 - The bathroom was very small and accessing the toilet could be problematic for large people.
 - My only complaint is the soap and shampoo provided need to be a bit more soapy.
 - That was balanced by cracks in ceiling, no refrigerator, almost non-existent WIFI, outdated plumbing, inoperative ice machine, closed on-site restaurant, small shower and no ground floor rooms.
 - The soap, shampoo, etc were in dispensers, except there was no shampoo and the rest were hard to get out.
 - Bathroom door looked like it had been attacked with a weed eater around the bottom edges.

 - It smells a little old,
 - The only complaint was the bottom of the bathtub looked filthy because I believe the white enamel had been worn away.
 - The entire building, the decor, art work and furniture reeks of a period long past,
 - No noxious second hand smoke at this property.

 - but did not get housekeeping like we have always had at other BW properties.
 - The lady said I would need to talk with the manager who wasn't there so we left and got another hotel which was cheaper, cleaner, newer, more comfortable and actual customer service.
 - For each of us she had to call housekeeping to check to see if the room was cleaned (this was at 4:00 pm).
 -
 - Bothersome, because it would be obvious to the housekeeping staff that it was broken and no one did anything about it.

 - Would say a cursory cleaning had been done
 - but when you leave your room for a couple of hours and come back to find the maid has cleaned you room and now the camcorder you left on the table is gone it kind of puts a damper on your vacation.
 - Housekeeping didn't make up the beds the whole time we were there.
 - Con: Had to pull off the sheets & remake the bed because housekeeping had the fitted sheet on wrong.

 - The cooling system had a red indicator light on indicating the system filter needs changing.
 - Carpets are old and bath shows signs of wear that won’t wash off.
 - I'd knock off 1/2 point for having housekeeping disturb me by knocking on my door even when I had the DND sign, as well as the evening manager not acknowledge me while I waited about 6 minutes while he helped another guest.
 - We were a little worried when we arrived, because hand written "no vacancy" signs were posted all over the front doors.

 - In the morning, after we showered, discovered that the electrical outlet in bathroom did not work, and so could not dry my hair.
 - There were two outlets they weren’t being used by the lights or tv, one in the vanity and one by the window.
 - Another point to consider if you’re traveling with anyone under 21 is that most of the food outlets in the hotel are mini casinos, so if you want to eat there you’ll have to do it in the lobby or your room, where the rubbish can then sit for days.
 - Not enough outlets in the room to recharge everything.
 - If you like 80s border paper and colors, a lack of power outlets for plugging in your modern stuff, poor lighting, rumpled hallway carpet and a door that looks like it might have been forced sometime in its life, welcome home.

 - but the light (which was very dim) was on the opposite wall in the vanity area.
 - We started our stay by having maintenance up to install a functional light bulb in the bathroom and fix the clock which the maintenance guy said was pretty obsolete.
 - Don’t do it unless you’re used to staying in a $45.00 roadside motel with a buzzing porch light.
 - Old dingy carpets, dark bathrooms, with little lighting, old shower, cigarette burn stains on the floors.

 - My experience was terrible, not only were they expensive due to the resort fee,
 - Perhaps it was the new beds or the super cold room due to the new air conditioners after the 100+ degree day we experienced while visiting the Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon and a quick jaunt into Las Vegas to see a show!
 - but when I went to the office they put us in a bigger room due to the inconvenience.
