Hotel was clean and didn’t feel overly crowded.

Hotels claims they have no upgrades available so they don’t have to honor their deal with Amex, yet upgrades are actually available when booking through their online site.

Considering the amount they charge for the rooms, you shouldn’t expect these types of problems.

Don’t look in fridge you’ll be charged for touching.

but no complimentary water or access to the refrigerator which was in the room because it was full and if we touch anything it will charged to us.

I've never been to a resort that states you can only buy items in the refrigerator and if you store your personal goods you will be charged.

Don't even give free coffee/tea in the rooms anymore & couldn't use the fidge or you'd get charged $50.

The main feature, the beach, was closed and under noisy/messy construction (sand blasting), yet the resort fee was fully charged.

I was promised by multiple managers that we would receive $300 off of the first nightly rate, removal of resort fees and a $100 dining credit.

They then said that they would credit is $200 per night for our trouble.

however, that charge was subsequently reversed.

You might get extra charged if you accidentally touch any of those overly priced items.

Rather than cater to customers already paying hundreds of dollars per night for them term, Mandalay Bay would like to charge you another $25 per visit to a separate gym!

You better off charging more somewhere else because mandalay bay is alot of price

After walking in and quickly walking out, making the LONG walk back to the lobby I was assigned another room and a "$50" credit that never showed up.

You have to use a key card to get to your floor

Gamble maybe 3000 each stay have the credit card still haven’t reached gold.

$27 bottles of water in room, $50 charge if you use the fridge.

After being warned not to touch the contents in the fridge or mini bar as the sensors would charge us with any movement, we started to feel this hotel is absurd and for what came to a $500 a night stay.

The fridge is an amenity we could not use then what is it for.

My only issue with the room was that the in-room refrigerator is solely there to store items FOR PURCHASE and not for the guests' convenience.

No complimentary coffee and a fridge that can be used for keeping your refreshments cold for an outrageous fee.

Don’t get tempted by the minibar bring your own beverages and snacks.

It was like a Joe Pesci mini fridge giving me the middle finger over chilled water.

Also, the mechanical sounds coming from the bathroom would have prevented us from sleeping had we not had a white noise maker.

While climbing over the trash,dirty bagged sheets and fridge to get into the door I knew it was a problem.

Guests would surely prefer a fridge rather than the crazy expensive mini bar!

Having all the snacks on the counter and minibar filled was not a good experience.

We then asked for a kettle and hot water as we didn’t realize how freezing Vegas at this time of year.

I paid 60 bucks for some dried up chicken and soggy waffles and then they tried to charge me for storing the leftovers in the fridge.

You pay 14 bucks for water and $25 for just store your thing in the fridge. Wtf?

Also the $15 k cups in the room is pretty ridiculous.

however was ATROCIOUS and considering that's where you go to get coffee because it's $15 a cup in the room, it's unacceptable.

If you need coffee or a refrigerator, be sure to ask before you book.

Shower would not hold water temperature (two years in a row), very expensive, no refrigerator or microwave, view sucked (airport and glittery McDonalds sign).

We plan to return with our children over the summer in hopes to use the pools and services.

Beach pool closed for season which is the only resort feature of this property.

I hung out at in the pool area and it was great.

We can't wait to come back for a longer stay & use the pools!!

We chose this hotel as we thought the pool would be fun for their son.

but the aquarium is a must see especially if you are into sharks and the pools are the best in Vegas for kids

It is still clean, easy to navigate, and a great summer facility with all the pools.

My daughter was excited to take a pool dip for at least 30 minutes.

Very nice spacious hotel room overlooking the pool area, tons of shops, restaurants and bars in the hotel area and beautiful pool with lazy river and cabanas.

Check in was a breeze, room was very nice with a nice soaking tub and separate shower, very elegant, big room closets, easily accesible from your room is the pool area, it have a nice wave pool,lazy river,regular pool and jacuzzi, plenty of reataurant options, there is a walkway that connects to luxor and excalibur hotel or you can take the tram to those hotels as well, the casino floor is busy

He gave a pretty good description of the area and the different pools and amenities it has.

Pool area was large and made you feel like you were at a beach; yes there was sand, cabanas and umbrella chairs.

Casino was large and table minimums were too high even during the daytime.we loved the pool area

My daughter did love the pool area at least that was one plus out of the whole trip.

but their other resorts around them, so they charge you too much since you have no where else to go.

If you are not a guest or checkout and come back later for a show you paid for and there is a sport game they won’t let you valet or self park without being a still registered guest.

What happened to getting a little something go for the resort fee we pay.

No price break was offered and was told that was their policy.

paid parking sucks, room wifi didn't work for laptop, no more complimentary late check outs, even for 30mins extra,  resort fee used to pay one time for the entire duration, now you have to pay each stay at the hotel

Gambling tables are expensive, $25 minimums in black jack.

Also the drinks and food costs are absurd triple what they should be!

Checked in late Wed evening and my booked "stay healthy" room, King, which i paid a small extra fee for wasn't available,  instead I was given a,room with 2 queens.

Everything about it was overpriced, complex and underwhelming (except the weather!).

Hotel food and services are expensive for what you get.

Paid for early check in at 11am, didn't get our room until 7pm.

The fees were high (please be sure to plan on a $100 per day security deposit, that will be returned if no damages to rooms)

4/ The manager's refusal to reverse the no-show fee was impolite.

Their property, rooms and service are too run down to be “premium” and their prices are too high to be “value”.

Staff, food, facilities, convenience, and many more.

The strip restaurant and libertine social was fire   Delicious.

Convenient to get to Allegiant stadium, plenty of restaurants.

Staff is friendly, and the food and bars are a great selection.

Enjoyed restaurants at Four Seasons and Delano as well.

The service remains excellent and they are continuing to add restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Great shows and wonderful restaurants are all located in this one hotel.

but a lit things going on with shops and restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful and had a variety of restaurants to choose from!

There was enough bars, restaurants, and shopping.

You are at the end of the strip so far away from everything, and they don't have any middle tier restaurants,

Great restaurant options that allowed us to not have difficulty finding affordable food and entertainment options.

The wide variety of restaurants make dining a pleasure for everyone.

Tram takes you to Luxor and Excalibur hotels for free, then T mobile  arena is just on the other side of New York New York hotel.

SportsBook is a good place just to sit and watch a game -- chairs are comfy.

The crowd in the lobby at night was rowdy too and we didn’t feel entirely safe after we returned from a show.

Long walk to other great hotels such as Bellagio, Caesars, Wynn, Circus Circus if you have kids.

Workers were very helpful & friendly, excellent restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and the Michael Jackson One show was outstanding!

It is a fun place to stay, close to the football stadium if you are going to a game there, and has multiple arenas.

Check in was quick and easy, the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable and the concierge helped me with my ticket selection and purchase for the MJ One show.

I decided to stay for one night at Mandalay Bay, to see the Cirque de Soleil show.

Lots of good restaurants and entertainment.

Lots of bars with live entertainment and DJ’s.

Mainly booked here to see the Michael Jackson show here, which was GREAT!

I wouldn’t want to be here for pleasure unless i was going to the arena across the street.

A lot of great entertainment and experiences had.

The food, cleanliness, overall staff friendliness, assortment of games to play, entertainment and room quality were exceptional.

Fantastic selection of restaurants and lounges/bars with great entertainment.

Give me the biggest little city any day compared to the super humus of use of a Regis city that used to be on dust spike in the middle of the desert.

We were still waited on at the bars in a timely manner.

The staff was great, the view from my room was amazing.

Also the staff was very friendly throughout this experience.

but after talking with a supervisor it was confirmed that they did indeed downgrade us from our booked, confirmed, checked-in and charged-for suite.

Amazing venue, excellent staff, fantastic casino, incredible rooms, great location in Las Vegas, easy transportation, and the MGM reward program is great for those who intend to visit and gamble in Las Vegas somewhat regularly.

They have you at the end of the strip with nothing

Stayed at Mandalay to be close to the action of the strip,

It is at the furthest end of the strip so keep that in mind if you plan to do exploring and don't have a rental car.

The location is at the end of the strip and across from Allegiante stadium, so driving around the resort can be challenging.

I would recommend Mandalay Bay over the other options on the strip.

We took the tram to Excalibur, walked over to New York then MGM and took the monorail everywhere on the strip so the location is wonderful and easy access.

Tram drops you off at Excalibur, which you can easily get to NYNY or MGM, where you can then take the monorail up the rest of the strip.

I just didn’t like the fact the hotel sits at the very end of the strip!

The hotel is one of the last one on the strip

but they aren’t keeping up with the Strip.

Not to mention it’s at the end of the strip…making it inconvenient to leave.

One of the cleanest and nicest places to stay on the strip.

Although it's at the end of the strip, it's only a few minutes from the airport and I would definitely stay again.

It was great to retreat here after a day or night on the strip.

Probably the best sports book on The Strip.

although it most south of the strip i love the location.

This has a great fitness centre and food was excellent for an all-inclusive.

Lastly, eventhough  this is an all inclusive resort the workers DEFINITELY be fishing for those tips.

It was my first time in Cancún and at an all inclusive.

This was our first all-inclusive and the experience was a 10 out of 10.

Cons: On top ofl the HIGH all-inclusive fee, you must shell out more $ for prime cabanas or lounge chairs with umbrellas at pool and on beach.

First time traveling internationally, as well as staying at an all inclusive resort.

A truly great experience at the best AI property we have ever stayed in.

The weather has been great, the service is top-notch, the food is the best that we have had in any all-inclusive or regular hotel.

The all inclusive is great and includes loads of cocktails and sparkling wine.

It is all inclusive and the main food option is Spices, the large buffet-style restaurant.

This time around my sister and I tried the Chef’s Plate which is a curated 6 course meal and isn’t part of the all-inclusive package.

The food is above average for an all inclusive hotels and the entertainment is the best thing.

Just the best all inclusive resort I have been in decades!!

It is the most amazing all inclusive experience you will ever have!

Incredibly clean and well maintained rooms.

The room was maintained clean because they came in every day.

The hotel and grounds were kept impeccably clean and the amenities, eg: fitness center and classes and the spa were the icing on the cake.

Pristine beach , swimming pools in the hotel are very nice.

The property itself was well-maintained and nicely appointed.

The pools are immaculate and Ivan and David, the pool concierges are the very best in taking care of the guests.

I insisted that we should not be charged and reluctantly they 'waived' the additional fee for us.

Which tells me they're probably not getting paid what they deserve.

They don’t provide them anymore and charge $12 USD for a metal straw.

The spa - They were running a promotion to get an 80 minute massage at the price for a 50 minute so I took advantage of it plus they added on Hydrotherapy treatment.

As I explained to him a bunch of people were upset they couldn’t sit in or by the pool unless they paid $80 for a cabana each day (which came with 2 loungers in the pool) As Mr.Rojas explained to me this money grab was put in place by previous management

There is also entertainment every day and night, with a range of shows and classes at no extra cost.

The only downsides of our stay were the terrible sales pitch on check in, super misleading and time wasting. He promised a three minute chat to provide us our welcome package, turned into a 15 minute guilt trip to sign up for a 90 minute sales pitch saying "he wouldn't get paid if we didn't attend."

The premium wine was a tab on the expensive side,

And far too many hidden fees, especially for things which should have been included (ex: a chair by the pool or on the beach, a seat to watch the nightly entertainment , etc. ).

Once those are taken, you either have to pay for a chair or cabana, or find a place to store your stuff.

but not if I could find something close to price.

He told me if I paid him I could sit there.

Little if any consideration for the guests unless you want to pay extra as in the seating around the pool and at the beach.

This is additional cost and is not cheap.

though it's an all inclusive, there are plenty of things they want you to pay an extra charge for so just stick to the normal menus and you'll be fine!

but the only way you could get a poolside chair is if you pay money for a cabana.
