The Chic show is a must and also the new restaurant/show Bravo!

Chic Caberet is a “do not miss” evening experience!

but it was such a relaxing experience and we enjoyed the spa pool and facilities afterwards. Entertainment wise, we enjoyed attending the TRS CHIC Cabaret show, this was approx $40 each, but for that we got a 5-course meal (delicious!)

Furthermore, the culinary experience, while generally satisfactory, could benefit from a broader variety of options in Chic Cabaret Restaurant.

Le Chic is worth the extra cost to go to.

Night time:
The best entertainment at night was the cabaret show chic, definitely worth the money and one of the best nights we had.

The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay.

We also used the Spa where my wife had a massage and we both used the hydrotherapy circuit, this is a pleasant place to spend the afternoon to relax with a very chilled atmosphere

Spa and facilities were the state of the art.

The Chic Cabaret show is an absolute must!

All food and wine pairings were wonderful in a great atmosphere.

Many adult only pools intimate to large and breathtaking with infinity pools and live music.

Best place fir breakfast : order from the menu or have the choice of anything in a gourmet buffet style

The grounds are stunning and love that they make it home for the wildlife too

Entertainment 
Chic Cabaret is great to try for the evening and the bingo was very fun.

I would recommend Bingo night with CHIC cabaret.

The pool is perfection, the atmosphere is sublime, and the massages we had were amazing.

It was absolutely a wonderful vacation for us!

We can safely say this was the best holiday we’ve experienced.

Also special thanks to the duty manager, Braulio, who did his best to enjoy our holidays and made sure that we could leave in time when our taxi did not show up.

Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at TRS Yucatan.

I have never been on such a beautiful, relaxing vacation!

We also would like to highly commend Martha at Helios who was friendly , accommodating , and looked after us throughout our entire holiday.

A daytrip to the maya ruins in Tulum, a snorkel adventure with sea turtles, a swim in a cenote followed with an authentic mexican dinner in a local restaurant of the beaten path, made our mini vacation complete.

Absolutely 100 percent best vacation I have ever experienced.

After two great trips to TRS Coral resort including our wedding back in February 2023 we decided to give TRS Yucatan a try on a long weekend, pre-holiday getaway and it did not disappoint!!!

She left the room spotless each day, even folding our night clothes and winding up our phone chargers.

The lobbies are also happy to call you one.

but the internet, tv and room phone didn’t work most of the time.

The onion rings and chicken wings were amazing!

The shuttles were always available very regularly, and if not, the staff would call for one.

The second you are noticed as American the pushing and shoving, line cutting, name calling, you name it we experienced it.

butler to call one for you or just wait at all the designated stops around the resort but we never waited longer than 2 minutes for one so we liked to move around throughout the day.

butler (I still cringe at calling them that) were amazing!

There is a shuttle service available on call to better assist you with moving around

Asked for dinner reservations (ahead of time) and they sent me confirmation times on my phone.

The food was average at best with most items being below average & what you'd expect from a much cheaper cruise ship experience with worse views (no sea views or exotic ports of call to purchase souvenirs).

From making our restaurant reservations and calling for transportation to getting us what we needed from the pharmacy.

butlers, the towel stand, the drivers, the waiters,  reception, the people who call the drivers at the lobbies, the cleaners, and anyone else you come into any contact with.

Overall all staff are polite, attentive and are willing to go over and above the call of duty.

butler call for one, but that didn’t really help much.

butlers, Guillermo, George & Bernardo were so accommodating to our every wish, calling carts for us to get around, making dinner reservations, stocking our mini bar, getting us "shot" glasses even though they don't really have them and overall just being super great *hosts*.

butler, who’s there to help with anything you need: from calling us shuttles to helping make dinner reservations to ensuring our rooms were cleaned, Diego and Ricardo were awesome!

We couldn’t get the documentation to work on our phones and she was able to get on her computer and make the process less complicated!

Luckily, there was a nice couple that had a private company they booked outside of the hotel for airport transport that heard what was going on and offered us to get a ride with them if the company they were with allowed - the company did

We had private reformer Pilates classes with the resorts trainer, Elizabeth, every morning (which are included at no extra charge!).

There is a private TRS section with a bar and food and the ocean is amazing with such soft sand!

Next to our private pool, on the beach, along the winding pathway, in the pretty water feature.

We loved sitting outside by the private pool and using the pool since we went during one of the hottest, humid months of the year there.

Our suite with a large private infinity pool was spectacular and allowed us to seclude ourselves and enjoy some time together each day.

It is surrounded by jungle and felt very private.

We used the jacuzzi a few times, it worked great, was quiet and felt private.

but if I went back in the summer I would get the private pool.

Wonderful breakfasts at Capricho every morning, followed by relaxations at the tidal pool or private TRS beach drinking exotic elixers recharged our batteries.

We also utilized our private pool which had lovely shade on the day we couldn’t find anything.

There is a private TRS beach area about a fifteen minute walk from the TRS main area.

but quite private, and was pleasant at the end of the day.

Whilst there we booked a private romantic dinner at the Ixmucane Grand Cenote which was so lovely.

I feel this one was north worth it than the romance buglalo that was a “upgrade” we were right next to the infinity pool and had a private pool to ourselves.

Very knowledgable, kept to a good schedule and readjusted the trip so we visited the cenote first so we could have a private swim!

If you need to take a shower before your room is ready, they have a very clean little private shower space for men and women (see attached photo).

but for the cost, I would expect more than 2 restaurants that stay open.

Maria worked at the bar by the infinity pool grill and she made the best cocktails and drinks and was so nice to us.

Gorgeous grounds, excellent food options.

The New Year eve special dinner was great could use a little more elaborate menu.

We went to Tentazione (Italian dinner) and the food was great.

The French, Italian and Argentenian restaurants were also great.

The food in some of the restaurants  can be inconsistent

He másé great suggestions - this is how we tried one of our best desserts ever (verrine de coco. ).

Helios: The breakfast / brunch buffet spread was incredible.

The food in every restaurant was great and I have never experienced service like this before.

We tried all restaurants and as per usual, the service and the staff were great.

The moonlight dinner, (once a month at full moon) was fantastic, best dinner we had.

He made moments at the pool entertaining with his singing and dancing when he brought our drinks.

and a superb evening of music, dancing and entertainment.

The New Year's Party was the best with music, dancing, fireworks and lots of drinks.

wonderful place, the staff, the facilities, the food and entertainment were all excellent.

The entertainment staff, Marfa, Emmy etc and incredible!

The POP entertainment team were great around the infinity pool.

We had dinner at Tetrazione, La Boheme (fondue & French Onion soup, oh my), Chic Cabaret (amazing talent), El Gaucho, Helios (2x) and Sumptuori and enjoyed every meal we had.

Entertainment: The hotel's entertainment options were diverse and engaging.

However, the show was amazing and very bright and spectacular.

The restaurants we selected for dinners were El Dorado (Steakhouse), La Adelita (Mexican), Helios (Mediterranean), Portofino (Italian), and Chic Cabaret (Mixed Menu - 7 Course Meal all while watching a great entertaining evening of dance and music) - all of which were fantastic.

however they do smell damp and musty, as does the bedding.

As much as we tried to get rid of the smell, it persisted throughout our stay.

All of our clothes and room smell like mildew.

but smelled like mildew for our entire stay.

The smell was overpowering and our clothes were constantly wet.

The Room-
We stayed in block 69 it did have a musty smell about it, not sure what it is it did not seem to go either whilst we were there, our room had the jacuzzi on the balcony

As it is in most humid places, the pillows and sheets smelled moldy/sour.

The room had a terrible smell and we experienced a power outage twice!

The rooms with the jacuzzi do not have a damp (I use that word lightly no rooms has a bad smell) smell at all they are probably the better condition of the rooms especially top floor the room cleaning and turn down was always perfect .

Would I class it as a 5* hotel definitely not more like 3.5 at a push, room was musty and damp and really smelt, everything looked a bit tired, food was hit and miss, some restaurants were better than others, wine was awful unless you pay more for better wine.

Your basket will consist of stale bread and cold unseasoned steak slices.

This room had no issues with smells or allergy triggers,

Great experience would go agian ,but I wouldn't get the pool suite next time due to the fowl smell coming from the standing water by our room and the cart guys that pick you up if you weren't from their hotel like Colonial they wouldn't take anywhere I would have to wait for an TRS buggy.

The only downfall was a strong smell of drains in our room and the attitude of a male receptionist at Zentropia…we were hardly ever in the room so decided not to complain and for the receptionist…hmm let’s just assume he had a bad day.

People were smoking at the sun loungers and even in the pool despite there being a non smoking policy.

Also, some stains on the toilet and molds in shower room

They advertise the wish list but it was something we never got which was disappointing, daily we had to ask for fridge to be topped up 
Overview the hotel it's nice but  felt there was alot of inconsistencies.

We were not expecting to be choking on cigarette smoke in a country where it is apparently illegal to smoke except in designated areas.

We were on honeymoon so it was about relaxing, last two days was slightly impacted  by next door smoking drugs on the balcony & partying all night.

The Spa is amazing and so are the pools and the beach.

Language barrier (expected based on non-English-speaking location/culture), inconsistent service quality and cleanliness of the spa were the downsides

This year  I needed a longer more intense massage and Victor did an amazing job for me at the spa.

We had massages at the spa and it was great.

The spa was nice, and we enjoyed massages and the hydrotherapy experience.

We got appointments for two massage sessions which were very communicative and accommodating.

Zentopia, the resorts spa and gym were perfect and had everything we needed in terms of weights and cardio equipment.

Other
We enjoyed a couples massage, make sure you go early to enjoy the rest of the facilities and the juice bar.

Spa:  We adored the Zentropia Spa and pool.

The Zentropia spa was a very tranquil and relaxing experience from start to finish.

All three of us had massages at Zentropia, which where nice,

Friendly service from all the staff, from Uziel at check in, check out to the constant attention of our Butlers Antonio, Daniel and Miguel, our waiter Fernando at El Gaucho and rest of the wait staff, pool staff, spa staff, drivers, bartender's and housekeepers.

I was amazed by how many of the staff remembered me.

The entire staff is so kind and accommodating.

We’ve traveled all over the world and have never had a more considerate attentive and kind staff ready to help us in every way.

We had Victor as our server and he was so kind and happy.

The staff at TRS Yucatan were so friendly - whether it be the serving staff, housekeeping or maintenance - it didn’t matter who they were, when they walked by they always had a smile on their face and said hello.

Staff basically did everything they could to say yes to every request.

Susana, our concierge, was a delight and went over and above to help make our experience amazing - they did a special birthday room for my special day too!

This was our 4th trip to Mexico and first time at TRS Yucatan, it’s the best one we’ve stayed in - I would highly recommend this hotel if you appreciate attentive service

Service was very professional, quick and preview.

The staff in general is very friendly and helpful, waiters, cleaning staff etc.

but specifically enjoyed seeing some of the staff from prior trips.

but they were very pushy, so much so that we declined wine towards the end.

Conveniently located right by Graceland and not far from Beale Street.

Walking distance to Graceland, Beale Street, downtown touring was great, great food, lot of shops, it was a great experience, I will return again,

We went to Beale street, the zoo and Bass at the pyramid all which are a good 15 minutes or more from this hotel.

Great place to be to see Graceland, Beale Street, The Peabody and all of the other sites to see in Memphis.

We got to visit Graceland, took a tour to Beale Street, and a Riverboat Cruise down the Mississippi River.

Would have appreciated transportation to tourist attractions in Memphis [Beale Street, blues music and civil rights museum.Room was well appointed and spacious

Close to all Memphis attractions, Beale Street, Graceland, Sun Studios, Slave Haven, and mid town where you can find tons of cultural and culinary experiences.

Very close for Graceland and only 15 mins from Beale St.

From here, you can also get to Beale Street very quickly by car and take a look around the city.

Beale Str, Civil Rights Museum and Sun Studio’s are all within 10-20 minutes drive.

And it’s a couple minutes drive to Beale street.

We liked that they offered a shuttle to Beale street.

Great location to everything for Elvis fans and shuttle buses to Beale street if you want to walk 10 feet of Beale.

The hotel offers free transport into and back from Beale Street in Memphis centre; this is an excellent service.

Easy to get to Sun Studios   Beale Street and Martin Luther King sites.

The lady who drove the shuttle to Beale Street was very nice and even told us about Memphis.

We also recommend a visit to Beale St., the Peabody Hotel (duck march) and Central BBQ (midtown).

Downtown Memphis Beale Street was a nice outing too and the steamboat ride was an added plus

You’re footsteps from Graceland and a 12 minute drive to Beale Street.

Its minutes from Graceland House, shuttle bus to Beale street to be honest just an all round lovely experience especially for Elvis fans!

Who came and told me that they could not give me a report as I told them I would need one in case the rental company wanted to charge me for smoking in the vehicle.

My only complaint, for all hotels that do, is charging for parking!

They added fees to my package also charged for parking I was highly disappointed with this lova

Nothing hotel can do about that apart from informing their guests as most people will be travellers like myself and will not know how the taxes work or what all 3 charges are, so would suggest informing guests.

If there is any downside to it is that no matter what time you arrive you are charged for a full day, we arrived at 2:30 in the morning and there is no pro-rating for the time the room is empty, and there should be live muisc every night you are there as a guest.

We also heard reports that customers got charged extra for breakfast drinks (which I can't quite believe)

2) Very ordinary quality of food

3) Their cafe / sandwich shop, which is a Starbucks, was run by a bunch of staff that could barely understand English and could be quite rude.

Only downside they charge $10 each day for onsite parking and if you have a lot of luggage it is done by two separate sections room to bell boy station and then bell boy station to valet parking staff, as a Brit not happy with double tipping

I was over charged again for room service and items I ordered were missing.

Charging to self park was a bit ridiculous.

But, just to be sure, I called and asked if a rollaway bed was allowed in that room (sometimes fire code doesn't allow it). The agent put me on hold to check, and returned to say "good news, you can get a rollaway at no charge."

Almost $900 for the room charge for 2 nights, when it should have been half that.

When I checked out, the lady at the front desk made sure to advise me that I would have to stop back in so she could reactivate my card so I could exit the parking since our tour and exploration of the Graceland grounds would go past 11 am.

Buffet breakfast is overpriced with waffle not included and an extra charge.

After being so awful to us they completed their investigation and confirmed what we said that the charge wasn't ours.

Booked thru and prepaid with a travel agent and the credit card given for incidentals a hold was placed for total hotel room cost

First problem they’ve charged me twice for one room and room charges.

Before our stay came to an end, my husband noticed that he had a numerous amount of pending transactions on his bank account from the Guesthouse.

My complaint is that we were asked for a credit card for each room for a “holding charge” of $50.

The resort is beautifully decorated at Christmas.

Elvis enterprises did a fantastic job with their interior design firm, to nail every detail!

The Guesthouse was absolute fantastic, beautiful property and decor.

Great environment, felt like we could see Elvis anyplace in the building.

All the Elvis touches of the hotel are enjoyable- Elvis movie nights in the theater, Elvis themed restaurants, the replica Graceland staircase, Elvis inspired decor, and Elvis concert TV channels.

The Thanksgiving dinner was amazing, and the atmosphere was equally wonderful.

From the beautiful decor, to the options available for guests entertainment, to the staff and the little details that helps with making you feel like a special guest of Elvis himself.

For dinner Delta’s kitchen was a good dinner buffet (nice salad bar, ok wine options, and warm southern style meal) again with very friendly staff.

Had a great weekend staying at The Guest House and loved seeing Graceland for the first time.. Everything was decorated for Christmas beautifully.

The facilities, staff and atmosphere is GREAT!

We recommend the EP Bar and Grill and have a couple "Troubled Waters" a drink designed by Laresia Warr she's one of the nicests servers you'll ever meet.

The hotel is clean and very tastefully done.

Our room was nice it was decorated with Elvis photos.
