It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

Room was clean and updated and bed was comfortable, room was quiet.

but beds and pillows were very comfortable.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.

The elevators were a constant frustration.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the check in and check out processes were seamless.

My stay was great, lots of friendly people staying the night as well.

All staff we encountered was super friendly and very pleasant.

Employees make you feel welcome and do a great job of doing that very friendly staff.

The housekeepers were very nice and friendly.

The restaurant choices are good, I especially love Diablos and the entire staff that I interacted with are so nice and friendly.

Great stay great value the staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend friends and family members to stay at luxor convenient to the strip had pretty good luck if I had one complaint it would be the buffet for brunch the breakfast side was not good at all for the price of the buffet.

Other than that the rooms were clean, stuff was friendly, housekeeping was amazing and the overall experience was gr8!

but wish I didn't have to pay extra to not have a parking garage view for our 30 year anniversary,  Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and the casino area was nice.

I will say that the front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the food, while expensive, was of decent to high quality.

Overall, it's a very decent room and well worth the price.

Price gouging for any item sold in the “convenient stores”

The prices at the two ground floor Starbucks here make any airport look cheap--you're in for a shock if you are used to just flashing the app barcode without thinking.

Worth the price, conveniently located, great dining and entertainment options.

Positives are the unique architecture, large room size, and cheap rates.

We had free parking and great hotel rate for our room.

Although it is the cheapest out of all, it surely isn’t even worth it at this price

The only nice person was the front desk agent who found me a room after I agreed to an upgrade at additional cost.

Overall a good price for being on the strip.

This is definitely a decent stay for a decent and affordable price range during November holiday timeframe.

but this a decent property for the price.

It’s the cheapest hotel on the strip for a reason so keep your expectations low.

Also the restaurants are really good and have affordable prices.

With the ever rising cost of everything,  we were able to enjoy a couple days in Las Vegas without breaking the bank.

The Luxor offered me a great price at a convenient location.

We stayed at the Luxor then 2 weeks later decided to go back and stayed there again the price is great and it is very clean it…parking is great as well.

Much offered here, restaurants, entertainment, rooms were spacious and kept reasonably clean.

The food court has a variety of food to choose from, and the other restaurants have a variety of food.

The casino was well maintained and the restaurants we when to were all great especially the pyramid cafe.

Food court is great like that they added more variety places to eat from .

Other than that, the food, and room were amazing in the Luxor!

The restaurants there are great I haven’t had a bad meal there.

I’d recommend more activities to do inside or atleast have a restaurant that closes later than 10pm

Great big room , all night open restaurant, one of the best adult show “fantasy” on the stripe, all in all good entertainment, have stayed here couple of times now , good casino, walkable to other must see hotels

The casino in the Luxor is great, and LOTS of bar and restaurant options.

Customer service was great, and restaurants were great as well.

Food, shows, entertainment, fun all around.

Restaurants were good and the connector to Mandalay Bay was fabulous.

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

I had extensive issues with the individuals in the neighboring room arguing about illegal activity and being loud to the point I had to request security come address the issue at 5am.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

was too exhausted for another room change so just paid a house-keeper to come change the bedding quick. 2 out of 5 mornings i was woken by power tools renovating at 08:30,  the room beside me the first morning (was given a $65 credit and told it could be used towards "anything except the foodcourt" so put a couple Carrot Top tickets on the room.)

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

Only two were working when we visited and we had to wait pretty long to board one to get to our room.

but need renovations in rooms as a rewards member gaming frequently I thought it would be more pleasing so that I would want to gamble more.

The carpet in the room area of the casino smelled old and moldy.

Rooms are not nice casino is very tight food was mediocre at best not a very good Las Vegas weekend would not recommend staff was great just disappointed in room and food and the gaming cocktail waitress must have been on strike as well

Rooms were dirty and very dusty, the drains don’t work very well and very outdated .

The so-so:

The rooms in the pyramid itself were just regular.

Room was very dated (early 90s feel), un patched holes in the wall, shower water was cold, some of the lights were burnt out, refrigerators were an extra charge (~$30/day).

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

The staff we encountered were great and for the room was clean.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and I had a great 3 day stay.

The room was clean, beds and pillows comfiest ever!

Rooms are well maintained by the cleaning staff, clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful with questions and  kind as well.

the smell of the room and dirty bathroom, almost dying in the elevator, or water falling from the floor above into buckets.

Really nasty (I was on the green elevators).

Room was not what I asked for no view and smelled out of door I always stay here

I had to switch rooms because some room around me was smoking, the smoke alarm would keep on going, and my room stink of cigarette smoke.

“Non smoking rooms” yet you can’t even breathe in them because of how strong the smell is.

Luxor is old, smelly and just not functioning at a standard that is expected for the money being spent here.

Luxor is clean, hospitable and walking distance to Allegiant stadium; plenty of entertainment aside from gaming; meal offerings abundant; easy access to tram for Strip exploring; rewards offered are of varying tastes.

Great stay cant complain just in the future i wish they wouldn't take so long to bring me a iron, other then thay Great stay ill be back again for sure, everyone was Friendly, casino was clean didn't smell like cigarettes.

Thankfully, one of their staff did let me know that I was already checked out and to just toss the room keys on the counter and make my flight.

Front desk manager tried to make me happy saying he would meet me half way then didn’t meet me half week.

Close to the T Mobile Arena so we were able to walk over.

We attended the Tournament of Kings (Excellent show) at Excalibur, the aquarium at Mandalay Bay and the Knights game at T-Mobile Arena.

Tons of stuff to do, and if you’re going to an event at T-Mobile arena.

Pros:
The Luxor has a great location in that it is close to T-Mobile arena, Mandalay Bay and the other hotels at the south end of the strip.

Convenient location near airport and T-Mobile Arena.

Within easy walking distance of Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, MGM Grand, New York New York, and T Mobile Arena.

It was very conveniently located to the T-mobile arena where we went to see George Strait in concert.

We walked to T-Mobile arena for a hockey game from Luxor which was an easy walk through the casinos.

I went for a hockey game and it is close to the T mobile arena

Luxor is in a great location if you are attending an event at T Mobile arena.

Great facility at the South End of Las Vegas Strip where all of my activities were located (T Mobile Arena, shows, restaurants, retail).

Nice staff, average buffet, rooms can use a little fresh paint, lovely theme, great housekeeping, beautiful casino / main areas, great location between mandalay and excalibur, close to everything: t mobile arena, strip, airport.

but the rooms are newly remodeled, with the same basic amenities as everyone else, very reasonable rates, and it is in a nice location (near the new T-Mobile Arena area, MGM, NY,NY, and the future football stadium).

Walking distance to the T-Mobile Arena and Park Theater.

Great family place to stay, Titanic exhibit was museum quality, very nice.

Casino was great and definitely recommend the Titanic exhibit.

but went to the Titanic exhibit which was very good.

We liked the atmosphere, the titanic exhibit was amazing.

I also love the Titanic exhibit, and the Bodies exhibit was also really interesting to see, both of which are right there.

The Titanic exhibit was absolutely amazing and authentic.

It is also conveniently located near the airport and attractions such as the wonderful Titanic exhibit, the interesting Bodies exhibit, and the fun Blue Man Group show.

Titanic exhibit was very interesting and educational.

The Titanic exhibition in the hotel is excellent, there are various restaurants, shops and facilities that serve the hotel well.

This is really quite a pleasant hotel, prime location, great restaurants, and both a good Casino on site and nearby.

Highly recommend if you are looking for an experience well above the standard casino room.

The rest of the stay from the Casino to the restaurants was great.

The first plus point for this hotel is that it is a refuge from the jingling-jangling noise of the casinos.

NoMad/Park MGM has easy accss to NYNY Casino and Aria Casino.

The Park MGM casino is super clean and friendly (all non-smoking) and the staff deserve a major shout out for going the extra mile during the IT systems security breach and related shutdowns.

I loved the amenities, the fact that Starbucks was right there, the restaurants serving great food (Eat Italy), the MGM Park casino is smoke free, and that the casino hosts were all very kind.

Nomad has everything - best location and access to strip, fun casino, over and above helpful staff from check-in, bell hop, restaurant/bars, pool…..worth every dime.

Centrally located, Excellent customer service, The only non smoking casino on the strip.

Easy access to other casinos and a great selection of restaurants.

You get all the benefits of staying on strip on a major hotel (the ParkMGM), such as easy access to great restaurants, casinos, the free Park-Aria-Bellagio tram. But you don't have to worry about the downsides - you get exclusive access to a separate Nomad pool (rather than the busy main pool), an exclusive check-in area/reception (so no need to deal with the long queues!)

Appreciated the no-smoking environment in the hotel and the casino.

The service was impeccable from the valet, bellmen, concierge, nomad pool staff, casino floor staff, restaurant staff and house keeping.

I asked a casino guard where we could eat and she actually told me that I could google that.

The room was very nice, the food selection is excellent, I love the fact that there is no smoking in the hotel and casino.

A much added bonus is the hotel, casino, restaurants etc.

Lots of red dark velvet in the lobby, dim lighting, wood panels.

The lobby area on each floor is extremely dark and if you didn't know there was an ice machine there you'd never see it as all the signs are in black on a black wall, maybe laminate the signs could eliminate that issue.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the showers had no pressure, and the rooms were so dark that I could not see anything when trying to get ready.

The whole of the ground floor area of NoMad is weirdly dark, the reception, bar, library, hallways and elevator lobby all have dimmed lighting so it feels like night time all the time.

The public areas, lobby and hallways were dark.

The only thing I found is it’s very dark and it takes a bit for your eyes to adjust from the bright sunshine outside to inside.

but the hallways and lobby are a bit dark.

The toilet was in the foyer of the living room with a sink, about 25 steps from the bed -- a long distance to travel at night in dark.

The room consist of two smaller rooms, one occupied by a dark couch and two site chairs along side a window facing table.

Oddly, hallways are dark and almost eerie (they'd fit in the old TV series "Dark Shadows".

Nomad floors/rooms were decorated like a Lord Byron gothic novel - dark woods, old English style, kinda cool.

though the lighting was low and somewhat dark.

Check-in area is a little dark with dim lighting.

The rooms are subpar and the lighting so dark it's hard to see.
