 - If you love fishing or hunting (no golf stuff) you’ll love this place Bass Pro Shop through the hotel.
 - Machines are fair playing I always walk away with more then I put out.
 - But had a great time and the bass store
 - There is a great selection of restaurants, the casino is well laid out and we enjoy visiting the Bass Pro Shop.
 - The Bass Pro Shop is a huge bonus.

 - Just outside the strip is this amazing nice hotel and casino.
 - The rooms are spacious and clean, the casino is fun and exciting and the staff makes sure that you have anything you may need to make you comfortable.

 - As for us, we had to argue with management for 30 minutes to get our money back for paying for early check in.
 - Our mattresses were pretty soft and when we tried to switch rooms management REFUSED to let us.
 - The hotel managers did not even call to check on him.
 - Management is so not helpful and makes you feel like dirt.
 - After rushing down 17 flights of stairs half dressed, we along with other guest with small children in their pajamas and some half dressed and elderly were met with hostility by the security manager and the front desk staff.

 - It’s dirty, lots of homeless, animals, pot, loud music and in general doesn’t feel super safe.

 - I have stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and this one is is special.
 - I will define stay at that location again.
 - The location was very convenient , away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to the airport and it's just 10 minutes away from the most happening part of the city.
 - Nevertheless, we move our soldier to another location until she was able to fly back.
 - The location was convenient and parking was easy.

 - The next day Silverton security was sent to her door the next morning stating that she need to vacate the property immediately.
 - Something was always left undone - trash was not removed, wet towels on the bathroom floor ( we won't even mention the leaking shower, good thing no one slipped ) amenities NEVER replaced.
 - Only complaint was the need for curtains on the sides of the blinds to prevent light from shining right into your face in bed, preventing the light between the shade and the wall. I would stay here again :)
 - You have complete dumbbell for all weights Downside: Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room on weekends even without a "do not disturb" sign hanged outside.

 - They did not know their own policy and the staff and security supervisor were constantly harassing and violating my coworkers and my human rights.. its embarrassing when employees don’t know their policy

 - they were assisting a customer that needed a jump for her car, security at Silverton wasn't available.

 - This location is walking distance from the Silverton Casino where they have a cool aquarium feature for kids and adults to enjoy, and reasonable meals.
 - I also recommend going to see the aquarium at the Silverton, the gift shop in the Cracker Barrel and definitely go into the Bass Pro Shop - it is really cool.

 - Don't touch or use the mini refrigerator for the same reasons.
 - When we entered our room, we notices a junky mini-fridge sitting in the hallway.
 - Be prepared to pay extra for every little thing, down to opening the fridge (that’s $50).
 - No usable refrigerator without a price, no microwave, no coffee maker and free coffee, no robes or slippers, no washcloths.

 - Treated by Garrett (awesome event coordinator) to dinner and a show, both fantastic.
 - This property is abundant in entertainment facilities (5 buildings, large pool, gym, game room etc)
 - They have an activities center with several activities for kids and we had fun playing bingo, scavenger hunt, painting, making slime and candles.
 - And we knew the bedroom would be fully equipped with a full kitchen, balcony and multiple TV's for entertainment.
 - and the magnificent aquarium at the Silverton with mermaid shows.

 - The only disappointments at this place are the lack of handicap parking, outdated furniture, and only 1 washer/dryer on each floor.

 - One put me on hold for 10 minutes while he continued with a ‘guest’ and the other to the front desk to seek out the person in overall charge of the building concluded that such a person does not exist.

 - Make sure you realize the AC are eco-friendly, and turn off if your deadbolt is not on.

 - However the facilities are terribly dated and the bathrooms were dated, small with definite plumbing issues.The air conditioning in my room was underperforming and they don’t have fans available for the rooms.

 - The room is clean and spacious.
 - If your room faces the North, great view of the strip.
 - All the same , the rooms were very clean , enjoyed the view and was an excellent environment for my family.
 - The rooms are fantastic for size, decor and comfort. Biggest issue was the check-in guy basically tried to talk us out of having daily room service (towels, bed make up, etc.)
 - but the Air Conditioning in the room were working well and kept the rooms cool.

 - Just don't try to use the elevators if you are in a rush around 10 - 10.30ish on a Monday it's check out time and we waited on the 15th floor for 6 minutes!
 - The only mild negative is the elevator seems slow and definitely avoid it during check out times; this was because one of the elevators was out of service.
 - (We were on the 16th floor and ice was melting by the time my husband got an elevator to come back up!)
