but it had no air conditioning, no movie channel, it was SO loud, not near the water, and the pool was tiny; absolutely not worth the $320/night fee.

No A/C , Uncomfortable beds, guest soap smells like lemon lysol.

Also the heater were dirty, we found cobwebs inside and they smelled bad if turned on.

but it appeared that the location doesn't have air conditioning (there's no thermostat, heater or air conditioner in the room), but there was an oscillating fan.

Only had one issue with the heater not working.

Only heater on this side of hotel, front has AC.

Had to turn the heater on high to stay warm, miss the feeling of having a blanket over me.

Anyways it ended up sucking big time as the pool house shower only had a trickle of freezing cold water.

Have to keep the patio door open due to no a/c in this room otherwise the room is too hot, all I could smell was cigarette smoke each morning coming from guest down stairs below.

If you get a balcony room facing the ocean you should be aware that there is no A/C in those rooms and the "smoking station" is just below in the parking lot.

Amenities - 1 - We have brought this up before in this unit, and it hasn't changed.

If you don't mind using a fan to mask out White background noise as their walls are super thin and they put the headboard against what we assume to be a room staff uses for something, then this room is GREAT!

even though the thermostat was at zero, we could not use it.

My husband used the grill one evening, and an employee offered to cover the grill an hour later when it cooled down so my husband didn’t have to run back down there.

Hallways a bit stuffy and since pool is not attached to hotel, maked it discouraging to go for a swim.

Family visit in family suite room for three nights in October 2023, Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful, they did seem to be short staffed, Breakfast was the same everyday and not very good, nothing fresh!

If you're ok with just avoiding the 'free breakfast' you'll probably enjoy your stay just fine.

There was pee splatters on the toilet and our room smelled so strongly of dog/dog pee we had to keep our patio door open pretty much our entire stay.

We did not feel safe inside the building while they were testing the pool chemicals.

Overall would never go back or recommend to anyone, they halls smelled strongly of dog pee and they left the hallway windows open all night every night to try to air the odor

Pet friendly should not mean the room should smell like a wet dog.

I saw that Inn at Wecoma charged me for smoking.

And every day the hallway smelled like pot.

but the smell, gutter leak and pool shower left me with a negative outlook on this hotel.

Should really have a different area for smokers to go.

but trying to get onto 101 is a huge pain in the butt.

The only negatives during our visit were things the hotel can't easily control; some guests above and beside us were enjoying themselves way into the morning and smoking off the balcony.

The people down there were loud and smelly the entire three days of our reservation even in the middle of the night.

Two issues were the beds and the thin walls.

The walls are NOT soundproof or even that sound-dampening. From 8pm to after 2am, every door closing (and there were MANY!)

but a bunch of coat hanger hooks on the wall with a small closet rack to hang your coats or sweaters.

Could hear people's conversation next door through the walls.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear people moving throughout.

but a desk connected to the wall and small end table.

There was a broken picture from the wall sitting on the bench at the entry.

Went to hang up a towel and rod fell out of the wall.

The room could have used some touch ups like paint and fixing the cracks in the walls

Only drawbacks are that there is only one entrance to get to the room (the front door/lobby), and also the walls are really thin.

Need to add hot eggs to breakfast, hard boiled just doesn't cut it with sausages and biscuits and gravy.Very thin walls, heard both neighbors.

Luckily, the property has box fans you can turn on to drown out the noise.

We also both notice noise from the unit above us.

Only suggestion is to upgrade coffee service in rooms to
Keurig style units.

There is no air conditioning so it was pretty muggy in the halls and in the room.

but the heater wasn't working properly; room was too hot after awhile and so i opened the sliding door.

The only negatives may be that there is a parking lot in between the views for both Kyllo's and another hotel and can be noisy at times as well as the Highway if your in one of the end units.

I went to hang up my coat in the closet and there was a small fan there for those of us that like to sleep with the fan on!

It seemed to be strongest when we came back from going out so i feel like maybe it came from the bathroom vent that always seems to be on?

Didn't seem to be an air conditioner and the room was warm all night.

The only disappointment was the lack of AC.

Our wave listening was interrupted by a squeaking of the fan, and it was constant.

but couldn't sleep with the balcony door open since the roof-top fan from the neighbouring restaurant was so loud and squeaky.

It was a warm day and night and there is no air conditioning.

I would give this place 5 stars except for the fact that they were doing construction in the unit right above us so because of the noise we couldn't open our sliding door and had to crank the TV way up just to hear it.

The room was clean and the delivered breakfast was solid.

We were content paying a higher premium (vs other nearby hotels) because of the additional benefits, including the wine social and nice breakfast delivered to your room in the morning.

Breakfast, while simple, being brought to our room every morning is a nice touch and starts off the day satisfied.

There are very nice amenities, the front desk is very helpful and a continental breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning.

Upon check out, the woman working, named Kim, asked “how was your stay?”, to which I responded, “well, there is a large stain on the carpet that looks like vomit and the shower handle is broken.

Issues ( squeaky door and burned out lightbulb) were quickly resolved.

but I did not see any smokers, or their litter.

We also weren't able to enjoy the patio as much because of the strong weed smell coming for the parking lot of the restaurant.

So often when we travel with our small dogs we are relegated to a dirty, smokey room.

It was so overpowering we both got sick to the stomache and headaches.

But I suppose when you allow dogs you have to make sure your hotel doesn't smell like dog.

but we never smelled any pet smell in either room or common areas.

however there is no ''doggy smell'' in any area of the building.

Despite being dog friendly the hotel nor the rooms smell like dog.

Hotel has select rooms that are pet friendly and a very small pet area outside with poop bags and such.

Also need to enforce no smoking on balconies.

It included towels to wipe the dog off, a sheet for her to lay on, 2 dog dishes, poop bags and dog treats.

No more running around like a crazy person to get a stale doughnut and cold coffee from downstairs!

We loved the delicious breakfast and Gayle (in the breakfast room) who kept the great food coming.

Great firepits and extensive free breakfast.

The staff in the breakfast room greeted us warmly each morning upon entrance.

We enjoyed our stay we came for our anniversary.the pool and spa we enjoyed.the pool could have been warmer.the blueberry muffins were great at breakfast..we also enjoyed looking out are window in the evening and seeing the fire pits going..

Enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner chowder and cookies.

The breakfast was delicious biscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage.

Staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was perfect, and loved the locaion and ocean view.

At 5 pm every night, fresh hot cookies AND the most delicious salmon chowder!

We all enjoyed your breakfasts and dinner!

Easy beach access to a beautiful beach, smoked salmon chowder that was excellent and great breakfast offerings.

I thought airing it out would help as the coast can smell funky,

Rugs really need to be updated ( have a smell) and the coffee isn't the best.

however, it was kind of dated and very musty smelling.

Rooms were a little musty and need a little bit of a facelift in the older room.

Also the room we were in was musty smelling.

The room (lowest level) smelled very bad so we tried to keep the windows open as much as possible.

Overall this place was very dark,  dated, and musty.

but I’m giving it a 3 because they smelled musty and the furniture in the family room was uncomfortable.

This limited nightly enjoyment of the ocean sounds because smoke took residence on the balcony and made us shut the sliding glass door rather than hear the ocean all night.

I suggest they change the carpet ASAP as the carper smell was not pleasant at all .

Several times people would squeeze through the barrier between the beach walk and the grass in front of our room and let their dogs pee and poo  there.

There was also a muggy unpleasant smell when I entered the room.

Also the smoking situation seems to be an issue with each stay.

Not to mention the couch was absolutely filthy.

After opening the closet door a swampy musty odor filled the room.

but the poor design is a huge waste of all that space, functionally debilitating and quite uncomfortable.

The pillows were way too high and uncomfortable and the couch isn’t a comfy style (more like a fainting couch).

but that is a very subjective topic because what is comfortable for one will be uncomfortable for another.

The couch was a small chaise which made watching tv a little uncomfortable for 1 out of 3 of us.

It was very uncomfortable for even two people to relax in the living room.

I agree with other reviewers about that odd half couch/half lounge piece of furniture in the living area - totally uncomfortable for more than one person since it had only a partial back and was the only furniture for watching TV.

They tried with a fancy couch which is very uncomfortable & no coffee or end tables.

My only complaint was that the chaise lounge was extremely uncomfortable and the (small) TV placement in the main living area made it difficult to try to watch.

The view was spectacular, nice clean room, spacious the only down fall was couch was small and uncomfortable,  they played music out in the walk way so if you wanted to take afternoon nap in the bedroom you would have to listen to the music.

The upholstered furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable.

Being able to hear the ocea at night is an experience we enjoy and felt uncomfortable leaving the door open without a screen.

We did notice the Murphy bed was very uncomfortable.

Only complaint are the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

The queen size bed had a recessed center which caused uncomfortable sleeping at night.

Oh yes, and the breakfast was the best so far on this trip.

Loved the waffle maker & Trish the breakfast server was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast that Trish made for the morning was superb.

Breakfast room had waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit etc.

Trish in the breakfast room was attentive to each guest as they entered, treated all equally regardless of age/sex/race and worked hard to keep the few tables clean and supplies stocked up.

They do serve breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 a.m. 
Waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, things like that.

Friendly staff and free breakfast was a hit to.

The complimentary breakfast was robust (eggs, sausage, waffles, and more).

As other reviewers noted, their “breakfast” consisting of granola bars and muffins didn’t quite cut it.
