The staff is friendly and the casino is smoke free.

The non-smoking casino made the gambling more pleasant as I did not have to tolerate someone else smoke.

It's on strip location, proximity to other properties, nice casino and completely smoke free environment make for a great stay.

With LV Blvd being so restrictive on getting in to casinos (and not even being able to walk across the street), the Park MGM makes driving in and out so quick and easy.

Nine of my friends and family started at Park MGM it was the perfect size hotel and casino easy to find each other on the casino floor

The good points are the location in the strip and the smoke free casino is great.

The plus for me was being able to walk thru the hotel casino and get to Dolby Live.

The property is nice, the casino clean and Eataly is amazing.

The casino is conveniently located and easy access to the tram to other casino's.

It did not smell lile cigarettes im the casino and it has a great family ambience.

Loved the smoke/cigarette free casino, which made it easy for the group to dabble with newbie gambling.

Location was great for the Usher concert.

One bonus is that Dolby Live is right there with Park MGM, so if you plan to attend a concert at the Dolby Live that is a plus to save you travel time and uber fees from your motel to the venue and then back.

Chose to stay at Park MGM for the first time due to attending the Cody Jinks concert.

Traveled to Las Vegas for the usher concert and has a blast…the hotel stay was awesome and the convenience of the concert within walking distance was amazing  requesting at least 200 characters min is absolutely insane…

The stay was convenient Park MGM was a central location and a great stay if the concert is held at Dolby Live.

It was so concurs stay at the same hotel as the concert venue!

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating the facility was really clean and well organized for the concert

We booked a 5 day stay at Park MGM do to the convenient location for the USHER concert.

Stayed at the Park MGM for the Usher concert the week of Thanksgiving.

I suggest avoiding staying here during nights of concerts if you come with a family of 4 or more and have strollers and whatnot.

Overall it was decent (Usher concert made up for it).

Came for the concert, everything was amazing.

I stayed here for the Usher concert and was totally disappointed.

We did the MGM package and it included the stay, tickets to the concert and after party, and $150 dining credit.

This hotel is centrally located and perfectly situated for those attending the Usher concert, which is held inside the hotel at Dolby live.

The reason for my stay was the usher concert.

Stayed here to be close to Usher concert as possible.

I booked  rooms here to go to the concert and I thought it would be a upscale type of hotel .

There is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

Also there is no fridge in the room or coffee maker.

On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room.

No refrigerator, not even a coffee maker!

Only downside, was the lack of a kettle to prepare hot drinks.

Very limited and expensive breakfast choices, even getting a cup of coffee early, ie, 6:00 is way too hard.

but the prices are ridiculous and the rooms need a mini fridge and microwave.

And there was no coffee maker in the room!

Room was missing fridge, body wash, hangers and the hair dryer was broken and full of other peoples hair.

I booked through Amex and was not given an upgrade like most hotels, the room was small and dated (there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room), the walls were paper thing and we could hear normal sound level conversations happening next door,  and the amenities just did not compare to other hotels like the Cosmopolitan.

No coffee pots tea dresser armoire or hand soap.

And no cups in the room to even drink tap water?

Like the location next to T-Mobile Arena   My room lacked a desk.There are no coffee makers in the rooms either.

Firstly, no refrigerators in the room (found out for a expensive daily rental rate of $50) is absurd.

The room did not have a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator or even a glass or cup, making it one of the most LOW RENT hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

No added amenities such as a refrigerator or anything else.

If anything, it would have been great if there was a fridge in the room.

A little disappointed in the lack of amenities in the room, like a small coffee pot, charging for a small refrigerator.

Location can’t be beat if you are heading to an event at T-Mobile arena.

Would definitely choose this location again!!!

The location is fantastic and easy to navigate and the employees we encountered were all very courteous.

The location is pretty much center of the strip.

Not only is it SMOKE-FREE, the location is central.

This was the second time staying at this location, and would look into it again upon future visits.

The location is very good with plenty of eating options.

We had to go get overpriced $16 Starbucks downstairs.

And then they tried to charge us for the room fees and incidental holds after we already paid them once.

But of course we were charged the full price.

Not nearly what we had paid extra for the vroom with. View.

After arriving at check-in, I was made to pay the deposit twice.

The only complaint I would have is that the prices for room service food seems a little on the expensive side.

The shower leaked all night, the rooms were not all that for the fees!

Not only that, a lot of money for the most obscene, overpriced bull crap of a crap hole.

The were rips on the lamp shades and the table was broken and dated.

similarly, breakfast at Primrose was silly - it frankly shouldn't cost $80 for two for bacon & eggs. Complete.

Our over priced prepaid  accessible room was not available we went to the 5th floor that was not supposed to be under construction

but wasnt expecting much for the price we paid.

I knew it would be expensive when the price wasn't even shown,

They have nice selection of bars and  restaurants.

The steakhouse was amazing and had incredible service.

Easy to get around the hotel, great restaurants and food court.

Italian themed food court had decent food.

Recommend Vic and Anthony's in Golden Nugget for a good meal too.

The casino is non-smoking and they have great restaurants, bars, clubs and the best theatre for seeing the top world entertainers.

Great atmosphere, lots of food choices and a stones throw away from the T-Mobile Center.

Our dinner at the NoMad Library was WONDERFUL!

Dealers were friendly and food selection is good.

Best Friends restaurant is highly recommended and scallops.

Eataly food hall was amazing, you will not go anywhere because they have everything you are craving for!

Eataly was the mainstay for our daily breakfast eats and coffees.

Great location-a very short walk to NYNY and T-Mobile Arena and a free tram to Aria and Bellagio.

This location is perfectly located and nested by the New York New York and MGM Grand Hotel and right across from the T-Mobile Arena.

Convenient to Allegiant stadium, T-Mobile arena and Dolby Live.

Property very clean, we stayed in the night hawk suite facing t-mobile arena.

We went to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Series at T-Mobile Arena and it was literally right across the street.

Add in walking distance to the T-Mobile arena, easy tram access to the Aria and Bellagio along with amazing food and this is an easy must stay location! !

Park MGM is the place to stay if you attend an event at T Mobile Arena.

The Park is in a great location, in close proximity to other major casinos and to T-mobile arena for sports and concert events.

So close to the T-Mobile arena and Dolby theater.

Amazing location — steps from T Mobile Arena & great amenities between the pools, casino & shops.

Eataly, t-mobile arena, Shake Shack, breweries, etc.

The Dolby Theater is a huge plus and being so close to the T Mobile Arena is another plus.

Room (24-312)—clean, comfortable, a/c worked great, exciting view of T mobile arena, little tiny individual bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/bar of hand soap provided and replenished daily, ice machine (next to elevators on every floor) worked flawlessly multiple times, woke up to (neighbors?)

It is centrally located so easy to get anywhere and great if going to t-mobile arena.

The bed was very comfortable and had great views of the roller coaster and T-Mobile arena.

Although they didn’t have the room I originally reserved, the room we got had a nice view of the T-Mobile arena.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and next to T-Mobile arena.

Its location to other MGM properties/T-Mobile arena is a bonus.

Overall for the price it's comparable to other pricier hotels on the strip.

So, if you don not want to be around smoke at the heart of the strip then this is the best hotel for you.

The property hallways were quiet unlike some other properties on The Strip.

I would rate the Park MGM as #2 of the hotels I have stayed at on the strip.

Food offerings are good, and the prices in keeping with what other hotels on the strip charge. .

So overall, if you want something in the center of the strip and don’t mind whether you get the room you booked or one that isn’t as good and you don’t mind for fresh towels or housekeeping.

It was centrally located to lots of great spots on the strip.

The hotel and casino are top notch and, honestly, while we strolled up and down the strip to visit other casinos, Park MGM was the only one that was non-smoking and, whew, we really appreciated that!

And we really liked the location and accessibility to the rest of the strip.

We have stayed here several times before and this hotel is convenient to everywhere on the strip.

King sized bed, nice sized bathroom with walk in shower.

Perfect location for walking North or South on the Las Vegas Blvd.

I wouldn’t dare walk, stay, crawl, or be caught dying yet alone alive, in my right mind, in this hotel.

The hotel lobby, casino, and restaurants are nicer I think due to the nonsmoking status self selecting guests, and we could walk to the Aria for fantastic meal at Cathedral,

I was pleased to be able to walk out of any door of the hotel and land somewhere different and exciting.

There Is a walkway to Ariel resort from their a shuttle to the Bellagio or visit the shops at Crystal from Bellagio is a short walk to Caesars Palace.

F1 location for those going to Sphere is a bit of a walk even with the tram and the water in my room was just luke warm.

There are many food options in the hotel and just a short walk outside the hotel.

This hotel was formerly the Monte Carlo and you can walk (without stepping outside to the Nomad, the Aria or take a free tram to the Bellagio

Park MGM is conveniently located on the Strip in close walking or Tram distance from the shows and events.

You can walk to Aria from the inside and the tram to Bellagio was great.

Perfect location with New York New York next door and short walk to Aria and tram to Bellagio if you chose to visit other properties,

The ladies especially Janet would walk right past us.

It was, like, a 2-3 minute walk for us from hotel room to T-Mobile.

Quick walk to all the restaurants and Casino floor.

It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

Room was clean and updated and bed was comfortable, room was quiet.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

button for the elevator was hanging out of the wall by it's wires. Dangerous

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.
