Hotel is located within walking distance to so many amenities!

The room is spacious with a separated half bath so the toilet is not in the shower/bathroom.

Combine all that with friendly staff and great amenities, and you can’t go wrong here.

Nice coffee maker, robes, bathtub, soaps, and mattress.

The bathroom had nice amenities and good shower pressure.

Our hotel had the clawfoot tub, wood floors, strip view, with separate spaces for shower, toilet and vanity desk.

I appreciated the vanity table in the bathroom.

Traveling alone or as a couple the rooms are quiet and the bar plus bathroom amenities are exemplary.

Bathrooms huge and well laid out with excellent showers.

The Argan Oil bath products were fantastic and deeply soothed my dry skin.

I loved the amenities, the fact that Starbucks was right there, the restaurants serving great food (Eat Italy), the MGM Park casino is smoke free, and that the casino hosts were all very kind.

I would love to stay in a suite with a tub instead of just a shower next time.

Great bathroom with stand up showers and a walk in closet that is hidden when you walk in.

The staff, ambiance, amenities, and location are ALL absolutely fantastic!

Rooms were well appointed, with a very large bed, sofa, writing and chair, large TV, safe, wardrobe and well equipped bathroom.

The bathroom was very spacious and had a decent amount of counter space and storage under the sink that was nice.

The room was so nice and chic and loved that they had hard wood floors, robes and slippers in the room.

We stayed in the Itelier suite which has a large, standup shower, and a separate freestanding bathtub.

It has a European vibe with dark colours and furniture.

Lots of red dark velvet in the lobby, dim lighting, wood panels.

The lobby area on each floor is extremely dark and if you didn't know there was an ice machine there you'd never see it as all the signs are in black on a black wall, maybe laminate the signs could eliminate that issue.

The hotel registration lobby and guest room hallways are quite dark here.

Now, the decor is very muted and dark compared to some more lively casinos and it's not as crazy as night (no naked parties in the corridors lol).

The beds were very uncomfortable, the showers had no pressure, and the rooms were so dark that I could not see anything when trying to get ready.

The whole of the ground floor area of NoMad is weirdly dark, the reception, bar, library, hallways and elevator lobby all have dimmed lighting so it feels like night time all the time.

Lightning throughout the hotel is so dark.

The public areas, lobby and hallways were dark.

The only thing I found is it’s very dark and it takes a bit for your eyes to adjust from the bright sunshine outside to inside.

Considering the price, we were extremely disappointed and am doubtful we will ever stay at a MGM establishment ever again.

Pitched to us as an Inspirato luxury property, there is nothing premium about this experience.

but perhaps a bit more would have been expected at that price?

Also, there is no shaded area by the nomad pool at least not without a fee.

Close to strip, overpriced for what you get.

Went to get a second ( expensive drink) and was totally ignored.

but costs would triple or quadruple so…….,,,

Shocked to discover I was forced to pay $40 at the NoMad for valet parking.….

you can get better for your money elsewhere, as we had upgraded and paid for a suite.

The Bellagio and Cosmopolitan were  also both very expensive.

Everything super expensive, spread out, food court confusing & no English menues.

The room was completely dirty and blood was stained all over the bathroom floor along with dirty towels and sheets I would not recommend staying here since I also had to wait till 6pm to even check in when I paid to upgrade to nomad .

I think a previous poster confused the 400 dollar refunable deposit for a pet fee.

If you are not 60+ years old only going to sleep and not have fun dont waist your money or reward points staff unfriendly management bad attitude and food and drink prices to high just a bad place to go or stay

but not exceptional and definitely not in line with the price.

A little pricey compared to other five star properties.

but it was not resolved and we were not given the option to change rooms or any money off the rate.

Just a few steps across the street and you’re at T-Mobile Arena or New York New York.

The place to stay for an event at the T-Mobile arena.

It is close to T-Mobile arena a lot of the other MGM Resorts it has a separate private pool great restaurants wonderful staff I’ve never had a bad trip to nomad and I would continue to stay there on other trips to Vegas.

but access to all the building's attractions are steps away and the hotel is located across the street from T-Mobile arena and not far from Allegiant Stadium and Aria and the City Center complex.

A lot to love including a near perfect location with easy access to so many other resorts and T-Mobile Arena.

We love the location as well - central to so many things like T-Mobile arena.

The NoMad lobby entrance is across from the T-Mobile Arena,

The location is perfect - close to many other MGM’s, T-Mobile Arena, Strip, etc - yet this little hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet to enjoy some excellent restaurants, luxury and a good nights sleep when you’re done with the rush and noise of the Vegas Strip for a few hours.

We had a view of T-Mobile Arena and the Raiders Stadium, so that wasn’t bad for a non- strip view.

Right on the Vegas Strip next to NY-NY and T-Mobile arena.

Close to NYNY, T-Mobile arena and the Aria.

Great location across from T Mobile Arena and short enclosed walk to Aria.

Best Friends is a great, unique restaurant and location next to T-Mobile arena and Park Theater in the hotel is great!

Super easy to get to T mobile arena for the concert

Great location to attend various events at ‘The Park’, ‘T-Mobile Arena’ and the ‘Allegiant Stadium’ to name a few.

We came for the NHL All Star weekend and the T-Mobile arena was right across the way!

I would stay here again in a minute and it is directly across from the T-Mobile arena!

Showers have great water pressure and rooms are spacious.

My husband and I, totally love the water pressure.

There are very few amenities in the room.

My room had a single Queen bed, a small sofa, table and of course a bathroom.

but the rooms were lovely - spacious for 2 women sharing, the shower had hot water with good pressure.

The bathroom was upgraded more than the room.

I have stayed at others that offered additional amenities and are a bit more updated.

The room was okay, I had a few stains on my sheets and in the bathroom sink.

Great amenities for both adults and children!

The shower head didn’t work and had to be repaired, the room was different from others rooms whom I’d met in the hotel (my neighbor had a nicer room than me!

The rooms were clean and shower had nice water pressure.

The restroom and showering are pretty good.

Most staff at other casinos were unhappy with the traffic and the added pressure that came with the Formula 1 race.

The shower was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly so I must mention that.

There is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

Also there is no fridge in the room or coffee maker.

On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room.

No refrigerator, not even a coffee maker!

Only downside, was the lack of a kettle to prepare hot drinks.

Very limited and expensive breakfast choices, even getting a cup of coffee early, ie, 6:00 is way too hard.

but the prices are ridiculous and the rooms need a mini fridge and microwave.

And there was no coffee maker in the room!

Room was missing fridge, body wash, hangers and the hair dryer was broken and full of other peoples hair.

I booked through Amex and was not given an upgrade like most hotels, the room was small and dated (there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room), the walls were paper thing and we could hear normal sound level conversations happening next door,  and the amenities just did not compare to other hotels like the Cosmopolitan.

No coffee pots tea dresser armoire or hand soap.

And no cups in the room to even drink tap water?

Like the location next to T-Mobile Arena   My room lacked a desk.There are no coffee makers in the rooms either.

Firstly, no refrigerators in the room (found out for a expensive daily rental rate of $50) is absurd.

The room did not have a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator or even a glass or cup, making it one of the most LOW RENT hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

No added amenities such as a refrigerator or anything else.

If anything, it would have been great if there was a fridge in the room.

A little disappointed in the lack of amenities in the room, like a small coffee pot, charging for a small refrigerator.

I purchased a room upgrade via the app, then was unable to check-in via the app.

Our room didn’t have a closet 
Only a small cabinet that was not large enough for mine and my husbands cloths.

And then they tried to charge us for the room fees and incidental holds after we already paid them once.

Halfway through my stay, I was locked out of my room.

We requested and were granted inter leading rooms for 2 adults and two teens.

You shouldn't be disappointed with this hotel unless you get a bath/tub combination room

but I would get clarification on upgrading your room.

I really wish there were more amenities in the room and we could use the air conditioning.

The shower leaked all night, the rooms were not all that for the fees!

This was a comp room so I don’t feel so bad about the room situation

The parking garage NEVER lets you out with your room key the way it is supposed to!

Location can’t be beat if you are heading to an event at T-Mobile arena.

Great location-a very short walk to NYNY and T-Mobile Arena and a free tram to Aria and Bellagio.

This location is perfectly located and nested by the New York New York and MGM Grand Hotel and right across from the T-Mobile Arena.

Convenient to Allegiant stadium, T-Mobile arena and Dolby Live.

Property very clean, we stayed in the night hawk suite facing t-mobile arena.

We went to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Series at T-Mobile Arena and it was literally right across the street.

Add in walking distance to the T-Mobile arena, easy tram access to the Aria and Bellagio along with amazing food and this is an easy must stay location! !

Park MGM is the place to stay if you attend an event at T Mobile Arena.

The Park is in a great location, in close proximity to other major casinos and to T-mobile arena for sports and concert events.

So close to the T-Mobile arena and Dolby theater.

Amazing location — steps from T Mobile Arena & great amenities between the pools, casino & shops.

Eataly, t-mobile arena, Shake Shack, breweries, etc.

The Dolby Theater is a huge plus and being so close to the T Mobile Arena is another plus.

Room (24-312)—clean, comfortable, a/c worked great, exciting view of T mobile arena, little tiny individual bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/bar of hand soap provided and replenished daily, ice machine (next to elevators on every floor) worked flawlessly multiple times, woke up to (neighbors?)

It is centrally located so easy to get anywhere and great if going to t-mobile arena.

The bed was very comfortable and had great views of the roller coaster and T-Mobile arena.

Although they didn’t have the room I originally reserved, the room we got had a nice view of the T-Mobile arena.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and next to T-Mobile arena.

Its location to other MGM properties/T-Mobile arena is a bonus.

We got fresh towels and more body lotion (dry weather! ).

It has a great view of the strip and  nice amenities.

The shower stalls were huge in an equally huge bathroom.

Check-in went well and we were sent up to our one bedroom one bath on the top floor which was just fine for four nights.. in the proper weather, the rooftop pool looked quite inviting

As with Marriott, comes with great fitness center, Starbucks below and other on-site amenities you can expect.

What I liked:
-	The interior was well appointed, especially the master shower which had two shower heads across from each other
-	The valet parking was efficient
-	Its location is great.

The bathrooms were large and had everything we needed .

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

I would recommend some more free weights and a weight bar and a rack for bench press.

I had a relative stay two nites on the pull out in the living room as we had a one bed, one bath.

It’s very clean and has a King Suite Bedroom with a large soaking tub, a full Kitchen with everything you need for an extended stay (a full size refrigerator too), excellent bathroom and shower, dining room area, and a comfortable living-room.

The master bathroom was huge with two sinks and large shower, and the other two bathrooms were decent sized too.

One room had large King bed and sitting area and the other was a Double King Suite: each room had its own full bath.

Stayed in a one bedroom villa and the hotel has all the necessary amenities from washer dryer, full kitchen to a vacuum cleaner.

The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could wish for.

Everything was really clean upon checkin and all amenities needed for the kitchen/laundry were provided.

Also, bed comfy, bathroom roomy, and pools are awesome.

In addition, we were about a one mile walk from the T-Mobile arena and two miles from the Allegiant Stadium.

I came to the hotel due to the location of how close it was to the T-Mobile arena, which is walking distance.

It is close to T-Mobile arena and Planet Hollywood if you are going there for an event.

Stayed here the last weekend of July to Attend a Concert at T Mobile Arena.

Bathroom good size, great extractor, good size mirror – well lit.

Breakfasts were awesome and the wait stall (Marjorie) was so very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very nice and when we had a clogged sink in the bathroom, they fixed it right away.

With all the amenities this Hilton brand is known for.

It was one of the best night's sleep because I did not hear any noise within the hotel; no doors slamming, people's voices, showers, or toilets.

Thank goodness they had shaving cream and a new razor.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and even the washrooms down in the lobby was clean and sanitary.

Nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Very clean hotel, very spacious room, comfortable bed, well lit bathroom.

The rooms come with standard amenities such as mini-fridges and microwaves.

Rooms, amenities, and complimentary breakfast were very nice.

The pool was fun and well cleaned as well as the bathrooms

The staff and amenities were always on point and super nice.

even though the overpass is under construction.

Except for the construction, the hotel is minutes from the Las Vegas trip.

The only issue I found was all of the construction around Tropicana Ave. as they were redoing the I-15 interchange and preparing for the F-1 race in a couple of weeks - just tied up traffic horribly like nobody’s business.

although construction makes it a bit tricky.

but due to the road construction it is too difficult to walk.

The traffic getting in right now is hectic with construction,

but the path goes through a less than desirable construction area right now and is unshaded.

but I didn’t have a corkscrew 😅We weren’t able to locate one at the desk but I bumped into the engineer Dave in the lobby and he saved with day with a drill and a screw!

Your competition across the street at "newer" construction hotels don't charge for parking.

The only thing that caught my eye was the construction going on near the lobby.

but found ourselves quite intimidated by the heavy traffic, road construction, road closures for a large festival, and the shear size of the city.

Hopefully the construction will be over soon.

As a side note, there seems to be a lot of construction in the area, and the hotel itself is undergoing a renovation.

The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that they are currently under construction.

There was much construction and what appeared to be abandoned vehicles in the parking lot.

The street out front is under construction.

The construction in the lobby is a problem when entering.

Cons: construction and tarp all over made this hotel uninviting.

Upon arrival the entire 1st floor was under construction and pool, laundry & bar closed.

Also there is construction across the street.

I was told that I could not receive a credit because I pre-paid for my room.
