It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

My room was good and had a fun view of the front of the casino.

Luxor is the best casino in Las Vegas because it is a beautiful pyramid with beautiful architecture and it is connected to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur which provides multiple places to go with Luxor being at the center.

The casino was well maintained and the restaurants we when to were all great especially the pyramid cafe.

Great stay cant complain just in the future i wish they wouldn't take so long to bring me a iron, other then thay Great stay ill be back again for sure, everyone was Friendly, casino was clean didn't smell like cigarettes.

Great big room , all night open restaurant, one of the best adult show “fantasy” on the stripe, all in all good entertainment, have stayed here couple of times now , good casino, walkable to other must see hotels

As someone who has asthma this was very important to not have my hotel room smell Smokey like the casino.

I always have a great stay in a 2 bedroom tower suite, clean, quiet and easy to access the other casinos.

The casino in the Luxor is great, and LOTS of bar and restaurant options.

The tram was very convenient to get back and from from the nearby casinos.

It’s a short walk or tram ride to nearby casinos such as Excalbur if you want to venture out without having to engage in traffic in your own vehicle.

The casino has lots of great slots and you do win!

Tram ride to Excalibar, Mandalay was easy as well as walkway to those casinos.

If you’re looking for a completely acceptable room with a fun casino atmosphere Luxor is a perfect fit.

The staff was friendly and the casino area was nice.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.

The elevators were a constant frustration.

If you want cheap food & and drinks, I totally recommend Ocean One restaurant @Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile shops!

I have stayed previously at Planet Hollywood, Bellagio & Caesar’s Palfe and I have always been treated well and made to feel like I am on holiday.

We just found ourselves wanting to be nearer Planet Hollywood and the Paris etc most nights so if we went back we’d stay further up.

Location wise it’s pretty far south on the strip, about a 20min walk up to the more central area of The Bellagio and Planet Hollywood etc,

His 10 years at the Luxor ends mid October (2018), and he'll be relocating to Planet Hollywood.

I called Caesar’s resorts - Planet Hollywood - and they not only gave us a strip view room

but at least at other hotels we’ve received complimentary drinks, dinners, breakfasts, Starbucks & even 5 nights complimentary room at planet Hollywood!

For a slightly further walk you can quite easily make it to the Cosmopoliton, Planet Hollywood, Casino Royale, Flamingo's.

Hop on the bus for locations further away than Planet Hollywood or walk.

This was my 3rd stay in Vegas having previoulsy stayed at the MGM and Planet Hollywood, this hotel is situated quite far to one end of the strip

Drinks were good and invaders from planet moolah was awesome!

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

I had extensive issues with the individuals in the neighboring room arguing about illegal activity and being loud to the point I had to request security come address the issue at 5am.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

was too exhausted for another room change so just paid a house-keeper to come change the bedding quick. 2 out of 5 mornings i was woken by power tools renovating at 08:30,  the room beside me the first morning (was given a $65 credit and told it could be used towards "anything except the foodcourt" so put a couple Carrot Top tickets on the room.)

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

Only two were working when we visited and we had to wait pretty long to board one to get to our room.

but need renovations in rooms as a rewards member gaming frequently I thought it would be more pleasing so that I would want to gamble more.

The carpet in the room area of the casino smelled old and moldy.

Rooms are not nice casino is very tight food was mediocre at best not a very good Las Vegas weekend would not recommend staff was great just disappointed in room and food and the gaming cocktail waitress must have been on strike as well

Rooms were dirty and very dusty, the drains don’t work very well and very outdated .

The so-so:

The rooms in the pyramid itself were just regular.

Room was very dated (early 90s feel), un patched holes in the wall, shower water was cold, some of the lights were burnt out, refrigerators were an extra charge (~$30/day).

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

The staff we encountered were great and for the room was clean.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and I had a great 3 day stay.

The room was clean, beds and pillows comfiest ever!

Rooms are well maintained by the cleaning staff, clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful with questions and  kind as well.

Customer service was amazing and rooms were clean front desk was accessible pretty quick and friendly.

The room was clean and everything worked!

Other than that the rooms were clean, stuff was friendly, housekeeping was amazing and the overall experience was gr8!

the smell of the room and dirty bathroom, almost dying in the elevator, or water falling from the floor above into buckets.

Really nasty (I was on the green elevators).

Room was not what I asked for no view and smelled out of door I always stay here

I had to switch rooms because some room around me was smoking, the smoke alarm would keep on going, and my room stink of cigarette smoke.

“Non smoking rooms” yet you can’t even breathe in them because of how strong the smell is.

Luxor is old, smelly and just not functioning at a standard that is expected for the money being spent here.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the check in and check out processes were seamless.

Luxor is clean, hospitable and walking distance to Allegiant stadium; plenty of entertainment aside from gaming; meal offerings abundant; easy access to tram for Strip exploring; rewards offered are of varying tastes.

All staff we encountered was super friendly and very pleasant.

Employees make you feel welcome and do a great job of doing that very friendly staff.

Thankfully, one of their staff did let me know that I was already checked out and to just toss the room keys on the counter and make my flight.

The restaurant choices are good, I especially love Diablos and the entire staff that I interacted with are so nice and friendly.

The only nice person was the front desk agent who found me a room after I agreed to an upgrade at additional cost.

Front desk manager tried to make me happy saying he would meet me half way then didn’t meet me half week.

Great stay great value the staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend friends and family members to stay at luxor convenient to the strip had pretty good luck if I had one complaint it would be the buffet for brunch the breakfast side was not good at all for the price of the buffet.

Great family place to stay, Titanic exhibit was museum quality, very nice.

Casino was great and definitely recommend the Titanic exhibit.

but went to the Titanic exhibit which was very good.

We liked the atmosphere, the titanic exhibit was amazing.

I also love the Titanic exhibit, and the Bodies exhibit was also really interesting to see, both of which are right there.

The Titanic exhibit was absolutely amazing and authentic.

It is also conveniently located near the airport and attractions such as the wonderful Titanic exhibit, the interesting Bodies exhibit, and the fun Blue Man Group show.

The casino has an abundance of a variety of gambling machines.

The casino is a great two or three day vacation location for locals and out of towners.

Casino, bowling, bingo, dining, huge beautiful pool.

Casino was modern and clean, with reasonable table limits, and good dining options.

I love casinos and been to many and this one was such a disappointment.

Our group was still playing in the casino since our seven star status allows us for late check out.

It is one of the reasons I enjoy gambling at this casino.

The casino is nice sized with plenty of machines,

The rooms, casino, Chop and Block and the pool area were always being cleaned.

We love all of the Harrah's casino's,  they are clean and friendly.

I will start with the positive the check-in staff, front door greeter and casino cleaning staff were friendly.

The casino has a wide variety of machines.

My wife and I found it hard to get to with all construction on roads.

buffett too expensive , rates for hotel is too much, we traveled 62 miles with traffic construction to get there and it took almost two hours to get there from Goodyear

The only difficulty was in finding our room - still under construction and not very well marked.

though they are still expanding, did not notice any construction.

Not enough comps this time as round and the slots are very tight since the remodeling  started.

Disappointed the pool is still under construction

Construction does not interfere with casino/hotel guests

The only thing that was missing is the swimming pool because it is under construction.

We were disappointed that the pool area was blocked off as construction delays prevented them getting that finished and the restaurant off that area was closed,

Do not go as poor time  as the casino is trying to recoup its construction costs to soon.

though it was under construction it was easy to get around.the only negative was the slot machine were not paying enough to have much action

but there is still construction going on they have taken the pool area out and are rebuilding the pool area and updating the old hotel area painting and remodeling the old rooms it should be nice when finished but does not look like it will be completed for several months.

It would be a better rating other than the pool not done and they're still some construction going around on the inside and outside of the property.

The pool was under construction which was a bummer, for the kids.

Parking is better now that most of the construction is done.

The hotel is currently under construction so the pool was not available

but, had to settle for the grill because the buffet was closed for construction.

but the site did state that it was under construction(just bad timing on my part).

Right now they have construction so some parts of the casino and hotel are not open.

Most of gaming area blocked off with black tarps due to construction.

I loved staying 3 free nights at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas this month.

Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Phoenix area.

I had such a great experience both times and I can’t wait to go back, this resort is my go to place to stay at whenever I go to the Phoenix Arizona area,

Excellent resort in the desert south of Phoenix.

Harrah's Ak-Chin makes for a quick and easy getaway from the Phoenix area.

I want to return and take in the spa next time and make it a two night stay.It is the best place to escape from the Phoenix metro busy streets.

nice clean place , many different gaming types , different places to eat or grab a snack or drink , also fairly easy to get to from the Phoenix valley area , when staying overnite , many different rooms to choose from , pool side or in the tower , closer to the casino itself

This is not just a great casino with great machines, they have golfing, a spa, an exercise room and one of they best pools in the whole Phoenix area.

Although Ak-Chin is aways out from Phoenix it's worth it as their is a great pool with a swim-up bar.

Newly Remodeled Casino is the best I’ve seen in the Phoenix Tucson area.

We had a lovely room with a small balcony which we sat on and enjoyed our morning coffee the room was very clean well kept with tv small refrigerator and coffee pot I felt very much at home as did my friends our overall experience was great and we will go again in the near future would recommend Harrahs to anyone visiting the Phoenix area

I have visited all local Phoenix casinos, and many Arizona casinos, This one stands out above the rest.

Just south of Phoenix so it is quickly accessible by freeway.

The best rewards program in Phoenix area.

I would recommend this Hotel/Casino as a good get away stop between SoCal and Phoenix

Easy to get to from almost anywhere in the Phoenix area , easy drive , very nice/clean rooms, many good restaurants to chose from , and a very relaxing pool area , fairly close to all the room , plus a wide and entertaining variety of slot machines

Lots of casinos in the Phoenix area and this is a top end one.

Phoenix native, first time visiting, loved it for a quick get away.

We drive from the far west side of Phoenix to Harrah's for an enjoyable day of gambling.

fry's gift card and free bonus play was awesome it was worth the trip from phoenix to maricopa i was able to use my free bonus play to win i love it.

And the staff is the best of all the casinos in the Phoenix Valley, always friendly and what impresses me most is that all of the staff makes eye contact and greets you every time they see you.

I live right down the street and its like another planet I walk on the.soors and I forget about home I love this place if anyone living in the area needs a lol vacation
