Lastly, eventhough  this is an all inclusive resort the workers DEFINITELY be fishing for those tips.

Cons: On top ofl the HIGH all-inclusive fee, you must shell out more $ for prime cabanas or lounge chairs with umbrellas at pool and on beach.

The 'discounted advanced reservations' were actually more expensive than the even more deeply discounted rates once we arrived!

Zoe was the one who checked us in and she explained everything to us.

From Enrique, the MOD when we arrived, to the bellman who loaded up our luggage when we left.

From the moment we arrived the service was out of this world.

We were treated like family from the moment we arrived.

Monica, Ingrid, Ana, and Jocelyn -- thank you for checking on us everyday.

From the second we arrived we felt the love.

Monica/Anna our Welcome Ambassadors made us feel at home from the get go especially when one of us wasn’t feeling well for a day or so and they among others kept checking on us to make sure we were ok.

Luis and Rodolfo literally checked on us everyday and went above and beyond guest services!

Spa day was a highlight, did not regret getting the 'upsell' package at check-in for a couples spa day.

From the time we arrived we were greeted and welcomed with much warmth, professionalism and fine hospitality.

Just arrived home from a stay at the Hyatt Zilara , as always it was amazing, the food , the cleanliness and the staff are all excellent . Special thanks to Alfredo, Ramon, Arturo and one beginning with V ( sorry I can’t recall his full name )at punta vista, Ernesto and Antonio in the Den, Ligia, Janett , (they are  the best waitresses ever.)

Got this trip as a birthday gift from my husband and have to say that from the arrival to the departure this resorts met all our expectation's if, not even more.

but…..the resort does an excellent job of identifying your food allergies at check in and every restaurant knows when you arrive about them.

From check-in to entertainment to the food, we had such a great time!

I insisted that we should not be charged and reluctantly they 'waived' the additional fee for us.

Which tells me they're probably not getting paid what they deserve.

They don’t provide them anymore and charge $12 USD for a metal straw.

The spa - They were running a promotion to get an 80 minute massage at the price for a 50 minute so I took advantage of it plus they added on Hydrotherapy treatment.

As I explained to him a bunch of people were upset they couldn’t sit in or by the pool unless they paid $80 for a cabana each day (which came with 2 loungers in the pool) As Mr.Rojas explained to me this money grab was put in place by previous management

There is also entertainment every day and night, with a range of shows and classes at no extra cost.

The only downsides of our stay were the terrible sales pitch on check in, super misleading and time wasting. He promised a three minute chat to provide us our welcome package, turned into a 15 minute guilt trip to sign up for a 90 minute sales pitch saying "he wouldn't get paid if we didn't attend."

And far too many hidden fees, especially for things which should have been included (ex: a chair by the pool or on the beach, a seat to watch the nightly entertainment , etc. ).

Once those are taken, you either have to pay for a chair or cabana, or find a place to store your stuff.

but not if I could find something close to price.

He told me if I paid him I could sit there.

Little if any consideration for the guests unless you want to pay extra as in the seating around the pool and at the beach.

This is additional cost and is not cheap.

though it's an all inclusive, there are plenty of things they want you to pay an extra charge for so just stick to the normal menus and you'll be fine!

but the only way you could get a poolside chair is if you pay money for a cabana.

Consistent high quality food and beverage choices, friendly professional staff who are eager to assist you and make the most of your stay.

The hibachi dinner is fun and books up quickly.

The food was excellent and I’d recommend trying the Chefs Plate.

We did the dinner on the beach and it was amazing.

the hotel is beautiful, restaurants amazing, pool incredible and beach breathtaking.

We always enjoyed the buffet in Spice, given our food limitations.

The food was very good, especially the breakfast.

The culinary delights at the resort are truly remarkable, offering a diverse and delicious menu.

We rented cabanas on two days, and we also had a romantic dinner by the water.

Pools and beach were lovely, and food was tasty.

Building is beautiful, food is great, staff good and beach is perfect.

The shows were great, and with one exception, so was the food.

The location is in walking distance to luxury shopping and several quality restaurants.

Restaurants ( especially the one facing the beach) are good.

While there are upgraded dinner options, spa services and cabanas available, they are not high pressure sales.

The service was incredible and everyone was so kind.

The evening shows are superb--I have been to many different resorts and this one had the best shows I have ever seen.

Note: I HIGHLY recommend Lucero is you book a massage. Incredible!!!

We also took advantage of their spa twice, which was so relaxing.

The hotel and grounds were kept impeccably clean and the amenities, eg: fitness center and classes and the spa were the icing on the cake.

We went to the spa- very unique & again staff are unbelievable.

I’d like to particularly commend Ivan, David, Isal, Sergio and Humberto in the bar & pool area, Martha in the spa and Ambassador team Ingrid, Ana, Monica, Paulina.

The spa experience was phenomenal and the beach was very well kept and pretty would definitely recommend a stay here.

Special kudos to some staffs who are really great asset to the team, Cesar Banron at Marie Marie, Nohemi at zen Spa, Abimael at the lounge space.

Gladys, Elisa, and Alejandro at the Zen spa made our time so relaxing.

Stayed here due to UK rail strike and arriving back in UK quite late in the evening.

Room at check in was next to the reception, we asked to moved, the new room was given in less than a minute.

On checking in, Lancy and Fiavia checked us in swiftly, gave us an amazing room, and even a large bar of chocolate as it was was our first stay, very unexpected and much appreciated, not even had that from higher star rated hotels.

etc! The reception staff were also awesome - whether you're arriving off a long flight or just staying pre-flight to sort the COVID swabbing issues(!)

We stayed at the hotel for our 9 year old plane afficionado son's birthday and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome!

Check in as smooth as always, room as clean as always.

promptly checked me in and I decided to go for the dinner+breakfast deal for 26£.

Leopold the maintenance man promptly arrived and had everything fixed and cleaned up within 5 minutes.

When we checked in later with 2 very excited girls he was so lovely chatting with them and remembered me straight away!

I’d pre booked an 8pm dinner reservation, arrived at 7:50 and they snapped we’d have to come back in 15/20 minutes.

The warm welcome we got from Andrew on our arrival was second to none.

They kindly printed my Fit to Fly PCR as it arrived after I'd left home

The check in and check out are fast, courteous and efficient and geared for travellers,  all the necessary amenities are on hand from coffee shop and restaurant, to a dedicated phone for seamless booking of a taxi.

We booked the hotel 10 minutes before checking in and they were very friendly they got us a big room off such short notice!

We arrived this morning from Toronto Canada after taking the Hotel Hoppa from T2: despite the fact that Terminal 4 is currently closed (and therefore inaccessible via underground transfer), we still prefer staying at this particular location due to the friendly and welcoming team.

We arrived late afternoon and drove up to reception to be told by an attendant that the on site carpark was already full.

Very helpful check-in staff accommodated us with an early check-in.

We were immediately checked in by Andrew who went to great pains to welcome us and to assure us that should we require anything, not to hesitate to contact him.

I checked out to travel to Scotland and I am already back here 3 days later!

I stayed here for a couple of nights and everything was as you would expect from a Premier Inn: Clean, comfy bed and friendly staff.

It took all the stress out of catching an early flight out of Heathrow Airport.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet,the staff friendly and helpful, and the walkway to Terminal 4 made arriving in time for an early flight simple and stress-free.

This hotel was a breeze for our early morning flight back to australia.

The restaurant at this hotel was sub-standard.

Sujee in the restaurant was very quick with service, friendly and  had a smile on his face.

Food was excellent too - fresh, appealing and varied - everything you'd expect - pancakes, croissants, bagels, poached eggs, black pudding, bacon . .

Our waiter at the restaurant, Dixon, was so obliging and the general attitude is extremely good.

The customer service team were amazing, and SUJEE and the team at the Thyme Restaurant were exceptionally friendly, and despite the time at night, they brought out a celebratory birthday cake on a plate for one of our group.

The team knew it was our son's birthday and gave us a perfect room for plane spotting and left balloons and even a toy plane for him in the room! On the eve of his birthday the restaurant staff (special thanks to Sujee!)

All good, nice coffee area, everything you expect from Premier Inn, all staff very helpful, extra mile from Sujee in the restaurant.

The bar and restaurant staff are so friendly and the food offered and wine choices, while limited are certainly good enough.

The meal(dinner) was delicious - I had cauliflower florets and a veg burger with chips and some hot chocolate.

The staff right from the reception to the restaurant are so friendly and helpful.

The meals both Dinner and breakfasts were wonderful.

The food in the restaurant was delicious and fantastic service from the waiter.
