Very nice staff, room was beautiful, clean, bed very comfortable,  nice amenities - coffee lounge, cocktails, fitness room.

The bathroom would get very steamy and the humidity simply lingered throughout the room.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the showers are strong and have a sleek modern design.

The bedroom is large, bed very comfortable and the shower is ok.

Clean comfy room with modern touches and a large bathroom.

The Bathtub was at the end of large corridor with its own area for dressing and make up bench with large desk and large mirror across from the closet.

The suites are huge and have a pool table, two bathrooms, one king bed, sofas and refrigerators

The bathroom was one of the largest I’ve ever seen with a spacious shower and a separate vanity area for me to do my hair and makeup.

Nice rooms with a view, great shower and bed.

The room has a MONSTER sized sink that was clogged the time we were there.

The room nice and clean .. lush robes .. large shower.. thick towels and soaps / shampoo were great.. and the service was excellent .. Nobu restaurant next door or if you want the best steak ever Old homestead steakhouse across from Nobu

They gave me a loofah, make up remover, and really great bathroom amenities!

but the most special thing is a GIANT sink.

The master bathroom really stole the show for me.

They even provided cheap toilet paper, which was coarse and rough.

but was told upgraded to Nobu - room was smaller than what I had stayed in at Caesar's, NO view at all, bathroom door wouldn't close, upon check out found that any item touched/moved in the room was charged to account as Room Service items are censored.

We were charged a 50 dollar per person cancellation fee.

Despite being billed as a premium property at Caesar's, it didn't feel like an especially premium experience.

And the extra charge to use fridge was outrageous.

Mini bar was half stocked (I better not be charged for this) and one of the phones didn’t work because it wasn’t plugged in and I couldn’t find the power cord.

If you touch anything and move it for long enough, they charge you way too much and don’t tell you how much you’re going to be charged.

And if any of the snacks on the desk are moved for more than 30 seconds you are charged for those so make sure not to accidentally knock anything over.

Don't stay here unless you want to get charged for unnecessary room damages that aren't actual damages.

Side Note: What kind of 5 star hotel has the gall to CHARGE FOR A COFFEE MAKER AND POD OR AN IN ROOM FRIDGE?

Then they wanted to charge me a fee to “put a rush on my room being cleaned and ready soon”.

Also they offer no complimentary tea or coffee and water is $10 a 600ml they charge even to use the bar fridge with your own drinks etc and also charge on top of your room rate a resort fee of $52 per day for using wifi, gym and pool even if you don't use it.

After 2 devices which the Hotel alls to be connected there is a $14.99/day charge to add a third device.

but they are charging over 100$ a night for incidentals!

but when I tried to work on my computer I was charged an extra $14.99 for an extra device …the resort fee covering 2 devices only … if you have 3 phones and a computer you will have to pay en extra $30…Again seemed very cheap when the  room price is not.

It's billed as an Asian themed luxury hotel, and it's far from luxury.

The staff not helpful at all, I waited 35 minutes for shampoo, they cancelled our Saturday night booking, the hair dryer is from the 80's, the room had food crumbs on the floor and a card key from the previous guest which means it wasn't properly cleaned.

I asked, “so I’m being charged for nothing I actually used?”, and Daniel said “Yes”.

They said we would be charged a 75 dollar restocking fee and we were not free to use the refrigerator for that.

The check in person was not very considerate as she spent 10 mins helping the guy in front of us with an app on his phone instead of checking us in.

Despite multiple calls to the front desk, we could not get service for our room.

but there was no way to reference this info after the fact to disconnect a device and switch from a laptop to another phone..

You couldn't call room service either; everything was done by text.

There were four pillows altogether, and we had to call down for them except the room phone was not plugged into the wall and there was no cord.

I didn’t bother to call down because it was late and i left very early in the morning.

Check in was well after 4pm when my room was ready and I never received a call, I had to got desk.

-While housekeeping is absolutely lovely in every face to face interaction, calling to ask for things was really poor.

He handled the call like I was going to be staying at Motel 6.

I got so frustrated I had to ask my CEO to cover the call.

Theres an AI concierge named IVY that you can text since it's hard to get anyone to answer the phones

This fee is for internet, local calls and gym access.

I asked “just so I understand, what is the reservation fee for?”  He said it was for any movies, phone calls, etc, that I may have used (I used none).

As we were travelling with an iPhone & iPad each this made it a challenge.

Was on the phone for over 20minutes getting my old reservation back.

Second time in a row we have to show our confirmation through our cell phone to then get “found” in the system… then upsold a fake “upgrade”.

Other issues are:
- the nobu hotel recommend to go to colosseum valet parking to check in bug valet says they can’t handle the bagage …So we go to valet at main entrance whom we indicate that we are checking in and this one don’t even bother to call bell captain for bagages and give you the wrong valet ticket so you have to pay every time you pick up your car… and finally bell captain deliver bag an hour after you arrive …
So overall a bad experience with very poor service

Paying $50 for a resort fee and only getting two devices free on wifi is extortionate.

The hotel is definitely overpriced for what you ultimately get (leaky ceilings and wet carpet). BEWARE!!

You cannot use the refrigerator to personal items, and the items are very expensive.

I know it's Vegas and everything costs more

If you try to purchase anything in the resort it’s double the price of what it would otherwise cost.

In order to even use the refrigerator, you have to pay $75 on TOP of the cost of the room.

I finally agreed to pay the $50 to check in 3 hrs before check in time.

Nevertheless we hope to get that resolved as no one wants to pay for something they did not purchase.

even though you book and pay in advance you are not guaranteed a room.

We expected that we would have to pay an upgrade fee.

If you take anything out of it you are charged a very high price.

Every time I went down in the lobby someone else was complaining about hidden fees and exta charges!

Based on the resort fees which are expensive this is not acceptable.

Overpriced Average Room:
We had booked with Caesars and was told they had moved our room reservation over to  Nobu.

This is a loophole which allows Caesars to bait and switch customers into higher priced rooms at Caesars Palace.

Frankly, was expecting more for the cost.

The hotel, like others, charges a resort fee.

If I had actually paid the normal rate for these rooms, I would have been very upset.

I would probably stay here just to have the club "sandwich".

I took advantage of the expedited entry at the club Omnia and I am going back tonight for sure.

The grounds and amenities are always maintained and beautiful.

Felt save on property and access to surroundings and other amenities was easy race way event was we’ll monitored and friendly.

The resort was very nice and we enjoyed the amenities.

Our suite was a one bedroom/one bath with a full kitchen.

It was really quiet at night and my “standard room” was in in fact consisting of living space open to kitchen, bedroom, large closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a shaded balcony.

It's fancy and is an extra comfortable room to be in with the espresso machine and TV in the shower.

The rooms were clean and very spacious, with 2 full bedrooms 2 baths as indicated, a nice big deck and a view of the Sphere the coolest building on the strip!

It has a good grounds, multiple pools, and other amenities.

Great large bathroom and good shower with Dove soap and shampoos, plenty of towels too.

Shower in master bedroom was the best shower ever!

Positives
- Friendly staff except the awful timeshare sales people, particularly the friendly guy who did the shuttle run around the resort
- Room has good amenities, full kitchen fridge freezer ovens etc, and its a BIG room, great closet space.

The two bedroom condo had two full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony (but only with 2 chairs) 3 tv's and reasonable living area.

The rooms had a full kitchen and washer/dryer and provided all amenities like shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent etc.

1bdrm unit with huge closet and all amenities.

Bathrooms clean and stocked with started shampoo, conditioner, lotion and mini soaps.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

We came for business convention and stayed in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit, there is a full kitchen, w/d, dishwasher, fireplace. etc.

Another logistical aspect to consider is the absence of elevators for accessing higher floors of the various buildings in the resort.

Accommodation buildings do not have a lift

Stayed on the third floor at my preference; no elevators.

The resort does not have elevators, so if stairs are an issue-- especially in temps over 100 degrees F, then request a first floor.

No elevator had to walk up and down stairs.

No elevators, so if you need to be on the ground floor, let them know.

There are no elevators and each building is three stories.

but none of the building had an elevator.

Only complaint I have is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor.

No elevator, we were on 2nd floor so had noise above and below.

The only negative is the lack of an elevator for all their three-storey buildings.

Keep in mind there are no elevators and 3 floors.

These are fully self-service apartments and if you are not on the first floor unfortunately you do have to drag your suitcase up the stairs as there are no lifts.

there was no offer of help with luggage, as I was on the 3rd floor (no elevators here) and no further anything.

There are 3 floors and no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you request a ground level floor.

There’s no elevator; Room interior looks good except the dryer was not working.

The only downfall there are no elevators and carrying luggage, groceries and stuff to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

And finally, as I said the rooms were not in the same area which caused the seniors with mobility issues in our group to have to go up and down the stairs ('cause they do not have elevators)!!!

My only negative is lack of elevators for schlepping luggage & groceries

Calling front desk during office hour for said dead cockroach

however i had a phone call to the room from someone who decided to kick it up a notch.

Instead of adding amenities, they are taking them away, for example, the shuttle to the strip was discontinued, therefore you have to venture on a treacherous road, and pray you make it to the strip in one piece or call a taxi.

Second call, i had someone who said they couldn't do it

There was a broken light in one of the rooms and the employee at the front desk didn’t seem to understand when we had been calling to check out (she said we needed to vacate the room even though I told her we were already on our way out),

I asked for a phone call and they sent me an email just stating I was refunded and I should have read the fine print.

Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a call or two.

Had to call in for extra towels and laundry detergent.

The front desk takes a long time to answer the phone.

However she handed the phone over to Ryan (checking in) and asked me a few questions on reservation & if ok to allow my cousin to check in without me.

We routinely were told there was no room on the shuttles and told to call call a cab .

The staff all seems to operate on it's not my job philoshy and getting to a manager on the phone is difficult.

but it was all resolved within 30 minutes of calling the office.

I had to go online and make calls to find information regarding food and attractions.

Took 3 calls and 2 hours to get toilet paper sent to our room, really.

but i was listening to music for almost 40 min and after that call disconnected.

I had to call  the front desk because I could not find the washer and dryer.

We ended up joining the club because it really is a nice program that will bring us a lot of joy and happiness.

We bought our first breakfast at the Market place located in the basement of the club house and then took our rental car to Target the next day for some additional shopping.

We had an appartment which was huge and clean, the Service Personal was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast at the Gold Mine Restaurant, which is part of the Club, was very good !

The shop in the club house has the main groceries you need and some other basics, and the kitchen in our room was great to prepare meals.

We did meet with the sales people and had a great meeting with Kat going over all the club benefits available, no pressure to "Buy" another unit.

There was a main pool near the club house that was always busy.

Enjoyable stay at the club resort as a owner.

There is a nice desk space to work in the room, plenty of light, a Starbucks in the lobby, a huge fitness center with a ton of machines and weights, free water in the room, lots of counter space in the bathroom, and a very comfortable bed.

Bathroom products were Aveda and I loved it.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I’m accustomed to expect from a Marriott property.

Big window facing the golf course and the Strip, large bathroom and a half bath off the living room.

The food and drinks at the bar were great; They have a robot to bring you water and a toothbrush that you forgot, and the service was top-notch.

Overall the hotel amenities and staff Were excellent the front desk was helpful and the bartenders we're friendly
The fitness center was adequate and the pool area had plenty of couches and some chairs

Truly enjoying my stay, comfortable beds, and showers able to get some work done, chill laid back, kind of pricey menu, I believe I paid 16 dollars for a salad (granted the salad was great) still expensive for a salad,

Our stay in the Renaissance was fabulous with the beautiful pool and all of the hotel amenities and services .

The hotel is immaculate with new and modern amenities and is walking distance to entertainment.

-Large comfortable hotel room and very quiet for a great nights sleep

Cons:
$30 daily amenity fee???

They give your packages to the attached UPS store, which then tries to charge to receive them.

Book through the hotel website to avoid fees not charged by third parties.

Stayed on points and was charged "resort fees".

The additional "destination" charge is not reimbursable for government travel.

When you check I the hotel refuses to recognise this benefit/ commitment and charges you the additional night  (con- men).

but drop an f-bomb on the poor soul tasked with delivering that news to guest and demanded a refund of $600 for the amount I was overcharged and referred to the manager, whom he repeatedly blamed for the outrageous trade show pricing in the first place.

Adding insult to injury, this Renaissance charges you $17 per day for parking.

Jon Carlo gave me a phone Charge the other night when I was panic about charging my phone.

The room was not inexpensive and then on top of that you get the $17/night charge for parking and a $30/day fee for WHAT?

The only down side is that I have a pet peeve and that is paying resort fees and parking fees and the Renaissance charges for both.

but with each charge they charged my credit card.

Given basic internet would normally be included, and I may or may not want the beer and dessert, it seemed to be a somewhat questionable extra charge.

The first morning, each of us were charged $9.00 each for coffee (I believe the correct price was supposed to be $4.00).

Of course, we then get charged $20 for 1 hr 20 minutes - the managers assurance was worthless.

but was far from good after I took a deeper look into my charges.

It charges $15 for parking, and adds a $30 destination charge for sundry items like one way metro passes, a whisky & desert you may not want.

but for the money charged, I don't see why they can't provide a couple of each.

The prices and room charges are deceiving, they charge a "destination" fee of $29.

I was also supposed to receive a $35 parking credit according to the timeshare company

The next day emailed the front desk manager and gotten a call back advising me that the item was not in the lost and found inventory.

After waiting over 20 mins, my wife gets a txt I sent because she said the cell phone wasn’t ringing in the room.

I asked the individual taking the call to cancel the reservation, they did not respond and hung up.

I could hear the television and the phone conversation of the person next door to me in the bedroom.

Text and phone call ahead of stay to coordinate any needs.

I am tired of COVID excuses for limited service, please restore full service to call yourself full service.

A while later, we received a phone call in the room saying “a robot is outside of your door delivering the items!” What a cute delivery guy!

The beginning of the trip was horrible we then needed a place to check in immediately they not only booked it quickly over the phone discounted us as well on short notice. .

but still haven't gotten around to calling the hotel to fix it.

On booking via phone we requested 1. three rooms on the same floor, 2. late checkout so that our daughter could get ready at the hotel with us for her wedding the following afternoon, and 3. an upgrade if possible as we are platinum.

Of course I complained and was told the hotel manager was going to call and I'm still waiting for that call.

When I arrived the elite line had non elite foreigners who could not understand the clerk and no other clerk whether busy or not would call me over for assistance.

I overheard guys in rooms on either side of me conducting phone calls this morning at 7 AM.

Finally, while the resort fee is annoying, the monorail passes are great for getting to the strip without having to call a car.

I was now told that no insurance person would call us because there was no forced entry into the room.

I did call and asked to be moved .. they said there were no rooms ..

We had to call the front desk multiple times on the neighbors bumping rap music at 2:30am.

We were given access to the club lounge while we waited
