Construction was happening next to the hotel so it was a little noisy

The problem this year was not the fault of the CH, it was the construction  and road noise due to the building of the new Formula 1 raceway and the roads leading to it.

There was construction going on near the Strip so finding it was a bit more difficult than I expected,

Construction in the area closed a small portion of sidewalk on Harmon Ave.

The traffic was horrible due to Formula One construction in the area around the resort and strip.

There is a lot of road construction which is not their fault.

However, there was a lot of noise from the construction road outside that we can barely sleep at night.

However, there is currently a lot of noisy (day and night) road construction in the area, and traffic can get challenging

Much truck traffic right now with all the construction going on in Vegas.

This seems to be an outdated message, as we checked in May 2021 and there has been constant construction happening in the room directly across from ours.

but it is currently under construction so if you don't mind some noise from time to time (M-F 8am-3pm) this is the right place for you.

To top it off our floor was under construction and there was crazy loud construction going on outside beginning early in the morning.

However, we did not experience any of the noise from the construction.

It has parking and no tourist fee .They have a small swimming pool ..(never actually used it) Construction was underway , was of no bother to us at all as we were out every day .

though there was construction going on, it didn't start until 9 am and we were usually up by then.

We experienced some noise from the construction workers renovating the hotel every morning when the dumpsters were emptied, and the monorail across the street was a bit noisy as well.

We didn't hear any noise atall from the construction work.

Never had any issues with the construction.

Signs are posted in the halls promising renovations, and, indeed, there was construction noise.

This hotel is located about 2 blocks off the strip.

Top Golf is also 2 blocks the other direction.

It is a couple of blocks from the Vegas Strip and the best BBQ in Vegas at the Ellis Island Casino and a block away from the least expensive and best breakfast at the Ocean One Bar and Grille in the Miracle Mile Shops.

Conveniently located to access all that Vegas has to offer, we would definitely come back.

but there are plenty of eating places in the mall which is a one block walk from the Carriage House and a half block more and you are on the strip.

as mentioned it is about a 8 min walk from the strip, excellent location by Miracle Mile Mall *Planet Hollywood Casino* and is a 10 -12 min walk to the nearest bus stop.

To get to The Strip, we crossed the street and cut through the Miracle Mile Shops and Planet Hollywood Casino.

The room was comfortable and quiet and had a great view.

Stayed in a one bdrm with full kitchen, dining area, living room with a pull out.

We were able to move to another room away from the noise.

The room was very clean and met my needs during my short stay in Las Vegas.

The two bedroom suite was spacious and was plenty of room for my three guests and me.

The rooms and all the hotel are quiet and I could relax and rest.

It was the perfect distance from the Strip to be able to walk to where we wanted to go,  The room was clean and spacious.

There was no wait for check in and no casino smoke.

Also was very bad odor in the hall way one day that smelled like a toxic glue for a few hours and a little bit in the room.

The kitchen is good enough for small meals, just dont try to cook bacon because the smoke alarm will beep.

I love the security measures of the hotel in the entrance and elevators and how there are no casinos and its non smoking.

Stocked kitchenette, no resort fees, no nasty casino to walk through to get to the room.

Our room smelled like rotten eggs (which highly points to a gas leak which was incredibly dangerous for not just us

No bar, restaurant, slots, smokers, or anything.

Staff was accommodating, the room had a full kitchen, and it had no second hand smoke smell like some of the other Vegas hotels.

but you don't have to worry about any stinky cigarette smell.

Old furnishing, popcorn ceiling, broken door lock on the bathroom, bedroom door won’t stay closed, drapes are torn, bathroom is dirty, woke up one night to find the sink mysteriously full of brown smelly water which drained itself later that morning.

The shower felt dirty and gross, the lights in my room didn't work, the breakfast looked incredibly limited and closed at a ridiculously early hour.

Water was leaking all over the place in the hotel, there was no complimentary shuttle as I had read and only one hot tub was working.

Bathroom lock in a premier suite was broken.

And to finish off we found out that the false alarm was caused by someone's toilet overflowing which set off the alarm system.

Our toilet didn't flush,  had to call maintenance first thing upon arrival.

but not showering apparently effects my mood.

They put us in Room 603, a very nice room, except it ended up spelling like there was a sewer issue in the pipes leading to the bathroom.

The room was a mess: phone didn't work, chest off drawers in bedroom was broken so drawers either didn't open or fell out of the cabinet,  bathroom floor under sink wasn't clean.

There also was no soap dish so the soap bar just sat on the sink making a mess.

For the 7 nights we stayed in the hotel, the housekeeper would forget to replenish either shampoo, or conditioner, or face towel, or coffee.

but that it was limited to the sinks, and not the showers.

Maybe we were unlucky, our room had no hot water for the shower, which we didn't find out until the next morning.

Breakfast was good and that’s really the only positive thing I can say.

Hot breakfast every morning was really nice, lots of choices of food and drink.

Front desk workers were very welcoming and friendly rooms were clean and complimentary breakfast was yummy we would definitely stay at the embassy suites again !!

Although it was extremely busy at times especially on the weekend, overall it was quite good especially the omelettes.

I loved waking up to a cooked breakfast every day as well.

The morning breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options.

The breakfast crew are friendly and attentive.

Issas at the front desk was great, the room was great, the breakfast was great, the guys cooking was fun.

The staff was incredible especially the front desk guy, working New Years eve and breakfast was delicious.

I thought the hotel and service is good for the price and the breakfast is a plus.

This is a ship without a rudder, the breakfast cooks nice, they did bring ion a new toaster, consumer model, one 2 slice unit that also didn't toast, with 35 people in line.

LOVE that they still can make my omelette from fresh eggs as most "boxed" eggs used in this type of breakfasts contain soy.

The complimentary hot breakfast and evening reception is the best!
