 - If you want to go to a casino where the dealers look at your from outer space come to Mandalay Bay.
 - It's a short walk to the casinos and shopping.
 - I had better expectations on of this hotel casino, I have stayed at the Mandalay Bay with way better service and better rooms.
 - We played at the casino in Mandalay and shoutout to Brennan in the front desk.
 - Casino was spacious, lots of shops and restaurants.

 - Easy to access to freeway to Red Rock for hiking and driving range.
 - Crystals hang from the ceiling in the entrance way and there is a rock sculpture by the front desk.
 - Always love the live music at the Rhythm and Riffs lounge (Classic Rock Bands).
 - "Mission to Rock" was incredible!

 - They put us in an expensive King Suite on one of the lowest floors saying nothing else was available ,
 - They are cutting costs in the wrong areas.
 - No mention was given of a credit for what I know was a difference in room rates.
 - From the check-in, to the horrible room service, to the bland offerings in the hotel/resort (hope you like overpriced starbucks because that's the only coffee available), nothing about this place was remotely '5 star'.
 - The shop and coffee stand were a little pricey,

 - (at least as per AMEX) I had booked a one night stay at Delano on 12th November 2021 and after late check-in to the hotel, the shower turned on - on its own in the middle of the night around 4am and started seeping to the bathroom floor.
 - Very disappointed to find an extra $80 in charges for about $1 of goods.
 - If she didn't have the ability to waive the charge she should have asked a supervisor to step in.
 - but also charged.
 - The VIP packages did not live up to the billing, the view was disappointing, and the street noise was frustrating.

 - Instead, they made us walk to Mandalay Bay for A substandard room (where the key didn’t even work) in the middle of the night!
 - The staff did a great job, very responsive to my needs and reminded me why I love Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay and now the Delano.
 - If you want to go to a casino where the dealers look at your from outer space come to Mandalay Bay.
 - I had better expectations on of this hotel casino, I have stayed at the Mandalay Bay with way better service and better rooms.
 - Gave us a nice romantic real, and the option to get our gamble on with being easily connected to Mandalay Bay. .

 - Room was very spacious, like an apartment, with a fireplace and a full kitchen--very up-to-date and elegant.
 - Full kitchens, laundry, close to the strip, kid’s activities, multiple pools, onsite store, and restaurant.
 - There is a FULL kitchen, which comes in soooo handy for cooking and preparing meals while you are there.
 - The apartment was 2 bdrms 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and laundry.
 - It is great having a full kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time if you don't want to.

 - Also went to Red Rock Canyon right outside Vegas then on to Death Valley.
 - It is also easy to get to the other major highways and you can do some sightseeing like Red Rock Canyon or drive to the Zion National Park which is 21/2 hrs.
 - Many activities to enjoy in the area for we loved the Red Rocks Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Hoover Dam were absolute amazing.
 - We also took advantage of other area trips such as Hoover Dam, Death Valley (CA), Red Rock Canyon.
 - There was no notice ahead of time and noise was disruptive as well as removal of parking close to the building.Close to Red Rock Canyon - well worth the trip.

 - It was a very pretty resort with several pools and an activity center; during the day, there was a band playing raggae music and it was very cool!
 - but tucked away in quiet set of condos where we could relax and enjoy time together by the pool and in our condos.
 - The rooms were large, the pools nice and available.
 - The room, restaurant, pool and parking were great!
 - So, it is 110 outside, you can't get in the pool to cool off because it so darn cold.

 - The front desk takes a long time to answer the phone.
 - However she handed the phone over to Ryan (checking in) and asked me a few questions on reservation & if ok to allow my cousin to check in without me.
 - We routinely were told there was no room on the shuttles and told to call call a cab .
 - He never did call me back.
 - The staff all seems to operate on it's not my job philoshy and getting to a manager on the phone is difficult.

 - there was no offer of help with luggage, as I was on the 3rd floor (no elevators here) and no further anything.
 - There are 3 floors and no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you request a ground level floor.
 - There’s no elevator; Room interior looks good except the dryer was not working.
 - The only downfall there are no elevators and carrying luggage, groceries and stuff to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
 - And finally, as I said the rooms were not in the same area which caused the seniors with mobility issues in our group to have to go up and down the stairs ('cause they do not have elevators)!!!

 - Then charge you a refundable fee of $40 for I don't know what.
 - All we were told is he was pulling our credit.
 - Nobody takes responsibility or offers credits, just empty apologies.
 - The only negative we found was charging $95 for staying less than a week even when you sign a waiver for housekeeping.
 - although you get big up charge for "room cleaning" 3/4 of the price of the room, there was so much different types of hair in the bathrooms, no telling when it was last cleaned.

 - Tiki Bar at the adult pool area as great - the mixologist who remembered who drank what, and was consistent in his preparation and presentation.
 - I also like the designated pool for adults.
 - While the room was ok, the incident that overshadowed our vacation occurred by the adult pool.
 - This was pretty frustrating for us and the adult pool had sun all day.
 - One pool for families, the other for adults only, which had a bar with great/friendly staff.
