 - We stayed in October to see the Marc Anthony concert and I was completely happy and impressed with the new hotel.
 - We were going to Phish concert at MGM Grand Arena and it is a 10 minute walk.
 - Close Enough Walk to the MGM Grand for Concerts.
 - My 16 year old daughter and I stayed at the Park to attend the Lady Gaga Concert at the Park Theater.
 - I tried the Spa and enjoyed the Park Theater for a couple of Jonas Brothers concerts.

 - Spent The Weeknd in Vegas for both hockey and football games and it’s the perfect spot on the strip for quick easy access to both venues.

 - We were woken up at 5:00 by smoke/smell of marijuana by the people in the room next to us.
 - Minor issues with very loud neighbors as many of the rooms are connecting so you can hear a lot.
 - however we were given a room as far away as possible from the elevators, a room as noisy as possible facing the T-Mobile Arena & all of its noise.
 - We stayed Nov 11-13 and the air conditioner sounded like an airplane every time it kicked on every 15 minutes or so.
 - but 3, 4, 5 in the morning you can still hear the music!

 - The restaurant selection was great really liked din tai dung had a really good experience overall they had so much to do and location in perfect easy to get around definitely recommend this place to visit.
 - Salt & Ivy, which is located around the corner from the Starbucks, opens at 6 AM and has a phenomenal food selection.
 - Restaurant selection isn’t anything special, especially compared to other resorts in Vegas.

 - The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in a hotel.
 - Really enjoyed , the spa , fitness center area , and The restaurants, The pizza place which change name a couple times, Julian Serrano , Bardot , Javier’s, and the patisserie as well as the buffet which is currently closed.
 - What we really enjoyed was the pool, very laid back and relaxing also the fitness center was very clean and spacious.

 - Let's face it, having fun in Sin City doesn't mean you have to be a drunk, nasty, raunchy jerk.
 - Appealing to the eye Rooms were dirty Crumbs on floor Room smelled like pickles , along with all lights and drapes are on fancy iPad device they did not work.
 - You will be overwhelmed from the secondhand smoke.
 - If you don’t mind that type of smell, then no worries.
 - We also had the pleasure of paying a resort fee of 45.00 per night for this pleasure of mopping up water on my hands and knee's and dealing with dust, mold etc.

 - They had several complaints and moved me to a interior room on the same floor and told me they would remove the resort fee, the noise was still so bad we didn't sleep.

 - Really just one block from the Grand's casino entrance to Fremont street.
 - This is the best value for money in Sin City, simply because the hotel is one block off Fremont Street, and people are generally unaware it exists.

 - The Mob Museum is right behind it with a cool speakeasy.

 - The Stay well rooms are super comfortable and the air purifier is great after inhaling so much C02 and Marijuana from the casino and on the streets.
 - I was drunk it gave what it was supposed to gave everyone I came in contact with was very nice it wasn’t loud in casino and the room was very quiet.
 - The casino and restaurants are great at the MGM
 - All areas of hotel were clean from Casino, elevator and hotel rooms.

 - Construction woke us up at 430 am.
 - My Fiancé was so scared to shower that she had to take a birdie bath because it was dirty and she didn’t feel safe to sleep if we were exhausted as we were we would have checked out that same day we checked in.
 - It did make it tough to sleep,
 - We were there for a quick over night stay, so we only needed a place to sleep.
 - I booked 2 nights and on the first night I wasnt able to sleep because of the club downstairs with music blaring till 4am in the morning.

 - Now comes 8am, a random stranger bangs on the door looking for “Greg” which was not there.
 - Check in early, go to room 5 flights up open door and room hasn’t been cleaned, go 5 flights down.
 - Our TV had no sound and all of the cords and plugs hanging from down the wall, the blinds did not close properly so it let too much light in, and the dresser doors did not close all the way.
 - Horrible experience from the moment I walked in door.
