Low class clientele and restaurant/bar options as it's connected to Miracle Mile Shops.

The resort was on the strip, connected to Planet Hollywood with a fabulous connecting mall.

The best part was that it's connected to a shopping mall that provides several options for eating/dining & shopping.

Being connected to the Miracle Mile is a god send, especially in 43+ degree heat outside.

It is directly connected to the mall, so all types of quick hit the places for coffee, restaurants, snacks and some shopping without getting out on the strip.

Full-ish kitchen, sectional with pull out, huge floor to ceiling windows, projection system (which, strangely wasnt connected to the DVD player, that was for the bedroom only, odd), jacuzzi tub in the master bath, shower big enough for two.

It is connected to the Miracle Mile which connects to the Planet Hollywood, so it is a short walk to the casino or the Strip.

Amazing location right next to Planet Hollywood, connected by the Miracle Mile mall.

The Elara is conveniently connected to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile on the Las Vegas Strip.

but has a perfectly sized pool and is connected to the shops.

It’s connected to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile indoor mall.

It is connected to the planet Hollywood casino and magnificent mile mall.

Rooms were amazing high end and within walking distance to the strip centrally located connected to inside mall close to airport upper floors great view Rented 2 bedroom a and b side for 3 couples king size bed with queen bed and 2 pull outs each side could sleep 8 large space in main  unit wife was impressed usually bored with average units

but the room was connected to the 1 bedroom suite and they used the coffee pot there.

The vibe is amazing and love that it’s connected to the miracle shops when we get hungry and don’t feel like going down the strip.

The hotel is connected to the Miracle Miles Shops and Planet Hollywood with many restaurants to choose from. 2.

Being connected to Miracle Mile makes shopping and food convenient and economical.

The Elara is a modern high-rise with all of the amenities, connected to the Miracle Mile indoor shops and restaurants.

It is a short Uber ride from the airport and connected to the Miracle Mile shopping and Planet Hollywood Hotel/Casino.

Proximity to Vegas strip:  The property is well located mid-strip, about halfway between the MGM and Bellagio, and connected to the Miracle Mile Shops and restaurants.

The living room picture window doubled as a projection tv screen.

1BR suites have flatscreen TVs in living & bedroom, projectors that use the blackout shades as screens. Bedside and desk outlets (and USB ports!)

Living room has an LED projector that uses the huge blackout curtain as a screen.

And the drop down shades that become a projector screen for watching TV is an awesome thing.

The tv's ability to show up on the large window screen was awesome.

My favorite part is the 65-inch HD home theater projector TV in the living room projected on a screen that doubles as a Blackout shade. brilliant!

We had 5 TV's as well as well as a projector on the blind for a wall-to-wall screen.

Everything was in working order and there is even a big screen projector in the living room--you lower the big picture window shades and it uses the shades as a screen for the living room TV.

We used the "big screen" video arrangement in the living/dining area, several times during our stay.

We had an 8-foot television screen that was awesome.

 The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean with with modern furniture of a good quality along with modern technology such as large screen TV’s etc.

Loved the raising blinds that is Ali a projector screen for movies.

The floor to ceiling window shade in the living room also doubles as a screen for the projection TV, and the panoramic view of the strip is great.

Nope…on the massive TV screen are non stop Hilton advertisements.

It also had electric blinds which made a projector screen for the TV which husband loved!!

Last time our room had all that plus a projector, movie screen, deep jacuzzi tub and a huge dining table.

Our kids loved the giant projector screen for watching a movie and we loved that there was a nice size living area, a full kitchen and table counter top height table and chairs to eat.

We loved the huge tv screen that was the window shade.

The projector screen was unlike any other and a major plus!

There are a variety of suites studio, one bedroom with full kitchens so if you get tired of eating out 3 meals a day in restaurants you can cook.

We had a two bedroom with a humongous  living room, full kitchen and hot tub in our bedroom.

I'm talking luxury apartment big, it's got a full kitchen with all the necessary dishware and utensils.

The room had a great view, space for everyone and a full kitchen.

The one bedroom is spacious and having a full kitchen including a fridge with a water dispenser is a plus.

The apartment is well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, full kitchen and washing machine.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was huge and had a full kitchen which we really didn’t use.

The large soak tub and full kitchen are really nice for heating up food or cooking in the room

We had a full kitchen with a fridge with water/ice which was nice to have.

I had a large one bedroom suite with a king bed, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer and a huge jet tub next to the bed, all for a reasonable price compared to what surrounding hotels were charging.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite that had more closet space than most, a full kitchen, a large bathroom, and even a hot tub.

Our suite was fairly large, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with a projector, king bed, and jacuzzi.

The amenities like room space, projector for your movies and a full kitchen were very nice.

The layout of the 2-king, 2-bedroom corner suite is very spacious and offers a full kitchen, stainless steel fridge, in-room safe, and coffee maker, and a full-sized table suitable for a party of 8 to dine.

It had a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, full kitchen, and cozy living room area with a huge projector tv!

What's the point of a full kitchen if you can't find anything close by to use the kitchen for?

Large living room, full kitchen with bar seating, and large bedroom.

Has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo.

She’s just sitting there on a personal phone call and blurts out “it will be 30 minutes”.

On calling the front desk/ guest services, we were told that construction was happening in the lobby and we could get ear plugs!!

The phone system is about to be “upgraded” in a few hours, so the only way to reach the front desk is in person…in line behind the gazillion people waiting to check in.

The managers kept promising that the points were issued and they refused to call me back.

I do as I always do in a room check out the cleanliness, the whirlpool tub had a ring around it, the body wash was empty and the coach was horrible…upon siting on the couch you sunk straight down it was very uncomfortable.

Knowing how hard it is to trace the source of second-hand smoke, and with it being my last night, I didn't bother to call the front desk

but at least one phone call during our stay to check on us or “schedule” a cleaning  like other resorts on the strip would have sufficed .

I told them to call housekeeping, and they said housekeeping wouldn't answer them.

We had to use the living room plugs for our phones and then some of those were worn as well.

Dust on the lamps, dust on the bathroom mirror, dust on the phones, dust on the coffee machine, dust on the tv remote controls, etc.

We had to call 4 times to tell them we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight because our flight was delayed and only  on the 4th time did we find a person who could actually find out hotel reservation.

but no one has more than 2 bars on cell phone.

It got to the point where I stopped answering calls from Hilton. Lastly, the line at Starbucks in Elara is always 20-30 deep (in the morning for sure.)

but I had to call Hilton when I hadn't received it three days later.

Rather than the local staff offering to do anything about it, they said we’d have to call customer service!

CONS
Disappointed to see many amenities missing in the room and to message or call for every item Including hairdryer and pots/pans for the kitchen.

I had asked for a wake-up call -- which was done by a real person --

Wednesday I again had to call and was frustrated knowing I only had 1.5 days left and still no service.

It is also great to be able to go down and have a direct entrance to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants, as well as only about a hundred yards from the Planet Hollywood Casino and all it has to offer.

Great location can go shopping at the miracle mile shops and get to Planet Hollywood casino.

The Planet Hollywood casino is a short air-conditioned 5-min walk away.

Since I do gamble, I stopped in the Planet Hollywood casino which they boast is attached to the Miracle Mile shops and a close walk to the Elara.

The location is perfect - connected to Planet Hollywood Casino, and within walking distance of all the other major casinos on the strip.

Walk right out the hotel into the mall to excellent food, shopping, and Planet Hollywood casino.

The Planet Hollywood Casino is just steps away, so you could gamble as much as you liked,

The Miracle Mile Shops (which are attached to the resort) and the Planet Hollywood Casino have signage indicating only non-vaxxed individuals mask up.

Beautiful non smoking clean resort within walking distace to the Mile Marker Mall, daiquiri shops, high-end shopping, plenty of dining options, Planet Hollywood casino, & entertainment.

The hotel is in a good location right above the Miracle Mile shops and next to the Planet Hollywood Casino.

It’s connected to the Miracle Mile shops, which also connects with Planet Hollywood casino.

Hotel is central strip was a short walk to MGM the lobby exits right onto Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood casino also Cosmo is across street which is very plush and huge sports book.

Another added benefit of this facility is its close proximity to both the Planet Hollywood Casino and the Miracle Mile Mall.

However it is attached to the Miracle Mile shopping center which is attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino (so you can go to the Planet Hollywood Casino without going outside and it is about a 5-8 minute walk from the Elara).

Ideally situated near the Magnificient Mile and the Planet Hollywood Casino.

but is so close to planet Hollywood casino it doesn’t need one.

This property is centrally located and connected to the Miracle Mile shops through which you can reach the Planet Hollywood casino if you want.

The Elara is has a great location directly behind the Planet Hollywood Casino and connected to the Million Mile Mall.

even though this property doesn’t have a casino, we played at the attached Planet Hollywood casino.

After complaining to the front desk (where the attendant insisted that the sewage smell was coming from the street outside.

This is a non smoking hotel and you do not have loud music or noises like most casino resorts do.

The janitor’s entire bottle of enzymes was no match for the stench.

The drains stink of sewer gas…52 floors up.

The hot tub(which was the main reason we booked this hotel) was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

I guess marijuana smoking is tolerated in the rooms and throughout the hotel as I noticed it in many areas.

Overall---the smoke issue was so minor that I would definitely consider this hotel again for that peace of mind.

When entered, we were surprised at what a dirty nasty room like this was.

I specifically chose Elara because it is non gaming, non smoking.

My mother-in- law had to wear a mask because it was affecting her breathing.

Our room had a raw sewage smell so bad that they had to move us from 2 different room.

When we first walked in, there’s a smell of rotten eggs.

However, The room smelled like rotten eggs or worse.

Happy to get out of the noise and smoke of the casinos.

(I will note, too, that the shower on the 33rd floor did not drain too well. But, there were no sewer smells that another poster mentioned.)

Additionally, we experienced a nasty sewer gas smell in the master bath our entire stay.

Debris and hair started coming out of the Jets.

However, when we arrived we found a huge crane blocking our view from the suite, and daily construction noise and smells from the air-ducts.

It had no musty/mildew smell and to use the dryer function you just push the dryer

The 3 bed king suite was so spacious it easily accommodated my family of 5 and views of sphere and centre strip were awesome.

From the higher floors (we were on 23) there are great views of the Sphere (north facing rooms/odd numbers) or the MGM, Luxor, Excalibur, etc (South facing rooms/even numbers).

Fast elevator to top floor with a great view of the surroundings.

I did ask the representative if there was any way to upgrade the room to a nice view.

There are floor to ceiling windows that you could see Las Vegas all the way to the mountains.

The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a studio with kitchenette amazing views and super clean.

The view of the Sphere is a new added benefit.

Our room was immaculate and had the most incredible view of the desert mountains and the ever-entertaining sphere.

And on the high floors, breathtaking views of & to the north Strip, mountains and the brand-new Sphere.

The north side has a view of the Sphere and the east view of the Formula One race track, scheduled to open in the middle of November 2023.

Huge floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the mountains and new “Sphere” (which annoyingly stays lit 24/7 so you have to close the shade or wear an eye mask to get any sleep).

Specific to our room, everything worked well and as expected, a glorious view of Las Vegas on the 53rd floor.

The views were amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable.

After paying full price (over $450/night) I was given stunning pool view from the 7th (Seventh) floor while I asked for a high floor the receptionist acknowledge that high floors are given to "potential buyers". ..

The floor to ceiling windows provided beautiful vast Vegas views (Hint: get an upper floor).

So the good/amazing - our room was on the 56floor and the view was perfect day or night Vegas always gives you a fab view.

We stayed on 25 th floor, had a view of the new Sphere & Eiffel Tower.

Miracle mile shops are connected to the hotel so that's handy.

The hotel is centrally located on the strip with a large connected shopping mall and a Walgreens and CVS within walking distance.

- The hotel is connected to The Miracle Mile shopping center, lots of stores and restaurants as well as an ABC Store, pretty much a one stop shop, from snacks, beer, wine etc.

We had a car, we parked at the PH Garage that is connected with the shopping center and hotels.

We enjoyed the shops and restaurants connected to the hotel.

I'm apart of Caesars rewards and Planet Hollywood has been my go-to Las Vegas hotel for a long time now (even when it was the old Aladdin hotel, loved it) because it had a younger vibe, great music, fun entertainment, nice hip rooms, great casino floor, connected to the Miracle Mile Mall, and great location in the heart of the strip.

Planet Hollywood is in a center strip location, and it is connected to the Miracle Mile shops, where there are many other great places to eat and shop.

Connected to the Miracle Mile shops so there is so much to do without even leaving the hotel!

Connected to the mall, easy to get to the strip, great restaurants, and the casino was amazing!!!

Loved that the miracle mile shops were connected to the hotel.

Good drink and food prices can be found here, and it is easily accessible due to being connected on several sides to the casino floor.

The pros of this hotel are as follows:

but PH still is the absolute best for convenience and accessibility, being connected to the Miracle Mile shops and everything.

Great bonus being connected to Miracle Mile shops and extra places to eat.

I always loved their center strip location, connected to the Miracle Mile Shops for access to food and diversion.

If you’re interested in shopping, the Miracle Mile shops are connected to the property.

Planet Hollywood is connected to the Miracle Mile Shops and restaurants, the Elara Hotel, and just steps away to everything we could need, on the strip and all the iconic Hotels and casinos.

Called help desk and was connected to a 3rd party outside USA.

I connected to the Wi-Fi as a guest after I settled in, and all three days, every time I would pick up my phone the Wi-Fi has kicked me off and I had one bar in that room the entire stay.

My experience has always been fun and exciting.

Friendly, hard working waitresses in the casino and fun atmosphere.

This trip I booked two nights at the end of my stay because of the location and I do like the overall fun vibe of Planet Hollywood.

Our stay was pleasant and the atmosphere was fun and safe.

The casino area is so UPBEAT and funky fun!

The decor had a fresh and fun vibe and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

They have a fun vibe, ridiculously loud music, and pretty good cocktail service.

The casino is easy to navigate thru - casino  is a fun atmosphere and the mall is attached next door.

Nice and fun vibe with cool and modern music playing at the casino area.

however just increased the fun atmosphere they have .

Casino staff is courteous, slots are generally looser that other strip casinos and the music pumped thru the casino adds to the fun atmosphere.

Really great place center strip and fun atmosphere .we had 5 nights of fun gambling and shows and a great place to people watch did really well playing blackjack not to much on the slots

Casino was lively, minimum table bets around $10 - $25, variety of slot machines, good music and a relatively fun atmosphere.

It was fun, Love the outfits the dealers wore, they were fun and sexy.

Booked 4 nights, 2 rooms (Ultra hip King Mountain View) = US$2480 total.

Booked a newly remodeled ultra hip king room.

We had the basic Ultra Hip non smoking room which was clean and there was a working fridge.

Unfortunately what was once a pleasant, relaxing, sharp, and hip place to stay has fallen off over my last few visits and it may be time for me to move on.

Sometimes the music is still good (younger vibe playing hip hop and dance music)

We had an ultra hip king room which had a great view

At the time of booking, I selected the Ultra Hip King Size city view.

Booked trip through Delta Vacations with an Ultra hip king bed room.

Reserved Ultra Hip room for a conference.

Booked 2 bed, ultra hip, non-smoking for myself and brother to hang out in Vegas for a few days.

The hotel room we reserved online was a "Ultra Hip " room that appeared like it had not been renovated in a long time.

So, after addressing this matter with the great staff at the front desk, they were able to get us settled in an accessible Ultra Hip Resort Room - Yes, they do exist.

We had a king hip room with views overlooking the pool and the Bellagio hotel/fountain.

I stayed in a single bed ultra hip room with view of the fake Eiffel tower .

“Ultra Hip,” more like ‘Major dip.’ 
Checked in early just to get to the registration area with not a single working kiosk.

Pool is ok particularly if you like dance and hip hop music played at full blast all day long.

Rooms:  The 'Ultra Hip Modern' claim is complete nonsense.

My only complaint like others is a lack of housekeeping, we got a knock late one afternoon to which the chap cleaned the bathroom & new towels, my husband was asleep so no bed change.

Wasn’t told at check in we had to ask to have the room cleaned and we were staying for a week, Monday-Monday.

but cleaning for me is scrubbing with bleach and sadly I didn’t carry any with me, so now I feel like this is ridiculous and a waste of money.

although we had to follow up to make sure that our rooms were cleaned daily.

We asked for cleaning services, they never came.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room so we didn’t get clean towels, beds not made, trash not emptied and our used towels, etc.

To our surprise, we were required to make our own beds and tidy up our rooms.

What more could a man need 

The location was fantastic and the eating options with the miracle mile shops and restaurants was first class 

House keeping cleaned the room when I wanted them in so no issues there 

The only reason I only gave 4 stars was because of the smoking smell in the casino and sometimes the corridor of the hotel 
I think its an issue for most casino's and hotels

Room was very dirty, bath had not been cleaned and was full of hairs, and room clearly had not been hovered , needed a deep clean, during our stay only cleaned on our 5rh and last day.

During this time our room was not cleaned.

but wouldn't go in themselves but I was assured "all luggage left is handed to lost property by the cleaners".

Day 2 no housekeeping and we had to mive because the ceiling devris feel on our head.

For 3 days the phone line up front desk and housekeeping was busy.
