 - but may just keep coming back to downtown grand!
 - Won’t be staying off-strip or at the Downtown again.
 - Great spot in downtown vegas.
 - but my first choice when I need an awesome room, with great customer service, food and amenities, I call Jake Franquez at Downtown Grand!!

 - She then turned childish and would not speak to us, when we asked for assistance.
 - I did ask to change room they said their was no more rooms I then asked to give me my money back.
 - Because of this I asked for a refund on my early checking fee and they agreed to it.
 - We asked who we could speak to that could help us, and were told the person was not in that day.
 - Took off another star for checking out where they made an error on our bill and needed to be asked twice to check and correct it, confirmation of which didn’t come through for a few days.

 - I only docked a star as we could hear music from a nearby party in the area,
 - As the night wore on it got even louder extreme thumping bass way past me writing this at 2 am don’t plan on sleeping if you book a room here it’s insane.
 - Freedom beat was a let down, music from fremont is crazy loud despite being a block or more away, we did not have a good experience in pretty much any aspect So to summarize, I think your money is best spent elsewhere.
 - You could hear and feel the bumping of the music to all hours of the night Overall not a great experience and most likely will not return.
 - Also, we were placed directly across from the Goldspike which blares music louder than your tv can even go until 3am.

 - We received a call 12:40pm that our keys were ready and made our way back to pick up the keys.
 - Every time I’ve ring front desk, they’ve been rude and surly.
 - but clearly hearing someone's phone conversation in the next room?
 - I think they should call it the downtown "disappointment".

 - Not for over 60 crowd that wants to sleep at night.
 - It helped, possibly should bring ear plugs or head phones if you can't sleep with the base sound.

 - Clean, comfortable bed and room - one major gripe is that bottled water was only provided for ‘premium’ members !
 - As this hotel is right on the strip it is a great value and was much less expensive than other hotels.
 - but very good price.
 - Excellent value for money and NO Resort Fee - amazing.
 - Cheap drinks, low gambling minimums and great staff.

 - We loved our stay at Best Western Plus Casino Royale!
 - Each time we stay at the Casino Royale we get what we expect; quality, value, cleanliness, convenience.
 - Our stay at the BW plus Casino Royale was great!
 - But if you want inexpensive, walkable, great location, standard-decent accommodations, and nice people, the Casino Royale works.
 - The Casino Royale was perfect for our stay in Vegas.

 - We went to dinner and retured to our room where the door was left open.
 - It's easy for them to come in and look for moisture with an access door midfloor and room doors have a major bottom gap.
 - However, we did experience Marihuana odor coming under the door to our room which was not good.
 - The room smelt like smoke and you could hear every conversation the room next door was having like they were in the same room with you .
 - After the drama and embarrassment it wasn't worth taking a chance..After they came to our room door with security and had the security guard baby sit the door while we vacated the room.

 - poor room service, no hot water in the mornings, front desk seemed indifferent to our requests and concerns beds were uncomfortable not what you would expect from a Best Western+.
 - We decided to only get our room cleaned on request (Covid and that).
 - First- we asked housekeeping for extra pillows, as only 3 were provided for a king sized bed.
 - but security let's some homeless people and drug dealers walk around inside the casino, I was asked by a guy in dirty clothing carrying a 12 pack of beer if I knew where to get any crack.
 - They did not care I was a diamond select member who requested a low floor, they put me on the 4th floor next to garbage trucks who were beeping all night.

 - Needless to say, I was online and booking us into another hotel before we checked out.
 - but I was reassured by the Manager, Thomas, that no payment was required until check in and my booking would not be cancelled.
 - They would offer NO bill adjustments other than waiving cancellation fees (not very customer-centric).
 - I called twice and was told my 2 days was confirmed and paid.
 - This is not advertised as the Bellagio so don’t book if that’s what you want,

 - We have stayed at a variety of places on the strip.
 - Treasure Island is a fine place to stay on the strip.
 - When in Vegas, this is the hotel I use a home central and go out on the strip to see all of the excitement Vegas has to offer.
 - It is similarly priced and has a good location on the strip
 - They were definitely keeping them out of all major hotels on the strip.

 - When we called the security on the hotel phone it took nearly 10 minutes to reach someone and another 10 minutes for a security manager to arrive at our room.
 - They overcharged my CC and when called to complain about the charges the Front desk manager hung up the phone.

 - The hotel claim someone with our key accessed the room when we have evidence we were not even close to the hotel when they said it was accessed.
 - It also did not excuse the fact that this person neither knocked nor verbally announced their presence before using their key card to open our door.
 - but the staff by the elevators asking if people got their keys to their rooms are quite stern, I don’t know why.
 - The in-room safe was locked and I rang housekeeping for assistance.
 - When we checked in this week, the lady forgot to set our room key to door so we had to go back down and wait in the huge lime again.

 - but Guest Services via email is a complete waste of time, it seems that once they have your money they don’t really care.
 - Guests were just left to fend for themselves.
 - I was a guest at the hotel and as a non native English speaker.
 - however, this unprofessional episode could have been avoided with proper communication to PAYING GUEST OF THE HOTEL.
 - If a hotel is short staffed and doesn’t have enough towels for their guests, is that the guests issue or the hotels issue?
