Great location, the apartments are well furnished and immaculately clean.

Otherwise the stay was great, peaceful, clean, friendly, a lot of older people, no kids.

Very clean units and helpful and friendly staff.

The pool is always clean and well taken care of.

The room was very clean and met my needs during my short stay in Las Vegas.

The housekeepers, you guys keep it so clean and fresh.

It is clean, safe and the staff is kind, helpful and attentive.

It was the perfect distance from the Strip to be able to walk to where we wanted to go,  The room was clean and spacious.

Considering the amenities, service, staff and overall neatness and cleanliness of the hotel, I would rather stay here than any of the Strip Hotels.

Had a fantastic stay, clean and very quiet building, close to shopping, shows, casinos and restaurants.

It was just off the strip and so roomy, clean, just lovely all around.

Rooms were large, clean, cool and had everything we needed in our kitchen suite.

This was a clean hotel with a small kitchenette which saved us the cost of some meals.

The problem this year was not the fault of the CH, it was the construction  and road noise due to the building of the new Formula 1 raceway and the roads leading to it.

There was construction going on near the Strip so finding it was a bit more difficult than I expected,

Construction in the area closed a small portion of sidewalk on Harmon Ave.

The traffic was horrible due to Formula One construction in the area around the resort and strip.

There is a lot of road construction which is not their fault.

However, there was a lot of noise from the construction road outside that we can barely sleep at night.

However, there is currently a lot of noisy (day and night) road construction in the area, and traffic can get challenging

Much truck traffic right now with all the construction going on in Vegas.

This seems to be an outdated message, as we checked in May 2021 and there has been constant construction happening in the room directly across from ours.

but it is currently under construction so if you don't mind some noise from time to time (M-F 8am-3pm) this is the right place for you.

To top it off our floor was under construction and there was crazy loud construction going on outside beginning early in the morning.

However, we did not experience any of the noise from the construction.

It has parking and no tourist fee .They have a small swimming pool ..(never actually used it) Construction was underway , was of no bother to us at all as we were out every day .

though there was construction going on, it didn't start until 9 am and we were usually up by then.

We experienced some noise from the construction workers renovating the hotel every morning when the dumpsters were emptied, and the monorail across the street was a bit noisy as well.

We didn't hear any noise atall from the construction work.

Never had any issues with the construction.

Signs are posted in the halls promising renovations, and, indeed, there was construction noise.

Bellagio, MGM grand, Paris Las vegas casinos are within 0.5 miles radius from this hotel.

The hotel is in walking distance of the Miracle Mile Mall and the strip in the vicinity of Paris Las Vegas and the Bellagio.

There was no wait for check in and no casino smoke.

not walking through a smoky casino to get to our room--- priceless.

but on arrival there was a musty damp smell.

Also easily accessible , non smoking and no gambeling.

Target with limited food and Walgreens. Vegas is smelly (cigarette smoke and marijuana)

I also love that there is no casino and filled with smoke.

Also was very bad odor in the hall way one day that smelled like a toxic glue for a few hours and a little bit in the room.

The kitchen is good enough for small meals, just dont try to cook bacon because the smoke alarm will beep.

I love the security measures of the hotel in the entrance and elevators and how there are no casinos and its non smoking.

Stocked kitchenette, no resort fees, no nasty casino to walk through to get to the room.

Our room smelled like rotten eggs (which highly points to a gas leak which was incredibly dangerous for not just us

No bar, restaurant, slots, smokers, or anything.

Staff was accommodating, the room had a full kitchen, and it had no second hand smoke smell like some of the other Vegas hotels.

but you don't have to worry about any stinky cigarette smell.

The room was super clean, updated with great shower water pressure.

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The room itself is clean and has all the amenities needed for a self-catering apartment.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the check-in was smooth.

So many things to note, proximity to the monorail, next door to the Westgate, how this place is so clean and we received a mid week cleaning.

Clean, convenient and good close-by parking.

A clean and quite place to stay for relaxing and just minutes away to many casino's.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean.

The room was clean and the view of the light show was spectacular at night.

Hotel is clean and relaxing with a big pool area.

A short way away from the strip, this resort is clean, peaceful and the staff is very friendly.

It was also kept very clean and had friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer at a quiet location.

I woul play on getting to vegas early in the morning and arriving at the hotel and asking for an early check-in even if they charge its worth it.

Also, if you want your room cleaned, they charge another $25 .

Only negative is they charge $25/ nite for misc fees, which is almost $200 if you’re staying a week like we did.

In addition, RCI now charges a resort fee of $25 a day.

They charge a daily resort fee for use of pool because they have nothing else on-site.

Upon check-in you are charged $170 for absolutely nothing at all.

my biggest pet peeve is that they charge you an extra $25 resort fee even if you don't use a single amenity other than your room.

Also, they charge $25 dollars per night to RCI guests which is a lot if you are staying a week, granted they let you know on the RCI website about the charges

I feel like you need better reasons than those listed above to charge people $25/day.

My RCI exchange fee should cover any taxes, this is first time that any resort is charging tax for time share exchange.

Our only complaint was that we were not notified that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service for resurfacing and we were still charged the complete activity fee for our stay.

Super noisy no privacy at all and they charge 6 dollars for water bottles so if you want quick coffe and don't want to pay 6 bucks for a water bottle use tap water.

She was told she needed id to make a purchase with her credit card

I can't believe that there was a charge attached to every room that was not advertised in the room rate.

There was the normal amount of amenities like pool, spa, workout room, pool table that other non fee charging RCI facilities have.

The Day after I text the front desk and tell them about the other room and they say we see you have a $25 dollar credit on your room already Which was from the screw up on the first room and apologized

Let's say Hilton Grand Vacation charges $125 for a one bedroom suite and $25 resort fee.

The  exhorbitant extra fee you are charged if you are an owner and decides not to stay the full 7 days, in my case I only stayed 5 nights.

over 30 years as a resort traveler  I have only been charged a one time $25 fee.

Also, they charged A $42 cleaning fee and said it was because I wasn’t staying a full week.

We normally stay on the strip for our convention, which is held at Paris Las Vegas.

Everything was very well stocked and clean and in great shape.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooftop pool was great, clean and rarely crowded.

The room was clean and the noise level was not an issue.

The building and the unit was very clean.

The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained.

Room was clean and bathroom amazing with nice oversized soaking tub.

Tiles were chipped and rooms were barely clean.

Friendly staff + clean, spacious, comfortable rooms + reasonable pricing = the best hotel value in Vegas!

Importantly Polo Towers is a clean and high service resort.

In the end, they still charged me one night's cost.

First of all they charged my card double and when I was checking in they were so rude that I had a panic attack on my birthday trip.

I get that many (not all) Vegas hotels charge it,

Then ask for a tip for running your card, seriously.

Hotel voluntarily gave us a $50 gift card due to giving us a room that already had people staying in it and causing a 45 minute delay between getting our key and actually getting a room that didn't have other people in it.

I call to figure out a refund and they told me if I cancel my reservation and do not attend the two hour long tour that I will be charged full price for my package .

We signed up and they run $40 on your credit card, which you'll get a back as long as you sit through the entire pitch. .

The comical thing is, the desk actually writes on the card that you are "Lead # xxxx," which obviously means that the concierge is actually a frontman for a typical high-pressure sales pitch.

Better to stay somewhere that doesn't charge additional fees, to experience the sleaze (and non-working tv's) with fancy "Resort" and Valet fees!

You have to do your research and sift through some of the fake 5-star reviews, as well as some of the emotional charged 1-star reviews based on one minor issue/incident.

although we were told we would only be charged for the 4 nights spent at Polo Towers.

Filed a report and security confirmed through video footage and card log that maintenance staff went into our room without being authorized to do so.

My last night staying my key card became inactive.

but we have 4 different room numbers on the card's envelopes!!

The first reservation submission worked, it was all the back and forth that followed that was very frustrating meanwhile my credit card was being charged multiple times.

Charge your non owner's who get the free stays the $20, not your 27 year owners.

We were told there was now a charge for parking and housekeeping, I wasn’t informed of those charges during my booking.

Really nice room and love proximity to miracle mile shops and Paris Las Vegas casino.

I called the Hilton reservations number on a Sunday and spent 20 minutes on the phone while the helpful representative tried to reach various supervisors.

However, they took immediate payment and a week later I have still not had my money refunded despite numerous emails and (expensive) phone calls.

They will text and call regularly, sometimes 3x a day to ask if you need any amenities such as towels, sheets, toilet paper replenished.

After numerous phone calls informing management that we wanted to leave, we were eventually offered an alternative
‘refurbished’ room…with a proper bed… Much brighter,

Daily housekeeping service was not available and we had to call for clean towels every day.

I had to call my husband who was in the room to get help for me.

Front desk did not answer phones, heat did not work properly.

Now for some reason their pool hours are 9am to 8pm school hours they call it.

Avoid the sales presentation, update, or whatever they want to call the meeting - the new Hilton people are nice,

however, the other staff person never showed to fix the phone, although I called the second time it was never fixed (I had to use the one in the hallway to call housekeeping each time).

I had to get security to call the operator.

It took many phone calls and emails back and forth to simply confirm our reservation.

We try not to answer the phone in the room, and we are polite

They stole  two white gold diamond rings from me.

Why must people be treated so disrespectful and then expect for you to maintain low tone while they pretty much sit up there and call you a liar??

Only down note was no outlets near bed to charge phones.

After two days of calling hotwire, they tried to negotiate a refund,

I will be checking in to Polo Towers tomorrow for a 7 day stay and was just told over the phone that "due to a new policy" my family, who arrives earlier than I do, will not be able to check in without my presence.

We found the room to be very clean overall;

We had to strip the bed clean ourselves and ask for all new bedding.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel smelled great.

The room was amazing, modern, and spotless just like the pictures.

Bathroom was spotless and the bath was incredible, a much needed soak from over 26 hours of travelling was superb.

Our room was large, modern and clean, with a great view over the Bellagio Fountains, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphere.

Clean, gorgeous rooms, pool and jacuzzi is wonderful!

The bathroom was kept clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

SHE AIDED US WITH DINNER RESERVATIONS, SHOWS AS WELL AS ENSURE "THE GLAM SQUAD" HIRED TO DO MY HAIR AND MAKE UP HAD NO ISSUE GETTING TO OUR ROOM.

Plenty of fresh clean towels and washcloths.

So clean and comfortable and a killer view.

Room was cleaned every day, hotel is spotless, perfect location for getting around the whole of Vegas.

Beware that Vdara put a ~15 dollar charge for "refreshment center" when you check in using the mgm app.

Had to request slippers and robes, the minibar was not fully stocked so I took photo just in case I am charged for something I hadn't consumed.

For the money being charged for these rooms it just did not leave me wanting to come back.

but being charged $1/oz for bottled water from the mini-bar is ridiculous.

Still got charged for the (in)convenience of valet.

Taxis from airport are set fee, you pay extra if paying by card so cash is better.

Went to reception, of course all apologies and they’d refund a day of the resort fee, I couldn’t care less about the resort fee I just want to stay in a clean room given what they charge.

I had a billing issue that was resolved during checkout.

The fee is a normal charge at strip hotels - just not included in daily advertised rates.

I had to use my overseas credit card which cost an additional currency conversion and fee.

Additionally, I was able to find out from TV that I was double billed for an extra $50 at Aria Haviers and had to get that fixed. 9.

They should ve just given us our money back, or at least kept their word and charged half.

Additionally, 2 out of the four key cards failed to work at some point over the weekend.

Elevator - key cards work very inconsistently.

These people have the nerve to charge a $45 per night resort fee for this trash.

Unfortunately most hotels along the strip charge these additional $$$ when staying there.

Thinking it was my card that was deactivated by my cc.

Check out was done online after receiving an email and resort fees added to our credit card after this ($45 + tax = $51.02 per night).

Then, She offered $50 hotel credits, and would tell the technician to come fix the problem.

The room itself was spacious and we had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel tower at Paris Las Vegas.

Was given another room, not close to the room that we had paid for.

Cost US$2106 for 3 nights for a 2 bed, 2 ensuite apartment.

I’m paying over $500/night and was just told that if I wanted a coffee maker, I’d need to pay an additional $20/night. lol.

Hotel bar ridiculously expensive so we didn’t use the facility.

We appreciated it that our resort fees were waived without us having to ask - no idea why!

3 star hotel at 5 star prices and it’s all down to the unfriendly, passive aggressive, saccharine “have a nice day through gritted teeth” attitude of the staff.

They carried a little bit of everything that  you may need at reasonable prices.

It was an expensive medical pillow and it dose not look like the pillow that are there in the rooms.

This is supposedly a 5 star hotel, I am a guest who has PAID for 3-nights, who had found herself in a stressful predicament, and no one cared in the least.

All this top notch and I didn't even pay for the room it was covered under my MGM Rewards Offer.

One negative is the 24hr cafe where they almost insist on service charges for a to go coffee.

Now, I have to rate Southwest, which is an MGM partner in crime.

The grocery store in hotel was overpriced.

We wanted a nice clean and quiet hotel room away from the strip and we got a noisy, dated room with no character.

We loved our stay at MGC - the property is well-maintained and located near the strip.

The property is clean, convenient, and everything they claim it is.

For the most part, the rooms were clean and decent looking.

Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, equipped with everything needed, well maintained, spotless clean and quiet.

but clean & ‘lobby” staff was friendly.
