These guy charge without clearly explaining it upfront and you gunna face it at checkout (and blaming that the booking third party is responsible to tell it to you) 2.

had already turned it in and the Manager I spoke to said she could mail it right away to me and just charge the $15 to my card!

They want to charge $35.00 for an early check-in

but with an early check in fee - usually places will let you in without extra charges, but it was before 10am and so i was happy to pay a surcharge to access the room for the rest of the day (and make use of the facilities).

There was a lamp on each nightstand that had one power outlet--excellent for charging phones and devices at bedside.

When I went to check my balance last Christmas I was told that the program had changed.

In today's world, it's a bit insane to charge that.

My room was also comped and not even a resort fee was charged for the comped days.

Warning - if you attempt to register before 2:00 pm, they will charge a $25 fee.

but they had to charge me for the $12 call because it connected and was 1 minute.

They have security to access the elevator and the elevator needs a key card to operate too.

Then 15min later we checked in and were charged a resort fee,

we pulled up and our car was valet parked at no charge to us.

About the player's card, when you play the first dollar at a machine (the whole dollar) you'll get a credit for $5.

If I room charge I do not need to show ID - " that's OK - we know you".

I question whether the casino intentionally blocks the cell signal so that guests are forced to use the room phone and rack up charges.

I also saw a movie for $4.00, the player's card rate.

Another great stay at this hotel, unfortunately this time they've added $10 a night to their golf view rooms.

Excellent view of the golf course, Small pool, no jacuzzi, exercise room, casino, movie theatre, bowling alley, no buffet, multiple restaurants, valet parking,, self parking, Safe, refrig, coffee maker in room.

We had a double queen and were kindly upgraded to a golf view room.

Awesome views of the golf course and mountain range from the room.

The room was clean and overlooked the golf course, a beautiful view.

Good sized room with a view over the golf course, good food at du pars, great movie theatre, and lots of penny-poker-machines (great, thank you, a Dollar goes a long way if you bet 1 cent).

Our room overlooked the pool & the neighbouring golf course & was clean, spacious & had a seating area with a sofa, desk, etc.

Good size comfortable rooms, plenty parking, friendly staff, golf course nearby.

The view of the golf course is quite pretty and it's great to have the casino and food options right downstairs.

The hotel has some rooms with a great view of the golf course to the north.

I was there for a golf tournament and enjoyed the stay.

The hotel room is very spacious with the golf view, clean, quiet room, small fridge, in-room safe and the restroom is pretty spacious with a his and her lavatory sinks.

A group of 12 to 16 guys make a golf trip, from the Inland Empire, and we stay at Suncoast.

The place is surrounded by a big golf course & we had a room that faced the course & found it very enjoyable watching  the players.

The rooms were large, and comfortable with nice views of the mountains and golf course.

There is a wonderful walking trail right next door that is overlooking the golf course.

Beautiful views of red rock and the golf course.

The room, with a golf course view was lovely and clean, room service top drawer as ever.

We took advantage of the movie theater within the hotel, as well as several of the great restaurants.

Has a movie theater Cinemark on property and a bowling alley.

As typical with Boyd properties it has top of the art movie theaters and bowling alley.

We went to a movie and they had the recliners in the theater which is always nice.

Bingo is open and not crowded here, bowling and the movie theater also open.

Larger room with a giant work table sold me .. .. Further away from the Strip, and has a DU-PARS as their 24H restaurant, are all pluses for me .. ..

Nice-sized RACE/SPORTS BOOK and MOVIE THEATRES all under the same roof .. ..

The casino is large & has all the usual extras you'd expect (buffets, cinema, restaurants etc) and we were entertained well enough throughout our stay.

Two movie tickets and meals at several restaurants are among the benefits.

They even have a full size movie theater and bowling in the same building.

The hotel has a theater and bowling alley attached which is good for families.

Plenty of different food choices within the hotel itself plus the cleanliness and fresh smell of the entire place was a plus, along with a movie theater and bowling.

We took in a movie one evening and enjoyed the comfortable theater onsite.

We went to the movie theater 3 times and the reclining seats were even more comfortable than the reclining seats we have at home.

It is our go to place in Vegas for movie watching.

Also the Movie Theater was convenient as a break.

Bowling alleys, theaters, good restaurants, including a good buffet and Du-Pars coffee shop (they have great pancakes).

All employees thru out the complex from hotel reservation, restaurants, movie theater  were very friendly.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for an alternative to Red Rock Casino and Resort.

It is more of the resort area with several casino's in the area including the Fabulous Red Rock Casino.

and their internet connection was far better than at Red rock Casino.

There's also the more upscale and pricy Red Rock Casino and JW Marriott in the area.

The hotel is only a short drive from Red Rock Casino and that is where we spent most of our casino time.

It is also fairly convenient to Red Rock Canyon (and Red Rock Casino).

I personally, would recommend the Red Rock Casino & Casino (Vegas 4.5 Star) as on father West Charleston Blvd for an alternate Casino play.

The Red Rock Casino is just a short drive away.

Next door also in two other casinos to enjoy, and 5minutes away is the beautiful Red Rock Casino.

It's also very close to the new Red Rock Casino, which is spectacular

If you are looking for a hotel in the nearby area with nicer mattress and updated
rooms,  JW Marriott is right next to Suncoast,  the Red Rock is about 10 min west.

Hotel is located with easy access to side roads (no real need for Interstate travel), quick to Red Rock Canyon, and Tivoli Village walking distance across the street.

The location by red rock canyon is great, so why don’t they try to improve the amenities?

Great location for visiting Red Rock Canyon National Park or shopping or dining across the street.

The Suncoast Hotel and Casino is off the beaten path of the strip near Red Rock and Summerlin.

The Suncoast is a nice option for an off-strip casino if you want to be near Red Rocks.

Spent one night at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino recently for a two day bike ride around  Red Rock Canyon.

I loved my stay at Suncoast -- it is a smaller casino off the strip in the nice Red Rock area.

I would pick another hotel food is OK try Red rock better restaurants better food more action better sports book reservation desk subpar

Casino was 9 miles from Red Rock Canyon and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Las Vegas Blvd.

What makes them much better than nearest competitors--Red Rock and Village Square is their newly remodeled seatings--all stadium seating style.

Easy access get do many things from Tivoli shops accroos the street to the new downtown summerlin shops to going hiking at red rock canyon moments away.

It is also close to Red Rock National Park so if one wants to do something other than gambling then you can spend a day hiking in the park.

Very handy location if exploring Red Rocks, Mount Charleston or other western regions.

but if you like hiking, you can go to Red Rock Canyon.

The location is great, there are stores close-by if you like and it is close to Red Rock Canyon via automobile.

We usually stay down the street at Red Rock, which we love.

I won't be staying here or having my parents stay here again, especially with the much nicer Marriott right next door & much nicer Red Rock right up the street.

It is fairly close to the Red Rock country and the natural beauty found therein.

Our room was more than sufficient, and very clean.

The casino was so Smokey I gave up playing at 10:00pm and went to my room.

The room was really spacious, truly smoke free (hooray) and well laid out.

He and I enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the bowling alley.

Service was fantastic, restaurants were convenient as well as moderately priced, rooms were nice and the bathroom was spacious.

The rooms have a refrigerator which is uncommon for most Casino rooms.

Check in was a breeze and room was spacious and CLEAN !

The absolute worst.The overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the hotel and outdated bathrooms is simply the tip of the iceberg.

Do not recommend this hotel unless you’re a smoker.

The oyster restaurant is open to the casino and does NOT smell good.

We had a minor bump as we got assigned a room that has a very strong cigarette smell

There is no fan in the bathroom so it got really steamy and stinky with four people in one room.

Two things that were off this year: the smoke.

The hotel lobby is a mid smoky, if you are not a smoker, stay away from hanging out too long in the casino lobby area, other than that, we will definitely come back to stay.

Of course, the room stunk at that point and we had nowhere to shower.

The room and halls do not smell of smoke, and the casino generally has a lot less smokiness than others.

but in the room itself you cannot smell any of the smoke.

The only issue is to get to the rooms you have to pass through the casino and if you are bothered by cigarette smoke, this can be a problem.

I’ve walked through other small casinos and the cigarette smell is suffocating, so was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that it wasn’t so here.

We don't gamble and really didn't care for being required to have to walk through the smoke filled casino, or even just the casino to get to our room.

The only issue is the level of smoke in the casino, which sticks to you and carries up to the hotel accommodations, as you must walk through the casino to get to the elevators that must be utilized to get to the hotel rooms.

Not so smokey, definitely will come back.

However the major problem with the room was that it had a noticeable smoky smell.

but if they did something about the smoke, I would be a raving fan.

The only drawbacks are the smoke in the casino (although it doesn't make it up to the hotel rooms, so that's good), and the sheets on the bed, which were scratchy and stiff.

* Upon check-in we were handed a coupon book.

Coupon book was nice and was able to take advantage of some of the freebies and discounts.

The coupon book at check-in was really great and helpful, because it allowed for us to find out about more things going on at the resort.

The staff was very helpful & the Coupon Book appreciated.

They also provided us with a coupon book that had some pretty useful deals in it as well.

They also hand out coupon book, make sure you use it there’s plenty of free stuff.

We liked to coupon books that comes with the resort fee

but they will give you a coupon book worth at least that much (at least six free drinks on property takes care of that right there).

Don’t forget to use the coupon book you get at check-in, lots of good freebies from drinks to snacks to discounts at the shops.

Also got book of coupons and breakfast with package!

Even the usual coupon books they give you when you check in were useful with free drinks and goodies.

but the coupon book helped curtail some of the expenses.

They also gave me a complimentary coupon book that had 6 free drinks at various locations, and other freebies.

Lots of "freebies" and discounts with the coupon book given at check-in.

I recommend this resort & encourage you to take advantage of the coupon book they give you upon check-in!

There was a coupon book for deals at restaurants and spa etc that was kind of fun and handy to have.

We were also given a coupon book which gave us a few free drinks in the casino.

Upon check-in, we were given a coupon book for the hotel and casino which was a nice gesture that helped offset the very affordable nightly Resort Fee of $18.99.

On the positive side, the grounds are lovely and the valet staff are excellent.

The good:  Grounds and location spectacular.

GROUNDS:The grounds are beautiful and the location in Summerlin is a well kept, safe community.

The grounds are magnificent and the care that goes into the property shows throughout.

Clean/modern large rooms, courteous & friendly staff, excellent food at their restaurants, immaculate grounds.

Grounds are beautiful, staff was friendly and we had everything we needed in one place.

Oh yeah, the grounds have a super nice walking area around the courtyard with seating in the shade to view fish, birds, rabbits, and other critters.

The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped.

Located not too far from the strip a 15 minute drive, and beautiful grounds with free parking.

As I stated previously, we choose to stay at this particular location because  the grounds and the pool are amazing.

We stayed 4 days 5 nights in the spa tower with our disabled son in a ground floor accessible room w roll in shower and the resort provided a shower/transfer bench that

Upon check-in the friendly front desk staff changed our tower and our ground level room to a balcony room.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful.

The staff are helpful and the grounds are gorgeous.

They did not make any attempts at calling or emailing us prior to removing all of our personal belongings from our hotel room.

They didn't and phone calls have been a run around and they keep thinking I am expecting an inbound package.

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago I was really hoping to get a response from the hotel and since no one returned my calls I felt compelled to write this review.

I’ve made multiple phone calls to the get the billing error resolved to the Spa Manager with no return call.

My 9pm my calls to management were very politely ignored ("maybe it will end at 11pm?").

Surprised that Marriott would allow them to call it a "JW".

So after calling they emailed me the folio which was full of mistakes.

They literally stopped picking up the phone!

Getting a cab js Impossible unless you call a company yourself.

Examples: 
* on most occasions, NOBODY answers the phone at the front desk when you call.

I did call to complain and when we left there was extra coffee in a bag on the door.

Despite reserving by phone and then confirming the rate verbally with front desk staff at check in we were ultimately charged significantly more for the rooms than we were quoted.

I confirmed that over the phone when I booked.

though the TV set was small and the phone and sink stopper showed wear.

While both wife and children were taking a nap and resting, the sound of a doorbell ringing at 2 pm on July 5 rattled the rest of the family.

Despite calling reception no action appeared to be taken

The TV and the phone in my room were broken.

I've stayed at Suncoast, Red Rock Casino, and JW Marriott, and the Marriott has the best rooms.

The Red Rock casino is 8 min away, the Strip 15+ minutes.

I got the “your room is ready” message from the Marriott app two hours after we were in it.

We had a standard king room that was so spacious and had a walk-in closet.

Each room had huge sliding doors that stayed open for 3 days and night to enjoy the eat and dry air.

The room is spacious with excellent housekeeping.

Spa & treatment rooms had already been renovated and were very modern/nice.

Otherwise, the room was pretty and the bathroom quite large and appealing.

The hotel doesn’t know how many people have reserved a room??

The rooms are clean, the sheets are as well and the doors all lock.

but the room is 75 and the air is running .

It’s the exact same quality of room and honestly I’d rather be on the 3-4 floors.

The entire resort is impeccably clean from the outdoor grounds, to the indoor common areas, restaurants and rooms.

It needs a facelift The rooms are very dilapidated.

On a forty degree morning, you could feel the winter wind chill the room.

But not to worry, Myesha, the front desk manager will ease your negative thoughts by threatening to call security if you are dissatisfied with your room.

No disclosure of fire alarms being intentionally set to go off for 2 days, dirty showers filled with mold, broken balcony door, ooey-gooey sticky sofas, absent maid service, room left with soiled towels and glasses, ty.

The bad: Casino reeks of smoke. Terrible.

Most of the casino here is “ smoking” so the whole place stinks.

The casino area was almost unbreathable due to the smoke because the filtration system is barely existent.

The entire casino smells of cigarettes and you have to walk through it to get to any of the food or drink establishments.

The property smelled awful all 3 days musty/unclean smell inside the hotel made it tough to get rest.

2 bedroom suite, noisy highway, soiled sheets, dirty curtains, wear on furniture.

You can awake to the last guests cups of cigarette

It’s rooms and common area’s are dated and it smells like smoke in some area’s.

The towels stink and so does the suite that we are in.

You could smell cigarette smoke in the non-smoking areas like the hotel lobby and hallways.

I echo many of the negative comments already stated: restrictive pool hours (insane if you ask me, as Las Vegas is so hot after 10), mediocre food offerings, filthy pool lounge chairs, lack of umbrellas at the pool, dirty corners of the room, complete lack of customer service.

Elevators look like a service elevator, glass not clean and the wood finishing all mares up with sheet metal finishing  all streaked
Not all Tables in gambling area open 24 hr, cramps and roulette not open early morning till 11:00am

Aqua spa’s main feature “The pool” was not warm and non functional 

The main hotel pool is only half open and only open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm no evening dip in pool
Hot tub not fictional
Lounge chairs were stained with other guess sweat and suntan lotion and were commonly dotted with bird poop
Drinks alittle expensive $17+ tip for mixed drinks
Pool side cabanas alittle pricey at $275 per day.

The pool was frequently out of towels, and the pool deck was filthy (more goose feces).

Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful including the  valet staff, front desk, dealers, wait staff in the restaurant etc.

We rented a car and the valet personnel were always so helpful and accommodating.

The staff was amazing, from the valet to the front desk, spa, and all the restaurants.

The valet staff and hotel front desk are extremely welcoming to us EVERY visit.
