Nice hotel, very good breakfast menu, the restaurant on-site is very good.

We loved the breakfast at the Quay restaurant.

The lunch they served us was perfect, the dinner was very good, and the breakfast was perfect.

but the food was delicious and nicely presented.

Breakfast in the restaurant was well done each morning.

but the staff seemed good, the breakfast which was included was very good.

Next morning, I went down to try to find out about the restaurant for breakfast menu.

Going to give the Quality Inn Conference center (Clarkson Washington) a 4.5 hinge rating (Tom’s scale of 0-5, as the room (323) is top notch, with excellent lobby / lounge / full breakfast amenities.

Our rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, included breakfast choices a delightful surprise.

In the morning a la carte breakfast using coupons.

Breakfasts at the Quai restaurant were included and they were among the best breakfasts we've ever had.

The grounds were well kept and the free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant the next morning was good.

Breakfast included and the staff are great.

The next morning we took our breakfast vouchers and got a full sit down meal (which was included)   They took great care in the details of the hotel and property.

The rooms were recently updated with many USB and power outlets, clean, well maintained, open hot tub (pool closed for winter), accommodating staff, friendly hotel bar in lobby, on site restaurant, nice riverfront location, walking distance to Wal Mart and downtown Clarkston… Room servicing was a-la-carte.

The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean and comfortable.

However, it was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Our room looked out at the river and was very spacious and clean.

Staff friendly, clean roon, quiet,   close to river walk paths, driving range you walk too.

but they are nicely remodeled and clean with mic/fri.

Proceed to a room that is spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable.

Free breakfast is not usual do it yourself buffet.

You get coupons for a free breakfast, and we found the breakfast to be excellent.

Quay Restaurant very nice and you get a free breakfast coupon for each day along with a first night drink coupon (two for one).

The best was yet to come with the included breakfast.

In addition, we were given coupons for complimentary breakfast all 3 days we stayed plus a coupon for a free drink, which we paired with dinner one night.

Included breakfast is maxed to order at Quay, located in the hotel, and is very good.

The included breakfast was at the hotel's sit-down restaurant.

There is a very nice restaurant on site and the complimentary breakfast you can just order off the menu.

Best of all was the breakfast included in room rate.

The staff was great and upbeat, the food was really good.

She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our food and our visit!.

I had the Country Fried Steak both days of my stay there.

The staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) was friendly and professional.

Great customer service from the hostess at the restaurant.

There is a pool, hot tub and restaurant on the grounds as well as what appeared to be a small kiosk for needful things.

There's a trail/bikeway along the river which is nice. It is also near an Albertsons so one can buy food here instead of eating at their pricy pricey restaurant ;)

They stored her bouquet in the restaurant’s fridge when we found out it was too big for the in room one.

The food was well prepared and served, and the chairs were comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and there is a restaurant onsite.

They were able to find a room and we were appreciative of that.

I also was in one of their large conference rooms for a presentation.

The room was very comfortable and close to stairs and near elevator.

The design and appointments in the rooms are very nice.

I wondered what we did to piss off the lady at the front desk, for her to give us a room next to these guys.

New management, renovated rooms and conference center.

.oh, and cookies at the front desk in the evenings to take to your room to have with your coffee or tea the next morning.

The facility is about 30 years old with 78 nice rooms.

We had a lovely riverside room with a small balcony where we could sip on a drink and look out over the Snake River just down from the confluence with the Clearwater River.

The lobby and halls have been updated, rooms are a bit musty and dated.

but the smoke from Canadian forest fires limited visibility.

In addition, there was an awful odor on one side of the bed.

but the room they gave us was musty smelling.

If your a smoker DO NOT go to quality inn in clarkston

Plus I room smelled like water at that head been sitting out for a while, plus I requested a roll away bed and they brought me in air mattress.

My nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and was very musty.

In my opinion some people are expecting a lot for a "budget motel" if your want to stay at a 5 star hotel then stay at one, and don't complain about the paper mill smell.

The only positive was the friendly staff and they said they'd look into the smell.

The room was small and cramped and there was a stranger odor of some sort

but where the window frame meets to tub it looks like dark black mold.

The towels were thin,the lamps were old style with the switches up under the shade, and minimal # of electrical wall outlets, 4 very small pillows on a king bed, and sewer gas smell in the stair well.

Unfortunately room 223 smelled like smoke

There showers and tubs and filthy I have on many time complained to the management.

There is a nasty smell most of the time as there is a pulp mill nearby.

$104/night for two people, two queens, non-smoking.

You'll smell that anywhere you stay in town.

The other hotel staff were outstanding as well.

The staff were friendly and service excellent.

It was extremely clean, the bed was perfect, the bathroom and shower were perfect, and the staff was wonderful.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, so we will be returning here for a weekend getaway since it was such a great stay.

The hotel posted the mandatory threatening corporate statements and the staff adhered to them

Ashley and front desk staff were also awesome.

The people at the front desk noted the owners are forever applying upgrades to the facility

But the Staff was absolutely amazing, catering to our whims and requests with professional friendliness.

The girls at the front desk were very helpful with information on Snake River boat trips and all other questions we had.

An added bonus was the view of the river.

We had a room with a view of pool, river and territory.

Lots of fisherman out on the river fishing for steelhead and a great view looking up the valley hills to the north.

It was very comfortable with a lovely river view.

The view is beautiful, rooms are nice, conference area in great shape and the staff very nice.

You have a good view of the river from the hotel.

We enjoyed a nice breakfast with a view of the River.

The room was very clean and we were pleased with the river view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our balcony river view room; the landscaping was beautiful; the breakfast was delicious.

Normally, our room would have a nice river view,

but we were so very pleasantly surprised to get to stay in this wonderful Quality Inn right on the Snake River with a backdrop of the mountains.

grounds were beautiful with nice very view of river also has a walkway along the river which was nice after having a excellent dinner at their restaurant outside you could stroll.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite overlooking the river.

It’s easy to find and overlooks the river.

The view was great, rooms were clean and roomy, the breakfast was fantastic and there was an on-site bar and restaurant.

Overall, I found Rivertree Inn and Suites to be a very good value and I would stay here again if I find myself needing a room in the Clarkson/Lewiston area.

This is a jumping off point to the Snake River area, or the Route 12 Lolo, as well as on to Walla Walla and the wine country.

Front desk gal Dyan was great, very friendly and informative on the area.

We got the breakfast area right at closing time and there was plenty of food and we were not hurried to be done.

We were going to the Jet Boat Tour of the Snake river Hells Canyon area and the Hotel was about started.bout a mile away from where the boats.

This is our favorite place to stay in this area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was in excellent shape and clean area around.

Both areas had a tv, which is helpful with kids.

The people at the desk were very helpful and Laura knew a lot about the area.

The free breakfast was fantastic, pool & hot tub area is perfect to lounge around, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean with nice small grass area for pets - breakfast is above average and there is a school field for a dog romp at the end of the block.

My Wife Sam and I come to the Lewiston Clarkston area every year to visit and enjoy the warmer weather.

The breakfast was simple and tasty and the eating area was very clean.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area with their pups!

Breakfast was great  I would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area.

but the rooms and pool area are beautiful!

The area is nice with the Snake river close by and excellent restaurants like Tomato Bro's close.

The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast had eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc as well as some delicious biscuits and gravy.

The breakfast was adequate; scrambled eggs, biscuits, tangerines and bananas, good coffee, Costco muffins.

They have a pool, and breakfast in the morning.

For those of you who need an early breakfast.

Breakfast choices were good for a hotel breakfast.

Breakfast focused on quality as well as quantity; delicious eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as bagels and cereal and other cold options, fed our whole group satisfyingly.

The breakfast selection wasn’t very good.

The breakfast had a large range of foods so pretty much anyone's nutritional needs could be meet.

The offered free WIFI and a morning breakfast that was very good.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the WiFi was OK.

We stayed in room 127, a large clean room, near the outside pool.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the good repair and cleanliness of our room.

I found the room clean and well appointed.

I now have a dispute filed with my credit card company.

We were traveling with an EV and I had to go to the Port of Clarkston office (on the opposite side of Walmart) to charge my car.

The lady from the front desk came charging out towards us and said 'USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK" AND THREW OPEN THE DOOR AND WALKED AWAY.

A 3 night stay resulted in $120 extra charges on the bill.

At check out staff couldn't explain to me why I was charged two different rates for my two nights stay and no one would correct it.

Avoid the suite entirely, total rip off, you can't sleep on the so called sofa bed and they'll still charge you the next day!

Most especially, do not be tempted by the lure of "suites" which are billed as "unique loft rooms" suitable for families.

For some reason our key cards were a problem, the wifi didn't work well even when I hard lined my laptop I still had problems with the connection.

I reserved with my credit card for late arrival and my reservation was still cancelled!!

but used a $25 credit I havd to reduce the price.

Fortunately we were charged only the normal dog fee at checkout.

We wanted real wine glasses, she delivered, we needed a wine bottle opener, she delivered, we need stamps for our post cards, she delivered.

I advised we were about 45 minutes away, and did she need a card to hold the rooms?

The morning front desk person is great, super friendly, a lot of local information.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in sharing knowledge about local restaurants.

The staff at check in and check out was friendly and helpful.

All so the drain handle on the tub was loose and that was fixed with in an hour all so and Maintenance staff was so polite and friendly.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

Pleasant stay - staff helpful and friendly; rooms clean, quiet and spacious; breakfast gets a 10/10 , - good variety, especially the hot items, and well presented.

The staff is helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to assist.

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and warm.

but it was literally with in 5 minutes of reserving the room.

We had a room with a loft in it and it had 3 beds and a balcony (although shared with the next room and no chairs).

Bed was comfortable, the room was easily accessible.

Room was quiet and pleasant and was standard for a Best Western.

I have to say I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this hotel has GREAT coffee in the rooms.

The rooms have good beds in a quiet environment, a lot of value for the money.

but the beds are great, rooms clean and good breakfast.

Hot tub was nice, rooms were clean.. breakfast was your standard breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable and set up perfectly for pet owners (hardwood floors, outside access, etc.).

Upon arrival it looks very dated and smells old and musty, We entered the room the carpets were filthy and smelled of stale cigarettes and mold.

Unfortunately, their smoke filled our room.

Breathing Formaldahyde and acetaldehyde is not one of my favorite things to do

With the late arrival parking was a little challenging and there was a faint odor around the pool,

however there was a musty odour in the room.

The room smelled musty when we first went in

We stayed in a "pet friendly" room that had such a stale odor I had to sleep with a scarf around my nose!

the smell when the door to the room was open was old, dingy.

At 15 minutes after midnight, the battery in the smoke alarm malfunctioned and started beeping.

The 1st floor room they gave us smelled bad.

Unfortunately that room smelled like a sewer.
