Felt safe and inside they have the aquarium, a sight to see.

My wife maintains several salt-water aquariums at home so she was mesmerized by the aquarium inside the Casino at the entrance to the Pro Bass Shop.

The best attraction was the aquarium with all the beatiful fishes.

Loved the aquarium and the mermaid, I could have watched that for hours.

Old style inside with slot machines, gigantic display for gambling and the most beautiful aquarium  ever seen.

We liked shopping at Bass Pro shop, looking at aquarium, and playing at casino.

I find the aquarium a must see and the Pro Bass shop.

i love the fish aquarium, also the Bass is a great place to shop.

The pool are is beautiful and the grandsons really enjoyed the aquarium.

Clean rooms, beds were so comfortable, shampoo, conditioner and body soap (full bottles) in the shower!

It had a nice size TV, and the bed was very comfortable.

The refurbished rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable you are guaranteed a good nights sleep.

I felt safe and secure in the hotel with having to use my card to gain entry to the hotel entrance and elevator.

The Bass pro Shops is right next door and they don't (as of yet) charge for parking.

Our stay was marred by poor follow up on our billing.

No charge for parking is an added plus. Was surprised that the Seasons Buffet was still closed as many other casinos (South Point, Wynn, etc.)

Basically what they’ve done is used Covid as an excuse to not provide services while still charging you for them.

The rooms were not clean, there was no towels at the pool, service was absent and mediocre, food was dropped on the floor and still served, the keys to our room didn’t work, our rewards card didn’t work.

Get the players card and you'll get sent deals via postcard and/or email for discounted rooms and Free Play.

The resort fee  charged is preposterous, and little more than  a self-serving  low cost revenue source for the property with zero value to most of its guests.

The cashier wouldn’t fix it and the person in charge at the Hotel said they didn’t know how to make it right.

I am now writing this review at home while on hold to fix a bogus charge on my credit card, 20 min and no answer, must be on a break.

There is a $100 hold fee charged per room for incidentals and an additional RESORT fee per room of $18+.

Extra charge for in room coffee maker and fridge.

They forgot to swipe the credit card when we checked in (this was a prepaid reservation through expedia) and the next day they called me and told me that if I didn't return to the property immediately they would lock me out of my room.

When I made the reservation I was quoted a price including taxes and resort fees when I checked out the fee was almost $100 more I asked why immediately was given the hotel managers card and said I need to talk to her called her for three days in only got the voicemail and never got a return call.

When we got there the manager checked us in and we went to the room and the key card wouldn't work.

But they are going to charge you $300 if they suspect it, and there isn’t anyway to dispute it.

The reservation agent mistakenly charged my debit card for over $1100!

We have stayed at The Silveron several times and appreciate the safe complimentary parking garage and restaurant offerings in addition to their friendly staff.

The restaurants served excelllent cuisine and the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

We enjoyed the food in all the restaurants we tried and the staff and all the servers were super friendly, down to the cocktail waitresses on the casino floor.

Hotel front desk people are amazingly friendly, I had good laughed with a few cuz their very friendly and all ears.

All of the staff throughout provide a friendly and professional service and nothing is too much trouble for anyone.

Can’t say enough of the staff everywhere we went from restaurants to bartenders to valet attendants…all friendly and smiling.

For those who travel often, especially on the Las Vegas Strip know that mini fridges are far and few in between for personal use.

The bathrooms are very small where you can barely close the door and there is no fridge or coffee maker in the rooms. :(

You can request a coffee maker in your room though, if you wish.

but they should have had a standard refrigerator for guests to keep items cold.

I wouldn't feel that way if the money was being used to pay for a refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

They need microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms.

The rooms could be updated, and I was surprised that you didn't supply a mini fridge.

The only things we didn’t like was the fact our room didn’t have a microwave or a fridge, and when people travel from all over the country/world, a fridge and microwave should be a guarantee.

Did not service coffee maker with coffee or new cups.

No complimentary morning coffee, the ice maker and two of the three elevators did not work.

Only downside, there was no refrigerator to keep drinks cold.

No microwave, no coffee maker, and the fridge was warm.

No  coffee maker in rooms, when I called room service for a pot of coffee I was informed it would be a MINIMUM 45 MINUTE WAIT !! Wtf?!?!

We have also enjoyed visiting Bass Pro shop and seeing the mermaid shows.

Best part was the variety of machine's to play.

WE SPENT MANY HOURS PLAYING VIDEO POKER AND KENO AT THE BARS.

I even did my Christmas shopping at Bass Pro for 2 years in a row.

but are connected to Bass ourtlet for all your fishing and hunting needs also the steak house is excellent .

We had great service in the casino while playing some of the games & also had great service at The Sundance Cafe.

The Bass Pro Shop was also huge, and a highlight.

Dylan is the most friendly bartender and he even provided my family with all the stuff needed to have fun playing pool and Bowlingo.

The Silverton is located a few miles south of the Strip and is where many locals play.

If you love fishing or hunting (no golf stuff)  you’ll love this place Bass Pro Shop through the hotel.

Machines are fair playing I always walk away with more then I put out.

There is a great selection of restaurants, the casino is well laid out and we enjoy visiting the Bass Pro Shop.

The staff are friendly and the casino is so clean and fun to play in.

Really liked having the Bass Pro Shop and the Cracker Barrel as part of the location.

We loved our dinner of chicken parmesan and the ribeye steak dinner.

It has great restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and at reasonable prices.

The beds are amazing to sleep in very clean rooms and the rooms are so cold 🥶 I slept like a baby every night I was there.

The rest room was so clean, and well stocked the towels, and they have a empty mini fridge in the room.

We stayed in a spacious, incredibly clean room with the most comfortable, luxurious bed and had a very restful stay.

Carpet in my twin queen room was filthy, casino had a funky odor, aside from the cigarette smoke.

The only thing bad was the smell in the hallways the bellboy taking too long the service on the floor for our drinks while we were playing the casinos was good the gentleman that part our car when we got there and took her luggage up was good I don’t remember his name

Dirty, rude restaurant staff, smells like dog pee, and gambling horrible.

Entire hotel was dirty and run down, rooms are horrible and smell, best part was the two bars, the fish tank is 1000 times cleaner than the hotel, I like that Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot, also it is covenant having the bass pro shop connected to the hotel.

The dirty ashtrays and spilled drinks are just gross.

Just minor issues during stay- tub clogged and weird smell in room other than that we had a pleasant stay for the weekend away.

Our room wasn't ready upon check-in due to previous guests smoking in it so we chose to wait 3 hours until it was cleaned.

but a small smoking lounge would be nice by the elevators so people who smoke can come down and have a smoke.

For us, we felt we had to burn our clothes after traveling back and forth to our rooms.

Best renovation ever ~ great crew members, from the front desk staff to the casino hosts, a must stay in this incredible hotel/casino.

The staff - from housekeeping to the table games - are all customer-focused and treat you with kindness and respect.

David & Natasha at the front desk are awesome they helped with our reservation needs and are very accommodating, kind & patient.

The check in staff was very attentive and nice and we enjoyed the stay from top to bottom.

We attended the Tournament of Kings (Excellent show) at Excalibur, the aquarium at Mandalay Bay and the Knights game at T-Mobile Arena.

The attractions in the hotel were very neat, and the walk through connections to Mandalay Bay (and their awesome aquarium) and Excalibur were nice when the weather cooled off.

Also with the deal we got to see the shark aquarium that was pretty cool too!

It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.
