Our sinks backed up twice and black soot/dirt was in our sinks.

The next room had something odd dripping down the side of the trash can in the bath.

but when I got to my room I rushed to get  a shower, only to find no water pressure.

but needs new pillows and bathrooms need a remodel.

Back of toilet completely filthy and disgusting.

Sheets are stained, pillows are yellowed with drool stains on them, air conditioner/heater door would not close, mirrors are dirty, carpet dirty.

I jumped up, looked around and saw the side table had crumbs and some stains from like a beverage and then the sink had also not been cleaned.

Nasty bathroom with tiny scratch towels and sink faucet that leaked if you turned it on too high.

.except it was obvious that the guest before us had a type of explosive bowel movement in the toilet, as there were splatters over the bowl, inside and out.

but not really a big deal, the dog hair in the room was another issue, it was all over the carpet so it got tracked into the bathroom and set off my wife's allergies.

There were many things in the room that were broken, in closing the toilet, standing water in the sink, and the phone!

The not-so-good:  wrinkled bed linens and some with holes, stains in the carpet, high priced drinks in the restaurant bar (even during "Happy Hour"), cleanliness issues with the room (a dessicated piece of pasta on the chair and bathroom grout in desperate need of restoration/ bleaching) and slow drains in both sinks and bathtub.

We needed the toilet plunged and had to ask a second time because it was not done during the time we were away from our room.

Nope, we were put in an old building across the parking lot from the main building away from all the amenities and qualities of the main building.

The sinks drain was stuck closed so the sink would fill when used.

For the travelers who complained about noisy air conditioners, get a life or learn about AC units.

And I DESPISE those awful, drizzly shower heads.

The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked, The art was worse than none at all.

The room was clean and comfy, we were in room 115.

Having a clean room is a basic expectation and they missed the mark on this one.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Although the outward appearance looks nice, the cleanliness of the rooms are embarrassing.

The hotel itself was nice (nice, clean rooms; quiet; free shuttle service to just about anywhere in town; excellent food in the hotel restaurant).

Good parking, ease of checking in, polite staff, clean rooms, quiet night sleep.

Our room was very clean and light; bathroom was roomy, as well.

I called the second time and someone came to put something down the drain.

A quick summary is; hairs on all bedding, hair on bathroom floor and on toilet, mold in shower grout, toilet seat was in need of replacement, cobwebs behind the door with bugs suspended, and thick dust and debris on the headboard.

After sleeping on a worn mattress with very little 'give' smelling of farts and B.O., the truckers seem to be driving by with their jake brakes shortly after 4am.

One of the shuttle drivers was wearing a uniform shirt that smelled like it hadn't been washed in a week.

Also, people with animals should be put in smoking rooms or designate a separate floor/area for them.

However, I didn't like using either as the local paper plant emits such a foul smell (combination of rotten eggs and boiled cabbage) that I found it almost impossible to spend any time outdoors.

My toddler found candy in 1 room  and nasty earplugs in the other, the pool was nasty and the hot tub had gross black stuff floating in it after you turned it on, the elevator doors kept sticking and the plans for the wedding were constantly stressful because of them not doing what they said

Indoor pool is at an aquatic center next door-jacuzzi was broken & water was disgusting!

We stayed in a remote section of the hotel that was apparently the former "smoking" section.

but it was covered in red and black mold at the bottom.

but when I went to take a shower the next morning there was NO towels except the little hand towels.

Questionable cleanliness. Minimal amenities (no maid service for 2-day stay, no breakfast, etc.)

Bed was very uncomfortable, the halls smelled like carpet deodorizer so strong it makes you nauseated, and the room didn't have a clean feel, especially the bathroom.

The toilet was confettied when we walked into the room.

There were some things that bugged me (ice cream sandwich left in the freezer and what looked like the tip you’d cut off a tube of hair color on the bathroom floor)

Bathroom tub had hair in the tub and the towel was not even wiped down - pee stains on the toilet. Nasty!!

although the toilet chain would occasionally get caught causing the toilet to continuously run.

There was hair and stains on the sheets, the bathroom had hair on the shower curtain and on the floor.

I had to go to out shopping for hand soap.

Used toiletries in the bathroom and some food on the wall near the TV.

Both of the beds were not made and there were towels on the bathroom floor.

although I would have preferred a shower only with low rim.

The tub had hairs in it and we had to go to the desk for more toilet paper.

Mirror was dirty, random food stuffs on the floor.

She said she only charged us for a queen, which turned out not to be true as she had not reduced our charge.

Then was charged for both nights and they won’t refund my money.

Inn America Lewiston charged my card for me stay, despite the fact that I called to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline.

I left after 2 nights scheduled nights and was charged AGAIN for 1 room

I arrived and they didnt have my booking which I did online then the room hadn't been cleaned yet, dirty bedding, trash, then the room keys wouldn't work over and over after getting several new cards.

But, I was still charged full price for the room.

After enjoying our stay we soon discovered that we were charged twice for our room.

Due to a  mistake in reserving a room at the Lewiston property instead of the Boise property, I was charged the room cost for Lewiston.

Key card didn't work the 2nd night of the stay.

I was over charged for my stay as I had a quoted price of $508.50 from Booking.com for dates Nov. 19th - the 26th.

They still charged me for the night's stay when I was not there.

I reserved a room for two nights for (I thought) a total of $137.72 @ $63.75 a night plus tax - I was later charged $88.55 after they made a mistake in thinking I had checked out.

but to this day I don't know what we were charged.

Tried to say I did not pay up front even with paid receipt, I then called my credit card company while at the desk and then they found that it was paid.

When we asked how to contact him, she wouldn't give us his contact information and added 'it doesn't involve me, so it doesn't affect me and I really don't care' handed us a bill for the FULL amount charged on the card used to hold our 2 rooms for 3 nights and demanded us to leave or she would call the cops.

I also told Brian to charge my credit card for the shipping cost to mail my blouse to me.

Had a hell of a time getting a key card that worked and they had me running up and down the stairs 3 or 4 times to test if my card worked.

Cheerfully confirmed that I was all set, and then went ahead and charged us for a full night's stay as a no-show.

On one visit they charged my credit card twice.

1st room was so dirty I can't believe the maid said it was ready for people.

Stayed 3 nights, rooms was not cleaned once.

This review 100% reflects on a total lack of housekeeping. Gross.

Room was not cleaned to Covid19 guidelines.

The room I checked into was not cleaned properly.

Furniture had not been thoroughly cleaned and only dusted around items on table or TV stand.

On our next day, I had a full bag of gummy bears that the maids blatantly threw away.

Perhaps we should have wondered where housekeepping was still cleaning rooms after 7 at night - when we had to go and ask for the necessary towels and wash cloths.

They need to take more time with the cleaning.

The place is very run down and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.Room was dusty and not well cleaned.

although there was a strong cleaning agent odor.

Indeed by day four our rooms were not entered for the cursory cleaning if previous days.

I'm assuming maid service washed sheets in the middle of the night, because it started at 9 pm and continued all night.

The beds didn't look especially crisp as if they had been made up by housekeeping any time in the recent past.

The cleaning people need more training and better service of customers.

Anytime I have stayed at a hotel, when an employee comes to the door they knock and say, "housekeeping", "engineering", etc.

We went up to the third floor, where our room was located, to the door being propped open by a vacuum and someone in our room still cleaning.

Quite and friendly rooms were clean just right for the price would stay there again close to the motocross racing track we were able to bring our dogs it had WiFi tv a microwave little fridge and lots of hot water

And housekeeping was attentive and extremely helpful 
The rooms were clean and when you needed something it was recived.

The Manager and staff were wonderful, room was clean, and enjoyed a quiet night.

When we got off the elevator we noticed the carpet was REALLY DIRTY and a smell that gave us pause.

It had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest and was disgusting!

I would never stay here again the people in the parking lot were very very scary looking and sitting all over on the ground outside our window smoking and yelling.

Absolutely disgusting there was poop stains on our bed as well as blood stains and crumbs in-between the sheets when we told them they didn't act surprised at all they offered new sheets or new room we decided a new room when we walked in it reaked of cigarette smoke and pillows had not been clean they also never apologized will never be going back.

There are (not well) patches holes in the walls, the room had multiple odors, and the A/C didn’t work very well.

The stairwell had a very unpleasant odor and the hallways smelled like shampooed over smoke.

The hotel is falling apart; rotting wallpaper, stained bathtubs, stairways smelled like smoke and burning things. .

The first room we were showed smelled like cigarette smoke.

however the beds are cheap, pillows are small, lumpy, sheets are rough, bathroom door doesn't shut completely, ironing board appeared to have come from a second hand store, burned and torn.

Overall a good experience except: The stairway fire doors were wedged open thus not allowing them to close during a fire to isolate the smoke and fire.

There are smoking rooms available and a faint smoke smell in the hallway.

The first floor smelled like a dirty restroom and the elevator was even worse.

you could smell it every time you entered the room.

The pool was also pretty nasty looking-definitely wouldn't let my kids swim in it.

I now have a dispute filed with my credit card company.

We were traveling with an EV and I had to go to the Port of Clarkston office (on the opposite side of Walmart) to charge my car.

The lady from the front desk came charging out towards us and said 'USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK" AND THREW OPEN THE DOOR AND WALKED AWAY.

A 3 night stay resulted in $120 extra charges on the bill.

At check out staff couldn't explain to me why I was charged two different rates for my two nights stay and no one would correct it.

Avoid the suite entirely, total rip off, you can't sleep on the so called sofa bed and they'll still charge you the next day!

Most especially, do not be tempted by the lure of "suites" which are billed as "unique loft rooms" suitable for families.

For some reason our key cards were a problem, the wifi didn't work well even when I hard lined my laptop I still had problems with the connection.

I reserved with my credit card for late arrival and my reservation was still cancelled!!

but used a $25 credit I havd to reduce the price.

Fortunately we were charged only the normal dog fee at checkout.

We wanted real wine glasses, she delivered, we needed a wine bottle opener, she delivered, we need stamps for our post cards, she delivered.

I advised we were about 45 minutes away, and did she need a card to hold the rooms?

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the WiFi was OK.

We stayed in room 127, a large clean room, near the outside pool.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the good repair and cleanliness of our room.

I found the room clean and well appointed.

The room was clean,quite and reasonable priced.

Breakfast was hot both mornings, pool was nice and cold, the room was spotless, housekeeping even left us a sweet note to enjoy our stay!

The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable and set up perfectly for pet owners (hardwood floors, outside access, etc.).

Upon arrival it looks very dated and smells old and musty, We entered the room the carpets were filthy and smelled of stale cigarettes and mold.

Unfortunately, their smoke filled our room.

With the late arrival parking was a little challenging and there was a faint odor around the pool,

however there was a musty odour in the room.

We stayed in a "pet friendly" room that had such a stale odor I had to sleep with a scarf around my nose!

the smell when the door to the room was open was old, dingy.

At 15 minutes after midnight, the battery in the smoke alarm malfunctioned and started beeping.

The 1st floor room they gave us smelled bad.

Unfortunately that room smelled like a sewer.

Strong odor in room unfortunately probably from carpet/furnishings absorbing outdoor pulp-mill-like odor.

We found a urine soaked wash rag neatly folded on the shelf under the others  as we were packing to leave and the breakfast was lacking half the choices and made my tummy upset.

It smelled bad from the local paper mill and the entire river front seemed to be all industrial and not pretty at all.

5 - The smell of the room makes hit necessary to bring a bottle of Febreeze or similar.

The air smells a bit like a sugar beet factory area,

but there's nothing they can do to eliminate the stale smell of smoke.

There were holes in the curtains and they were so dusty.

Either one has to have the drapes pulled at all times, or be open to the 'world' walking by.

My room window had view of pedestrian aisle, so the curtain remained closed all the time.

The sliding glass door in our second-story "suite" opened onto a common exterior walkway that is a busy thoroughfare around the interior courtyard and pool area, so you can't open your curtains lest you become a zoo exhibit for the staff and other guests, one of whom actually stopped and watched us unpack for a moment.

but could definitely use new carpets & drapes.

If I had a window to look out, it would only be of a street.

But, you look out on it through a sliding glass door that is the only window in the room.

The lighting didn't help that much - it was a bit dark until we opened the curtains.

I wish there had been more than just dark curtains

It is a beautiful room very clean with fantastic service I can’t say anything bad about this hotel Every time I turn around they are asking if I need any help or if I have any concerns The food at the restaurant is fantastic and everything seems to be kept up Really well

The room was very clean and we were pleased with the river view.

The rooms are clean, a wedding was going on and the conference room was set up awesome.

In addition, there was an awful odor on one side of the bed.

Plus I room smelled like water at that head been sitting out for a while, plus I requested a roll away bed and they brought me in air mattress.

My nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and was very musty.

In my opinion some people are expecting a lot for a "budget motel" if your want to stay at a 5 star hotel then stay at one, and don't complain about the paper mill smell.

The only positive was the friendly staff and they said they'd look into the smell.

The room was small and cramped and there was a stranger odor of some sort

but where the window frame meets to tub it looks like dark black mold.
