The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities.

Between all its amenities and amazing restaurants there’s no need to go anywhere else.

Located away from the strip, this very nice hotel is clean and loaded with restaurants and lots of amenities.

From the moment you enter the and throughout the hotel  I felt everyone went “above and beyond “ whether it was the front desk, housekeeping staff, the blackjack dealers,cashiers, security department  and especially the server Umit in the Lucky Penny restaurant and Alec who was kind enough to bring up shower chairs.

what a views , pretty  huge windows , very spacious , clean  and  the  bed are very comfortable with soft bedding , bathroom very  mordant not a hair or spots can find ,  I love the soaking tub , it is the strip from the strip , no crows  at all , maybe beginning  week day ,  fantastic place to stay ,  spacious Casino , lot of place to eat , I find  little smoke  ,  over all ,  the staff in Resort very friendly and helpful !

We were only told upon arrival for our massages that we COULD HAVE arrived hours earlier and enjoyed the spa amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, showers, etc.).

The standard rooms a large and comfortable as is the bathroom.

The cabana amenities and service were great

It's a huge property with lots of amenities.

Toiletries supplied were very nice, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipe, q tips & cotton squares.

The spa amenities looked really nice and clean

They don’t provide a coffeemaker in the room - pretty much a standard amenity at even a cheap motel.

Loved our room- signature deluxe with two queen beds- gorgeous marble bathroom- suite was over 1000 SF and very quiet with 1.5 baths, living room, beautiful views of canyon and pool area.

The room was nice, good sized, had "a view" over the pool, and a nice bathroom.

Essentially, Kids Quest is a childcare amenity you can pay for while the parents (my wife and I) enjoy the casino.

The work out room, his and hers steam rooms, hot tubs and showers provide a relaxing environment that made us leave behind the world.

but the bathroom had a great makeover with fresh tile.

No fridge in room, and $15.00/day charge to receive one.

but for what they charge for their rooms they need to address dirty and worn rooms.

Additionally, my credit card was charged $363 for a prepaid room that we did not charge anything to.

I booked through a 3rd party so they added a 100$ nightly “security deposit” along w/the 400$ (50/night) resort fee to my credit card.

though the electronic tablets have lots more ‘cards’ I don’t feel it’s worth the $73. Price.

but they charged things to her account, that were for options she told them she would not cover!

It is quite frustrating to have to wander around and always have a key card in hand to utilize the elevators.

They say it charges if you remove it for >15 seconds

I was charged for an upgrade on a room for two nights in which I didn't stay in the room.

You can request one and they may or may not charge you for it depending on what it’s for (for kids food, no charge).

I have to also mention that they tried to make up for the cleanliness issue by giving us a $100 resort credit.

Their solution is a small credit towards the $600 rate they charged for the day.

I was strongly warned not to be late or skip the appointment, for there would be charges and penalties if I did.

No one offered a future room credit or to comp our room or anything.

When we called to get the tray removed they said there would be a $25 charge ( totally unexceptionable).

Red Rocks Resort front desk called me 2 weeks ago (end of June 2021, $8,800), stating the One80 Penthouse I paid for and booked is no longer available.

According to her, maintenance was supposed to be in charge

No more multiplier days for their points card unless you are local.

As far as I know, they do not charge for parking (another perk of an off-the-strip hotel) and it is easy to get to from inside the hotel.

The City National Arena where the Vegas Golden Knights practice is walking distance, the shops at Downtown Summerlin is right in back within walking distance from the casino.

Walking distance to the Downtown Summerlin shopping mall was also a plus!

Downtown Summerlin is within walking distance or a short uber.

The resort is easy walking distance to downtown Summerlin, with many shops and restaurants if you don’t see anything at the resort itself.

We loved the location of the resort; it was close to Downtown Summerlin mall, which was a great chillout spot after day trips out of the Las Vegas.

I have three kids, and was recommended this place by a friend due to it having the “Kids Quest” area.

They have a movie theater, kids quest, bowing and arcades.

It has a huge bowling alley, nice gaming area, movie theater, kids quest.

The Red Rock has a movie theater, bowling ally, Kids Quest, and sits across from Summerlin Centre which is walking distance.

The kids quest facility was fun for our 4 yr olds - we were nervous to leave them there,

We had the most incredible experience during our 7 days at the Red Rock Casino Resort.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino and resort.

In town for  three  days business meeting in Sun City Summerlin   ,  Resort only 17 mines from the  airport , N. West of Vegas near Summerlin  , office check me into Red Rock Casino  and Resort ,  although it is away from the strip  , price almost  like any resort on the strip , about  800 rooms , free  shuttle to the airport  , the resort be around almost 16 years ,,

We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.

Red Rock Casino has a new modern feel that also has a great ambiance with its red sandstone architecture that reflects nearby Red Rock Canyon.

I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino for New Year's Eve and purposely selected a room with a "Strip View".

I have stayed at Red Rock Casino over the years many times.

Don't ask me why we chose to "getaway" from our strip apartment and head on out to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for a staycation,

Now, Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is everything that the name implies.

I enjoyed it enough that when I go back to Las Vegas I plan to spend time at Red Rock casino again.

I recently attended a Sales Meeting at the Red Rock Casino and stayed for four nights.

We had a very nice stay at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas.

food had a fast food buffet that was way too trash fro non-Americans,
but i saw better finer restaurants there.

A “resort” where you cannot sit by the pool on a gorgeous afternoon or eat outside on lovely restaurant patios when it is 65 degrees out because it is “too cold”.

Get ready for lung cancer since restaurants are located around the casino, where SMOKING IS ALLOWED.

FROM THE FOOD TO THE MOVIE THEATER TO BOWLING.

Tons of great restaurants - especially the Osteria.

Unfortunately my room was dirty  & I did immediately notify the front desk. Accidentally billed twice for “room revenue” 
Positive: great restaurants (Oyster Bar, Naxos, Blue Ribbon Sushi), pool area (several pools) & excellent Spa (massage was incredible, sauna, steam room & cold plunge)

We did dine for breakfast on the mornings when Grumpy Shelly (as she was referred to during our stay) was not at the hostess stand.

Mediocre food at best, with service on the Denny's level.

Whether I was in the mood for a fine dining experience or a casual meal, Red Rock had it all.

There were no tea-making facilities as there are many different food outlets and restaurants on site.

The service was excellent - lovely cocktail servers and we even had an early dinner at the pool with food from the cafe, which was delicious.

Amazing choice of restaurants, from the food court to fancy steaks and everything in between (Yard House is our favourite).

My kids appreciated the bowling alley on site, otherwise, the food options were lacking and it was definitely a hike to and from the strip.

We ate a nice meal on the patio at Tbones.

Good choice of restaurants, both sit down and fast food.

This hotel is very nice, with beautiful views, amazingly comfy beds, and HUGE ROOMS.

I was very happy with the standard and cleanliness of my room at Red Rock.

There was a Goldfish cracker under the right edge of the couch in our room upon check in, and it stayed there the entire week.

but the entire place including our room was cool.

Ask for room 12102 with its mountain views and take advantage of everything RR has to offer.

My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean.

The entire resort from the casino, pool, restaurants, and rooms were extremely clean.

We thought this would be perfect with the kids - away from the strip, with family activities, plus it sounded very nice with newer rooms.

The room was excellent, the staff were cordial and accommodating, the food was fabulous!

The air in the room smelled stale and like industrial chemicals.

-ROOMS were FILTHY..hair that was not mine in shower and on toilet seat.

The only part that I did not love is that you can smoke in the casino,

If you are sensitive to artificial or perfumed odors, it can be a problem.

The smell permeate everywhere including the non-smoking rooms.

but I found a way through it even though I detest smoke.

Like all Vegas casinos, you have to walk through the casino to get to any restaurants, and it reeked of cigarette smoke,

Only negative is some food stops are close to the casino floor and gets  some of the cigarette smoke.

but we walked through the area once and the smoke was hurting our eyes so we avoided the area.

We went back up to the room and it was mildly warm, i figured that maybe it just needed some more time, more marijuana smell entering my room.

As soon as we got into our room and turned the lights on, we noticed how filthy and dusty the room is.

However, this time our room had a sewer smell from the bathroom.

We chose to stay in a suite and my daughter pulled out the sofa couch and the sheets were not on the bed and the mattress had a huge urine stain on it.

Adding further insult and showing the craziness and double standards of the policies is the fact that cigarette smokers can actually sit at a slot machine inside the casino and smoke a cigarette- no mask!

.WAY more disappointing was the fact that even after at least 3 calls to the desk and or housekeeping,  after 2 days, still no one cleaned up the vomit in the ice  room down the hall!!

Today at 1 am at  Black Jack table ,The floor manger Jeff is a awful ,rude, very very bad attitude he get anger to customers and talk nasty words .

but the 10% that was smoking was negatively impacting the other 90%.

The same empty pizza boxes (I know cuz I marked one), and even cigarette

It’s a 25 minute drive from anything including hiking or the strip.

Based on that experience alone, I really don't know whether I'd rush back to stay and spend money at Red Rock, which does cost a fair amount to get out to from the Strip or the Airport by Uber.

Beautiful resort tucked away from the strip.

Car park is so easy to get in/out of compared to the strip and is free, making you want to explore the surrounding areas more.

The Red Rock Resort is the perfect resort for those looking for the “off the strip” 5 star experience.

For over 30 years I’ve stayed on The Strip.

The Red Rock is a pretty cool casino located off of the strip.

Red Rock is a great off the strip luxury resort.

Around 20 minutes away from the strip/airport.

but laid out well; unlike the Strip I didn't feel cramped.

This hotel claims to be upper scale yet I have been treated better at lower scale hotels on the strip.

but great view of the red rock canyon.. We  had a double queen bed room and it is huge and clean.. casino is not as crowded as other casinos on the strip.

-off the strip: I prefer to stay on the strip for ease and convenience.

I would compare this room favorably to many on the strip.

It was so nice to be in Vegas without all of the noise and craziness of the strip.

I valet parked (the valets were nice and professional), and went in to find my ex sitting there, exhausted, with a pool pass in his hand.

Starting with the entrance from the valet parking, to the lobby, red is everywhere you look.

Great location and friendly staff not to mention the free valet parking.

The hotel has free valet parking and features a huge bowling center, a proper movie theater and the pool area is also very nice.

The  staff members were top notch and what one would expect, from the  front desk and B parking valets to the  environmental services team.

Service at front desk and the concierge was very friendly and attentive .The hotel offers complementary valet parking and their service was quick and efficient .

Having valet parking included made the resort fee actually worth something.

We valet parked, which only took seconds before someone came over to help us.

The valet parking was very professional clean and tidy and secure.

Th Red Rock Casino Hotel and Spa is very beautiful inside with a nice Valet parking and a nice Casino floor.

but when we first arrived all we could find was casino parking and the valet, which we didn’t want.

Free valet parking helped take the sting out of resort fee.

Access is easy from the freeways; valet parking only,  (free); it is relatively new, with a good air filtration system; rooms and public spaces are comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained; it is large

On top of that, they also have free valet parking.

Very easy to find and huge parking areas as well as complimentary valet parking.

Free valet parking and prompt return when awaiting your car.

All of our clothes, laptop computers, toiletries, food, luggage, etc.

I have 100 choices of resorts to stay that have operational amenities, open pools, working business centers with elevated service.

The shower has two heads, the regular one out of the wall, and one overhead.

I’d highly recommend DJ for a deep tissue massage.

The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms, with huge TVs, quiet, and good AC.

They did give us breakfast buffet as welcome amenity instead of points.

Las Vegas has plenty of options and this property should not be on the top of your list if you want a modern hotels with 2023 amenities.

Amenities abound and the property is beautifully landscaped.

but super clean, no issues with the bathroom or room, we were pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews here.

We don’t need a consoling remark back from the management

I can't stress how nice the bathroom was.

but worked fine for the larger rain shower head.

Large showers with dual shower heads (the top one dripped).

We called every am for towels and soap and within 20 minutes it arrived.

This is a great hotel to stay and the Jacuzzi tub and raindrop shower is fantastic.

The property was great and even with all the covid restrictions we still felt comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities.

Nice 2 sink bathroom with a tub, separate shower and separate toilet.

Perhaps if you don't stay in the spa tower, you don't get this coupon book?

* Upon check-in we were handed a coupon book.

Coupon book was nice and was able to take advantage of some of the freebies and discounts.

The coupon book at check-in was really great and helpful, because it allowed for us to find out about more things going on at the resort.

The staff was very helpful & the Coupon Book appreciated.

They also provided us with a coupon book that had some pretty useful deals in it as well.

They also hand out coupon book, make sure you use it there’s plenty of free stuff.

but they will give you a coupon book worth at least that much (at least six free drinks on property takes care of that right there).

Don’t forget to use the coupon book you get at check-in, lots of good freebies from drinks to snacks to discounts at the shops.

Also got book of coupons and breakfast with package!

Even the usual coupon books they give you when you check in were useful with free drinks and goodies.

but the coupon book helped curtail some of the expenses.

They also gave me a complimentary coupon book that had 6 free drinks at various locations, and other freebies.

Lots of "freebies" and discounts with the coupon book given at check-in.

I recommend this resort & encourage you to take advantage of the coupon book they give you upon check-in!

There was a coupon book for deals at restaurants and spa etc that was kind of fun and handy to have.

We were also given a coupon book which gave us a few free drinks in the casino.

Upon check-in, we were given a coupon book for the hotel and casino which was a nice gesture that helped offset the very affordable nightly Resort Fee of $18.99.

On the positive side, the grounds are lovely and the valet staff are excellent.

The good:  Grounds and location spectacular.

GROUNDS:The grounds are beautiful and the location in Summerlin is a well kept, safe community.

The grounds are magnificent and the care that goes into the property shows throughout.

Clean/modern large rooms, courteous & friendly staff, excellent food at their restaurants, immaculate grounds.

Grounds are beautiful, staff was friendly and we had everything we needed in one place.

Oh yeah, the grounds have a super nice walking area around the courtyard with seating in the shade to view fish, birds, rabbits, and other critters.

The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped.

Located not too far from the strip a 15 minute drive, and beautiful grounds with free parking.

As I stated previously, we choose to stay at this particular location because  the grounds and the pool are amazing.

The grounds were beautiful, well manicured.

We stayed 4 days 5 nights in the spa tower with our disabled son in a ground floor accessible room w roll in shower and the resort provided a shower/transfer bench that

Upon check-in the friendly front desk staff changed our tower and our ground level room to a balcony room.
