My husband and I have loved the Downtown grand since it opened.

but may just keep coming back to downtown grand!

Won’t be staying off-strip or at the Downtown again.

but my first choice when I need an awesome room, with great customer service, food and amenities, I call Jake Franquez at Downtown Grand!!

Located just a minute from Fremont street in downtown Las Vegas.

Downtown Grand and Circa are the best hotels in the area now.

I foresee Downtown Grand being my new go-to casino,

I stayed at the Downtown Grand 1 weekend night back in April - this is a late review; my bad.

She had us feeling good about our first ever downtown Vegas hotel stay.

Chose Downtown Grand after researching online.

This hotel is right in the middle of downtown Las Vegas, right next to Freemont street.

The downtown Grand is blessed to have her as a personnel

We have been staying at different hotels for over 20 years,  downtown and on the strip.

We had a wonderful stay at the Downtown Grand.

Staying at the Downtown Grand and needed some help with the guest WIFI.

We love the location and the casino and have stayed multiple times.

Hotel is located close to Freemont Street which is a busy wee area.

We really like the hotel and the location.

The place is located next to an outdoor venue and it’s louder than loud.

•	The safe is located on the floor of the closet.

Great location, super easy for Lyft rides to find you, minute walk to Fremont, good bar and pizza place opposite.

Perfect location one block from Fremontstreet

Drinks are great and location is amazing to drive Freemont and restaurants.

but chose this room and location for more privacy and away from the noise of Fremont Street.

As in you step off the elevator and it smells like sewage (at least on the 6th floor of the Grand Tower where my room was located).

Like the location too - a couple blocks off Fremont Street.

Great location close to Fremont St Experience,

I only docked a star as we could hear music from a nearby party in the area,

As the night wore on it got even louder extreme thumping bass way past me writing this at 2 am don’t plan on sleeping if you book a room here it’s insane.

Freedom beat was a let down, music from fremont is crazy loud despite being a block or more away, we did not have a good experience in pretty much any aspect 

 So to summarize, I think your money is best spent elsewhere.

You could hear and feel the bumping of the music to all hours of the night Overall not a great experience and most likely will not return.

Also, we were placed directly across from the Goldspike which blares music louder than your tv can even go until 3am.

•	Although I arrived at night and the pool was closed, they were still playing music in the pool area.

Be aware due to the Fremont experience all the hotel rooms you can hear the music until 2am and later with the bass rocking through in the outside rooms, totally ruined my stay making it hell - they should warn you on the description when booking.

3rd floor pool turns into an outdoor nightclub at night & the bam bam bam of the music lasts past midnight.

Warning, don't get the rooms by the street, the 4th street facing the hotel is lined with bars and restaurants, and they play LOUD music at night like 12am at night.

This hotel was the loudest ever, super loud music till 3am.

At least from the room we were in, we could hear the base from the music.

but bar was closed , could t get a beverage 🤔 no live music 🎶 only from  11am to 2pm , don’t forget anything bc they have no gift shop ,  parking garage was disgusting 🤮 smelled like a sewer , homeless people sleeping in it , in stair way there was pee every morning, so gross , we paid a lot of money to stay there def not worth the money , will not return

Those speakers play music relatively loud.

Loud music played  pass 2:00 a.m each night .

We stayed on the 7th Floor and of course you could hear the noise from the music on Fremont Strip

+ Quietest tower, as it's furthest away from loud music on Fremont Street.

but the music was so loud from the street or wherever, it was really irritating sometimes.

Although the music is too loud too late, other pros make up for it.

We received a call 12:40pm that our keys were ready and made our way back to pick up the keys.

Every time I’ve ring front desk, they’ve been rude and surly.

but clearly hearing someone's phone conversation in the next room?

I think they should call it the downtown "disappointment".

It was either warm or froze water solid. When I mentioned this she said "did you call to complain?"

Only issue was the in room phone did not work and they could not fix it.

I just got off the phone with the rudest front desk employee named Jessica.

It helped, possibly should bring ear plugs or head phones if you can't sleep with the base sound.

We had a premium king room and had to call maintenence out as soon as we checked in because half of the lights didn't work.

* Some of the issues we had may be due to Covid-related cuts since the city is not fully back to normal operations yet, so you may want to call ahead to make inquiries if you're considering a stay here.

but phone looked like it had been cleaned about 6 weeks ago.

I tried the phone number the parking garage gave me (401)337-701 which is not even a real phone number.

Housekeeping “forgot” to clean the room 2 nights which means I had to call down to the front desk to get clean towels after a long day at work.

but the bed has been made - housekeeping's calling card.

No-one answers the phones and they charge crazy “resort fee” - this place is not a resort!

but my friend whom spent 10k here lost his phone, and they refused to look at the surveillance footage!

no one knew anything, people passing us around to the next on the phone cause they didnt know answers to the questions regarding the party.

1 minute walk from Fremont so you’re close to the action while able to stay away from the craziness and noise.

The service was good and the room was quiet.

Easy one-block walk to Fremont Street which offers a more laid-back, quiet and relaxing environment than the bigger casino hotels downtown.

My stay was quiet, clean, comfortable and I felt safe during my entire trip.

We asked for a quiet room which we received, an internal facing one in the Gallery tower meaning the noise pollution from Fremont street which goes on until 3am didn’t bother us.

Get the room with an interactive Windows view, It's much more quiet. .er.

They have a white noise machine in the room, very nice.

We stayed on the sixth floor in the gallery tower and did not hear any noise from Freemont Street.

Modern, clean, quiet with all amenities in the room I wish to have.

The hotel is very close to Fremont street do there is a ton to do, and the best part is that it’s not super loud.

Far enough so the crowds and noise were kept down, close enough so as not to be in a questionable neighborhood.

I went back downstairs to get earplugs (which they have at the front desk) and begged for another room.

and their room was quiet as it faces a wall.

She then turned childish and would not speak to us, when we asked for assistance.

I did ask to change room they said their was no more rooms I then asked to give me my money back.

Because of this I asked for a refund on my early checking fee and they agreed to it.

We asked who we could speak to that could help us, and were told the person was not in that day.

Took off another star for checking out where they made an error on our bill and needed to be asked twice to check and correct it, confirmation of which didn’t come through for a few days.

Then I asked if I could speak to someone else because of her impatience and lack of helpfulness.

I called down, spoke to the manager, and asked if someone could please bring up fresh pillow cases.

Because I paid a bit for my accommodations, I asked of I could see the room before we move, mentioning that it's imperitive to have a bath and desk, my little one is homeschooled and an artist so the desk is necessary, my little one doesn't like the stand in showers, some of which can be very slippery.

One of the sanitizer stations were empty, I saw Brenda on the floor and asked her if someone can please refill the station.

I joined the hotel rewards program before booking and asked them to match my Marriott gold status which they did.

- Requested a late check out and was told that due to the high turnover rate we were not able to have a late check out,

Me and my husband were playing  slots and asked the waitress to bring us our free drink and she’s arguing us down about us not playing when there was clearly money in the machine.

Housekeeping never replenished our shampoo even after we requested it.

I recommend that you request a room not facing the pool if you dont want to be disturbed by edm music all day.

When I asked again for a receipt the woman checking me out looked at me like I was stupid and ask you really want one when I told her yes she paused and looked annoyed at me.

We asked it to be cleaned the next day, we asked twice, instead it was not cleaned at all during our stay!

Hotel staff told us this when we asked to switch rooms..Our room was flooded with marijuana smoke every day .

Oue first rooms stank like marijuana and didn't adjoin as we'd requested.

Tracked down two guys standing around in lobby and asked if they could send someone over.

Then I explained to the lady Jessica that I was unhappy and made a video of what had happened and asked her if she wanted to see it so she knew I wasn’t lying.

Very pleasant great lady super smooth with service search for discounts for military giving us a direction to are room and other close venues to go see hotel art looks very nice and very attractive was easy to find

We did an overnight stop here on our way to Zion National Park Room was clean and spacious and had a  very comfortable bed.

The room was in very poor condition, it was clean

although the early check-in we requested for 11am wasn’t available at the time, he made sure we were called when our room was ready, which he guesstimated would be around 12 or 1.

Checked in for two nights and AC was on in first room, making temperature freezing - 64 Fahrenheit!

I should point out that the room was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Room was nice and modern and all staff we interacted with were helpful and polite.

Jake is always there when we have a last minute trip or when we plan an extended stay, his follow up and attention to detail on room type and takes care of all of our needs, so DTG is an easy choice.

After checking in, we get up to our room and it is 84ﾟ.

We were upgraded to the gallery suite and our rooms were on the 6th floor we were also given a late checkout.

But to end on the positives, employees were friendly and the rooms are nicer than many of those on Fremont.

If you need a desk in your room during your stay, ask for one of the two original towers, as the new Gallery Tower has a modern design that skips the traditional workstation.

This hotel hosts pool parties on the weekends (cost $20--$50 to attend) and the noise from the party is so loud we could not sleep even with ear plugs in. Also, during the day you cannot sit by the pool unless you pay at least $30 to have a lounger (money goes towards drinks

I could not sleep much at all due to the constant bass coming through every wall and floor.

Not for over 60 crowd that wants to sleep at night.

The hallway is amazing, they got that right too bad you cannot sleep in the hallway.

When we woke up the first morning, there was a dirty sock in our sheets, that wasn't ours.

They had several complaints and moved me to a interior room on the same floor and told me they would remove the resort fee, the noise was still so bad we didn't sleep.

i did not get any restful sleep the time i was there.

but it was dirty and had homeless sleeping throughout.

I tried going to sleep at 10pm to catch my morning flight and realized there was an outdoor party across the street pumping music full volume and I could hear it clearly through the windows.

You really can't sleep because it's extremely loud and you'll hear it in your room.

- Room noise: Music from Fremont street plays loudly until at least 1 am, and can be heard quite loudly in the room if you are trying to sleep.

We could hear several drunk people yelling and screaming from next door for hours and we could not sleep.

but I just thought that I would warn people if you are deciding to come to Las Vegas and you want to get any sleep whatsoever do not stay here especially in the grand tower.

This morning I woke up to a notification from my bank that a charge of $459.91 was processed.

Homeless sleeping on stairwells and urine everywhere.

Toilet was not flushing 
Shower was getting water on the floor .

Pretty much wide open with poor water pressure.

The pool water was very very murky and the pool deck could use a very good cleaning, it was very dirty and some of the chairs were ripped up.

There is no way to reach in from the side to turn on the water.

No coffee machine or kettle, you only get two bottles of water.

Old and ineffective black out curtains, no coffee maker, low grade soap & only 2 bottles of water!

Well, please look here as I had $37.00 in credit- off my $20. Then I ask for a Tito's and water and she said, "We don't say Titos here."

There is no store on premisis so nowhere to purchase water, snacks, toiletries.

The water drained slowly from the bathtub and sink.

Hallway walls had drywall patches everywhere, there was water damage in my bathroom, my faucet handle detached itself, carpet was coming up in hallways, etc.

I learned a long while ago you can go longer without food and water than you can go without sleep, proper sleep is extremely important especially on vacation or traveling.

My only complaint is the hot water wasn’t exactly hot , more like lukewarm, so I didn’t get the hottest shower there.

The pool is TINY and uninviting; the water looks dirty and it’s super shallow.

Shower was a little weird as there was only half a door on it, great water pressure .

The shower was one of those half-door things, so water had a tendency to get out and get all over the floor.

The worst thing is the shower has only a glass window that only covers half way across, the water sprays all over the floor and creates a hazard when getting out.

Had a problem with hot water in our room that couldn’t be fixed so they moved us and credited our resort fee’s.

Room is ok, turns out fridge is not plugged in or does not work, did not find this out until three hours later hoping to grab a nice cold bottle of water.

The shower is a weird design, so you have to step in to turn on the water.

We loved our stay at Best Western Plus Casino Royale!

Each time we stay at the Casino Royale we get what we expect; quality, value, cleanliness, convenience.

Our stay at the BW plus Casino Royale was great!

But if you want inexpensive, walkable, great location, standard-decent accommodations, and nice people, the Casino Royale works.

The Casino Royale was perfect for our stay in Vegas.

If you want to stay on the Las Vegas Strip without paying the prices of those famous high-rise hotels, the Best Western Casino Royale is the place for you!

We had enjoyed our prior stay at BW Casino Royale and it remains a good place to lay your head.

I am and always will be impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at the Casino Royale Best Western.

Mostly enjoyed our stay at the Casino Royale.

Best Western Plus Casino Royale a small nice budget hotel with no resort fees.

but we were given vouchers for Denny’s adjacent to Casino Royale which we used every day of our stay.

I would come back to Casino Royale as it was very adequate, had plenty of nearby locations for solid food and I didn't have to walk and walk and walk and walk to just get from mu room to the lobby.

As ever (we have been staying here for over 5 years) we loved everything about Casino Royale.

Visiting Sin City during chilly temps last week and wanted to check out the Best Western Plus Casino Royale on the Las Vegas strip.

The Mirage is also just across the street and there is a convenient cross walk near the Casino Royale south door.

The Best Western Casino Royale is a perfect place in which to stay while visiting Las Vegas.

Have stayed at the Casino Royale 4 times now and it is the best value on the Strip,
The rooms are clean comfortable and with no resort tax and being able to access the t  Strip in just a few minutes instead of 20 mins at some of the big casinos it’s just so convenient.

I can't say enough positive things about the BW Plus Casino Royale!

Clean, comfortable bed and room - one major gripe is that bottled water was only provided for ‘premium’ members !

As this hotel is right on the strip it is a great value and was much less expensive than other hotels.

Excellent value for money and NO Resort Fee - amazing.

Cheap drinks, low gambling minimums and great staff.

The front desk and bar staff are top notch and the drink prices are incredible.

No resort charges so all in all a bargain place to stay in Vegas.

but overall you get exactly what you pay for, Staff were friendly and the great value bar in the casino was a great place to stop for an easy late night beer.

When you are visiting from the UK and staying longer than most people do then resort fees add up.

On the plus side there's a Denny's right next door to the north and a McDonalds to the south, so no problems finding a plate of eggs. So if you're looking for lower cost Strip stay (I'll withhhold my comments about the Circus.  )

Their nightly rate was also very reasonable.

Just a quiet nights sleep in a decent room on the strip, minus the resort fees.

The best Western was in the middle of the strip, economically priced.

No ressort fees and free parking, own structure in the back.

A few other highlights would be, no resort fee, free parking, and the cheapest bar on the Strip, with prices that are the same as my first visit back in 2018, and likely longer!

Clean and comfortable with a location on the strip that is half the price of neighboring hotels.

The casino was great and the slots paid much better than MGM Grand, Caesar's, Bally's etc.

This property is in a good location on the strip at a fairly cheap price.

The hotel area is very quiet and private.

I loved the quiet pool in the morning, the snack bar and the games at the casino

Hotel guests were quiet during night hours.

Our room was very quiet, and clean  it had everything we needed.

I was right by elevator and room was quiet.

The room was surprisingly quiet, and the property still provides daily housekeeping.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being downtown.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The rest of the property was a little "tired."

When we got to the room it was very clean and quiet, and the layout of it was very convenient.

but back from the street noises far enough for a perfect night's sleep.

If you’re not the late-night party sort of person, ask for a room back away from the Strip where you may not hear all of the Strip noise. 2.

When I mentioned that, they suggested I park in the “check in only” spaces which are the highest traffic, most watched location to get added security.

My room on the 3rd floor/pool view was quiet, until the sound of an outside bell chimed at the top of the hour.
