- My husband and I have loved the Downtown grand since it opened.
- but may just keep coming back to downtown grand!
- Won’t be staying off-strip or at the Downtown again.
- Great spot in downtown vegas.
- but my first choice when I need an awesome room, with great customer service, food and amenities, I call Jake Franquez at Downtown Grand!!

Shower was getting water on the floor .
- Pretty much wide open with poor water pressure.
- The pool water was very very murky and the pool deck could use a very good cleaning, it was very dirty and some of the chairs were ripped up.
- It was either warm or froze water solid. When I mentioned this she said "did you call to complain?"
- There is no way to reach in from the side to turn on the water.

- You also have a lot of popular bars nearby on each side, hogs and heffers, the gold spike and is close to the fremont experience!

- So quick in his service, we saw him move the line quickly while checking the many guests for Life is Beautiful festival that was happening this weekend.
- Checked in for two nights and AC was on in first room, making temperature freezing - 64 Fahrenheit!
- She is such a pleasure every time we check in and we love chatting with her during the check in process.

- Not for over 60 crowd that wants to sleep at night.

- Because of this I asked for a refund on my early checking fee and they agreed to it.

- Freedom beat was a let down, music from fremont is crazy loud despite being a block or more away, we did not have a good experience in pretty much any aspect
So to summarize, I think your money is best spent elsewhere.
- You could hear and feel the bumping of the music to all hours of the night Overall not a great experience and most likely will not return.
- Also, we were placed directly across from the Goldspike which blares music louder than your tv can even go until 3am.
