It has a European vibe with dark colours and furniture.

Lots of red dark velvet in the lobby, dim lighting, wood panels.

The lobby area on each floor is extremely dark and if you didn't know there was an ice machine there you'd never see it as all the signs are in black on a black wall, maybe laminate the signs could eliminate that issue.

The hotel registration lobby and guest room hallways are quite dark here.

Now, the decor is very muted and dark compared to some more lively casinos and it's not as crazy as night (no naked parties in the corridors lol).

The beds were very uncomfortable, the showers had no pressure, and the rooms were so dark that I could not see anything when trying to get ready.

The whole of the ground floor area of NoMad is weirdly dark, the reception, bar, library, hallways and elevator lobby all have dimmed lighting so it feels like night time all the time.

Lightning throughout the hotel is so dark.

The public areas, lobby and hallways were dark.

The only thing I found is it’s very dark and it takes a bit for your eyes to adjust from the bright sunshine outside to inside.

Considering the price, we were extremely disappointed and am doubtful we will ever stay at a MGM establishment ever again.

Pitched to us as an Inspirato luxury property, there is nothing premium about this experience.

but perhaps a bit more would have been expected at that price?

Also, there is no shaded area by the nomad pool at least not without a fee.

Close to strip, overpriced for what you get.

Shocked to discover I was forced to pay $40 at the NoMad for valet parking.….

you can get better for your money elsewhere, as we had upgraded and paid for a suite.

The Bellagio and Cosmopolitan were  also both very expensive.

Everything super expensive, spread out, food court confusing & no English menues.

The room was completely dirty and blood was stained all over the bathroom floor along with dirty towels and sheets I would not recommend staying here since I also had to wait till 6pm to even check in when I paid to upgrade to nomad .

I think a previous poster confused the 400 dollar refunable deposit for a pet fee.

If you are not 60+ years old only going to sleep and not have fun dont waist your money or reward points staff unfriendly management bad attitude and food and drink prices to high just a bad place to go or stay

but not exceptional and definitely not in line with the price.

A little pricey compared to other five star properties.

but it was not resolved and we were not given the option to change rooms or any money off the rate.

When we arrived at Park MGM off of the tram, the first person we saw when we were walking in was a security guard “Brewster”, we asked him for directions to La La Noodles and he was an absolute delight to chat with.

The hotel is gorgeous, the restaurants are incredible (definitely hit up Bavettes if it's in your budget, it's a must every time I'm in town), and the overall vibe is great.

Have the chicken for 2 at the Library and walk to the show.

This is really quite a pleasant hotel, prime location, great restaurants, and both a good Casino on site and nearby.

The rest of the stay from the Casino to the restaurants was great.

Had my eyelashes and eye makeupmdone in the salon by Teddie fabulous food in Bavettes and dining in the Nomad Library.

I had such a great time and even went to eat at the Nomad Library restaurant.

Plenty of places to eat at when journeying into the Park MGM resort.

Food Choices are Many and the food is excellent!

From the rooms, the food, the staff, the casino…I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else.

The non smoking hotel is fabulous as well as the staff and places to eat.

The decor is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the staff is very accommodating.

He gave us a  $50 food voucher and answered all of our questions.He was very accommodating and professional.

The service was great (see menu in photos).

We  ordered food from the bar and it arrived fairly timely.

Of course having Eataly, NoMad Restaurant (set in the beautiful library—get the house specialty chicken), and Best Friend (get the Slippery Shrimp) right downstairs is a huge bonus.

The rooms are like a lux little safari with a steamer trunk on its side (the tall way) serving as your mini-bar with beautiful etched cocktail glasses, dark purple sofa and wood floors.

Just a few steps across the street and you’re at T-Mobile Arena or New York New York.

The place to stay for an event at the T-Mobile arena.

It is close to T-Mobile arena a lot of the other MGM Resorts it has a separate private pool great restaurants wonderful staff I’ve never had a bad trip to nomad and I would continue to stay there on other trips to Vegas.

but access to all the building's attractions are steps away and the hotel is located across the street from T-Mobile arena and not far from Allegiant Stadium and Aria and the City Center complex.

A lot to love including a near perfect location with easy access to so many other resorts and T-Mobile Arena.

The location is perfect - close to many other MGM’s, T-Mobile Arena, Strip, etc - yet this little hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet to enjoy some excellent restaurants, luxury and a good nights sleep when you’re done with the rush and noise of the Vegas Strip for a few hours.

We had a view of T-Mobile Arena and the Raiders Stadium, so that wasn’t bad for a non- strip view.

Right on the Vegas Strip next to NY-NY and T-Mobile arena.

Close to NYNY, T-Mobile arena and the Aria.

Great location across from T Mobile Arena and short enclosed walk to Aria.

Best Friends is a great, unique restaurant and location next to T-Mobile arena and Park Theater in the hotel is great!

Super easy to get to T mobile arena for the concert

Great location to attend various events at ‘The Park’, ‘T-Mobile Arena’ and the ‘Allegiant Stadium’ to name a few.

We came for the NHL All Star weekend and the T-Mobile arena was right across the way!

I would stay here again in a minute and it is directly across from the T-Mobile arena!

The windows needed washing, the sofa had stains, there was stray hair on the floor in the bathroom.

And this time we had dirty towels and no body wash in the bathroom.

It would have been nice to know they don’t provide shampoo.

I really wish there were more amenities in the room and we could use the air conditioning.

Love the fact that it’s the only non smoking hotel so when I do late night stuff here I don’t have to worry about showering again due to the cigarette smell.

The shower leaked all night, the rooms were not all that for the fees!

Blood on toilet in room realized at check-in.

No mini refers and the bathrooms are small.

Know in advance that they don’t supply soap, so bring your own if you are into cleaning yourself!!

Also, the room attendants did not clean the bathroom prior to us arriving, my wife actually purchased Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom herself.

Some had a shower head that blasted water

but what I wanted was to have my room serviced and bed made they did send up towels and a bunch of soap that I didn’t ask for.

We had a much better experience two years ago and  a Hyatt globalist and they were associated then so wonder if that’s why we had a less beat up room and slippers and q-tips.

I booked through Amex and was not given an upgrade like most hotels, the room was small and dated (there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room), the walls were paper thing and we could hear normal sound level conversations happening next door,  and the amenities just did not compare to other hotels like the Cosmopolitan.

No coffee pots tea dresser armoire or hand soap.

There was mold in the shower when I arrived.

There was a problem with the shower, it leaked all over the floor.

I was checked into an initial room that seemed to have a dirty bathroom.

There is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

Also there is no fridge in the room or coffee maker.

On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room.

No refrigerator, not even a coffee maker!

Only downside, was the lack of a kettle to prepare hot drinks.

Very limited and expensive breakfast choices, even getting a cup of coffee early, ie, 6:00 is way too hard.

but the prices are ridiculous and the rooms need a mini fridge and microwave.

And there was no coffee maker in the room!

Room was missing fridge, body wash, hangers and the hair dryer was broken and full of other peoples hair.

And no cups in the room to even drink tap water?

Like the location next to T-Mobile Arena   My room lacked a desk.There are no coffee makers in the rooms either.

Firstly, no refrigerators in the room (found out for a expensive daily rental rate of $50) is absurd.

The room did not have a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator or even a glass or cup, making it one of the most LOW RENT hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

No added amenities such as a refrigerator or anything else.

If anything, it would have been great if there was a fridge in the room.

A little disappointed in the lack of amenities in the room, like a small coffee pot, charging for a small refrigerator.

They have nice selection of bars and  restaurants.

The steakhouse was amazing and had incredible service.

Easy to get around the hotel, great restaurants and food court.

Italian themed food court had decent food.

Recommend Vic and Anthony's in Golden Nugget for a good meal too.

The casino is non-smoking and they have great restaurants, bars, clubs and the best theatre for seeing the top world entertainers.

Great atmosphere, lots of food choices and a stones throw away from the T-Mobile Center.

Our dinner at the NoMad Library was WONDERFUL!

Dealers were friendly and food selection is good.

Nine of my friends and family started at Park MGM it was the perfect size hotel and casino easy to find each other on the casino floor

The location is very good with plenty of eating options.

Best Friends restaurant is highly recommended and scallops.

Eataly food hall was amazing, you will not go anywhere because they have everything you are craving for!

Eataly was the mainstay for our daily breakfast eats and coffees.

I purchased a room upgrade via the app, then was unable to check-in via the app.

Our room didn’t have a closet 
Only a small cabinet that was not large enough for mine and my husbands cloths.

And then they tried to charge us for the room fees and incidental holds after we already paid them once.

Halfway through my stay, I was locked out of my room.

We requested and were granted inter leading rooms for 2 adults and two teens.

You shouldn't be disappointed with this hotel unless you get a bath/tub combination room

but I would get clarification on upgrading your room.

This was a comp room so I don’t feel so bad about the room situation

The parking garage NEVER lets you out with your room key the way it is supposed to!

Location can’t be beat if you are heading to an event at T-Mobile arena.

Great location-a very short walk to NYNY and T-Mobile Arena and a free tram to Aria and Bellagio.

This location is perfectly located and nested by the New York New York and MGM Grand Hotel and right across from the T-Mobile Arena.

Convenient to Allegiant stadium, T-Mobile arena and Dolby Live.

Property very clean, we stayed in the night hawk suite facing t-mobile arena.

We went to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Series at T-Mobile Arena and it was literally right across the street.

Add in walking distance to the T-Mobile arena, easy tram access to the Aria and Bellagio along with amazing food and this is an easy must stay location! !

Park MGM is the place to stay if you attend an event at T Mobile Arena.

The Park is in a great location, in close proximity to other major casinos and to T-mobile arena for sports and concert events.

So close to the T-Mobile arena and Dolby theater.

Amazing location — steps from T Mobile Arena & great amenities between the pools, casino & shops.

Eataly, t-mobile arena, Shake Shack, breweries, etc.

The Dolby Theater is a huge plus and being so close to the T Mobile Arena is another plus.

Room (24-312)—clean, comfortable, a/c worked great, exciting view of T mobile arena, little tiny individual bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/bar of hand soap provided and replenished daily, ice machine (next to elevators on every floor) worked flawlessly multiple times, woke up to (neighbors?)

It is centrally located so easy to get anywhere and great if going to t-mobile arena.

The bed was very comfortable and had great views of the roller coaster and T-Mobile arena.

Although they didn’t have the room I originally reserved, the room we got had a nice view of the T-Mobile arena.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and next to T-Mobile arena.

Its location to other MGM properties/T-Mobile arena is a bonus.

I had called the hotel before I made a reservation and was told that I would get a AAA discount upon arrival and that I would need to show my card.

When I got in on in the early morning hours of my check in, they had cancelled my reservation and given away my room and told me they were charging me for the first night and left me with no where to stay.

Boyd has changed points system with no credit for what you had accrued.

we were charged that 1st day and later got charged 317.00 for the full stay.

We had the same sort of drinks all week and one night one of the staff tried to charge double for a can of soft drink part way through the evening.

The female staff member on reception was terrible, no welcome to Orleans no conversation at all just just passport and visa card.

I called the hotel they refuse to help by kept repeating call on the phone finally we had a policeman help us   When we got to the desk they tried to charge us double and was rude.

The gambling slot card has very poor benefits.

4 days later, during check out,  we see they billed us twice.

We cannot understand charging resort fee when, pool not open, WiFi only works in bedroom (sometimes) nightmare having to go to room if you are expecting emails or messages, and shuttle bus drop off to far away from everything only used once so really don't know what we are paying for

They charged me for a refrigerator, confirmed it at check in and then didn’t deliver until I called the next day

No housekeeping but you still pay a resort fee.

After the card key let us in we noticed clothes hanging in the closet!

Don't raise you r bet more than three time when counting cards.

Not one employee was able to successfully assist me in printing a players card.

but she makes it known she is in charge and that masks must be worn when you are not in the pool.

I'm Very Disappointed and Unsatisfied with the cafe customer service I'm a Sapphire card holder and I Have NEVER EXPECTED THIS TO HAPPEN.

DO NOT give these people your debit/credit card!

Hotel is still charging $30 resort fee per night.

If you don't want housekeeping then you put a do not disturb notice on your door.

though we had our do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping would knock around 8am and ask if we wanted housekeeping.

This place just want to keep the door revolving.

We stayed in one of the older rooms with a lounge area and a pocket door to the bathroom and closet.

Large people will have a difficult time exiting the stall, particularly, as the door opens inward.

We did dislike the fact that a bathroom that used to be divided between the sink section and toilet/shower section had clearly had the door separating those sections removed and was now just one giant bathroom; I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that was.

Security bangs aggressively on my hotel room door demanding to come in because I had my do not disturb sign displayed for three consecutive days.

I decided to go next door and get some beer and wine for the room and there was a sign saying closed on week days – Only open during weekends.

I wouldn't recommend it if you bring small kids, as you could mash your fingers in the door very easily.

but no instructions how to open the door.

The hotel was loud and all night heard heavy doors slamming and people in hallways talking.

Watch your cameras,  we walked out at noon main doors self park.

And how about a pocket door between the toilet/shower and the vanity, so you can comfortably use both at the same time?

The first night there was a large party (over 25 people) right outside my door.

There is a window in the bathroom that allows light into the room so plan to close the bathroom door if you like it dark.

The sliding bathroom door closes off the combined closet/sink and toilet/shower area.

There isn't a door between the sink/closet area and the commode/tub area.

One thing I was impressed with was we retuned to our room while the maid service was there,  The door was propped open and the service cart was in the door.

but the hotel, restaurants and casino were all great, better than I expected and  I will definitely stay here again.

The two restaurants we visited were good.

We felt right at home during our stay, gambling a little, a couple of drinks at the bar, and a nice dinner at Ondori Asian Kitchen.

Many food options, love the Alder and Birch, even hit a movie this year.

Amenities reduced as no shuttle to the strip and restaurants and buffet closed.

I stayed at the Orleans for 10 nights and when i booked the stay through ebookers it gave me VIP access to a free room upgrade, $15 food and beverage credit per room and flexible checking out time.

The restaurants are good with some variety.

My first meal at Big Als was awesome oyster shooters clam chowder and Bouillabaisse.

I like that I was able to grab and go at the food court.

Did dine at TGI Friday’s, food was good, very busy restaurant.
