The area around the hotel is fine and it is easy to walk to the T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium, as well as to the bottom of the strip.

The location couldn’t have been better—close to the strip and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium (1/4 mile).

This hotel is within walking distance from Allegiant Stadium which is why we chose this one for this visit.

You can walk to Tmobile arena, Allegiant Stadium and downtown.

even though the overpass is under construction.

Except for the construction, the hotel is minutes from the Las Vegas trip.

The only issue I found was all of the construction around Tropicana Ave. as they were redoing the I-15 interchange and preparing for the F-1 race in a couple of weeks - just tied up traffic horribly like nobody’s business.

although construction makes it a bit tricky.

but due to the road construction it is too difficult to walk.

The traffic getting in right now is hectic with construction,

but the path goes through a less than desirable construction area right now and is unshaded.

but I didn’t have a corkscrew 😅We weren’t able to locate one at the desk but I bumped into the engineer Dave in the lobby and he saved with day with a drill and a screw!

Your competition across the street at "newer" construction hotels don't charge for parking.

The only thing that caught my eye was the construction going on near the lobby.

but found ourselves quite intimidated by the heavy traffic, road construction, road closures for a large festival, and the shear size of the city.

Hopefully the construction will be over soon.

As a side note, there seems to be a lot of construction in the area, and the hotel itself is undergoing a renovation.

The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that they are currently under construction.

There was much construction and what appeared to be abandoned vehicles in the parking lot.

The street out front is under construction.

The construction in the lobby is a problem when entering.

Cons: construction and tarp all over made this hotel uninviting.

Upon arrival the entire 1st floor was under construction and pool, laundry & bar closed.

Also there is construction across the street.

I was told that I could not receive a credit because I pre-paid for my room.

The $15 parking and the $75 dog charge are not posted on their website.

Once you have a key card that can be used to get inside.

Only negative is that there are parking charges, as it cost me $15 per night.

There was a parking charge of $12/night that we were not aware of at the time of booking through Booking.com.

Parking on site for a cost ( eh ) and girlfriend had to unbuckle and lean out car window to swipe room card for parking entrance.

Hilton has such a great lost and found system and even when I messed it up and put the wrong room #, these ladies went above and beyond and searched everywhere and found my items.

She is a very lovely and kind person who gave us a some ideas on what to do during our time here at Vegas.

I am extremely pleased with this hotel and staff.

Front Desk Help Billy and Marjorie were so friendly and helpful, I had to leave before breakfast was being served and they put together a to-go bag for me.

Because I've been to the hotel multiple times, they recognize me and GREET me by name when I walk through the doors!

Our spacious room (38307) with king size bed overlooks the Allegiant Stadium.

It is an unmatched experience and such an easy walk to allegiant stadium.

We were here for the weekend back in November for a Raiders game at Allegiant Stadium.

There is also a walkway to Mandalay Boulevard, a street between the complex’s casino and retail mall that runs over the Interstate behind the buildings and immediately onto the grounds of Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.

now, I choose carefully with cost as a minor factor.

However, at check-in, we were informed that the credit was only USD 90 for breakfast, and the total value for hotel expenses was USD 100.

though we can afford it, I'm not going to pay it.

Although everything in Las Vegas was expensive, some of the drink prices by the pool were particularly crazy.

It feels like two hotels for the price of one.

but disappointing not to receive nonetheless especially since it was more expensive to book through Amex.

What makes the visit possible or not is their rate.

The food and drinks poolside were pricey,

If we would have paid, it would have been very disappointing.

but if that's their policy they should re-think their approach (the security guy gave me the hairy eyeball look a few times and my GF was not happy about the interaction) As far as the food, it was average but because of the price point, I will say it was well below avg.

It's not cheap and neither it should be - But you are paying for a 5 star experience and that's what you get - At every juncture.

The level of service at the Four Seasons sets it apart from all other hotels - the staff and especially housekeeping, could not have been more helpful, thoughtful or accommodating.

The hotel atmosphere, all the staff were perfect, no smoking allowed at the hotel and no casino was a perfect hotel stay for us, the room was well equipped and we give it an A+ for the view of the Strip!

One guy was so kind that when our Uber passed the turn into 4S he ran to find him… we were so appreciative and impressed.

Service staff is prompt and extremely helpful.

The spa staff was efficient and professional.

The house keeping staff went well above and beyond any other hotel I've stayed out, and the service/waiters were on point.

Parking is valet and was quite efficient.

The staff is overall friendly and love that there was security.

but again the treatment i recieved two times asking about the uber pickup location and the blown off attitude by staff really made me feel less then valued as a customer

I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Allegiant Stadium for the concert I was going to attend.

Oddly, a woman started banging on our door at about 1 in the morning, telling us that we were too loud and would be kicked out if the noise was kept up.

My issue is this: I put in the DO NOT DISTURB sign in the key lock and sure enough, at 8:30 in the morning someone from housekeeping started knocking on my door and tried to open the door!

In addition, someone or different people turned the door handle of my hotel room 3 or 4 times during the night  which not only made it hard to sleep

I get to the door of my room and the one key wouldn't work at all

My husband was TWICE given magnetic keys that did not open our door.

Your maid will enter your room even if do not disturb is on the door so beware.

Also they now keep all outside doors locked so when you are trying to take the dog outside from your room you have to prop the door open with something.

however my experience started when the “ backdoor “ ( ugly black industrial door , looks like a maintenance entrance) failed to unlock the door with my magnetic key - after many , many , many numerous attempts , I still couldn’t unlock it .

ie lack of electrical and usb outlets to charge devices, our bathroom door would not stay closed, rooms pretty small.

I was carrying luggage out the door and tripped and fell hard, getting a huge bruise and multiple scrapes that bled profusely.

Last, if you bring luggage inside in the side door (the front door and lobby are closed) there is no ramp, so granny lift it up.

There were 2 small dogs staying next door.

Everything seemed far away; lobby, breakfast, exit door, etc.

however we heard all the hallway noise as well as other doors.

room was very dusty and dirty with the carpet sticking to my shoes, it was disgusting and the back door was broken so i had to walk to the front door to get back in with my pet

If two people occupy the room, the one in the bathroom must be careful not to swing the door into the other person.

Took out a carry on and backpack walked to the door, keys did not work.

There is ice cold water and hard candies when you walk in the door.

We just hated the huge bathroom door that swung open and blocked the tight walk space out the door.

The hallway needed a vacuum, the hot tub was cloudy, and the breakfast nothing really special,

Super loud elevators, dogs barking and kids running up and down hallways.

but the person vacuuming the hallway was talking and singing very loudly.

however in a very shabby state, bed lumpy, very noisy hallways and doors slamming, noise from floors above at all hours.

It definitely smells like dogs and dog urine in the halls and outside to the point it made our dog anxious with all the dog odors.

Headed to my room and elevators are way down the hall out of the way and hard to find.

The property seemed to be wrapping up renovations as some of the baseboards were missing in the hallways?!?

they were laying flooring in the hallway at the lobby which was a little inconvenient

Room: The first morning, I was still sleeping around 8:30am and some people were talking loud and laughing right in the hallway so that ruin my morning sleep.

Plus, they'd run around the room & into the hallways.

I could easily hear the family in the next room, the children playing in the pool, as well as people in the hallway at late hours.

On the flip side, the walls were thin you can hear what's going on in the hall and the place was a maze.

Only negative was occasional rambunctious children in the hallway at breakfast time, otherwise great staying experience.

Only negative was dog owner who,left his,dog alone in the room across the hall.

Walked down the hall back to the front of the building to get a key again from the same girl at the desk which she fixed again with no apologies.

- a bit in the middle of nowhere if you don't have a car, tho the convenience store has food and you can order Papa John's pizza delivery as room service
- The 2 elevators are kind of far from the end of the L-shaped hallway, which does have secure stairs.

The room is poorly insulated— you can hear clear conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The showers had Mold in them.The air conditioning was not pumping in the room.The seating chairs was so nasty.I could go on

Despite the closeness to the airport there is no loud noise to be heard in the room.

Also, we had over 30 people in our party all arriving at different times.

The walls would vibrate, and you'd hear this loud thud.

The people in the room above me were super loud which was unfortunate - otherwise great place to stay!

On night two and, three the neighbor decided he wanted to talk extremely loud all hours of the night, not to mention the constant traffic he had come through even an escort service yup, that’s right.

When we first got to our room, you could hear the tv in the next room blasting.

The worst part is the fan which comes on few times per hour and it is very, very loud.

There was also a belligerent drunk singing and arguing at the top of his lungs, his tv turned up loud as can be.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the exit door by our room was pretty loud every time it was shut.

I was concerned with the airport being so close it would be loud.

Not loud, considering we were next to the airport.

I checked in on a Thursday night and out on Saturday morning and only really heard planes that Saturday morning and it wasn't very loud.

My only complaint is the loud crowd that was in the hallway one night after 3 AM,

but the staff are excellent their attitudes excellent.
