Great atmosphere in the casino with a lot of people having a lot of fun!

The food was delicious, the casino had a wealth of options, and there the art installations were great; it truly felt like there was always something to do within the hotel, whether on the Venetian or on the Palazzo side, it was so much fun!

Formula One was great and I could not have picked a better casino to enjoy the race with.

Great shopping and shows right at the casino.

The casino is huge and was quite busy during the evenings

The walk to the tower is very far from the casino.

The tower was quite a walk from the lobby and casino

Amazing Hotel, have stayed at 9 Vegas hotels and Palazzo/Venetian  is the best experience, customer service, resturants and shopping is amazing, next stop F1, can’t wait to go back, casino has everything you need for vegas fun

Great casino and resort, rooms are big and clean, many good amenities, good shopping and restaurants, nearby many good resorts.

I have been to the casino on many occasions and had no idea what a great experience it would be to stay as a guest.

Never again, Midwest casinos still take care of you!

Also if you sign up for their rewards program (you need a rewards card which is free if you obtain it from the casino) you will get ten percent off the gondola ride.

The casino is world class best with every gaming table, slot machine, and poker rooms anyone could ever imagine.

Signage and directions were very confusing as they usually are in casinos.

Been coming here for 20 years, absolutely amazing steph, property, location, food, casino and Rewards.

I shopped, had great food, and the Casino was VERY good to me.

My stay was incredible the Cleanliness of my room and the entire Hotel and Casino was amazing.

Check out was a nightmare due to an overcharge.

Or maybe the housekeeper  gets a commission on the charge if they report it???.

And if you bothered to move anything then you would be charged.

Parking is now charged even if you're a guest.

He aggressively taps it and says “can either of you not read?”  “This clearly says to scan your card”, “you either can’t read or you are stupid”.

They are now charging a ridiculous $29 per day for something that has been complimentary for years and years.

but said they could not remove the charges without approval from a manager.

They didn’t provide paper maps except the itty bitty map on the key card envelope.

But i think it would be better if there is a guidebook about the charges (especially for foreign tourists like me), i'm really confused about the resort fee and parking fee. .

Then later, after spending time in the room and deciding maybe I should consider paying the up charge, I was told nothing was available.

Customer no service with hours to correct wrong billing.

I called amex they said hotel never updated their information.

Only negative is quirky snack and beverage trays in rooms that charge you if jostled and one crabby card dealer.

but it would be much better if you can request that from the reservation/check-in time for no additional charge.

Our first assigned room had a dead battery in the key card device so we couldn't get into the room.

but surprisingly at the reception they charged us 2100 U$, that is an additional 300 U$, this is a lack of transparency and is not correct .

but for the price that Venetian charges, they need to do better to ventilate the rooms.

but returned them, and was notified at the reception desk that they would not be charged and the deposit would be returned, we received the receipt confirming this.

In fact, the (very empty) mini fridge that was in the main room was trapped behind a cabinet door that you had to force open all the way in order to be able to open the fridge door.

WiFi in room didn’t work - had to call to get at IT tech up next day to get me connected

Hotel is packed day and night.

One point that I wish was there by default is a refrigerator in the room, I believe that can be requested from the front desk for an additional fee,

but even though they call them suites, there are no mini-fridges, microwaves, or coffee machines in the rooms.

All extras like parking, or requesting a mini fridge, or even basic extra requests are not included in that fee.

Staying in room 17 211, we took nothing from the stocked fridge or the drink/snack tray.

There was no refrigerator so suggest you buy a cheap ice chest for your food / drinks.

I dislike the fact there is no coffee maker in the room, so I take a tiny keurig.

However, I did not like that the fridge was not usable as it was pre-stocked with mini-bar items that you get charged for if you move, so no place to store water bottles (water bottles you must bring yourself, because this hotel does not give you any for free).

The only complaint i have is the fridge is loaded with the hotels overpriced refreshments therefore the is no space available to put your own groceries or medications.

Don't touch the drink and food that are lying around or the stuff in the fridge.

The staff were rude and unhelpful yet very helpful and accommodating to the “rich” men who were asking for an extra fridge and the concierge could not do enough for them.

The only downsides were; no coffee and tea making facilities in the room and  no room in the fridge for shop bought water or drinks, I presume this is a money making thing.

Spoke with someone at 10am asked to clean my room she said 5 minutes it’s  after 1 pm I left came back nothing done asked again no one came I’m over it I cleaned it myself for over a $1k y’all can’t clean my room and NO refrigerator it’s full with sale items if you move it you will be charge so where do I put my water?????

For us the fact it lacked a fridge, and the size of the hotel are small disadvantages.

The hugest jacuzzi tub and two person shower with multiple jets were so wonderful too!

The 10 floor pool / Hot Tub garden, is hidden among all the amenities, the place to go to relax.

The pool was fabulous and the staff in the hotel were really helpful.

The pool garden is so beautiful and scenic.

We enjoyed many restaurants nearby and the beautiful pool once the sun came around in the afternoons.

First visit in July, I stayed on the un-remodeled side over looking the pool.

Beautiful property, great pools, lots of restaurant options, spectacular vegan restaurant, close to many other places, friendly staff, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Great rooms, we couldn't believe they wanted $150 USD if you use their fridge for your own stuff though, or couldn't just walk into a pool for a swim.

There are so many great pools and you can also walk over to the Palazzo pool.

Pool area has little/no service with hour long waits for food.

The pools and fitness center are lovely, immaculately clean, large, and well-appointed.

Comfy room and bathroom, always get a good sleep, the venetian knows how to actually keep the room dark when it's daylight, the pools are so nice, lots to do.

This is a stunning hotel with a beautiful façade, rooms, pools and shopping area.

The only drawback about this tower (depending on how you look at it) is that it is furthest away from the casino, restaurant row, lounges, larger outdoor pools, Starbucks, convention center, and the new Sphere.

The hotel's pool area was a nice place to unwind, offering a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is extremely clean and the pools are great.

but it was filled with overpriced items with no room for your own stuff.

So, I'm being very picky here because of the amount of money we paid:
It was a corner penthouse.

They currently gave us a regular room at 6pm when we paid for a suite and not offering to adjust the price for the cheaper room we were given.

A health and well-being related item like this should not have such an exorbitant fee.

I was not happy that I had to pay a resort fee of $51 for the pool, which I did not use and had to pay an additional $18 for parking when I checked out.

They charge you $11 for a cheap bottle of water.

but for the prices we paid, they should have provided plug ins next to bed sides for phones, softer towels and higher quality soaps, paper products and a few extra perks.

When I requested a move early today I was first told it would be about 150% of the rate I was paying.

As I had so many issues with check in and the poor service I received, my resort fees were waived

however when we returned to the room that evening nothing had changed, I complained to receptionist the second morning and the duty manager offered me the rest of the weeks fees cancelled and the issues resolved, we did receive 2 pairs of slippers and 1 extra robe, the mirrors and stool was never cleaned and it took the edge of my experience having to moan at reception, apart from that it’s a very impressive hotel

Paid over $2,000 a night for a room, only to find it online for $799.

Considering what we pay daily for resort fees, there should at least be coffee in the room.

The hotel itself has so many top notch restaurants to choose from and each one more delicious than the last!

We arrived just a day after the F1 race, everyone and their brother was in Vegas,
The employees at check in were so friendly, polite, they gave you a warm experience, 
Very efficient, our room was to die for, very clean well stocked with personal items,
Excellent view of the strip,the grand lux  restaurant was clean well staffed, variety of foods,
Overall the employees were the best, the atmosphere was good,

Features a large variety of dining choices.

Lots of food options, both fancy and casual.

Besides this, the service was great,  there are soo many great restaurants to choose from and the conference was amazing.

And the choice of Restaurants New and old are just outstanding.

Having so many food options nearby in the resort was great, especially with kids the quick access to the food court for lunch was excellent.

The food options are amazing and taste great (Cake boss and Buddy V's are a must!).

Accessible food court with different food to choose from.

Tons of food choices and great restaurants.

Exploring the Grand Canal Shoppes and dining options within the hotel was enjoyable.

We have found that The Venetian offers great suites, a terrific variety of food and a friendly group of dealers and pit bosses especially in the Pai Gow area.

There is so many dining options from expensive to inexpensive and the shopping is fantastic with many options as well! !

Fast and easy check in and out, super clean and updated premium suite, easy to navigate and access other parts of the property, super friendly and helpful staff, many onsite dining options.

Best hotel on the strip, location, cleanliness, vibe, restaurant options, two casinos for the price of one (Palazzo hotel and casino also connected to Venetian via restaurant row with mall and more restaurants, multiple pools and spa's) overall great experience.

Waited on the casino floor which is smoke filled and has poor ventilation.

Smoke in all areas except non smoking rooms

Even in the casino area the air was not full of cigarette smoke.

Had a nasty experience with a‘security’ guy who told us the wrong way to get to our room, smiled and laughed at us when we returned to ask for help.

Gross rooms, I would expect more from a resort of this caliber.

Room was dirty and smelled, had to change rooms.

Molds in the bathroom and no extra pillow or blanket when we requested they said it would take 2 hrs to deliver it.

The room was spacious & the linens smelled like smoke bad.

Just beware if your sensitive to the smell of smoke. 4.

The only issue I had this time was that smoking is allowed again in the Casino and if you're sensitive to that, you can smell it everywhere.

I never smoked in my life and woke up with smokers cough.

Staff was professional and helpful - close to activities on the strip- only bad thing which mattered to me was the 
faint smell of septic throughout property - especially at pool - enough that I left - they need to pipe in freshener like most hotels-
Construction was also going on so it was noisy at all pools.

Did not enjoy the smell of weed along the corridors in a supposed weed free resort!

Hated the smoke casino that one had to walk through to get anywhere.

butts, 4) my ongoing gripe about the two construction cranes atop an unfinished building covered with a cheap schmata made to look like a building (surely after a decade or so, this incredibly ugly eyesore can be remedied; it not only detracts from the overall panorama, but also seems to reflect on the attitude of management.

but hung over the railing, not vacuumed  and the toilet filthy.

The 600 tower Venezia smelled like smoke and Marijuana.

cigarettes smoke and drunks are everywhere.

I have stayed at Palzzo in the past and thought the club was a great value, 

The club was not only amazingly beautiful , it was also exciting & very entertaining.

The Club Tao was so lit and I had a fabulous time with my friends.

The club had a guest dj who was entertaining and also great dancers.

Was going to title review “best hotel-casino on the strip,”

The rooms are very big , well furnished and comfortable beds , 

With great views of the strip or the sphere , ask for a high room for full views

Restaurants are some of the best on the strip!

The Venetian is still beautiful after 25 years on the Strip, located ideally within walking distance of the some of Las Vegas’s other top hotels - Caesar’s Palace, Bellagio, Mirage, and Wynn’s.

It was the nicest room - and the very best Consiere service we’ve ever had on the Strip.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable and had a view of the Palazzo Pool and some of the strip.

The location in great, right on the strip.

but to the F1 and its impact on the strip, including the draining/closure of the canal experience out the front.

Stay here as often as you can, it's a fantastic hotel on the strip with great service, food, gaming and anything else you could want out of Vegas.

but the view of the strip, and mountains from our suite offset this for sure!

It is right in the heart of the strip and we were able to walk everywhere.

but you're also pretty centrally located to the other resorts on the strip that it makes it easy to explore.

Over the past forty years we have stayed at a variety of hotels on the Strip.

For the price (twice what a good name brand hotel costs a block away off the strip) I expected better.

I would honestly not recommend anyone to stay here the other hotels on the strip had a lot better and friendly staff.

The front desk grudgingly said they'd send up towels and soap,

room towel holder fell off wall at first use, washbasin faucet faulty- only hot water- and shower light inoperative.

The       mattress had huge yellow stains, pubic hair in the shower, blood on the lamp shade the sink was clogged.

but it became unbearable when the shower head would not stay in place enough for someone none handicapped to shower.

although the bathroom was really small 
Our room failed to be cleaned so I rang the front desk.

The hotel smells like weed, pool closes at 900 PM, pillows are flat, bed is extremely uncomfortable, carpet is stained and filthy, a dirty wash cloth was left hanging on the shower door, and the rooms look nothing like the website.

No water available in your room unless you don't mind drinking  out of the bathroom faucet.

SHOWER HAD low pressure, TOILET is sma like for children not adults.

Our only niggle was that there was so little room in the toilet/shower, we had to get in the shower cubicle in order to open & shut the toilet door.

Other than Internet & Parking, staff could not tell me what $28.22 Resort Fee was for
Heavy smell of marijuana on 1st floor- they had posted signs No Smoke In Rooms
Pealing ceiling & no water pressure

Carpets were sticky and the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance.

but the carpets were just atrocious in the hallway and in the room, bathroom was incredibly small, but we got a good sleep and it got the job done.

Bathroom door  is ridiculously close to the toilet, you kind of have to step in the shower to close the door.

but bizarrely designed - plenty of floor space but the toilet and shower are jammed into a tiny space - why?

( I suppose this explains the shopping bags of trash in the hallways.)

but like the hallways, its routine maintenance upkeep can use some better attention.

Having respiratory issues, I was surprised to find that our room smelt like an ashtray and people were openly smoking in the hallway.

The hallway to the room had a definite smell,

The carpet in the hallway to the guest rooms had  black and red stains.

The only way to describe the hallway carpet is it looks like it was salvaged from the dump.

The HALL ways smelled like really strong cleaning chemicals and cigarettes mixed.

Skimped on 50$ and ended up with a room down a long dark hallway, dirty carpets that were attempted to be covered up with industrial cleaners which wreaked the hallways into the rooms.

Hallway walls and elevator are stained as well.

Elevator and hallways smell put red like they have over sprayed the stink.

Also the halls smelled so bad it was difficult to walk down them.

Just entering the hallways and the check-in desk they had so much perfume pumped in the air he could barely stand it.

The stench of deodorizer in the hallways was overwhelming.

even the peep hole to the hallway had something blocking it.

Hallways smelled musty and the bathtub looked like it needed a thorough cleaning.

The hallways literally smell like an unkempt bathroom.

The hallways are dark, dirty and smell awful.

however have a chance to take a night walk around the parameter of the pool area.

Positives: pool area was nice except for a very sick person who wouldn’t leave made the experience unpleasant.

all rooms located near pool & have patios.

The corridors didn’t get a tidy whilst we were there, old fries remained on the third floor by the fire escape the whole visit
The pool area was clean and quiet during the day .

If you are planning on just sleeping here it's OK.  Water pressure super low better to rinse off in the pool which is nice.

Casino wasn’t too stinky and neither were hallways, great views from window, great pools.

The staff told us on the phone pool is opened and warm.

but is very comfortable having large rooms and most overlooking the nicest pool area we have been to in Las Vegas.

I was very happy to see the room renovations, along with the upgrades to the pool area, it really is becoming a much nicer property than the old Terriblest.

Pool is nice~~especially when it's HOT in Vegas.

The highlight of this Hotel is definitely the pool, its clean and well maintained, also it is open later than a lot of the "strip" Resorts.

I entered the pool area which was very well designed and the set up was excellent as well and found a great spot to hang out.The next several days I started coming at 7 am and spent lovely hours enjoying the experience.

Pool was amazing and the staff very friendly.

but got a take out which I ate on my patio by the pool ..wonderful!

The area is home to many popular non-Strip restaurants within walking distance.

They have a really nice restaurant and the staff are very professional I highly recommend this casino  you will not be let down

but hotel is central to good meal alternatives.

The restaurant was on restricted hours which meant we didn’t actually eat there 
The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the strip.

Breakfast substandard half of everything on menu was unavailable except for coffee .

Casino  is okay , food is okay, Cleanliness is good, and they need more servers on the casino floor .

Perfect location and a really well kept laid back affordable hotel with great priced restaurant.

After eating I played in the casino and had fun.

Wait staff in restaurant were very nice and accommodating.

The one GREAT experience was their employees, especially those on the casino floor, restaurant and bar staff who were helpful, friendly and genuine.

The restaurant was fine for breakfast and service there was very pleasant.

but double that with resort fees and a 100 deposit .. the only bright spot was the restaurant upstairs food was delicious!!

While it is not a large casino, it has a recent cafe and a well stocked gift shop.

Restaurant was fantastic.. Great service and food soooo good.. smallish casino

I stay at the "Silver 7"s  before I leave on las vegas flights..great airport access..easy access to local restaurants -fuel and cvs .
