Across the street is the Planet Hollywood Casino, Hotel and the Miracle Mile of shops.

One great thing is to walk out the door, cross the road and you're straight in the air conditioned splendour of the miracle mile shops and walk through to Planet Hollywood casino, and over the road to Bellagio.

It is just off the strip, kitty corner to the miracle mile mall which leads to Planet Hollywood Casino and Hilton.

The hotel is across the street from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shopping mall and Planet Hollywood casino, and just around the corner and across the street from the City Center hotels (Aria, Cosmopolitan, etc.).

but it's right beside the Miracle Mile shops, so if you're going north, where most of the good stuff on the strip resides, you can walk through the shops, cut through the Planet Hollywood casino, and get to the Paris/Bellagio area in 10 minutes or less.

Across the street to the Miracle Mile Mall with many shops & restaurants, which is also connected to Planet Hollywood Casino & easy access to the strip.

Across the street is a mall that has plenty of places to eat with inside and outside.It is attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort.

The hotel is right on the Strip across from Planet Hollywood Casino.

It's one block off the strip, just across the street from Planet Hollywood Casino and half a block away from Aria and the Cosmopolitan. Everything we wanted (Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, Paris, Venetian, NY, etc.)

Don't get me wrong, it IS a nice hotel, it IS right across the street from the Mall and Planet Hollywood Casino.

Service is stellar, and the one bedroom suite was lovely-excellent, well equipped kitchen; large shower with plenty of hot water; wonderful, comfortable bed with quality linens; and large living and dining areas.

We also enjoyed having the full washer ensuite.

Comfortable one bed room suite with l as the kitchen and dinning area.More than enough room for the two of us.

I'll tell you my family and I have been going here for dozens of years on end it was the best hotel ever we got the 3 bedroom and my nephew and I had wine the one night the parents went out to the casino so after we did that we got snacks and then watched a movie then we went to the sky bar and had fun swimming.

Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, equipped with everything needed, well maintained, spotless clean and quiet.

Helpful friendly staff, lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa with all the facilities you need.

We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen.

This is a big city, Marriott timeshare very akin to the Pulse venues in other cities, except this one does have one and two bedroom villas with full kitchens, whereas pulse is just a hotel room.

6 friends all went together and we stayed in 2 different suites at the Marriott.

We booked a "2 bedroom villa" for 3 of us girls.

Try to get the large one-bedroom instead of the junior one-bedroom.

We had a single bedroom villa; it was really large and came with a full kitchen along with a washer and dryer.

What I liked:
-	The interior was well appointed, especially the master shower which had two shower heads across from each other
-	The valet parking was efficient
-	Its location is great.

The one bedrooms villas are wonderful, standard for Marriott Vacation Club.

We are owners with Marriott and booked a 1 bedroom villa.

The rooms in our suite were sparkling clean .

We had 2 suites next to each other that were well stocked with everything we needed.

She’s just sitting there on a personal phone call and blurts out “it will be 30 minutes”.

On calling the front desk/ guest services, we were told that construction was happening in the lobby and we could get ear plugs!!

The phone system is about to be “upgraded” in a few hours, so the only way to reach the front desk is in person…in line behind the gazillion people waiting to check in.

The managers kept promising that the points were issued and they refused to call me back.

I do as I always do in a room check out the cleanliness, the whirlpool tub had a ring around it, the body wash was empty and the coach was horrible…upon siting on the couch you sunk straight down it was very uncomfortable.

Knowing how hard it is to trace the source of second-hand smoke, and with it being my last night, I didn't bother to call the front desk

but at least one phone call during our stay to check on us or “schedule” a cleaning  like other resorts on the strip would have sufficed .

I told them to call housekeeping, and they said housekeeping wouldn't answer them.

We had to use the living room plugs for our phones and then some of those were worn as well.

Dust on the lamps, dust on the bathroom mirror, dust on the phones, dust on the coffee machine, dust on the tv remote controls, etc.

We had to call 4 times to tell them we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight because our flight was delayed and only  on the 4th time did we find a person who could actually find out hotel reservation.

but no one has more than 2 bars on cell phone.

It got to the point where I stopped answering calls from Hilton. Lastly, the line at Starbucks in Elara is always 20-30 deep (in the morning for sure.)

but I had to call Hilton when I hadn't received it three days later.

Rather than the local staff offering to do anything about it, they said we’d have to call customer service!

CONS
Disappointed to see many amenities missing in the room and to message or call for every item Including hairdryer and pots/pans for the kitchen.

I had asked for a wake-up call -- which was done by a real person --

Wednesday I again had to call and was frustrated knowing I only had 1.5 days left and still no service.

It is also great to be able to go down and have a direct entrance to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants, as well as only about a hundred yards from the Planet Hollywood Casino and all it has to offer.

Great location can go shopping at the miracle mile shops and get to Planet Hollywood casino.

It is connected to the planet Hollywood casino and magnificent mile mall.

The Planet Hollywood casino is a short air-conditioned 5-min walk away.

Since I do gamble, I stopped in the Planet Hollywood casino which they boast is attached to the Miracle Mile shops and a close walk to the Elara.

The location is perfect - connected to Planet Hollywood Casino, and within walking distance of all the other major casinos on the strip.

Walk right out the hotel into the mall to excellent food, shopping, and Planet Hollywood casino.

The Planet Hollywood Casino is just steps away, so you could gamble as much as you liked,

The Miracle Mile Shops (which are attached to the resort) and the Planet Hollywood Casino have signage indicating only non-vaxxed individuals mask up.

Beautiful non smoking clean resort within walking distace to the Mile Marker Mall, daiquiri shops, high-end shopping, plenty of dining options, Planet Hollywood casino, & entertainment.

The hotel is in a good location right above the Miracle Mile shops and next to the Planet Hollywood Casino.

It’s connected to the Miracle Mile shops, which also connects with Planet Hollywood casino.

Hotel is central strip was a short walk to MGM the lobby exits right onto Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood casino also Cosmo is across street which is very plush and huge sports book.

Another added benefit of this facility is its close proximity to both the Planet Hollywood Casino and the Miracle Mile Mall.

However it is attached to the Miracle Mile shopping center which is attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino (so you can go to the Planet Hollywood Casino without going outside and it is about a 5-8 minute walk from the Elara).

Ideally situated near the Magnificient Mile and the Planet Hollywood Casino.

but is so close to planet Hollywood casino it doesn’t need one.

This property is centrally located and connected to the Miracle Mile shops through which you can reach the Planet Hollywood casino if you want.

The Elara is has a great location directly behind the Planet Hollywood Casino and connected to the Million Mile Mall.

even though this property doesn’t have a casino, we played at the attached Planet Hollywood casino.

After complaining to the front desk (where the attendant insisted that the sewage smell was coming from the street outside.

This is a non smoking hotel and you do not have loud music or noises like most casino resorts do.

The janitor’s entire bottle of enzymes was no match for the stench.

The drains stink of sewer gas…52 floors up.

The hot tub(which was the main reason we booked this hotel) was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

I guess marijuana smoking is tolerated in the rooms and throughout the hotel as I noticed it in many areas.

Overall---the smoke issue was so minor that I would definitely consider this hotel again for that peace of mind.

When entered, we were surprised at what a dirty nasty room like this was.

I specifically chose Elara because it is non gaming, non smoking.

My mother-in- law had to wear a mask because it was affecting her breathing.

Our room had a raw sewage smell so bad that they had to move us from 2 different room.

When we first walked in, there’s a smell of rotten eggs.

However, The room smelled like rotten eggs or worse.

Happy to get out of the noise and smoke of the casinos.

(I will note, too, that the shower on the 33rd floor did not drain too well. But, there were no sewer smells that another poster mentioned.)

Additionally, we experienced a nasty sewer gas smell in the master bath our entire stay.

Debris and hair started coming out of the Jets.

However, when we arrived we found a huge crane blocking our view from the suite, and daily construction noise and smells from the air-ducts.

It had no musty/mildew smell and to use the dryer function you just push the dryer

The 3 bed king suite was so spacious it easily accommodated my family of 5 and views of sphere and centre strip were awesome.

Our 1BR suite was beautiful and spacious.

We were given a suite on the 53rd floor facing the Sphere. Amazing!

The suite was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy.

Every 1-4 bedroom unit has a washer, can’t they use those.

There was also another big screen tv in the living room and in the bedrooms.

We had a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen on the 24th floor.

We requested a room that faced the new Sphere and got the perfect corner suite.

We stayed in one of the Junior Suite rooms on the 50th floor.

1BR suites have flatscreen TVs in living & bedroom, projectors that use the blackout shades as screens. Bedside and desk outlets (and USB ports!)

We had a two bedroom with a humongous  living room, full kitchen and hot tub in our bedroom.

We had a 2 bedroom unit that had a projector that made it excellent for watching sports and movies with.

As a Hilton Honors gold member I booked a family trip and paid full price for 2 bedroom suite.

there is a 65 inches big projector in the two bedroom suite, plenty of movie channel to choose.

Overall, the room is outstanding - keeping in mind this was a two bedroom unit, which is a one bedroom combined with a studio unit.

Husband fell in love with the massage chair in the room too - thanks Elara he's now looking to get one for at home too!!

Our checkin was quick/easy, the staff was friendly, and our unit was large,  beautiful, and modern (2 bedroom).

Stayed in a 2 bedroom on the 55th floor with a great view of the strip.

Cons  their was construction going on and their was a flyer for this.

I did phone and speak to Carol who so kindly said nothing we can do, the construction is at the Cosmo.

The place is dated, because of the construction we ended up with view of a wall.

.their was obviously a construction and it was tough to find the parking possibilities and if it took any longer I would've carried that car there without driving 20 minutes through that garage. .

Right now they are having construction done, which made walking in and out not so great,

The pool was not really usable - there was netting over head- I suppose to protect from nearby construction- and had very little sun.

One issue is that there is a lot of construction going on literally outside the front entrance, so you have to navigate the construction zone if you are heading for Vegas Blvd.

True, during the construction 6 years ago it was loud and inconvenient.

We hadn't been for a long time due to the construction and renovations.

The main door isn't obvious especially with the construction going on,

I would not suggest that anybody try to sleep during the day because there was some sort of construction noise that was extremely loud even on the 5th floor.

Be prepared for lots of heavy truck, bus and construction traffic on the side facing the Bellagio.

The resort is connected to the Cosmopolitan casino, and just across the street from Planet Hollywood casino and resort, which is also connected to a shopping mall.

It is right across the street from the Planet Hollywood Casino, the Paris Casino and adjacent to the Bellagio.

PFChangs is across the Strip from the Jockey club along with Planet Hollywood casino and shops.

We had 5 people in a 2 bedroom suite and it was wonderful.

We have reserved a Deluxe  suite, as the travel agency told us that we get two separate beds in the bedroom.

I booked a suite at this property via booking.com.

The suite had everything we needed and more.

Claims they have hospitality suite where you can get fresh coffee and fresh popcorn all day (false) been here for 3 days and totally closed!

Two big bedrooms - one en-suite with large walk in wardrobe, and a comfy sofa bed.

Very highly recommend Stay Together Suites in the Jockey Club.

Perfect for our needs and comfortable one bedroom, two queen beds and two bathrooms, full kitchen.

When the opportunity arose to travel to Vegas again we of course choose to stay here again as it has an excellent location on the strip, it offers large suites and zero resort fees (which are getting so out of control expensive at all other hotels that you can almost stay a week longer here just with saving resort fees.

We paid an exchange fee to stay and then charged extra when we got there.

When I pulled up I swiped my key and drove in not realizing that I hit the side/back of the truck.

No hidden fees other than the requested a deposit of 250 which they refunded to my credit card.

but there is nobody at the towel stand to take your card.

The staff claimed it had been the maid staff who placed it in the rooms and was scammed and now need to put in a claim with master card to recover my money.

I asked for her card and she gave me Jennifer's card (also a night manager). I said "I thought your name is Megan!"

Later got e-mail says credit card was opened.

although they magically found vacancy, they would have to charge me $130 dollars more a night than their original rate for the other nights.

She then said she needed a credit card to keep on file - it would have a $40 hold to hold our slot

Book through Wyndham and not RCI (RCI charges too many fees).

He charged my credit card $40 to make sure I show up for my appointment.

We were also charged a cleaning fee because we didn't stay for 7 days, that is an RCI charge and makes no sense.

Then charge you a refundable fee of $40 for I don't know what.

All we were told is he was pulling our credit.

Nobody takes responsibility or offers credits, just empty apologies.

The only negative we found was charging $95 for staying less than a week even when you sign a waiver for housekeeping.

although you get big up charge for "room cleaning" 3/4 of the price of the room,  there was so much different types of hair in the bathrooms, no telling when it was last cleaned.

You may end up with a credit card you didn't sign up for and a contract they forged your signature on and then they will claim you actually signed.

although he said they would charge us $40 if we were a no-show that did not happen.

Did management call the next day or the following day or three days after to follow up to check on the person who was injured?

Afterwards, I received eight calls from different people about me missing my appointment.

There were two minor maintenance issues that were addressed within 15 minutes of my call to the front desk.

The police said why would they call us for you guys, he said if he were us he would definitely be upset.

TIPS:
-Try to call and ask for Tower II, as that's closest to the street (less walking)
-Ask for a courtyard view or Strip view
-Negotiate harder for your timeshare presentation gifts if you have to do one.

Be prepared to connect to the wifi as the cell service is horrible,

The manager herself said they were overbooked and would call us when the room type we booked became available and she did not.

took many calls to get things as simple as toilet paper and towels.

but on Sunday afternoon around 1 PM while my team and I were working a convention, I get a call from the Wyndham Front Desk.

Had to call housekeeping twice before bedding delivered reluctantly and with no courtesy.

(we told front desk without resolution, called tech support and after ~20 mins, call was disconnected) 2) Broken remote in living room (fixed by maintenance), 3) Running Toilet (fixed by maintenance), 4) Shower would not turn all the way off (had to crank it down and it still dripped) 5) Clogged bathroom sink (draining very slowly), 6) Bedroom TV not working

but she would see what she could do and call back .

When we came back, we found my wife’s diamond ring and necklace were gone from her bag in the closet.

Master bedroom design is awkward with TV so far away and small it was almost easier to watch on phone.

If you don't schedule it upon check in, they will call you until you do!

The only overall down side for us was the constant reliance on QR scans as a means of getting information, and not having the program on our phone (not an iPhone).

but then you have to call for new towels.

We returned only to be told the unit was not ready and that they would call when available.

Ideally located just 2 blocks from the strip (about a 10 min walk to the Planet Hollywood Casino) with good paths & pedestrian crossings.

The Bathtubs and showers, presidential suite, were slippery.

We loved our suite - one king bed, huuge bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

The suite was two bedroom with the furniture well appointed.

Our room was very nice with a full kitchen, we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom for a total of 2 full bathrooms, this was very nice surprise.

We were in a 1 bedroom with mini kitchen.

We enjoyed the roominess we had in our two bedroom suite that included a kitchen, dining rea and living space.

We reserved a full kitchen and jacuzzi  and paid more for it than the crummy little room they gave us with mini kitchen on one wall of the living room.
