We're in our 60's, so closer to the elevator helps.

The only thing that I would suggest to review is security to go to the rooms, in other hotels there is always a guard or there is some sort of control with the room key, at the Cosmopolitan there was none, you can get in the elevator and pick any floor and it will take you with no restriction.

I see trash in the elevator and half-finished drinks left outside the elevator table for days.

There was a dog toileting area immediately outside the lift lobby, which smelt and on 2 occasions we witnessed owners allowing their dogs to toilet on the walkway, leaving more than an odour… it was actually disgusting!

Mother Nature disrupted their power causing one set of elevators to be out for some time.

even though I was not next to the elevator.

No social distancing and the elevators are always packed like cattle cars.

The elevators for the Chelsea Tower are immediately off the hotel reception area, so no trek through the casino to get to your room is necessary as I assume it is for the Boulevard Tower.

After speaking with several guests in the elevators, this was a common problem.

Waited 3 hours to finally get a room that is neither near an elevator nor disability friendly.

The hotel has tons of food options and great self parking that gets you close to wherever you are trying to be depending on which elevator you park by.

Asked another employee who directed me to the other set of Boulevard elevators, thru the casino, tried my room keys at assigned room, with an occupied sign (thank goodness they didn't work?).

and then the card key didn’t work (walked through the casino, tried the cards, then tried to reach the front desk via the house phone in the elevator bank and the phone didn’t work); walking back through the casino with all my luggage, lines at the checkin desk were LONG (even the special line that says “keys”).

Seriously don't stay here, unless you want to wait 15min for an elevator only to stop on every single floor coz everyone is trying to get in or leave at the same time.

Trash cans at elevators were full of trash .

Not sure why there is no security check prior to entering guest elevators.

We got in an elevator Friday evening and the entire floor was covered in vomit a half inch thick.

Notes:
1. each set of elevators only goes to certain floors so make sure you get in the right one.

The mini bar has a sensor on it, so if you even lift a bag of chips, you are charged for it.

and as soon as people are in the elevator the masks come off, if there is just 2 or 3 in there you can creep real close to a wall,

But that beat the $89 breakfast the day before at the Cafe Americano at Paris Las Vegas!

When we first arrived we were put in an extremely noisy room overlooking the Marquee pool.

People everywhere, very noisy and busy all the time.

The only thing that lets The Cosmopolitan down for us is the constant stench of weed not just when sitting on our balcony…..in the space of 10 minutes we’ve had 3 bouts of it.

There was a round thing in the bathtub that came off unscrewed as soon as I started the jets so I just screwed it back on.

Tonight, I guess we may be able to have a quiet room at 3am from what they said.

but its not a quiet intimate venue for a romantic meal.

Being on the 28th floor, we were able to hear the partying on the streets and the car noise when we were out on the balcony.

After  several calls to the front desk I spoke with the most horrendous resort manager Adriana.

The sound of the elevator could be heard day and night from my bed

Carpets stained with cigarette burns, sewer gas coming from shower drains, pounding music from pool parties until 4am.

but also you can hear (clearly) surrounding showers, toilets, tubs.

I always felt crowded and didn't enjoy the noise volume.

When I got to my room, the AC was making banging noises.

but apparently it was not which was a good thing to hear but also.. We shouldn't be  getting rashes to that extent from a hotel pool.

The Boulevard Tower is located miles away from the registration desk and it is very noisy due to the music blasting from the Day Club and pool parties below.

The sound was so loud it was shaking the walls and turning the light on.

I’m sure he will return to harass more women and I pray they push him into traffic or worse next time since calling the police in Vegas will get you nowhere if you aren’t a rich old white man.

Oh and if you dont mind getting woken up or just get in from a night of partying the sun rise is a must to see!

I asked which room was closest to the elevator and he said 28, so I thought ok I'll take 5539.

I actually had to request a blanket to use one top because I was cold.

however I asked the front desk if it was possible.

When I asked management about it they looked away as if to say it was below their station to answer.

I asked for any other room and they still said no.

but with a rude attendant who immediately said No Upgrade even without me asking because they were full although the lady next to me was upgraded without her even being asked as well.

I have asked them to bring blankets up to my room so I can sleep on the rooms' sofa, which is in a more quiet part of the room.

The name on the tip envelope said Mercy, so I’m assuming that’s her name (I should have asked!).

Also, when we came back from the show, we find the pillows that we requested on the floor!

but were put in the Chelsea Tower despite requests for Boulevard Tower.

Ended up cancelling the request after waiting for over an hour.

even though I was out all day one day, called and requested it, and used the virtual assistant to request it.

and when I asked why I was filling out the form, the security guy shrugged and said "If its found we'll call you. If not then thats too bad."

We had to wait 20mins before a waiter even asked us for drinks and this wasn't even at the height of their busy period.

😅🤣 Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in so I asked if there were any rooms that was ready because we were tired after an early flight.

but she looked at the bookinfg  & abruptly told  me you got what your booking agent had booked for you so its their fault not the hotel and nohing could be done about it as the hotel was very busy I asked to speak to a manager was told none were available & the best they could so was a rollerbed so here was i a 64yr old blind man who had paid £200 a night going to have to sleep on a roller bed.

Arrived to check in at 630pm to find allergy request had not been fulfilled.

In following those instructions, we went back up to the desk and asked Dylan if we could get those exact times again that he had just previously given us two or three times already.

When asked if they could bring us ice packs to help they said they could not because no one was injured.

Either way, I asked him 2 apply it 2 my bill.

Drop into the speakeasy’s for fab cocktails.

So many restaurants, bars, beautiful decor throughout the casino, amazing service, etc.

After over five stays here, we weren't aware of all the "hidden" restaurants and other secret places to experience at Cosmo.

Awesome restaurants and spectacular service.

Food - 8/10 The Henry, Scarpetta!

Hotel is lovely and modern, great location, lots of lovely restaurants, great pizza takeaway for when the munchies hit after a night out.

There are plenty of restaurants within the hotel that are great for groups; also the pools are fabulous with great views.

The lights, colors and decors are fab m.  Not to mention the variety of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel has a great range of food options from ‘hidden’ pizza through to STK.

The suites have amazing views of the Bellagio Fountains and there are a fabulous assortment of restaurants to choose from.

So many options for food and cocktails in the building.

It is also a destination for guests at other hotels due to their amenities (restaurants and clubs).

Lots of fun things to do, amazing artwork, unique sculptures, great selections of restaurants (#STK, #Superfrico, #EggSlut, #Scarpetta, #BlueRibbon, #MomoFuku  just to name a few and I can’t go without mentioning their amazing all-you-can-eat buffet - #WickedSpoon and good luck finding #TheSecretPizza place 😁).

And a great little restaurant at the pool.

I've been treated better and better room service at the Wynn and the Aria; great view

Enjoyed a cocktail at the Chandelier Bar and some great people watching.

We were thankfully moved and got a city view room.

The location is perfect and having a room with an outdoor balcony overlooking the Bellagio fountains was amazing!

We had an amazing room with perfect views over the Bellagio fountains.

but not stuffy with gorgeous and spacious rooms.

As we started walking down the hall I realized this room would be close to the end of the hotel.

I cannot fault the room nor the view from our balcony.

Rooms spacious with everything you needed.

For the price the rooms are highly overrated.

The room was excellent, as were the views.

She handed me keys and said they would text me when my room was ready.

I even received a call in my room from the Vice President of the hotel.

The rooms were adequate (we received an upgrade for which very grateful)

Great room with Balcony and two tv’s and comfortable bed,everything is clean and tidy and well maintained.

Our rooms have always been beautiful, very spacious and clean.

It was an amazing experience, the room was incredible, we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony with a view to the Bellagio fountains, so the view was very exciting.

Neighbors were very loud at 3 am, one call to the security desk and it was quickly resolved.

She had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t have to call back anymore because it wasn’t going to make security come any sooner.

After hotel security coming to take an incident report, taking pictures of our suit finally at almost 11pm the result of waving the resort fee was offered.

Saw a couple of shows (Lady A most recent) and the event center needs some work regarding security and getting people into the shows.

but be ready to be harassed everywhere by employees.

During my stay my Rolex was stolen from the room.

Called for the hotel security to help which took over 30min so I was forced to call the police!

The security officer was over reacting and didn't speak to them with any respect and then had the audacity to tresspass him just because he didn't trust the security guard with his camera (I wouldn't also)

I was also informed that it could take security up to an hour to come speak with me.

The pounding on the door continued, while I then heard a man say it’s security we need you to open the door.

The police officer decided there was no foul play involved

Tried to file a security complaint with the front desk and got refused.

After (inadvertently) entering without knowing to provide our room key, I was laughed at, mocked, & found the security staff to be completely unprofessional.

Security gets rid of trouble before it starts and makes you feel like you’re in old Las Vegas.

At one point there were about 15 security guards and 3 cops inside and out front of our room.

While there is ample signage indicating masks must be worn, there are a few stragglers who get passed security and have no mask.

On Saturday July 24, 2021 at 8:30pm on the Pedestrian Crosswalk, we were harassed, stalked and discriminated against by one of the Cosmopolitan Security Guards/ Door Attendant (official title unknown).

She also spent several hours on our balcony which overlooked the Bellagio Fountains - useful for smokers!

View of the Bellagio water fountain was the added touch.

but it gave us the opportunity have great views of the entire strip which was very nice.

As far as the room, I had a double with the strip view - absolutely stunning!

The balcony also is nice which you can view the entire Las Vegas strip from and has a chair and comfortable sofa.

but had a great view of the Pool and mountains in the background.

We believe this is the only hotel with balconies and this makes it very nice to have a drink with a wonderful view to the strip and the fountains show.

Loved this hotel, spacious, clean rooms, huge bathroom, woth a balconly overlooking the Bellegio fountain, a little more expensive,

But even that you don’t need to do because the hotel boasts spectacular views of the strip all around including elevated views of the #bellagiofountains.

A trick also is when playing in the casino just ask for a bottle of water.

Most annoying thing--drank bottled water in the room $25!!!

All the regular restaurants and bars and the gambling facilities are present and are OK. 

For such an upscale hotel to NOT have even a single complimentary water bottle in the room, no tea or coffee maker, no kettle is UNACCEPTABLE.

(I think they  expect people to buy bottles of water before checking in. ).

but yet another charge to even store anything in it, even my bottle of water!!!!

although very pricey ($5.79 for a standard size bottle of water and approx $30 for a burger and fries from Posh Burger).

24.75 USD for a bottle of water in your room?

If you move anything, it charges you for it (water bottle = $25).

but I was still shocked by some of the prices for things like a croissant or 2 bottles of water in the convenience store downstairs costing $14 (!!).

I was then quickly reminded how none of the room, including the ones in the Sky Suites (since our friends stayed in those on our last trip) do NOT include personal use of the in-room fridge nor were there complimentary bottles of water in our rooms.

We noticed the maid had no VACUUMS OR SWIFFERS and were informed,  no they had none.

but there was no need to keep putting my hairbrushes and other things in drawers to clean off the counter space. Odd.

- Mini bar prices must be viewed on the in-room tablet (no paper menu/signs)
- In-room tablet didn't work properly (couldn't view prices)
- Fiji water is $24.95 for larger bottle, chips are $20.50 (found out the hard way)
- Room had a couple spots that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival
- Minimal bathroom amenities (included: soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion./  NO q-tips, cotton pads, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb, shower cap, sewing kit, etc.,

My room fridge had left over food in there from a previous guest which has clearly been missed by the cleaners.

In Our second room the bathroom door wouldn’t close, both sinks didn’t drain, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, dust everywhere, and a light in the bathroom didn’t work.

Some hotel only have cleaning services upon request.

but that should never be the response 🤦🏾‍♀️

We called the front desk and they offered us 3 options:
- send up cleaners for a stat room clean, then swap out the room for another one tomorrow (70-80% another dbl room would be available then), and offered $100 food/beverage credit that can’t be applied to Javier’s, tips, etc or a $50 resort fee credit for our “inconvenience”. Ha!

And rather than cleaning up or drying, it got worse every day, soaking more and more of the hallway til I was sloshing into my room, dripping water inside the room.

We had noticed that one day when housekeeping had NOT been in to clean the room I might add,  that a few dollars in coins were missing from the side, we dismissed it as an oversight on our part, the room was cleaned the following day

Room cleaning was missed a couple of days despite the service being noted on the door display,

We had housekeeping one day as we had inadvertently not put our DND on, and despite valuables (airpods, iPhone, iPad, jewelry, Louis Vuitton bags, cash) being left out did not have ANY issues with anyone taking anything.

However for housekeeping to find these chips they would have had to be going through all bags/pockets of everything in the room.

We did not get our room cleaned for 3 days.

I don’t appreciate being woken up by housekeeping at 9 am with a loud knock on the door.

Just lock your luggage and then move out of your room.

for storing personal items” in the fridge.

I would also avoid storing your luggage if you can (at least until the staff increase their etiquette and professionalism).

But I would have preferred not unpacking, packing repeat plus moving my bags (the bellhop NEVER came, after 45 minutes).

You will also be charged to store anything in the fridge.

There were 2  closets and luggage racks which is a rare find.

They tell him housekeeping went into our room on checkout date at 7pm and our luggage was still in there.

This creates a problem if you would like to store some water, wine, or leftovers in the refrigerator.

I enjoyed the pool a few days, and it was never crowded and always had plenty of free loungers to choose from--sunny or shaded.

We called the front desk and they said it was from the pool bar at the Cosmopolitan across the street.

On the subject of the pools, John (the bass jumper) at the pool bar is an absolute legend and is such a lovely guy who was great with all of the customers.

Everything at ARIA is top-notch: the pools, the spa, the restaurants, the bars, the casino, the rooms and suites, the nightclub, the dayclub, the list literally goes on and on.

SkySuite room was great and so were the pool and cabana at Aria.

The pool was great and poolside service was fantastic.

(highlights for them were the pool and poker room)  We will return for sure.

From the friendly service by Aiden at the front desk, the wonderful pool service by Nikki and the amazing attention to detail by the housekeeping staff, Aria highly exceeded our expectations.

The pool facilities were excellent,  great hostess Jennifer was top notch.

Swimming pools were cool and comfortable.It was awesome.Especially staffs were friendly.Parking lot is huge for visitors.There we’re a lot of spaces to park the cars.

We enjoyed the pool area, which has a tropical feel to it.

Excellent service and friendly staff in the hotel and by the pool.

My husband and I also love the three pools at Aria, I love the sun and my husband needs the shade so we had no problem finding both for each of us!

Great rooms, great food, gambling, location, pool and staff are all nice.

The four pools available are amazing with great staff making sure you everything you need, towels, food and drinks.

The staff, the room, the amenities, the pool, everything couldn’t have been more perfect.

There are many upscale (read: expensive) restaurants that I didn't take advantage of,

We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Catch Restaurant.

Din Tai Fung managed to get us in for early dinner twice and it proved to be an orchestra plus a very tasty meal.

The restaurants are first class, the patisserie is good if you like that,

Great restaurants like Din Tai Fung ant the patiserie.

I then used the rest at dinner at Jean-Georges Steakhouse which I found to be absolutely excellent.

Restaurants in the Aria were good and priced not too bad.

we went to Bellagio for lunch and picked up a bottle of Figi water of the same size for $6.50.

For quick bites you can order online at a several of the restaurants and go pick it up after 30 minutes.

I was totally impressed and satisfied, great hotel, good restaurants did some shopping, nice fitness center and they had a great staff.

Aria also offers many restaurants which makes it easy to stay right in the facility.

We had numerous meals in the hotel restaurants and ordered room service a couple times as well.

Honestly we didn’t have to leave the resort since it has plenty of shopping options and restaurants.

We went there to look around since we have been at the Aria Restaurant in the past.

It's clean and theres lots of great places to eat or grab a snack.

The exterior looks wonderful then you go to your room that was late cleaning

Upon checking in with a human being--vs the kiosks at many other Vegas hotels--I requested and received a great high-floor strip view room on the 50th (really 40th) floor.

The view from our room was spectacular and the rooms are very clean.

What really makes Aria stand out among some serious contenders is not their beautiful rooms or their tasty dinners

The next day, in the daylight, I could see that our 3rd room was also dusty.

There was dust on everything in our STAY WELL PREMIER room.

They didn’t bother asking if I had a car and like other proper hotels the garage uses your room key.

The casino is a very good one with table games, poker room and slots

The room was everything I had hoped for and more!
