It has a European vibe with dark colours and furniture.

Lots of red dark velvet in the lobby, dim lighting, wood panels.

The lobby area on each floor is extremely dark and if you didn't know there was an ice machine there you'd never see it as all the signs are in black on a black wall, maybe laminate the signs could eliminate that issue.

The hotel registration lobby and guest room hallways are quite dark here.

Now, the decor is very muted and dark compared to some more lively casinos and it's not as crazy as night (no naked parties in the corridors lol).

The beds were very uncomfortable, the showers had no pressure, and the rooms were so dark that I could not see anything when trying to get ready.

The whole of the ground floor area of NoMad is weirdly dark, the reception, bar, library, hallways and elevator lobby all have dimmed lighting so it feels like night time all the time.

The only thing I found is it’s very dark and it takes a bit for your eyes to adjust from the bright sunshine outside to inside.

Most of your time will be spent at Park MGM which, while more tastefully decorated than most Las Vegas hotels, is value-moderately priced and kind of feels as such.

They have friendly staffs, it's easy to check-in and check-out, and best of all they don't charge any sort of pet fees!

The food options within Park MGM/Nomad are also great and you have a wide choice of eateries from quick bites or sit down meals at varying price ranges.

Quite original that isn’t easy to find elsewhere and reasonably priced.

but at the time of year I was visiting, all the hotel prices had gone mad.

It is to be go to Vegas for great low cost of rooms, great food at a low cost (both only there if now you have property credit to offset the trip).

The price of the room is very reasonable especially during Christmas time.

Would recommend the Nomad, especially at the price.

If I could rate NoMad higher than a 5, I would.

My room was comped and included a nice $400 Food & Beverage credit (as well as an even better Free Play component) and no resort fee*, so obviously, it is difficult to complain;

Given that this was a higher price point than the Park MGM rooms it definitely did not feel worth it with these issues.

but again out of our price range but still a   great scene at Park MGM before the show.

The Park Casino was great - lots of new games - pretty loose for Vegas slots(my sister and I netted $1500 this trip after paying all expenses).

For a lesser cost at the Four Seasons, we have rented a full-on cabana that was spotless and included a fresh fruit platter, unlimited ice water, and contained multiple seating areas as well as a flat-screen television.

Just a few steps across the street and you’re at T-Mobile Arena or New York New York.

It is close to T-Mobile arena a lot of the other MGM Resorts it has a separate private pool great restaurants wonderful staff I’ve never had a bad trip to nomad and I would continue to stay there on other trips to Vegas.

but access to all the building's attractions are steps away and the hotel is located across the street from T-Mobile arena and not far from Allegiant Stadium and Aria and the City Center complex.

A lot to love including a near perfect location with easy access to so many other resorts and T-Mobile Arena.

The location is perfect - close to many other MGM’s, T-Mobile Arena, Strip, etc - yet this little hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet to enjoy some excellent restaurants, luxury and a good nights sleep when you’re done with the rush and noise of the Vegas Strip for a few hours.

We had a view of T-Mobile Arena and the Raiders Stadium, so that wasn’t bad for a non- strip view.

Great location to attend various events at ‘The Park’, ‘T-Mobile Arena’ and the ‘Allegiant Stadium’ to name a few.

We came for the NHL All Star weekend and the T-Mobile arena was right across the way!

The windows needed washing, the sofa had stains, there was stray hair on the floor in the bathroom.

And this time we had dirty towels and no body wash in the bathroom.

It would have been nice to know they don’t provide shampoo.

I really wish there were more amenities in the room and we could use the air conditioning.

Love the fact that it’s the only non smoking hotel so when I do late night stuff here I don’t have to worry about showering again due to the cigarette smell.

The shower leaked all night, the rooms were not all that for the fees!

Blood on toilet in room realized at check-in.

No mini refers and the bathrooms are small.

Know in advance that they don’t supply soap, so bring your own if you are into cleaning yourself!!

Also, the room attendants did not clean the bathroom prior to us arriving, my wife actually purchased Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom herself.

Some had a shower head that blasted water

but what I wanted was to have my room serviced and bed made they did send up towels and a bunch of soap that I didn’t ask for.

We had a much better experience two years ago and  a Hyatt globalist and they were associated then so wonder if that’s why we had a less beat up room and slippers and q-tips.

I booked through Amex and was not given an upgrade like most hotels, the room was small and dated (there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room), the walls were paper thing and we could hear normal sound level conversations happening next door,  and the amenities just did not compare to other hotels like the Cosmopolitan.

No coffee pots tea dresser armoire or hand soap.

There was mold in the shower when I arrived.

There was a problem with the shower, it leaked all over the floor.

I was checked into an initial room that seemed to have a dirty bathroom.

There is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

Also there is no fridge in the room or coffee maker.

On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room.

No refrigerator, not even a coffee maker!

Only downside, was the lack of a kettle to prepare hot drinks.

Very limited and expensive breakfast choices, even getting a cup of coffee early, ie, 6:00 is way too hard.

but the prices are ridiculous and the rooms need a mini fridge and microwave.

And there was no coffee maker in the room!

Room was missing fridge, body wash, hangers and the hair dryer was broken and full of other peoples hair.

And no cups in the room to even drink tap water?

Like the location next to T-Mobile Arena   My room lacked a desk.There are no coffee makers in the rooms either.

Firstly, no refrigerators in the room (found out for a expensive daily rental rate of $50) is absurd.

The room did not have a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator or even a glass or cup, making it one of the most LOW RENT hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

No added amenities such as a refrigerator or anything else.

If anything, it would have been great if there was a fridge in the room.

A little disappointed in the lack of amenities in the room, like a small coffee pot, charging for a small refrigerator.

They refused to reimburse us for the difference in room rates.

One bonus is that Dolby Live is right there with Park MGM, so if you plan to attend a concert at the Dolby Live that is a plus to save you travel time and uber fees from your motel to the venue and then back.

Reasonable rates and attractive public spaces add to its attractiveness.

Overall for the price it's comparable to other pricier hotels on the strip.

Courteous staff, and there was availability to upgrade to a larger room (for a fee), and was happy to make the change.

I just didn’t feel like the price paid for a room reflected the quality.

but for the price point, this was super-Meh.

I would rate the Park MGM as #2 of the hotels I have stayed at on the strip.

Be sure to pack everything you need and get water and snacks because you will pay an arm and a leg!

Prices are high depending on what’s going on at the arena.

The hotel experience was really unimpressive for the cost.

Our booked room was unavailable because of double booking, they waived the resort fees and gave us $50 in food en beverage.

Quick and easy check in-no waiting thanks to online check in and hotel rate is very reasonable (affordable).

And then they tried to charge us for the room fees and incidental holds after we already paid them once.

Halfway through my stay, I was locked out of my room.

We requested and were granted inter leading rooms for 2 adults and two teens.

You shouldn't be disappointed with this hotel unless you get a bath/tub combination room

but I would get clarification on upgrading your room.

Location can’t be beat if you are heading to an event at T-Mobile arena.

Great location-a very short walk to NYNY and T-Mobile Arena and a free tram to Aria and Bellagio.

This location is perfectly located and nested by the New York New York and MGM Grand Hotel and right across from the T-Mobile Arena.

Convenient to Allegiant stadium, T-Mobile arena and Dolby Live.

Property very clean, we stayed in the night hawk suite facing t-mobile arena.

We went to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Series at T-Mobile Arena and it was literally right across the street.

Add in walking distance to the T-Mobile arena, easy tram access to the Aria and Bellagio along with amazing food and this is an easy must stay location! !

Park MGM is the place to stay if you attend an event at T Mobile Arena.

The Park is in a great location, in close proximity to other major casinos and to T-mobile arena for sports and concert events.

So close to the T-Mobile arena and Dolby theater.

Amazing location — steps from T Mobile Arena & great amenities between the pools, casino & shops.

Eataly, t-mobile arena, Shake Shack, breweries, etc.

The Dolby Theater is a huge plus and being so close to the T Mobile Arena is another plus.

Room (24-312)—clean, comfortable, a/c worked great, exciting view of T mobile arena, little tiny individual bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/bar of hand soap provided and replenished daily, ice machine (next to elevators on every floor) worked flawlessly multiple times, woke up to (neighbors?)

It is centrally located so easy to get anywhere and great if going to t-mobile arena.

The bed was very comfortable and had great views of the roller coaster and T-Mobile arena.

Although they didn’t have the room I originally reserved, the room we got had a nice view of the T-Mobile arena.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and next to T-Mobile arena.

Its location to other MGM properties/T-Mobile arena is a bonus.

Except for the construction, the hotel is minutes from the Las Vegas trip.

The only issue I found was all of the construction around Tropicana Ave. as they were redoing the I-15 interchange and preparing for the F-1 race in a couple of weeks - just tied up traffic horribly like nobody’s business.

although construction makes it a bit tricky.

but due to the road construction it is too difficult to walk.

The traffic getting in right now is hectic with construction,

but the path goes through a less than desirable construction area right now and is unshaded.

but I didn’t have a corkscrew 😅We weren’t able to locate one at the desk but I bumped into the engineer Dave in the lobby and he saved with day with a drill and a screw!

Your competition across the street at "newer" construction hotels don't charge for parking.

The only thing that caught my eye was the construction going on near the lobby.

but found ourselves quite intimidated by the heavy traffic, road construction, road closures for a large festival, and the shear size of the city.

Hopefully the construction will be over soon.

As a side note, there seems to be a lot of construction in the area, and the hotel itself is undergoing a renovation.

The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that they are currently under construction.

There was much construction and what appeared to be abandoned vehicles in the parking lot.

The street out front is under construction.

The construction in the lobby is a problem when entering.

Cons: construction and tarp all over made this hotel uninviting.

Upon arrival the entire 1st floor was under construction and pool, laundry & bar closed.

Also there is construction across the street.

I was told that I could not receive a credit because I pre-paid for my room.

The $15 parking and the $75 dog charge are not posted on their website.

Once you have a key card that can be used to get inside.

Only negative is that there are parking charges, as it cost me $15 per night.

It’s a safe location and you need a key card to enter the hotel.

They had no problem putting the charges on two credit cards.

Should not be charged for parking when I use my points.

Suddently Im receiving 2 charges in 1 week on the debit card I used to book and they are not returning them back even after contacting Booking.com and the Hiltons customer service by email.

Checked my bank snd was charged more than what I was told, and no it wasn't the deposit.

but they ended up charging me twice because of computer problems.

There was a parking charge of $12/night that we were not aware of at the time of booking through Booking.com.

Parking on site for a cost ( eh ) and girlfriend had to unbuckle and lean out car window to swipe room card for parking entrance.

Called Cancelon and was advised that was too bad, no refunds or future credits.

Overall would recommend and stay here again the value for the price was excellent.

Clean, friendly staff and great location if you want to avoid the strip and not pay crazy prices.

Stayed here because we arrived in Las Vegas a day early and the place we had booked was insanely expensive for that extra night.

Still, we did know that before booking so we were prepared and the price of the Hampton Inn was significantly lower than the large hotels on the strip.

Clean, comfortable, comfortable beds, excellent service, affordable prices.

The price is reasonable compare to the other hotel.

The hotel doesn't disappoint, staff is attentive to needs, "very" clean room and best of all no resort fees or hassels to worry about.

This is a fantastic location near T Mobile without having to pay for resort fees or to go through casinos.

Big shout out to MARJORIE, who was in charge of the breakfast area.

It’s a perfect location for those who want to stay at a smaller hotel off the strip in order to avoid resort fees.

A fraction of the price of others on the strip and didn’t miss being right on the strip because it is so accessible.

I chose this hotel based off Trip Advisor recommendations for the great breakfast, good staff and no resort fees.

I recommend the hotel for price, location, and staff.

Clean with plenty of space, nice staff and nice rooms within walking distance of T-Mobile Arena and New York New York.

The area around the hotel is fine and it is easy to walk to the T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium, as well as to the bottom of the strip.

We were in Vegas to attend a couple of sporting events; one at the Allegiant Stadium and the other at the T-Mobile Arena.

10 minutes walk to T-Mobile Arena and the southern entrance of the Vegas strip.
