Great variety of restaurants, amenities and shops.

Great comfortable beds, clean big washrooms and parking is included in resort fee which is really nice.

Ours had a big, fancy bathroom, a large sitting area, a study area, and two enormous beds.

Loved our stay, comfy beds, spacious rooms and bathroom, with added sofa and space that comes with.

Bathroom is large with separate tub and shower as one would expect.

Room is lovely, large bed and bathroom and plenty storage.

Bedroom and bathroom was clean, room service when requested, comfy firm bed with good quality bedding.

The bathroom was equally as spacious as the main room and was certainly high-end too in terms of fittings.

The room was clean, spacious, and had great amenities.

You can use the spa all day with any service and they offer free snacks, drinks and toiletries.

The housekeeping team did a fantastic job with surprising attention to details, like tucking the robe belts into the pockets after we used them.

Best of everything, from our panoramic view from our room, to the bed, bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size, yet for a suite, it seemed quite small.

Fantastic amenities in the room and spa/fitness area.

To be clear, my room was a suite with a large sitting area, king bed and luxurious bathroom.

It is a large suite in my case with a king bed, a beautiful bathroom with television.

Bathroom amenities are cheap and unbranded - this is the top hotel in Vegas, so this is pretty unbelievable.

The bathroom came with everything you would need and was very spacious.

The room was gorgeous with lovely amenities and beautiful lighting,

Drink service at the casino was fast and friendly.

Encore Hotel and casino was an awesome experience as usual.

From the room to the restaurants, to the casino and shopping, everything at Wynn is first class.

The casino was great both at encore and at wynn, everyone was friendly on the roulette tables we played at and drinks were flowing at all times - we were served coffees, soft drinks and alcohol.

Brief review because not much is needed to describe this great hotel and casino.

Very nice option to stay in Vegas with a more classy vibe, has many restaurants , casino and a coffee place.

On-site casino, restaurant, coffee shop, boutiques, you name it, and it will be just few steps away from your room.

Well, this is the Encore--but the difference was that the"coupon" was an actual offer email from the Wynn casino itself.

This is the second time staying at the Encore, and we continue to be so impressed with their rooms, casino, cleanliness, and overall well-done glamorous atmosphere.

I've been in the casino many times so I already knew it was a beautiful property.

Rooms, restaurants, bars, casino all five star.

The furnishings at the hotel & casino are a feast for the eyes-even the hallways are treated with high end designer care!

Encore casino is smaller and much more quiet than Wynn,

The quality of toiletries could be better, and they somehow charged us for cocktails which was included in our stay and I double confirmed while checking in (they did reverse charges after I had shown them the confirmation email).

Only one thing that should be addressed is not being able to get a pool umbrella unless you “buy” a premium lounge chair at the pool ..
We stay at lots of 5 star hotels - and this is not a common practice .. my sister Lisa had melanoma this year .. we did not think that asking for an umbrella would be an additional charge .. yuck ! !

We came as Platinum Amex members from Thursday to Monday and this time we didn't get a tower suite and maybe that was the reason the service was HORRIBLE.

We were assigned a room with no view, no b-day card, no cake, nothing.

however, there's a partial balance left over when you book through Trip Advisor that must be paid at check-in time.

No coffee maker in room so you have to call room service to get coffee and it takes them 45 minutes to bring it plus they charge a ridiculous amount for it as well as for everything else.

I couldn't give my credit card number over the phone to check-in and then add a guest.

We could not get a reservation at the buffet to use our resort credit for breakfast for 2 days

On my insistence and further pushing then they took off 200$ as a special case against a 250$ credit which again seemed like it was a scam.

Charge another $10 or whatever and bring my car to me instead of me trudging down the sidewalk and down to the garage.

out of the 4 nights we stayed there we slept well for only one of them,

To use the internet costs and they charge you per day per device which given we are 2023 is disgusting.

Why do hotels feel the need to charge so much for for minibar items and food?

but the room was a major disappointment, firstly , rubbish left behind from the previous guest, windows dirty, tv was very old and  made a strange sound , the charging units were usb only, so using the old plugs didn’t work as they were slack.

BUT they failed to properly charge the room security deposit & charged me an incorrect amount.

), one of the in room candy jars was missing too (will I get charged,  dont know e-bill never showed up, which I requested on my express check out card).

I understood that my card would be charged for the room and incidentals,

And the so-called manager refused to make any concessions, except to say that they would apply this phantom $100 credit to a future stay.

Unfortunately, we are not likely to receive the credit because next year we may stay at a different resort.

And after some back and forth she said only other option is if she removes one of the room charges for us, which is a weekday stay and it’s not even half of the weekend price.

Additionally, the desk power outlet in the room does not work, so I am having to work around it and use a long cable to get my devices charged from another outlet.

Le Reve is one of the best shows in Vegas and worth seeing more than once.

Great room that was very clean and serviced regularly, food at Buffet was excellent, gambling was fun with many new games, shopping is extensive with many high end shops and entertainment was top notch--The Le Reve The Dream show was wonderful.

Concierge helped me book Le Reve which was enjoyable.

The people, the room, the restaurants, the casinos, the decor and Le Reve were all simply amazing!

The casino was fun - the dealers were terrific - We enjoyed Le Rêve.

We saw Le Reve, a dynamic and breathtaking show, and had an impeccable Mediterranean dinner in a cabana at the Wynn's Costa di Mare.

We saw the Le Reve show which was more than AMAZING!

The show Le Reve the dream was outstanding and would recommend seeing this show.

Le Rêve show was wonderful, very different from all the other shows, the second best on the strip (best one is Absinthe!).

Shows:  Le Reve is at the hotel one of the best shows so no need to leave.

This hotel was clean and Le Reve was also amazing!

even though the pool was closed (one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and not the Wynn) I still had to pay the full resort fee.

Customer service is non-existent, amenities are sub-par and mediocre, rooms are underwhelming, value is overpriced, not worth the money.

The daily Resort Fee is not included in the Taxes & Fees section;

The food at the outlets was mediocre and overpriced - not a great combination.

even though I provided itinerary details the credit card used to pay the reservation, on top of providing confirmation numbers I STILL could not add anyone to the reservation.

We would go back again for another  4 nights if Venetian not available or too pricey.

room service breakfast options are very expensive including nearly $30 for coffee for two people.

Biggest disappointment 	was Casa Playa for which we had high expectations, sadly the food was mediocre (for the price), service was rushed and our server was just annoying and “not too bright”, they just wanted us out a soon as they possibly could and that’s one of my biggest annoyances.

Upon arrival, after 24hrs travelling door to door we are asked to pay $5000 to check in?

You may want to choose a different hotel if you expect to sleep for the $750 per night room rate.

Only agreed to waitlist me for a room that I had paid for, while not offering any pricing concession for the actual reservation.

but it certainly charged 5 star price, that’s the only thing they did update £500 per night!.

The real accessible ipad in the room can control everything you need (AC control,drape, room service order).

All these unnecessary fees for room service and I can’t get timely hot fresh breakfast!!

but elegant, it is a luxury shopping mall in a hotel, rooms incredibly well designed, every need is anticipated, incredible mini bar selection, sundry stores throughout with alcohol.

It was gorgeous and clean, with excellent food and excellent service.

Great early checkin ; great meals, perfect room, lovely pool temperature .. SW Steakhouse was perfection - food and service 11/10!!

Not only was there so much food, the quality (which normally plays second fiddle to quantity at most buffets) was great, too.

but a good size and well decorated
- Super service and very reactive
- Delicious restaurants (very much enjoyed the breakfasts at Jardin)

Food was great in Wazuzu as was the service.

A perfect hotel - it’s the elegant and classy way up  go to Vegas - clean - upscale - great people - perfect room - love the pool - clubs - shopping - food!

Absolutely loved the pool, the music, the food EVERYTHING about it is just great!

Other than that loved the hotel, nice diverse bars and food.

Encore restaurants offered both excellent quality and quantity.

We appreciated :
-The tomato spaghetti meal at the Cipriani restaurant
-The restaurant Wazuzu cooking delicious Chinese, Thai ,Japanese food and bringing together tasty surprising flavors.

I highly recommend making reservations to the restaurants as soon as possible

The buffet had a ton of food and lots of selection.

Rooms are generous in size, quiet, and well appointed.

The wall to wall windows are absolutely fantastic and the level of tech in room is second to none.

As usual our room was very comfortable and clean.

After that we went up to our beautifully appointed room with fabulous sheets, pillows, mattresses, you name it…perfection!

We used comp rooms to stay at the end of a Grand Canyon trip.

Then the living room area which looked into the strip! STUNNING!

We had a massage room in our room, which we didn’t have time to use, the couch doesn’t pull out

The staff is beyond wonderful and the rooms are beautiful.

Rooms are very spacious, the hotel offers all the restaurants/activities you need to stay a few days without leaving it.

Amazing hotel, room was spacious with a great view.

The rooms are clean and comfortable   The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room mini-bar refrigerator was strictly for sales…not for guest use to cool items. 2.

Everyone was very professional at the front desk.

Avery at the front desk gave us an early checkin and a roll away bed for our room- and set the tone for a wonderful trip !

For starters, we had the nicest most accommodating front desk person, Avery.

Check-in was fast, friendly and professional, which was impressive.

Great service from all staff from the reception to the concierge to the pool staff.

All staff were so happy to help and assist.

Environment and decor are first class as were all the staff.

The staff at the bar were great, so no issues there.

The staff has been trained to make sure you have a world class experience.

The staff was very accommodating to make the stay more pleasant.

Most of the employees were very nice when we asked for directions or information.

The staff who checked us in did not provide us any useful information, instead referred us to the tower suite reception desk to answer all our questions.

As for the Resort Fee, which was a question I had booking through Trip Advisor.

Exceptional customer service from all staff we encountered from front desk to the pool boys (thanks Josh!).

Luis was so helpful and took care of everything.

As this is a partially outdoor venue, and even from our room on the 29th floor, you can hear the club music very clearly at night.

-Hang at the lobby bar and people watch especially in the late evening on the weekends when the hordes are going to/from the club
-European Pool is great for folks in their 40s/50s.

That being said it is a grand facility and the club staff that knew my friends were fabulous.

Plus the concierge can get you fast track entry to the club, love it ❤️

Nice clean spacious rooms with a good view and comfortable beds. There was some noise from the club that made it to our room on the 32nd floor

This actually worked out for the best as the panoramic view room (Not facing the strip) gave a beautiful view of the mountains while avoiding the club noise at night.

but prefer Caesar Palace one, the club and bar is good.

The club, restaurant and bar selection is amazing.

When we arrived the club (around 1:40am), we enjoyed the vibe and decided to get a table to party in comfort.

the room, the casino, the club, the location, the service all excellent.

If you stay at the Encore during the week, I highly recommend the Strip view.

Located on the strip, the hotel gave me the feeling that it is a new one.

The casino wasn't busy, even on Saturday night, which is a nice change from the craziness of the strip.

Still the most luxurious hotel on the Strip.

Ours was on the 32nd floor and had great views towards the strip and the pools below.

It was a spacious room with separate sitting area and view of the strip.

I rented a convertible to get off the strip and parking is free.

Overall I’d say if you can afford it and don’t mind the location stay at Encore, we quite enjoyed the walk up the strip and if not there are always plenty of taxi’s and Uber’s.

It is on par with the Venetian, which had been my non-suite favorite hotel on the strip.

Location is good at the bottom of the strip and there are nice bars and restaurants.

Room was good on the 61st floor overlooking the Strip.

I’ve stayed at various hotels (about 5) on The Strip over the last 10 years, generally you can’t really fault the newer ones.

We have stayed at Wynn Las Vegas on multiple occasions and up until yesterday considered it one of the best resorts on the strip.

but feel that there must be a better choice on the strip where customer service is top class.

Encore is one of the more "younger" and upscale hotels on the strip, and it shows.

Super hotel, we had a beautiful room with large seating area looking away from the strip (we were given a choice of facing the strip or the back towards the mountains) we chose the latter as it was quieter.

Highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind being on the more north side of the Strip.

However there were very few amenities in the room.

Great dining, amenities and right in the heart of all the best resorts in the city.

There is nothing to complain about the suite, perfect view of the sphere, nice curtains and comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all this lead to a perfect sleep.

The bath was huge and nicely equipped with amenities,

The hugest jacuzzi tub and two person shower with multiple jets were so wonderful too!

Sunken living space, well designed, great amenities.

Plenty of space and amenities without excess/wasted "stuff".

We decided on the Venetian this time for its location, amenities, and theming.

The 10 floor pool / Hot Tub garden, is hidden among all the amenities, the place to go to relax.

but no bubble bath which would be nice to have with the toiletries provided and the fridge is full so you can’t keep bottles of water in there.

Great casino and resort, rooms are big and clean, many good amenities, good shopping and restaurants, nearby many good resorts.

but overall, the Venetian needs to do better with the ventilation of the suite rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the Venezia tower in a very spacious room with superb bathroom and amazing views.

Moreover, the room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, with all the bathroom amenities.

Great atmosphere in the casino with a lot of people having a lot of fun!

The food was delicious, the casino had a wealth of options, and there the art installations were great; it truly felt like there was always something to do within the hotel, whether on the Venetian or on the Palazzo side, it was so much fun!

Formula One was great and I could not have picked a better casino to enjoy the race with.

Great shopping and shows right at the casino.

The casino is huge and was quite busy during the evenings

The walk to the tower is very far from the casino.

Amazing Hotel, have stayed at 9 Vegas hotels and Palazzo/Venetian  is the best experience, customer service, resturants and shopping is amazing, next stop F1, can’t wait to go back, casino has everything you need for vegas fun

I have been to the casino on many occasions and had no idea what a great experience it would be to stay as a guest.

Never again, Midwest casinos still take care of you!

Also if you sign up for their rewards program (you need a rewards card which is free if you obtain it from the casino) you will get ten percent off the gondola ride.

The casino is world class best with every gaming table, slot machine, and poker rooms anyone could ever imagine.

Signage and directions were very confusing as they usually are in casinos.

Been coming here for 20 years, absolutely amazing steph, property, location, food, casino and Rewards.

I shopped, had great food, and the Casino was VERY good to me.

My stay was incredible the Cleanliness of my room and the entire Hotel and Casino was amazing.

Extraordinary views of the city, so clean!

Rooms are incredible and both palazzo and Venetian are impeccably clean.

but clean, other services were fair to good.

The rooms were luxurious,  clean and the view of the Sphere was a nice detraction daily to look out to see what it was displaying.
