The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities.

Between all its amenities and amazing restaurants there’s no need to go anywhere else.

Located away from the strip, this very nice hotel is clean and loaded with restaurants and lots of amenities.

From the moment you enter the and throughout the hotel  I felt everyone went “above and beyond “ whether it was the front desk, housekeeping staff, the blackjack dealers,cashiers, security department  and especially the server Umit in the Lucky Penny restaurant and Alec who was kind enough to bring up shower chairs.

what a views , pretty  huge windows , very spacious , clean  and  the  bed are very comfortable with soft bedding , bathroom very  mordant not a hair or spots can find ,  I love the soaking tub , it is the strip from the strip , no crows  at all , maybe beginning  week day ,  fantastic place to stay ,  spacious Casino , lot of place to eat , I find  little smoke  ,  over all ,  the staff in Resort very friendly and helpful !

We were only told upon arrival for our massages that we COULD HAVE arrived hours earlier and enjoyed the spa amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, showers, etc.).

The standard rooms a large and comfortable as is the bathroom.

The cabana amenities and service were great

It's a huge property with lots of amenities.

Toiletries supplied were very nice, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipe, q tips & cotton squares.

The spa amenities looked really nice and clean

They don’t provide a coffeemaker in the room - pretty much a standard amenity at even a cheap motel.

Loved our room- signature deluxe with two queen beds- gorgeous marble bathroom- suite was over 1000 SF and very quiet with 1.5 baths, living room, beautiful views of canyon and pool area.

The room was nice, good sized, had "a view" over the pool, and a nice bathroom.

Essentially, Kids Quest is a childcare amenity you can pay for while the parents (my wife and I) enjoy the casino.

The work out room, his and hers steam rooms, hot tubs and showers provide a relaxing environment that made us leave behind the world.

but the bathroom had a great makeover with fresh tile.

No fridge in room, and $15.00/day charge to receive one.

but for what they charge for their rooms they need to address dirty and worn rooms.

Additionally, my credit card was charged $363 for a prepaid room that we did not charge anything to.

I booked through a 3rd party so they added a 100$ nightly “security deposit” along w/the 400$ (50/night) resort fee to my credit card.

though the electronic tablets have lots more ‘cards’ I don’t feel it’s worth the $73. Price.

but they charged things to her account, that were for options she told them she would not cover!

It is quite frustrating to have to wander around and always have a key card in hand to utilize the elevators.

They say it charges if you remove it for >15 seconds

I was charged for an upgrade on a room for two nights in which I didn't stay in the room.

You can request one and they may or may not charge you for it depending on what it’s for (for kids food, no charge).

I have to also mention that they tried to make up for the cleanliness issue by giving us a $100 resort credit.

Their solution is a small credit towards the $600 rate they charged for the day.

No one offered a future room credit or to comp our room or anything.

I was strongly warned not to be late or skip the appointment, for there would be charges and penalties if I did.

When we called to get the tray removed they said there would be a $25 charge ( totally unexceptionable).

Red Rocks Resort front desk called me 2 weeks ago (end of June 2021, $8,800), stating the One80 Penthouse I paid for and booked is no longer available.

According to her, maintenance was supposed to be in charge

No more multiplier days for their points card unless you are local.

As far as I know, they do not charge for parking (another perk of an off-the-strip hotel) and it is easy to get to from inside the hotel.

We had the most incredible experience during our 7 days at the Red Rock Casino Resort.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino and resort.

In town for  three  days business meeting in Sun City Summerlin   ,  Resort only 17 mines from the  airport , N. West of Vegas near Summerlin  , office check me into Red Rock Casino  and Resort ,  although it is away from the strip  , price almost  like any resort on the strip , about  800 rooms , free  shuttle to the airport  , the resort be around almost 16 years ,,

We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.

Red Rock Casino has a new modern feel that also has a great ambiance with its red sandstone architecture that reflects nearby Red Rock Canyon.

I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino for New Year's Eve and purposely selected a room with a "Strip View".

I have stayed at Red Rock Casino over the years many times.

Just spent a great week at the Red Rock Casino.

Don't ask me why we chose to "getaway" from our strip apartment and head on out to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for a staycation,

Now, Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is everything that the name implies.

I enjoyed it enough that when I go back to Las Vegas I plan to spend time at Red Rock casino again.

I recently attended a Sales Meeting at the Red Rock Casino and stayed for four nights.

We had a very nice stay at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas.

The air in the room smelled stale and like industrial chemicals.

-ROOMS were FILTHY..hair that was not mine in shower and on toilet seat.

The only part that I did not love is that you can smoke in the casino,

If you are sensitive to artificial or perfumed odors, it can be a problem.

The smell permeate everywhere including the non-smoking rooms.

but I found a way through it even though I detest smoke.

Like all Vegas casinos, you have to walk through the casino to get to any restaurants, and it reeked of cigarette smoke,

Only negative is some food stops are close to the casino floor and gets  some of the cigarette smoke.

but we walked through the area once and the smoke was hurting our eyes so we avoided the area.

We went back up to the room and it was mildly warm, i figured that maybe it just needed some more time, more marijuana smell entering my room.

As soon as we got into our room and turned the lights on, we noticed how filthy and dusty the room is.

However, this time our room had a sewer smell from the bathroom.

We chose to stay in a suite and my daughter pulled out the sofa couch and the sheets were not on the bed and the mattress had a huge urine stain on it.

Adding further insult and showing the craziness and double standards of the policies is the fact that cigarette smokers can actually sit at a slot machine inside the casino and smoke a cigarette- no mask!

.WAY more disappointing was the fact that even after at least 3 calls to the desk and or housekeeping,  after 2 days, still no one cleaned up the vomit in the ice  room down the hall!!

Today at 1 am at  Black Jack table ,The floor manger Jeff is a awful ,rude, very very bad attitude he get anger to customers and talk nasty words .

but the 10% that was smoking was negatively impacting the other 90%.

I have 100 choices of resorts to stay that have operational amenities, open pools, working business centers with elevated service.

The shower has two heads, the regular one out of the wall, and one overhead.

I’d highly recommend DJ for a deep tissue massage.

The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms, with huge TVs, quiet, and good AC.

They did give us breakfast buffet as welcome amenity instead of points.

Las Vegas has plenty of options and this property should not be on the top of your list if you want a modern hotels with 2023 amenities.

Amenities abound and the property is beautifully landscaped.

but super clean, no issues with the bathroom or room, we were pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews here.

I can't stress how nice the bathroom was.

but worked fine for the larger rain shower head.

Large showers with dual shower heads (the top one dripped).

We called every am for towels and soap and within 20 minutes it arrived.

This is a great hotel to stay and the Jacuzzi tub and raindrop shower is fantastic.

The property was great and even with all the covid restrictions we still felt comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities.

Nice 2 sink bathroom with a tub, separate shower and separate toilet.

They did not make any attempts at calling or emailing us prior to removing all of our personal belongings from our hotel room.

They didn't and phone calls have been a run around and they keep thinking I am expecting an inbound package.

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago I was really hoping to get a response from the hotel and since no one returned my calls I felt compelled to write this review.

I’ve made multiple phone calls to the get the billing error resolved to the Spa Manager with no return call.

My 9pm my calls to management were very politely ignored ("maybe it will end at 11pm?").

Surprised that Marriott would allow them to call it a "JW".

So after calling they emailed me the folio which was full of mistakes.

They literally stopped picking up the phone!

Getting a cab js Impossible unless you call a company yourself.

Examples: 
* on most occasions, NOBODY answers the phone at the front desk when you call.

I did call to complain and when we left there was extra coffee in a bag on the door.

Despite reserving by phone and then confirming the rate verbally with front desk staff at check in we were ultimately charged significantly more for the rooms than we were quoted.

I confirmed that over the phone when I booked.

though the TV set was small and the phone and sink stopper showed wear.

While both wife and children were taking a nap and resting, the sound of a doorbell ringing at 2 pm on July 5 rattled the rest of the family.

Despite calling reception no action appeared to be taken

The TV and the phone in my room were broken.

The Red Rock casino is 8 min away, the Strip 15+ minutes.

No disclosure of fire alarms being intentionally set to go off for 2 days, dirty showers filled with mold, broken balcony door, ooey-gooey sticky sofas, absent maid service, room left with soiled towels and glasses, ty.

The bad: Casino reeks of smoke. Terrible.

Most of the casino here is “ smoking” so the whole place stinks.

The casino area was almost unbreathable due to the smoke because the filtration system is barely existent.

The entire casino smells of cigarettes and you have to walk through it to get to any of the food or drink establishments.

The property smelled awful all 3 days musty/unclean smell inside the hotel made it tough to get rest.

2 bedroom suite, noisy highway, soiled sheets, dirty curtains, wear on furniture.

You can awake to the last guests cups of cigarette

It’s rooms and common area’s are dated and it smells like smoke in some area’s.

The towels stink and so does the suite that we are in.

You could smell cigarette smoke in the non-smoking areas like the hotel lobby and hallways.

I echo many of the negative comments already stated: restrictive pool hours (insane if you ask me, as Las Vegas is so hot after 10), mediocre food offerings, filthy pool lounge chairs, lack of umbrellas at the pool, dirty corners of the room, complete lack of customer service.

Elevators look like a service elevator, glass not clean and the wood finishing all mares up with sheet metal finishing  all streaked
Not all Tables in gambling area open 24 hr, cramps and roulette not open early morning till 11:00am

Aqua spa’s main feature “The pool” was not warm and non functional 

The main hotel pool is only half open and only open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm no evening dip in pool

Lounge chairs were stained with other guess sweat and suntan lotion and were commonly dotted with bird poop
Drinks alittle expensive $17+ tip for mixed drinks
Pool side cabanas alittle pricey at $275 per day.

The pool was frequently out of towels, and the pool deck was filthy (more goose feces).

We had an issue with our safe and a leak under our sink which we reported upon arrival,

This location was fantastic, close to amenities and only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle.

Beds were very comfortable, strong showers, AC worked amazing!

Parking was convenient with assigned stalls.

We stayed in a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit.

The shuttle to/from the strip is an awesome amenity,

Staff was awesome, friendly & polite, room was like a 1000 s/f house - 2 bed 2 bath, full kitchen, w/d - clean!

All in all - one of the best places we have ever stayed at and no pressure sales stuff/no Las Vegas weirdness. Clean.

A nice, quiet, and clean resort that is close to amenities!

Everything you need is within a 5 minute driving distance: restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, drug stores, Walmart , target etc
The 2 bed room apartment was very comfortable - appreciate the super warm showers !!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the unit was spacious and had all the amenities we required.

It was a nice quiet get away with all the amenities of home plus some.

As always the Frontend Stall were Pleasant and friendly.

2BR (split plan), huge living/dining area, patio (2nd floor, walk up), 2 large baths, large well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer.

I found the $50 resort fee a little bit cray considering it's an old apartment complex.

I also wasn’t aware you now have to pay for housekeeping,

$50 resort fee and $150 deposit which is pretty normal.

Everything on the strip has gotten very expensive (no more free parking or cheap meals at the big casinos anymore), so the next time, I'll go to a resort with a smaller casino somewhere off of the strip.

The shuttle took us to the Strip so we didn't have to deal with the difficult and expensive parking there.

However, they charge an extra $30 for a resort fee.

The fee for the shuttle and wi-fi and fitness area is $30 for the week.

Without the shuttle service I would t stay as would be expensive to Lyft all the time.

This was my 7th time coming out to Las Vegas in the last10 years and after confusion and $244 later( RCI messed up reservation and cost me) we were assigned our room  The next day is when it went south, for a little, after going to store we returned home to make Breakfast.

With the now escalating fees _ I wonder WHY?

The only reason I didn’t rate with 5 stars is the tile in the unit needs professionally cleaned .

I believe that the resort fee included WIFI do that should have been refunded.

Was charged a resort fee that included Wi-Fi.

I don't seem to be able to submit this review because I'm sure they don't want to hear about how they double charged me for a room I already paid for.

To add insult to injury, this property had the cheek to charge a resort fee for the week !!!

We were told that taking trash out of unit was our responsibility after paying extra cleaning fee.

We paid slightly less here than we would have paid at a hotel nearby, and we had way more space.

My partner did not attend the breakfast "update" (sales pitch) so the breakfast was cancelled and the refundable fee was not returned, This nickel and dimeing was uncharacteristically cheap and underhanded considering that evrything else about the resort was excellent.

but only 20 min away if you want it 
the resort offers a shuttle to the city so we never had to drive in and park parking is expensive and vary from where you park to valet service.

My first time here, wanted To be away from strip in quiet safe location, it was all that, pool was a bit over run with kids splashing about, furnished nicely, had a signed parking and close to Red Rock casino and Rampart, overall was pleased with stay.

Shuttle DOES stop for local shopping center and once a day to Red Rock Casino, nearby.

It is  away from  the main hustle and bustle of Las Vegas (15-20 min by bus), shopping centers within a few blocks, dedicated free bus to Las Vegas main strip and red rock casino.

It was nice to find out we had a shuttle available to the Strip, Red Rock Casino and Outlet Malls.

The freeway is close, also nearby is the Red Rock casino if you don't want to head 20 mins to the strip.

Shopping, restaurants and Red Rock Casino was nearby!

It is consistently friendly clean  close to Rte 215 which makes it convenient to getting around to the strip, the airport, Red Rock Casino and Red Rock Federal Park.

Such as go to the local grocery store, the Red Rock Casino or to the strip.

And of course the Red Rock Casino is very close.

If you're going to have a fun, relaxing experience, in a place that's about 10 minutes from Red Rock Casino (also pretty laid back and fun) and 15 from The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, this more your groove.

Near Red Rock Casino (I think 8 minutes).

The Red rock Casino and several other casinos are within minutes of this facility.

The strip is about 15 min away, the airport is about 15-18 and Red Rock Casino and Sumerlin area with mall, eats and fun for kids is about 5-10 min away.

Great access to golf courses, restaurants, strip, downtown and red rock casino.

Red Rock Canyon and Red Rock casino 3 exits up the freeway.

If you are inter3ested in gambling the Red Rock Casino is only about 10 minutes away.

An easy drive to Red Rock Casino or use their free shuttle to Strip/grocers (if driving, staff provides a list of free vs paid Strip parking sites).

The bathtub was filthy, soap scum EVERYWHERE.

even though the rooms are smoke-free, people can smoke anywhere on the grounds, including the balconies; so, we did smell smoke a couple of times in the unit.

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious units, quiet, full size washer/dryer 

Cons: Dated, over crowded with furniture, showers quite disgusting, units need deep cleaning (blinds are filthy, hair in bathrooms, fingerprints on furniture and appliances), units need general maintenance (broken blinds, bedroom TV would not work)

Moldy shower curtain.Bathroom sinks had to be snaked.

The pool went "down"--closed because of chemical imbalance?

Did not take luggage this time opened door overwhelmed by a musky smell, mold on wall.

There is a noticeable smell when you enter the unit and there is a slight smell of gas that needs to be checked.

I was embarrassed to take my family of 10 at this disgusting resort.

Hair in the bathroom , bugs in the tub & kitchen, large nasty stains on the furniture - looked like they should have been in a guys dorm instead of a Gold Star resort (not so much).

but not much reaction to acknowledge short coming in cleaning during a pandemic
There was pigeon poos and cigarette buts on the balcony when we arrived.

The apartment appliances were so old it carried a stench.

When we arrived after midnight, the room had not been air conditioned (85 degrees), there was a dirty toilet seat, and it had a funky smell.

1. the unit we were in smelled of past smokers staying in it.

The grounds were also sloppy -- trash, smeared fruit all over the walkways dropped from trees, cigarette

Checked in a Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette stench when you walked in.

Carpet fresh to hide smoke was very strong.
