 - The manager on duty was rude, they later charged me a pet fee for having my service dog w/me,charged me a valet fee
 - An HGVC manager told me if they had a restaurant it would be a cost burden on the owners. Ridiculous.
 - The extra fees really were not cool.
 - I used my time share points through RCI so the only thing I didn’t appreciate are the expensive resort fees on top of the exchange fees I paid.

 - I had some questions and needed assistance with renting a scooter/wheelchair and was provided with one phone number which had no rentals available, and I had to seek other businesses on my own.
 - I was on the phone for several hours trying to get someone to send it back.
 - Toiletries were available and if you ran out and needed more, it was just a phone call away to house keeping.
 - I told her of the situation and she said I had to call Expedia.
 - Nothing Tuesday morning, I was expecting a call from JC Reed, Director of Guest Operations.

 - Had free shuttles to strip and Freemont Street.
 - Free shuttle service from the resort to the strip.

 - but tucked away in quiet set of condos where we could relax and enjoy time together by the pool and in our condos.
 - But far enough away for comfort, quiet and privacy.
 - Quiet area to get away from the "party" on the Strip.
 - Great place to relax after visiting crowded and noisy Vegas Strip.
 - The walk to the strip is not bad, and it was so lovely to come back to the quiet and calm of our room.

 - The front desk takes a long time to answer the phone.
 - However she handed the phone over to Ryan (checking in) and asked me a few questions on reservation & if ok to allow my cousin to check in without me.
 - We routinely were told there was no room on the shuttles and told to call call a cab .
 - He never did call me back.
 - The staff all seems to operate on it's not my job philoshy and getting to a manager on the phone is difficult.

 - Room was very spacious, like an apartment, with a fireplace and a full kitchen--very up-to-date and elegant.
 - Full kitchens, laundry, close to the strip, kid’s activities, multiple pools, onsite store, and restaurant.
 - There is a FULL kitchen, which comes in soooo handy for cooking and preparing meals while you are there.
 - The apartment was 2 bdrms 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and laundry.
 - It is great having a full kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time if you don't want to.

 - Very pleased with the vacation club we chose off the strip in Vegas.
 - We did use the health club closest to our unit (there are multiple work out centers on property) and it was appointed with multiple elliptical machines, tread mills, a bike, free weights, etc.
 - We travel a lot and this was the first time staying at a vacation club.
 - Our friends got a deal on the place through some club called Vida Lifestyle.
 - We did accept the invitation to a Holiday Inn Vacation Club presentation where we met some nice folks who tried to sell us a membership.

 - there was no offer of help with luggage, as I was on the 3rd floor (no elevators here) and no further anything.
 - There are 3 floors and no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you request a ground level floor.
 - There’s no elevator; Room interior looks good except the dryer was not working.
 - The only downfall there are no elevators and carrying luggage, groceries and stuff to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
 - And finally, as I said the rooms were not in the same area which caused the seniors with mobility issues in our group to have to go up and down the stairs ('cause they do not have elevators)!!!
