I love a good sitting area and while there’s only one chair it has this cute little writing desk with it so I was able to do some work while admiring the view.

We booked this hotel as it was the only hotel in the area with 4 stars.

A group if 4 or 5 really friendly guys working in the area.

but you can’t take them from area to area or into the casino.

The pool and hot tub area are stocked and checked for towels constantly.

Great location, clean rooms, mini-fridge available; quite a walk from the on-site parking lot to the check in area and then again to the room if you are in the far wing.

The pool area was clean and always towels available.

Other hotels in Windsor have their pool and spa areas open.

Definitely will stay again, when in the area.

Lots of Purell dispensers should have been available and in all high traffic area.

clean, close to home,downtown,  good entertainment, eating places are expensive.nat the areas for water or coffee, I'd like to see green tea.

The amenities are unmatched when you compare CW to other casinos in the area, including fitness facility, pool, sauna.

it's near where the House Lounge and epit.where  they call winning
names for drawings and also have a local band playing periodically.I like this area because it
feels close to the happenings.

Rooms are great, nice and roomy, easy access to the gaming area, good food, relax at the Sports bar area or special dining area and buffet-so much to choose from.

The night started with a couple beverages at the craft brewery area.

I liked the complimentary beverage area if you wanted a coffee or soft drink.

I expected a casino much like other Ontario casinos, I was so wrong……….

Way easier than going to the bridge and walking through the casino.

They are missing attention to details in the hotel like picking up glasses and bottles that are everywhere in the casino and just plain good housekeeping.

We got a voucher for $10 each for food at the hotel when we signed up for the casino rewards.

The casino, the coliseum, and the hotel take up a lot of real estate, so you have to walk a lot to get where you want to go.

We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay over the weekend  The hotel is directly connected to the casino for convenience.

The rooms are once again, a walk through the casino,

I got there several hours early valet, park the car my girlfriend showed up with valet parked her car we went did some visiting outside the casino.

Great parking options (Free parking in parking garage) Good options in food selection, nice to see it has a 24hr Tim Hortons in the Casino.

So, have to walk all they way back through the casino find a restaurant and eat.

They have a not-bad casino and that's it, otherwise I highly-recommend you don't throw your money in trash by coming here especially if you're looking solely for a hotel.

If you choose to not use valet, you can park across the street for free and drag your luggage across the walkway and about 1,000 yards through the casino floor to registration.

The casino is very clean and spacious with good slots, tables and restaurants.

Nice hotel with a large casino, very good selection of restaurants, and nice, spacious rooms.

They make you walk through multiple sections of casino and the signage is poor.

Dirty glasses, probably means poor cleaning, which means flies.

Assumption is: you know where you're going as a first timer, which leads to a poor experience and will not return.

His demeanor and attitude towards us was very poor and un acceptable.

Contributing to the poor experience overall was the early closure of all on property food and beverage.

But poor or nonexistent services and amenities has no place in the hospitality business.

They installed new shower heads with really poor water pressure.

Top Take-Away: Really poor internet in-rooms, otherwise would be 5 out of 5.

Could use improvement, dealer was not very enthusiastic to say the least and both cocktails bought and drinks from beverage bar were of poor quality.

But the casino has a very poor comp system.

Did I say hard to connect, that's only the 1st part of poor service?

it was a room with no view, no WIFI, just poor service on that aspect.

Casino rewards poor, casino staff and management treat customers like trash.

 Service is poor, no recognition of being a diamond guest with Caesars, rude check in staff, amenities in room are poor and didn't even get replaced during a 4 night stay.. was told to stay at the MGM in Detroit by a colleague, should have listened.

The room in the Augustus Tower was newly renovated, I won on the casino floor, security and parking were great, the Jul-Aug birthday party/buffet was good (not fantastic, only wine choices were red/merlot and white/pinot both quite dry) they used to offer a spiked punch which atleast offered an alternative to the limited beer and wine selection.

I'm certain the number-crunchers have figured out that it's more profitable to have one guy playing green chips than 5 playing red,

We arrived after taking in a Detroit red wings game.

They open your premium water or red bull if you are a seven star and limit you to 2.

We took the tunnel bus to the Red Wings game, very convenient, the driver dropped us off at the hotel after the game.

Stayed on 18th floor, great view, nice clean room, saw the show We Will Rock You, had a great time.

The latest show “We Will Rock You” was outstanding and with screens on either side of the stage there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

We enjoyed the all ages, We Will Rock You show and took our 7 year old twins and 9 year old son.

We've enjoyed rock, country and contemporary singers.

We arrived after midnight for check in after a rock concert.

I booked my room a few months prior to the date.

The room is beautiful and spacious, the bathroom is HUGE with all of the high quality amenities, and the staff were very pleasant.

The room was clean,  well decorated and comfortable.

She told me I had 5 mins to vacate the room and then had security stand outside my door as i got my things onto the bell cart.

We were there three nights and had our do not disturb since up the whole time since we don't need the room cleaned in that short of a trip and housekeeping never came in, which we appreciated!

The rooms were reasonably sized, and we had great views across the river to Detroit (we were in the tower).

I was very unimpressed with the hotel room at the Augustus Tower.

The room was clean and large even with a king bed.

Pretty Caesars property, great food at Spago's, slot machines tight Great view  of downtown Detroit from our 11th floor room.

We booked 2 rooms and was reassured they were connecting rooms (even confirmed with front desk when checking in)

The check in was awesome and the room was as well (except someone had set it at 59 degrees F).

We enjoyed the entertainment, shopping, clean rooms, wonderful staff and food.

Anyway not going to complain about Caesars because their rooms are always clean, people very pleasant!

Our room was clean and upgraded since the last time I had stayed at the casino.

The room was clean and I was given an extra day for free and the staff were excellent.

but now they are charging you $20.00 to check in early unless you are Diamond Status, there is also a resort fee now as well, next thing you know they will be charging for parking (good thing I take the train)  The rooms are still really clean and the staff are friendly in the casino and the security are as well but the front desk staff not too friendly.

Room was clean, overlooked the river to the US side.

Stayed for two nights and the room was clean and well maintained.

Room was clean comfortable and we had a wonderful view of the river.

This is a great place to visit nice clean rooms,great eating places and pleasant staff and the slot machines are fun to play..A special praise for Ramona Popa who went out of her way to help with our internet connection.We will be back and I highly recommend this Hotel Casino.

I booked a very comfortable and clean room at Caesar’s for a girl’s night out.

The room was very clean, casino was clean and no one blowing smoke in your face, parking was free and all of the staff were friendly.

I requested the Augustus tower because it’s close to the ballroom our party was in.

If you like shows and gambling, definitely a place to visit.

Entertainment and restaurants are top notch.

but know what you are in for if choosing this hotel for anything other than gambling and shows

Great place to watch live shows in the Colosseum too.

Going forward I will attend whatever show I was there to see and get the hell out of Dodge asap

The long and short of it is, the casinos are great, the entertainment lively, and the restaurants seemed fine (though bars are super understaffed), and we had some great service in the in-casino restaurants,

My wife and I stayed the night at Caesars as my work was having our holiday party in one of the ballrooms.

The room and the show were amazing… Their ability to serve everyone was much to be desired!

Band was playing both nights at bar and was great entertainment.

Also, the entrance to the Friday night show was mismanaged.

We not only had great food and a wonderful DJ that had us dancing most of the evening

Though part of the Caesars Entertainment group, this Windsor outpost seems to share little in common with any of it's Vegas stablemates.

You’ll get a coloured bracelet for each day……just show it for all entries that day.

I love spending time there and watching the shows and the bands they have are always top notch and very entertaining and the beer is always cold

but not least enjoy world class entertainment.

The staff was friendly and the casino area was nice.

Easy access to tram and monorail for going to most areas of the Strip.

Played at the casino and several mgm in the area and food excellent.

I do enjoy my stays and visiting the other casinos int he area.

I regret becoming too old to continue to be able to make a difference in many areas of security within our country.

We much preferred this area to the carnage of mid strip, which is easily walkable in 15-20 mins.

And your Uber area is awesome went to the outlets AGT all stars stayed around the hotels went to south point for the bull housing had breakfast at pyramid cafe loved the food awesomeness

And then you can see the blue man group interaction with all people at reception area that was just priceless we took video and pictures just a great experience.

A fine area to wait, shaded, and easily accessible from our section of the property.

Absolutely love the HyperX E-Sports area!

Plenty of room areas to lounge not overly crowded, and the drinks at the Oasis Pool Bar were not too sweet and nice and strong!

I always enjoy staying here this property is unlike any other in all of its own ways from the shows to the largest atrium area to restaurants, how close it is to several other great resorts .

Friendly staff and resort and pool area clean.

It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

My room was good and had a fun view of the front of the casino.

Luxor is the best casino in Las Vegas because it is a beautiful pyramid with beautiful architecture and it is connected to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur which provides multiple places to go with Luxor being at the center.

The casino was well maintained and the restaurants we when to were all great especially the pyramid cafe.

Great stay cant complain just in the future i wish they wouldn't take so long to bring me a iron, other then thay Great stay ill be back again for sure, everyone was Friendly, casino was clean didn't smell like cigarettes.

Great big room , all night open restaurant, one of the best adult show “fantasy” on the stripe, all in all good entertainment, have stayed here couple of times now , good casino, walkable to other must see hotels

As someone who has asthma this was very important to not have my hotel room smell Smokey like the casino.

I always have a great stay in a 2 bedroom tower suite, clean, quiet and easy to access the other casinos.

The casino in the Luxor is great, and LOTS of bar and restaurant options.

The tram was very convenient to get back and from from the nearby casinos.

It’s a short walk or tram ride to nearby casinos such as Excalbur if you want to venture out without having to engage in traffic in your own vehicle.

The casino has lots of great slots and you do win!

Tram ride to Excalibar, Mandalay was easy as well as walkway to those casinos.

If you’re looking for a completely acceptable room with a fun casino atmosphere Luxor is a perfect fit.

Its a really cool atmosphere and casino, so come to visit

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

button for the elevator was hanging out of the wall by it's wires. Dangerous

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.

The elevators were a constant frustration.

I enjoyed the unlimited free alcoholic drinks and red bulls while.gambling and lots of servers walking around to serve you!

Great location if you will be hiking, close to I15 and 215 loop so it's easy to get to Red Rock Canyon  State Park and Sloan Canyon (to see the petroglyphs).

There are wonderful state and national parks within an easy drive, including Red Rocks National Park and Valley of Fire State Park.

Red Rock Canyon was our favorite part of the trip.

Explore the area(Red Rocks), Valley of Fire, Boulder Dam, and walk the Strip.

We highly recommend visiting The Valley of Fire, Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead and The Hoover Dam.

A definite red flag for their cleanliness standards.

Hard Rock Cafe is great love the Coke store and M and M store amazing so many floors.

Had a great stay for the Rock N Roll 1/2 Marathon.

Jason at the Public House completely took care of us with Rock Star service.

but I would do it again and I am coming back next month for my birthday rock on Luxor

Hard rock restaurant has good food and price is reasonable and friendly

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

I had extensive issues with the individuals in the neighboring room arguing about illegal activity and being loud to the point I had to request security come address the issue at 5am.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

was too exhausted for another room change so just paid a house-keeper to come change the bedding quick. 2 out of 5 mornings i was woken by power tools renovating at 08:30,  the room beside me the first morning (was given a $65 credit and told it could be used towards "anything except the foodcourt" so put a couple Carrot Top tickets on the room.)

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

Only two were working when we visited and we had to wait pretty long to board one to get to our room.
