car up 15 feet, and charged me $19 for that, have stayed at that embassy every time we stay in Lincoln, little disappointed, front desk clerk at check in Tuesday May 25 around 3 wasn't the usual friendly reception.

I don't blame any front-line employees because I doubt they get paid enough to police the hotel's published requirements on masks.

NO VALIDATION cost us $11.25   Completely unacceptable for an Embassy Suites.

So they can rent the room to another person tonight and get paid for the same room two times on this date.

Almost all of the rooms we have stayed in have bathrooms with ceiling issues and caulk and mold issues in tub/shower and sadly worn old tile on the floor.

The bathroom was disgusting and the showerhead kept falling apart.

however the rooms are outdated and smelled weird.

If you look up the cause of strong chlorine smell in a pool you'll see it is usually caused by urine.

In the bedroom, there was a stain or burn on the carpet, I couldn't tell what it was.

but breathing all over the buffet line is a very different thing.

My room reeked of cigarettes and armpits.

The room had stains on the carpets and sheets, and the room itself was very musty.

Second, even more disturbing, was that prior to using the toilet, there was urine stains on the back between the seat and tank(GROSS).

I had to wash my hair in sink that didn’t drain well. !

We stay here as often as we come to the city, this trip was a disappointment with the pillow cases stinking like an old man and the towels were still dirty with old mascara and makeup.

We were in a queen room on the 7th floor and our room was clean, it did have an unpleasant smell to it, like an old hotel.

but I had to be up at 5am so I was irritated.the next morning I was woken up by the smell of breakfast being cooked downstairs.

This was in the same case number and the reply was that I needed to address this with the specific hotel.

Front desk was always helpful, especially Neeraj and Micheal  on our last night.

The staff are pleasant and the water pressure is excellent.

The managers reception was a great touch and the Dock tailgate before the game was a great event as well.

Being as late as it was, we didn’t call down to the front desk for new sheets

I would think for the premium price that you're paying to stay there it would be a lot nicer and more accommodating! !

However, the highlight is the made-to-order breakfast counter where you can request eggs (any way), pancakes, french toast, and omelettes (and possibly more).

Unfortunately, like most older properties, our room's window HVAC fan was loud.

We had to fight with the AC a few times otherwise I would give the hotel 5 stars.

Room are ALWAYS clean and the air conditioner is always cold.

Second is the leaky shower head that wouldn't stop leaking, meaning an echoing dripping noise all night.

Despite that the heater in the pool and spa was broken and the cable for our television was broken, we had a nice stay.

When I took a shower the pressure went from good to poor and then from warm to freezing cold.

Pool and hot tub didn't work, and our AC unit was very loud.

The sofa bed was also directly in front of the a/c unit and blew ice cold air on my youngest daughter all night with no way to redirect the airflow.

Unfortunately the HVAC in our room was not well controlled.

We had a very large room and my daughter was sleeping by the air conditioner, so I asked for a fan as I suffer from night sweats.

The temperature in our room was easily controlled by a thermostat on the wall.

I do wish there was a setting on the ac/heater to have the fan run continuously.

We just tried to leave the fan run for the white noise.

The A/C keeps the room from being dead air stuffy like most others.

My only negative comment relates to our room, which had a rather noisy air conditioner unit that kept us awake off and on all night.

Our bed was comfortable and the shower very good.

The beds were so comfortable we were in RM 213 and was an extra large living space for disabled guests.

They doubled charged me for my room and will not refund my money.

I cancelled my reservation and i still got charhed 185$ because they have a policy that u have to give 48 hour notice to cancel and not be charged i didnt have 48 hours to cancel i was on a trip for a funeral and couldnt make it to the motel in time so i canceled and still got charged

Booked the room through the customer service phone number on the loyalty card.

At the end of the stay, she had typed up a note to me saying she hoped our trip home would go well and then gave me a gift card for a restaurant and said she hoped this would make it a little better.

but those were only available in suites (no charge for upgrade).

Eventually, the man at the desk ran my charge card without a discount, then realized there WAS, in fact, a Verizon discount,

Why do you take credit cards to SAVE your room when you don't actually SAVE it?!?!

Upon arrival key cards were ready at front desk and only took seconds to check in.

Below Average,  After being involved in a winter storm needed to extend our stay we were treated very rudely and charged more for our additional night.

but also delivered our temporary cards to our room.

When we check in we typically are given a bottle of water, this time they charged $200.

They ensured I wasn't charged a penalty by the third party booker and went to great lengths to fix things

We were charged twice for our room and we are still trying to get our money back some 36 hours later.

When I asked about a discount for not getting the hot tub use (featured on their website) AND the inability to use the showers or toilet after 10 AM I was told because I booked third party any discount would first have to go through them and then I would get refunded. Okay.

We weren't welcomed as Honors members at all, the wifi was not working our entire stay, the front desk was never staffed (instead there was a sign with instructions to call someone), my husband called and asked for more pillows and was abruptly told "No" and then hung up on!

I called this hotel directly, to make a reservation for my college daughter, who was traveling from Colorado to Minnesota.She turns "21' in 12 days, I didn't think it was too big of a request.

Mikki - the breakfast server - always said hello and asked me how I was doing.

I asked to be near the elevator and they placed us right across the Huallaga.

On our first time here 2 weeks ago Nelson was extremely irritated with us when we asked for the amount of our room.

The fact that the manager did not respond to my request speaks volumes.

The elevators were a bit slow so if this kind of thing annoys you then it might be in your interest to request a first floor.

I asked why aren't guests informed of the water issue when staying in rooms towards the end of the hall.

I asked to get another room and was told I had to stay in the room I was given

I do wish the desk clerk would have asked me if I had AAA or some other membership since I wasn't a Hampton Inn member.

but I switched because they were not accommodating for my request of my early check- in.

So I asked for a refund, they said the couldn't do that either.

I made the reservations via phone and was able to request adjoining rooms because we were traveling with another family.

but will request a room on the far side of the building from the interstate.

However, when we checked out, we asked about a discount for Verizon and were given a huge runaround.

Some rooms face the highway; request rooms on the non-highway side of the building,

The room was clean, had bedding for the pullout sofa, provided enough towels, and the bathroom was clean.

Our room was clean and furnished OK, some visible wear on the wallpaper that marred the overall impression.

We try to always stay with Hampton, as we know exactly what to expect, and usually all exceeds our expectations; from the warm greetings from the folks at the hotel desk, to the room cleanliness, to comfy beds, to the abundance of extra towels, ( my favorite consideration), and the nice variety of breakfast offerings!

Hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable.

I appreciated the extra lengths they took to make the room clean for us during a pandemic.
