 - I would recommend choosing a room with odd numbers to get a pool view.
 - The pool was frequented by the pool servers where you could order food and drinks from the pool bar.

 - Instead they want to charge you 30 bucks a night to have one brought up.
 - When I arrived at the hotel apparently they were "Over Sold" which seems insane to me after having booked my room way in advance and having been charged for the room.
 - In the morning, I was asked how everything was going, and I told my story and did get $50 in resort credit for the 3 of us for our troubles.

 - There were fleas in our hotel room, the tv never worked, the WiFi always cut out every hour, and the phones for the rooms didn’t work.
 - Upon arrival, we saw phone chargers and Ibuprofen left in clear sight on the floors from previous guests.

 - Were told that they needed a manager to approve the refund and that we would have to call after 10am the next day and would then get a refund.
 - The manager of the front desk is worst than the employees!
 - Asked us to call their manager tomorrow at 7am because he is an extremely busy man and could not give us, the paying customers, a call.

 - Well, the carpet are so dirty and sticky and shady people on the rooms.
 - The carpets need to be changed.
 - Tile floors so the smoke smell isn't as bad as the casinos that have carpet.
 - The rooms were renovated and tidy - I would say the place could upgrade its front desk and update carpet and elevator as these areas did look a bit downtrodden.

 - Wilmur being one and a fabulous hostess The restaurant was on restricted hours which meant we didn’t actually eat there The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the strip.

 - There are affordable and premium food options here and its enticing to stay and enjoy the facilities here and relax.

 - While the pool was never too crowded I eagerly arrived shortly after the (rather late) opening time of 9:30 and asked for a few towels to cover the seat and to also dry out after being in the water.
 - After purchasing drinks from the pool bar- we asked to refill our empty glasses with ice and was told it would be $3.50 for ice.
 - For any request we had, we had to request multiple times.
 - 2 hours in, I want to leave so bad that I asked to be let out of the rest of my stay and booked another hotel.
 - One restaurant basically asked us to leave despite the door being unlocked and only a couple of minutes to the opening time- we guessed wrong on the start of service- once open, the server and food overcame the initial rudeness.

 - Having dining in the room felt like we were at home with a great view.
 - Any minor hiccup we had would was handled and resolved by her in a matter of minutes and she really gives it her all to make sure that everyone feels that their complaints are heard and tendered to with care.

 - but if you’re looking for fun near the strip you’re gonna travel.
 - Lots of things within walking distance and they provide a shuttle to the Strip that is free, which was really nice.
 - If you don't stay on The Strip, it's often difficult to find a decent hotel in safe area.
 - Too far from the strip unless you have a car.
 - There is a shuttle to Aria hotel on the Strip which leaves at the top of the hour.

 - Room #1 had a broken bed.
 - The tub and the expensive suite room that I upgraded to did not work and that was the reason I chose the room unfortunately it would not hold water to drain was broken.

 - Everyone who works here is welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and efficient.
 - The staff always greeted you whether you were leaving or returning.

 - Quiet, convenient location, great neighbourhood, close drive to Red Rock Canyon, great assortment for breakfasts and finally very friendly and helpful staff.

 - I got a one-bed hotel room, and since the hotel was newly renovated, it made for a comfortable experience while I was here.
 - but on the way to return our car rental we realized we had forgotten our jackets in the closet in the room.

 - The only complain that I would Have is that Tv could be updated for streaming services.
 - I don't know if all of the floors were being renovated at once,
 - My room hadn’t been updated, so everything was a little tired.
 - but would not stay here again until the renovations are complete.

 - Hallways were extremely noisy with construction and pool and hot tub were closed - this should have been disclosed at booking.
 - but last time the whole hallway and my room was filled with Pot smoke.
 - but there were paint smells in the hallway and some sound during the day.
 - Lastly, while getting ready to check out we were blocked in due to deliveries and cleaning supplies hand truck we were not notified that we would have no access to our hallway due to this inconvenience.
 - There is a one inch gap under the entrance door so you can hear anything that occurs in the hall.

 - The furnishings all look new and items such as the carpet, bathroom vanity, tile flooring and shower also look new.
 - I was given a 1st floor room undergoing renovation, tub was cracked and not appealing carpet was stained and room was not their usual standards.
 - there was pubic hair in the bathroom and the carpet was filthy, had to wash my feet before I could put socks on.
 - Stains on the doors, carpet make a terrible first impression.
 - but carpets wrinkle easily under roller bags.

 - Spago food was exceptional.
 - We ate at the buffet and Prime.
 - Lots of cool bars restaurants with VERY friendly staff from check-in to check-out.
 - Buffet is not is over price and not to eat.
 - I recommend eating at Noodles!

 - Had a room overlooking the fountains, the pool area was huge, had no problem finding space to hang out.

 - The bed is a dream to sleep in.
 - I couldn’t get back to sleep.
 - Great view of Bellagio fountains did not make up for a poor nights sleep.
 - Discovered very late the mattress had me lying in a hole and ended up sleeping on the floor.
 - Read on… Cons: Our floor and neighboring rooms had a very rude and belligerent group aggressively screaming and yelling throughout the hallway between 4-4:30am without any regard for other “sleeping” guests!

 - I’m like a kid at Disneyland the whole night long, sitting at the window taking pictures.
 - We will never be staying here again, as we will advise any member of the lgbt community or pic against.
 - A person came around and said did we want our photograph taken.
 - however they did not care even when I showed them the emails and photos.
 - Unfortunately, we were told we could not cross the garden area because they were taking pictures.
