The room is beautiful and roomy with a panoramic view looking out to MGM, Mandalay Bay hotel and Allegiant Stadium.

Casino, food options, proximity to the rest of Vegas (Allegiant Stadium and shopping especially), and our beautiful suite made this the trip of a lifetime!

Furthermore, I must express my utter disbelief at the treatment I received from the security personnel at the Palms Resort and Casino.

But the casino is big with large selection of games.

Palm Casino Resort is one of my favorite casinos in Vegas.

So make sure to ask if Tracey is working when you go visit the bars at this casino, she is the best!

The buffet was awesome and our cocktail waitress in the casino, Adeye, was super friendly and very attentive.

The bottom line feeling from my gambling focussed visit again this time was that I had forgotten how nice the casino actually is.

Erno Mabini is one of the best Casino Hosts out there.

There is such a fun vibe in the casino along with the very best casino host, Erno Mabini.

My husband and I just recently started going back to Palms we are local and usually gamble at Caesars Erno saw the way we play and matched our status, palms is once again our home casino in 15 years playing on the strip we have never had the personalized experience we get at Palms and it’s only because of Erno.

I have played at many casinos over the years and have achieved 7 star, chairman and black card status with the various chains.

The Palm Casino is part of the Yamavah group.

I promptly disabled my credit card to prevent further misuse.

I went to the rewards station to get a players card.

So they just transferred them to my card for payment.

We had a couple issues with the charges (original hotel was to be billed)

I decided to show him my bank account statements that I got charged and explained him!

No Security Superviser starts screaming in my face DO YOU WANT TO PRESS CHARGES DO YOU WANT TO PRESS CHARGES?

While this may seem appealing at first, any interaction with these items results in automatic billing.

She said they would give us a $50 food and beverage credit.

We were being charged $10 for something from the minibar when we didn’t take anything.

We signed up for a players card and were told if we spent $20 on slots, we would get a free buffet.

We were also limited to a few chairs away from the pool in a corner since all the whirlpools, glass pools , and all of the lounge chairs near or in the pool had to be purchased for an additional charge or you had  to spend over$ 300 in drinks, foods, or at the casino.

He said since it was paid through a third-party, he couldn't offer any kind of room credit.

My sister had forgotten her id the day before when we wanted to charge it to the room and had to go back and get it.

Only thing I didn’t like was no mini fridge unless you want to pay a $30 surcharge.

It’s was a hassle to even redeem the dining credit.

When I arrive I was told that I would only be charged the daily resort fee of $39.

I would prefer to send them an invoice for my time & patience wasted.

Given that this was a key amenity and a main reason why we booked at the Palms, which is off the strip, we did what any normal, reasonable guest would do…we asked for a very modest refund, or at the very least, a small amount of comps to use at the hotel in the form of a dining credit.

After two days of silence, I took the initiative to call them myself, only to be told that nothing would be done about the situation.

Would it be a 20 minute deal, to wait for my wife to answer the phone?

The person I spoke to on the phone did not mention that I would not be receiving a refund if I cancelled.

When I called vip services over the phone and representative was very rude with us and said that we don't have any offers and hung up the phone.

Then proceeds to call the police and say that we are in a domestic incident, all while making my girlfriend and I feel confused and we just are tired and want to check into the hotel.

There is a phone jack and electric outlet where there was a dresser at one time.

We tried to call the front desk, and nobody answered there were only 2 clerks working so I guess they were busy, so my husband went downstairs and was told that there were no king rooms available.

Upon checking in, I realized I had left my phone in the Uber that drove me over to the palms.

I read before going that some places waive the fees if you don’t need/want to use the gym, phones and in room Wi-Fi.

I have tried calling Housekeeping and the Front Desk and there is no answer.

I wish I had written down their names (I killed a few brain cells in Vegas lol).

The guest service advised me to wait for like about 5 minutes and if still not getting hot water then I should call back so she could send the maintenance and, she would send someone to bring a shower gel as well.

And who knows if they will even call me or do anything about it.

There was only one sheet to use on the note pad by the phone.

I couldn't even get a manager on the phone.

I had to speak with various people on the phone, 3 in total who said the room is a "request" only and not guaranteed - that I could receive a King or a 2 queens room, which I find extremely disturbing and disorganized.

but DO NOT SEND ANYONE until I call next morning.

We reported this to the management and Housekeeping manager and never did they offer to move us to another room or even call us to get more information or see how we felt?

I am sure my phone wasn’t the only stolen phone that night.

Called before traveling, left message for manager to call me back as I had read some disappointing reviews and wanted to confirm room location etc.

although Vegas is full of amazing hotels and casinos.

Aria is an impressive Las Vegas resort, with an array of quality restaurants, a beautiful spa (with one of the best coed areas), and a sprawling casino, as always.

It’s a great oasis away from the bustle of the casino.

Javier's has good vibes with delicious seafood enchiladas and the little bakery in the casino was a hit - I liked the almont croissants.

Very busy lobby area as casino in the centre.

The casino is clean, spacious and I like that the music is not that loud.

We have arrived today at the Aria Hotel and Casino.

We visited the Aria patisserie/gelato bar near the casino nearly every night.

Huge casino, wonderful room I stayed in with an excellent bathroom and soaking tub.

Room was perfect and the casino was lively and the pool was fun.

Most of all, the Teams at Aria are amazing; sincerely helpful and happy to help - from Cleaners in the Casino to Bell Desk to Check-out - unparalled and attentive.

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms courteous staff great restaurants easy access to strip and other hotels casinos and restaurants.

Everything at ARIA is top-notch: the pools, the spa, the restaurants, the bars, the casino, the rooms and suites, the nightclub, the dayclub, the list literally goes on and on.

NOT TO MENTION I was charged an extra $110 in mini bar charges that I never made.

Therefore, I am hoping whoever in charge at Aria will respond to me asap.

Expedia said that if I canceled the reservation and rebooked it the hotel might credit me

If you touch a can or even add a bottle water to the refrigerator apparently they charge you.

My husband had an accident and security (the people in charge of handling First Aid) refused to actually provide the First Aid, yet they watched over me as used the bandages and First Aid Kit they brought us.

How can anyone charge to store items in the fridge is beyond me, no other hotel has ever done this!!

Only after expressing great frustration did the Aria agree to credit the resort fee and provide a beverage credit.

We got credited some resort credit as "compensation"

We were never contacted, never moved into a room of the upgrade we paid for, never given a credit for taking the downgraded room and left a day later.

Casino Host assured myself and guest that room will be comped after gambling a ridiculous amount and still got charged for all room fees.

I had some questions before they charged my card

I told her I was confused at the charges and she said.

Yet somehow, we were still charged full resort fees.

The amount charged did not reconcile with anything I was told would be charged to my card (e.g.

It seems absurd that guests have to show a room card to access and operate the elevators

but it is hard to keep tipping when the hotel charge an extra $45 a night extra in resort fees.

I’ve stayed at better hotels along the strip that were less expensive;
-Restaurants were super crowded on the weekends, required reservations

but that didn't happen so I ended up having to pay 2 nights instead of 1.

Another annoying add on fee was the $45/day resort fee.

We paid over $2,000 for 4 nights, having to pay an additional $100 per day to upgrade to a Stay Well suite.

I was also told I could not extend my room, I tried to extend my room because they offered a king room what I originally paid for on the following day.

I rate Aria a 1 because there is nothing lower.

No coffee/microwave/fridge in room, and ridiculously priced in-room mini bar selections ($24 Fiji water bottles).

I paid $500+/night because the Waldorf next door was sold out .

We are paying premium convention prices to be lied to.

Avoid at all costs, there are far far nicer resorts and more importantly staff that act like they care about their customers at other venues in Vegas. Other points:

For the nightly rate at the Aria, I expect at least the basics…  in room 3224 We had 4 lamps that didn’t work, the room curtains are only electronically operated and that was broken so we couldn’t get natural light, we were pretty much in dungeon!

though they were paid, they have not released the hold they put on my credit card.

The hotel was conveniently located the Allegiant Stadium.

Shower faucet only had one setting and sink taps very loose.

I believe I was actually scolded,it was fairly humorous minus the fact all the amenities were unavailable.

Not many room amenities, cost me upgrade just get mini frig in room.

Toilet paper and tissues were not high quality.

Both rooms were dark and dingy, and, where we were assigned, had no basic amenities.

They also charge $25 a night for a fridge and $6 for a toothbrush, no coffee, bottled water or even glasses.

The bathrooms are a bit more “old school” with tub/shower combinations,

The bathroom only had one sink and seemed like a bit of an afterthought.

The only thing they could improve on is better tissues in the room.

There was random long hairs in the bathroom.

The casino and the restaurant were clean and nice.

Don't mock casino patrons because you don't like the color of their skin or because you have an ego.

As a military veteran (Navy), I would recommend the New York - New York Hotel & Casino to both active and retired military members and their families.

NyNy is very nice hotel/ casino on the strip.

The casino floor and restaurant area are super fun and full of vitality.

The New York New York hotel casino in Las Vegas Nevada is a fantastic place to stay.

We still had a great time & in the casino were pretty lucky in NY NY and really only slept and quick showers.

This casino has great staff, great food choices, nicely remodeled rooms

If you are a MGM Reward player make sure machine takes your card.

After confirming any and all charges applied to my room I was given a total and advised $200.04 would be returned to my card.

Charge for parking a bit much when many free.

stay away if you really want a 4 stars hotel, resort fees were higher than Wynn, rather pay more expensive hotel room with less resort fees, cause the resort fees are kind of extra mandatory worthless charges

The check in agent had to manually write down our credit card number, take it to the back room for some reason.

To charge $7 for a bottle of water is taking the piss a little yet you can sit on a slot machine and put $1 in and drink for free.

The rooms were very clean, a coffee pot in the room would have been nice.

No mini fridge so only food option was the restaurants, with no place to store leftovers.

Strangest thing of all was missing drawer that is adjacent to fridge gap.

Also there is NO COFFEE MAKER or coffee set ups available.

The things that we didn't like - no coffee maker, fridge or microwave.

even though there is a Jacuzzi, Room is advertised as having a Bose sound system which there is none so I had no way to play my white noise and drown out the elevators dinging all night, No mini bar, No Coffee Pot, Ice buckets with no Ice machine on the floor and no instructions on where to find them.

The only complaint, and it’s a big one for coffee addicts, is their consistent refusal to put coffee makers in the rooms.

I would have liked to have had a refrigerator and a coffee kettle in the room.

Really appreciated the empty fridge which isn't common in Vegas.

They should invest my $15 for a new air filters and an office chair for the room.

Our tub wouldn’t drain, they wouldn’t fix it, no coffee pots, paid for an upgrade, got the same room I booked.

Easily can overlook the con, as normal pricing for the panoramic suite would require an additional $200+ per night, so got a real good deal!

I love the fact that there is not a casino in the lobby (the Aria is just a hallway away).

It’s a great hotel to escape the chaos of the strip and the smoke filled casinos.

but there’s casinos and nightlife  within walking distance  in both the Aria and Marquee hotels.

Close to Aria so we could get to a casino easily if we wanted.

For the location and it being a non casino hotel, it's fairly priced compared to other hotels nearby

Vdara is a non casino hotel which was great for us as you could get to your room fast, had kitchenette

Easy access to other casinos, restaraunts etc.

The Cosmopolitan, the Aria and the Bellagio all have so many options of restaurants, shops and casinos.

I highly recommend the Vdara you will be away from smoked filled casinos

Bellagio was over half a mile to get to the casino, all inside and a very nice walk, just inconvenient.

Vdara is non-smoking hotel and has no casino and that’s exactly what we were looking for.

It is low-key and no casino- which was a plus for us.

A few steps from the Aria for those who want the casino and nightlife experience.

As first timers to Vegas we decided the Vdara would potentially be a calm oasis from the bright lights of the casinos and it was.

The rooms were exceptionally pleasant, and we were pleased to find that there was no lingering smell of smoke from nearby casino hotels.

Vdara excels in every possible way it offers quite , away from casinos , world class restaurants next door at Aria and friendliest of staff .

Beware that Vdara put a ~15 dollar charge for "refreshment center" when you check in using the mgm app.

Had to request slippers and robes, the minibar was not fully stocked so I took photo just in case I am charged for something I hadn't consumed.

For the money being charged for these rooms it just did not leave me wanting to come back.

but being charged $1/oz for bottled water from the mini-bar is ridiculous.
