 - The hotel was a wonderful quiet oasis after the loud and crowded Strip and casinos.

 - Why would a top hotel brand hotel like Four Seasons charge resort fees at their Las Vegas property?
 - Each Four Seasons is different on their pet allowances: some don't charge anything, some charge a one-time fee, some charge a nightly fee.

 - I like not having a casino in my hotel because it makes it a quieter and more relaxing place
 - If you want a clean, affordable hotel WITHOUT the noisy casino in the lobby then stay here!
 - We loved the fact that there was no casino on property which made it a smoke free facility.
 - It was so much better than staying in a casino hotel.
 - Because the Grand Chateau doesn’t have a casino, it was a perfect, clean, quiet place to retreat after a day of noise and stimulation!

 - We asked to be as far away from the casino.
 - I asked an employee if this was a post Covid adjustment, and she said it had been that way since she’s worked here (5+ years).
 - Check in took 25 minutes (5 people ahead of me and 2 clerks) and the check in guy was not friendly, seemed irritated when I asked for clarification on some amenities.
 - I'm very sensitive to noise so I asked if he can put us in a room without adjacent neighbors.

 - there was no offer of help with luggage, as I was on the 3rd floor (no elevators here) and no further anything.
 - There are 3 floors and no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you request a ground level floor.
 - There’s no elevator; Room interior looks good except the dryer was not working.
 - The only downfall there are no elevators and carrying luggage, groceries and stuff to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
 - And finally, as I said the rooms were not in the same area which caused the seniors with mobility issues in our group to have to go up and down the stairs ('cause they do not have elevators)!!!
