Nice casino, pool very nice, food choices are good and food was very good.

Prices are good, it's convenient to shows at Dolby Live & T-Mobile Arena, and the hotel and casino are smoke-free!

Location is perfect- I walk to all the other MGM casinos feeling very safe, New York New York, MGM Grand.

Plus, the casino wasn’t overcrowded, even at peak hours.

Or walk a handful of steps outside and check out a handful of other shops and casinos.

It is a NON Smoking hotel and casino,  excellent food options, and perfect location on the strip as the free tram  will take you to the Bellagio (mid-strip) and is right across from Planet Hollywood.

The smoke free hotel and Casino was noticeable.

Love that the hotel, casino and pool are all non smoking.

The casino was awesome to me because it was a nonsmoking property.

When we got back to the Park MGM around 930p, the casino was packed.

Everything is pretty close from rooms to casino and the strip.

It was as easy as riding the elevator down from my room, walking through the casino, lining up, and going inside.

Also Park MGM’s location on the strip provides easy access to many other casinos and other amenities.

Most casino personnel were friendly and helpful.

I am so thankful there is a non smoking hotel and casino option in Las Vegas.

The casino and other areas of the property are well maintained and extremely clean.

The manager came, they were all very concerned and all the charges I had were paid by them .

Ramp access was a problem because my card did not work

Instead they want to charge you 30 bucks a night to have one brought up.

When I arrived at the hotel apparently they were "Over Sold" which seems insane to me after having booked my room way in advance and having been charged for the room.

In the morning, I was asked how everything was going, and I told my story and did get $50 in resort credit for the 3 of us for our troubles.

all benefits were not applied and we had to ask again why we did not get our credits properly before checking out or we would have been billed an extra $120.

We were charged two times for parking on two of our days there.

Front desk staff cold and annoyed to print out my five day parking invoice.

Not only that they will try to charge you almost $50+ just to get your supplies.

Some girl tried to rob me and they let her go and arrested me, of course charges were made up and dropped, will be contacting my lawyer so you guys can expect to hear from him soon , how can you guys not protect your guests?

There is never an additional charge for an upgraded room.

Also included in the offer was $10 in Free Play and a $50 food and beverage credit.

but if you do then please look at your credit card after checking in.

Can't even move without bumping lasered counter of mini bar items w bag and being charged.

The way way way over charge you for everything.

Had a billing issue and check in on my phone didn’t work, so I had to wait in line for a short bit.

Do Not use the hotel phone for urgent calls they will charge you twice.

but no visit to salon this time as when I went last September, in addition to an expensive haircut, service charge and tip, the stylist went on to pad the tip, changing the amount I had filled in on check-out slip, giving herself more $.

I’m not sure why they feel they can charge that much, given the state of this property.

The last night we walked next door and went to the hockey game.

but I couldn’t sleep and at 3.30 am, again somebody knocked many times at my door and I cried who is it ?

No proper noise insulation; you can hear everything next door and in the hallway.

One negative our room had an adjoining door and the soundproofing was hopeless

The hallway was 15 to 20 degrees cooler and we saw many doors left open to get the cool air inside their rooms.

In the interest of spaving space (I guess) Park has given one door for the bathroom and a sort of closet.

And, you can hear EVERYTHING the people in the room with the connecting door are doing and saying.

Cons -

Rooms are small by Vegas standards
Rooms have a "barn door" that was really annoying
Hallways are downright creepy

If you made me, I'd stay there again and be OK.

I appreciated the use of your mobile phone as the door key.

Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, we found a bottle cap behind the door and the carpet and red velvet loveseat were clearly stained.

While I was filing the report in the front desk, had another group of guests barging into the associate I was talking to, to cancel their reservation because the room they were booked with were not at all cleaned (mentioned something about dirty diapers and not being able to open the door because of all the mess left from previous guest).

There was also a bit of noise we could hear from the room next door.

but really wished to keep my water cold, and the lights - you can easily turn on the light by the door the other lights are there but you have to walk a ways to get to them and then figure out how to turn them on.. no biggie once you do it.

No one to open doors or in the lobby anytime I entered.

limited breakfast options, solved by walking next door to NYNY.

but the barn door just stupid, and a actual dresser, instead of a few drawers in the closet, would be better.

Checkout was at 11:00am and by 10:20am someone was already knocking on our door.

You can hear people opening and closing doors and walking about the hallways loudly.

Though not as large as other MGM resorts the Park offers comfortable, sophisticated accommodations, great gaming and friendly staff.

Every Park MGM staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly.

While not flashy,, the pool was very calming and water temp was just right.. Staff very friendly - will definitely stay here in 2023.

This wetness was not just a carpet cleaning

And it took three calls to housekeeping to get new towels.

Housekeeping cleans your room daily which is rare nowadays.

Just not satisfied, expected the rooms to be fully cleaned with new linen, have dresser’s for your clothing, plumbing was horrible, slow draining sink , which is the worst when there’s two trying to brush,, never again

but if they skimp on cleaning that, we are forced to wonder what else they neglected to clean.

You can call housekeeping to get the missing items and tip whoever brings the items to you of course.

However when in my room on the second day and housekeeping came in, Sophia, and commented on warmth of room I explained about my first room and also that I had asked for a fan and was told fans weren't available she immediately replied they were and called her supervisor , Suri and she brought a fan up in minutes!

Cons

Twice we had to send the maid away as it was 8:30am and one of us was in the bathroom.

The guest floor carpet soiled and housekeeping lacking.

We switched 3 rooms and all were very dirty, ended up cleaning it ourselves.

The room smelt like a beer was spilt and never cleaned.

Food was very over priced and room could have been cleaner.

Would love if they added small fridges to the rooms though.

No refrigerator in the room which is annoying if you have leftovers.

Low ceilings, no fridge in the rooms, random pictures in the room, floor super low to the floor, small dresser in the closet that takes up all the room in the small closet, and room service is a joke hope you like cold expensive food.

Only thing I wish was for the rooms to have had a refrigerator in the room.

If it was not a comp room I’d prob of chosen Luxor the rooms need fridges only thing that was good was it was non smoking the pool closes early so it’s a bummer Maybd Vegas isn’t back to pre pandemic level

First, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room

3 stars because our toilet wasn’t flushing and we would have liked a fridge in the room!

My only complaints were that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and for the cost of the room there should be.

Arrived on our anniversary and had the most romantic dinner at an MGM restaurant thanks to the help of staff.

The property is right next to the sports arena and there are all kinds of shops around it.

The one thing that irritated me is the Expedia "deal" that was given to me did not include the resort fee. So I checked my credit card bill and saw an extra charge of $205.20 and wondered "What the heck is that?"

Security was on checkpoint checking bags and water is not allowed.

Plan on 30 min wait for check in/check out.

We were assured our room was going to be ready by 3 (the actual check in time.).

Not willing to help or care about my desires, I checked out and departed.

but we checked out and got moved into the horror of room 2026.

My husband and I arrived at Green Valley Ranch after a long day's travel to check-in for a three night stay.

Upon check in we decided to upgrade to one of their suites since it’s quite a bit larger than their average room and we were going to be staying for six days.

Here at check in we were told we would have to call for housekeeping everyday instead of telling them that we want it everyday.

We checked out Tuesday morning, and had 1,600 in charges hit our bank account.

Assured that checking in by 3:00 pm would not be a problem to prepare for celebration.

We originally booked another hotel and had such a bad check in experience that we left and came here unexpectedly.

Where they need to improve:  I checked in at the front desk, went to my room and I was in the room for about 5 minutes when someone opened the entrance door to the room because the front desk also checked them into the same room.

The hotel website claimed the pool was open until December 1st; it was closed upon our arrival on Nov 26th.

I mentioned to her that did check in online

I was disappointed at disconnected reception we received checking in and the $40 charge demanded of us to have our check out extended by 1 hour until 1PM.

The next day when I checked the card it had a charge of 433.38 way over the holding fee.

There is 3-4 different price/cuisine styles of restaurant as well as an awesome food court in the attached casino.

but we still enjoy the casino and restaurants.

A shout out to the excellent staff at the Casino Starbucks who every morning did a wonderful job serving the customers.

It is truly a resort as well as a casino.

but after that I’d say the facilities are really nice and the separate casino means you aren’t surrounded by slot machines unless you go looking.

We ended up using the toilet in the hotel, spa and casino most of the trip.

All in all, the casino and restaurants are still decent.

The District, a food and shopping center is right off the casino floor and there is even a Shake Shack!

There is a nice little shopping area out the back door of the casino with a few nice restaurants.

Loved the casino area, great arcade for the kids(we went twice).

Green Valley Ranch has become my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas because of their quiet rooms, wonderful casino and staff, and being a beautiful resort inside and out.

The restaurants are decent and the casino is large.

The casino just steps away and is easy to get to from the rooms.

We absolutely enjoyed all aspects of this hotel & casino.

Other than that I’m about to get a massage so look for an edit, if no further edit just assume I’m too relaxed to add more (:

Recommended, special note to the server at the Ouster bar in the casino for being funny and awesome.

Just for the neighborhood and things to do outside the casino.

but the Green Valley Ranch casino had a nice look to it and was very clean.

I would recommend choosing a room with odd numbers to get a pool view.

The pool was frequented by the pool servers where you could order food and drinks from the pool bar.

There is a $45 resort fee and if you use all the amenities (pool, gym, valet) it is worth the price asked.

The pool choices were amazing and the serving staff was very attentive and friendly.

Thats gone now as our first day we felt like we were at a YMCA Pool!!

Really beautiful pool area that truly feels like a resort and is spacious enough not to feel overwhelming with partiers.

Other properties in Vegas offer hot tub and pool as a part of the resort fee.

Prior to booking we were assured that the sand bottom pool was open year round for the kids.

This is a great off strip hotel that is close enough to everything (with a car) and has excellent food and shopping choices, a fun casino, great Bingo room, and awesome pool area.

The backyard patio was gorgeous with a beautiful plunge pool.

.. We were relocated to a another unit not with a king bed  with 2 queen beds and a view of the pool

I had 3 reservations, one for myself, one for my daughter, and one VIP for my wedding reception.

I wish I read the other reviews prior to booking as clearly its a problem now.

The "butler," Christopher Mays, informed us of all this after we secured the reservation.

I asked to confirm the pricing and it took them forever to do so.

We cancelled our booking and will stay elsewhere.

I had booked a specific room the last few times

We waited 30 minutes in our room for our luggage sweating our early dinner reservation.

We had booked a deluxe king bed room with a deck with a view to enjoy our morning coffee  .What we got was  a room on the second floor that  smelt musty, it looked tired and dated, the deck s view was of a few rooftop AC units.

but the desk attendant when we inquired about making the reservation was rude.

We came here after our original reservation at another hotel was messed up.

Booked a suite for upwards of $400 a night and the room feels like a conference room.

Note:  if you book the run of the house room you may end up in a room that has not been renovated.

All they were willing to offer us was a dissimilar room (features of room were not the same as what we booked and paired for).

If you are booking  and getting a low rate, take that into account.

The one I made the reservation with and a new one for the incidental charges.

Call and speak up someone else, after being transferred 5x, and confirmed they were actually open.

Since it was the first Saturday of re-opening, we booked off strip to avoid possible re-opening weekend craziness.

but in your hotel is also a nice movie theatre and convenient places to eat (try the milkshakes at Fatburger).

Burachas happy hour margarita is one of the best “happy hour” margaritas I’ve ever had.

What Did work Well :  Gym and spa is fantastic & gym open 24-hours; great places to eat inside the resort and the Pizza place (definitely go for Happy Hour) in the Casino had great food and a HUGE selection of beers at solid prices.

Every staff member servicing you asks if you are local which is a constant reminder that you are grossly overpaying for rooms, food, services and spa and honestly, an overall feeling of unwelcome.

The food was beautifully presented and was DELICIOUS!

They also want you to sign a contract that prohibits you from bringing in so much as a 6 pack of beer or a bottle of wine from outside for a suite that we're already paying $1,000 a night for.

Next to the "District" shops and restaurants.

Salmon was flavorful served with lots of rice and veggies.

We really enjoy how clean it is, the variety of restaurants to choose from (that all have great food for any budget), we love the sports book, quiet rooms, awesome in room food service and fun gambling floor!

Plenty of great restaurants nearby or even at the hotel/casino area.

Having said that I’m sure deals are to be found via Hotels.com and it was nice to get away from the noise and bright lights of The Strip!

My birthday vacations will stay on the strip where at least they know 5-star hospitality. 👎🏼👎🏼

but it's still close enough to get to stuff on the strip.

The hotel is close to the strip and is easy to get to.

Since parking is usually free for all thought this was a little high even compared to the strip.

Seems the strip clearly cares more about out of state visitors as it was a noticeable difference.

Great hotel away from the madness of the strip.

We enjoy a little distance from the chaos of the strip,

We liked the fact that it was off the strip, clean, and had similar facilities to the higher caliber resorts on the strip.
