 - They have a free shuttle to Caesars Palace every 15 minutes.
 - We decided to stay at the Trump as it is downtown and has a free shuttle to Caesars as well as free parking.
 - Not to far from the strip and there was a free shuttle bus to take you there.
 - Don't forget the free shuttle to and from Caesar's if you don't mind waiting.
 - They have a free shuttle that will take you to Ceasar's and to the Wynn.

 - Upon calling the front desk, the morning staff, refused to move me to any available room on the opposite side because according to them it's a different category and no one previously mentioned this before; I don't know who hired front desk agent "Jazmin"
 - Phone in room only works on speaker (headset broken), which isn't loud enough to hear front desk or housekeeping. My shower had many shower gels, but no shampoo, so I sat dripping and waiting for housekeeping until the morning was almost gone.
 - but when I used my cell phone, I was able to get through to desk everytime.

 - We asked questions several times regarding the hotel charges in our credit card and the front desk staff always patiently gave us clear explanation.
 - There was a small kitchen with a full fridge (none of the "don't move this or we charge you" crap), Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods (did not have to buy them), small bath off the living room and big screen TV in both the living room and bedroom.
 - If you don’t have a room card you won’t be getting on the elevators.
 - Make sure you understand your charges to ensure your are not double charged.
 - The extra charges are horrendous.

 - Perfectly positioned at one end of the Strip.
 - The beauty and design of this resort is just heads and tails above the more generic luxury of the other hotels on the Strip.
 - The hotel was a little further from all the action of the strip,
 - The salon suites all face the strip, and the music from XS and the Beach Club are going until 4 or 4:30 AM most nights.
 - It had a great view of the strip and plenty of room for the two of us.

 - I dropped over 3K not counting the cost of my inferior room and got not one single comp point, not one. Seriously?
 - but I would have to pay hundreds more.
 - I used my own as these seemed cheap.
 - The price for these rooms is not cheap, and as many others have pointed out, if you get put in the wrong room that, regardless of floor - high or low, is in the line of sight of the nightclubs, do NOT plan on sleeping whatsoever between 10pm and 4am.

 - Finally, in the casino they will not give you points for playing roulette on the machines or using a horse racing game that I enjoyed.
 - For gambling I recommend going to the Wynn Casino, all connected to the Encore, if you want a larger casino with more variety.

 - Decent if pricey room service The casino basically is shut or underused on this side compared to the Wynn.

 - Large living room, full kitchen with bar seating, and large bedroom.
 - Has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo.
 - It had a king-size bed with a sofa bed, mini-kitchen (full refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, etc.).
 - Did I mention 8 foot projector TV, washer and dryer full kitchen, granite counter tops and jetted jacuzzi tub.

 - Best hotel resort I ever stayed at room was beautiful the accommodations were amazing located right in the heart of the Vegas strip connected to the mall and theaters to catch a show too much to see too little time.
 - The location was fantastic as it was connected to a shopping mall with many places to eat (we recommend Ocean One).
 - The hotel is connected to Miracle Mile Shops which leads to Planet Hollywood, and is pretty central to most activities and other hotels (like a 5-15 minute walk).
 - even though its off the strip, its connected to Planet Hollywood and the mall so you have easy access to the strip.
 - Its a nonsmoking hotel and conveniently connected to the Miracle Mile Mall.

 - Unlike other “luxury” Vegas hotels, this Four Seasons has never treated us like a number.
 - We always stay at luxury hotels and was excited to stay at 1500sf suite at the Four Seasons.
 - Our room was luxurious, what you would expect from a 5 star resort.
 - Luxurious non smoking non gaming hotel.
 - The furnishings, bed/bedding and personal use items was luxurious. It was everything you would expect from a Four Seasons (along with the price!)

 - The massage therapist ignores where you request working on needed areas.
 - I had a mani/pedi at the spa.
 - We received a warm welcome, excellent service at the spa and gym and especially wanted to highlight Marama at the Concierge desk who was instrumental in coordinating transportation from the airport and to rural Utah around our stay.

 - I just was so taken aback that everything is extra from the tube for the lazy river (after paying a $45 resort fee), the first two rows of chairs at the wave pool ($50+ per chair), parking $45/night.
 - Just be aware that if you want two chairs and an umbrella for shade, it’s expensive ($150).
 - Why would a top hotel brand hotel like Four Seasons charge resort fees at their Las Vegas property?
 - Each Four Seasons is different on their pet allowances: some don't charge anything, some charge a one-time fee, some charge a nightly fee.
 - If we could fix just one thing it would be the cost of the cabana (cabana 8 is on an upper level so a distance from the pool and no misters so you had to be in the water for any relief from the heat).

 - We spent four nights at the Las Vegas four seasons, overall had pleasant and relaxing time, this is one of the few hotels on the strip without onsite casino if you are not interested in gambling.

 - I had some questions and needed assistance with renting a scooter/wheelchair and was provided with one phone number which had no rentals available, and I had to seek other businesses on my own.

 - We were woken up at 5:00 by smoke/smell of marijuana by the people in the room next to us.
 - Minor issues with very loud neighbors as many of the rooms are connecting so you can hear a lot.
 - however we were given a room as far away as possible from the elevators, a room as noisy as possible facing the T-Mobile Arena & all of its noise.
 - We stayed Nov 11-13 and the air conditioner sounded like an airplane every time it kicked on every 15 minutes or so.
 - but 3, 4, 5 in the morning you can still hear the music!

 - We were going to Phish concert at MGM Grand Arena and it is a 10 minute walk.

 - The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in a hotel.
 - Really enjoyed , the spa , fitness center area , and The restaurants, The pizza place which change name a couple times, Julian Serrano , Bardot , Javier’s, and the patisserie as well as the buffet which is currently closed.
 - What we really enjoyed was the pool, very laid back and relaxing also the fitness center was very clean and spacious.
