He and I enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the bowling alley.

We stayed here as a family due to our daughter cheering for her high school football team at a nearby venue.

Bingo is open and not crowded here, bowling and the movie theater also open.

The awesome Italian restaurant Salvatore's is now closed forever, the Peng Zu Chinese restaurant is not open, the St. Tropez buffet is closed, the Game sports bar/restaurant is closed, The Subway is closed, the ice cream parlor is closed, and the Java Vegas coffee is closed !

We stayed here a week for the PBA50 tournament and enjoyed our stay.

Coffee pot, frigerator ,big screen TV, also a bowling alley with 64 lanes,kids arcade, swimming pool.

Once again, we were required to stay they for a youth sports tournament.

Would recommend the Summerlin sun coast for a night of fun and entertainment.

I was there for a golf tournament and enjoyed the stay.

They even have a full size movie theater and bowling in the same building.

The hotel has a theater and bowling alley attached which is good for families.

Plenty of different food choices within the hotel itself plus the cleanliness and fresh smell of the entire place was a plus, along with a movie theater and bowling.

Went to suncoast to play some games, won a free breakfast and $145.

Clean hotel, bars, restaurants , casinos this location treats to the finest of western Las Vegas and the hospitality is second to none visit any time of year for fun and leisure activities travel and adventure.

The slot selection and table games are many different types.

Two major arteries (215 and Summerlin Pkwy) are very close.

The grounds and Suncoast Casino and hotel itself is well kept, with friendly staff, and is very clean;

I got some time in the casino, too, which has an excellent variety of slots and player friendly table games with odds and payouts you won’t find on the strip.

I work in a casino myself and the way a GOOD supervisor or manager would handle that would be to say something like,” I apologize for the inconvenience

The rooms have a refrigerator which is uncommon for most Casino rooms.

Room was large, great view, easy access to Casino, Dupars restaurant, gift shop (with amazing liquor section).

The casino is large & has all the usual extras you'd expect (buffets, cinema, restaurants etc) and we were entertained well enough throughout our stay.

As with most casinos, you have to walk all the way through to get to the elevators.

Some of us need to work while we're here (not just spend money in the casino), and we rely on hotels to provide adequate WiFi.

So from the time you Check in to the Time you Leave it is well worth the trip to this casino IMO.

This is our go to casino when visiting family in Summerlin.

The view of the golf course is quite pretty and it's great to have the casino and food options right downstairs.

what a very nice hotel, the staff members i encountered were super friendly, i was given a room with a very nice view, the bed was super comfy as were the pillows, the shower had really hot water and fast, the property itself was very clean.

Thanks to my wonderful server, Grace, and a couple of the very friendly security people, they got it back to me, and I got home, phone in hand, safe and sound.

From the valet, to the waitstaff or even the pit boss, every single employee we encountered were more than helpful, they were engaging and friendly.

This is a clean, friendly hotel, with well appointed rooms, excellent restaurants.

This is an older somewhat smoky casino like most.

I did not see many tourists, and I would say the casino was an older, and local crowd.

The clientele appeared to lean towards retirees, and the property was older

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for an alternative to Red Rock Casino and Resort.

It is more of the resort area with several casino's in the area including the Fabulous Red Rock Casino.

We booked 2 rooms for a group event that took place over this past weekend in March, 2022.

She stated she could do nothing more, since we booked the room through an outside agency.

We were told that when you reserve a room it is never guaranteed.

but the internet was ungodly slow, and if you wanted to get the upgraded speed, it was an extra $10/device per day!

We thought it was just a slow shower drain,

however it is slow unless you pay for an upgrade.

These workers need to be retrained on how to have good customer service and not just stare people down from afar, and make them feel uncomfortable, and talk to them with sass and attitude.

Our sheet was shorted on our bed at our feet and you felt the mattress and it was rough and uncomfortable.

Then, the beds were quite uncomfortable, with rubber sheets.

The beds themselves were very uncomfortable and the sheets felt almost like sandpaper against my skin.

Inside is nice and offers a casino floor, regal cinema and bowling alley.

Table games were plentiful, and didn’t have an issue getting a seat.

A nice well run resort with a good crowd, very good restaurants, nice property, great outdoor activities nearby and a very nice neighborhood, Lots to do nearby,

The slots and other games have their volumes set pretty low, the restaurants are fair, not great,

Our travel team stayed here for a tournament in February.

I also attended a wall yoga class which was nice.

The resort has everything you need:  bowling, movies, restaurants.

I stayed at this property for one night w my kids based on its location near scenic outdoor activities, as advertised.

but there were games for everyone and staff were friendly.

They have a movie theater, kids quest, bowing and arcades.

The food is easy top-notch and easy to snag a table; games and casino tables are lower limit than the big casinos in town; and, the pool is a perfect location to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the sun.

The bowling alley was great, the hotel was clean and easy to get around in.

It has a huge bowling alley, nice gaming area, movie theater, kids quest.

The casino had plenty of slot variations and table games.

They also have a big bowling alert there as well.

We dined at Hearthstone, the BBQ venue, T-Bones and the Cafe.

Hotel has lots of restaurants, a food court, theater (was great to go to a movie), bowling alley, and arcade.

Gambling:
Decent size sports book - staffing seemed light Friday - waited 12th in line both times I placed bets.

Depending on where your room is you may have a bit of walk from the elevators which are on one end of the property.

The hallway is LOOOONG with the elevators on one far end.

It is quite frustrating to have to wander around and always have a key card in hand to utilize the elevators.

Good to know: The hallway is "endless", they have the elevators at one end of the building, and I never had to walk so far to get to my room (with the advantage that you don't get the elevator dingdong at night).

You park at one end of the hotel and walk into the casino level then take an elevator up to your floor and for us walk 3/4 of the length of the hotel to our room, a pain with a bicycle and frustrating when the casino level is full of parking, you then have to take an elevator down from the parking structure to the casino level and start your route.

The hallways are extremely long specially when your room is on the opposite side of the elevator.

- Only have elevators at one end of the hallway.

If you book a room request one near an elevator or you will have a long long walk to your room.

Add in the fact that the pool is not heated (what five star resort doesn’t have a heated pool) and elevators that keep getting stuck (we spent 30 minutes in one yesterday), and I would not recommend this resort to anyone trying to have a fun family vacation.

One observation, if you have mobility issues request a room nearer to the elevators as they are on one end of the floor and quite far from the other.

The hallways were disgusting and I noted the same trash outside of the elevators and on the floor for days.

In town for  three  days business meeting in Sun City Summerlin   ,  Resort only 17 mines from the  airport , N. West of Vegas near Summerlin  , office check me into Red Rock Casino  and Resort ,  although it is away from the strip  , price almost  like any resort on the strip , about  800 rooms , free  shuttle to the airport  , the resort be around almost 16 years ,,

Also, valet parking is free and if you are looking for a hike Red Rock canyon is near by with lots of trails.

The resort fee was unnecessary as it was for things you fully expect in any hotel such as free wifi.

When making my reservation m, no mention of the free shuttle from the airport.

There is a free parking garage attached, so we were able to park right on site
Altogether this was a great place to stay away from the Strip.

We will be back- much better than hotel chains in my opinion and they offer free shuttle service back and forth every few hours from the airport as well.

Parking is free, covered and fairly close.

They seem to have gotten rid of most of the fun bonus type games like Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka, Skywheel, Goldfish, Hot Tamales and instead  traded for more Asian themed dragon and gold fortune type games.

Rooms are large and well-appointed and parking is free.

although same is free is needed for medication.

And the time before that, the tv in the room next to me was so loud I could hear the movie and recognized it!

Very noisy at the pool area-more like a a night club than a pool.

Between the lumpy mattresses (everyone in our party felt the same way) and the noisy guests sleep was fleeting.

Thus you would also need to close the bathroom door to ensure total privacy and "quiet".

Due to Covid there are a few restrictions; the pool and spa was closed :( and we were all masked

Could also hear them chatting on the phone the next morning.

We actually looked forward to the PSA where the staff reminded you to wear a mask just to get some relief from the noise.

Heavy sounds of doors shutting all day & night.

The one negative is hallway noise really travels so you hear anyone walking by talking or closing their door.

We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.

Red Rock Casino has a new modern feel that also has a great ambiance with its red sandstone architecture that reflects nearby Red Rock Canyon.

Whenever I can, I stay at the RED ROCK CASINO Hotel.

I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino for New Year's Eve and purposely selected a room with a "Strip View".

I have stayed at Red Rock Casino over the years many times.

Just spent a great week at the Red Rock Casino.

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rock Casino.

We love Red Rock Casino, thanks for the nice service , we been there for so many times , have fun ,and we will come again !

We highly recommend you visiting the Red Rock Casino Resort.

Don't ask me why we chose to "getaway" from our strip apartment and head on out to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for a staycation,

Hotel room lacks coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.

but the building and rooms  very mordant very clean and quite ,  front desk staff very friendly and professional , stayed at the E. King corner room, wow !

Our room was a queen double as we had 3 people staying,

We enjoy the VIP treatment from the Signature Suite rooms.

Two not quite so positive comments:  getting my room cleaned several days between 4-5:30 pm was not optimum and the ‘coming soon’ messages all around the Casino got old (I am here now).

We were only told upon arrival for our massages that we COULD HAVE arrived hours earlier and enjoyed the spa amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, showers, etc.).

Very well maintained, clean rooms, great casino and amazing pool!

The standard rooms a large and comfortable as is the bathroom.

Hotel room were large with extremely comfortable beds.

It was a lot of steps to run back to the room to grab something.

Finally, at 11:30 pm my daughter was safe and in her room.

The room was comfortable, simply elegant, and well-designed.

I am surprised at the cost of the rooms and the facility.

The hotel is immaculately clean with a very comfortable room and bed.

The rooms are spacious, clean and easy to find from the Front Desk.

They say it charges if you remove it for >15 seconds

No notice before booking and basically had the hotel lie right to our faces about “pool maintenance” when clearly we could see them setting up the wedding.

However, without notice or warning they closed the pool on Sunday of Labor Day weekend for a wedding.

When we called to get the tray removed they said there would be a $25 charge ( totally unexceptionable).

Red Rocks Resort front desk called me 2 weeks ago (end of June 2021, $8,800), stating the One80 Penthouse I paid for and booked is no longer available.

I cannot believe that they went into our room even when we had our "Do Not Disturb" sign on.

It was so nice to be in Vegas without all of the noise and craziness of the strip.

but being 10 miles off the strip you avoid most of the Vegas craziness.

It was nice to be away from the "fast pace" of the strip.

but being off the strip it's a beautiful clean hotel.

We had a great stay with our 16 year old twins, After staying 4 days on the strip , we were looking for a clean ,calm change.

We made a last minute change from a hotel on the strip so I could cycle Red Rock Canyon in the mornings.

but would pick a hotel on the strip first staying here would be a down on my list.

I could have went to the strip and dealt with the same things for less money.

The rooms are very comfortable and the property is in a good area only 15 mins from the strip.

After a half-dozen different casino stays on the Strip we are coming back to RR next time!

It was a decent distance rom the strip which for us was what we were wanting.

But here, in comfort, you get almost everything the strip has to offer with out crowd and craziness.

Let me start by saying that I really love to stay at "Off the Strip" hotels.

That moment never came, despite him walking back and forth from the area multiple times.

Like all Vegas casinos, you have to walk through the casino to get to any restaurants, and it reeked of cigarette smoke,

The doorman, someone that sets the tone for your visit and shows first contact hospitality is now tasked with badgering guests as soon as they walk in the door until they comply.

but we walked through the area once and the smoke was hurting our eyes so we avoided the area.

It opens at 9am with security guards keeping you from even walking over to see it.

The pool is not heated, and hot tubs are closed, and security walked around making sure you wore a mask at the pool — even when NO ONE was around us for more than 6 ft.

Oh, okay, it's 112 outside, smoky as hell, and this guy can barely walk.

Pool guests are not permitted to bring in any bottled water, outside food or even an empty hydro flask/bottle to fill with water in the pool area.

My friend had a bottle of water from the hotel and was told she could not take it to the pool.

but after this experience of disrespect and the worst service I have ever experienced in Las Vegas and Camille calling me trash and telling another customer that she was trying to get rid of the “trash” in the bar, which I have never ever been called in my 40 years of life and all I asked her for was a water, I can assure you that I will never step foot n Red Rocks Casino or Resort again.

Toilet - the handle would not reset so the water would run constantly unless you manually adjusted the handle to make it stop.

I hope they change their policy and allow water in there.

Keep in mind my minibar purchase was ice cold water and soda and a Titos to get me through the miserable night.

Not sure who is making these policies…hopefully, no one ended up with heat exhaustion/stroke due to not being able to drink water :(

4)One final note is the casino.

You must wear a mask unless you are in the water or in the cabana.

Sometimes you could bring water, other times they gave you a hard time.

But ask for an ice water and that’s not allowed.

The Decor: The Red Rocks Water feature and Palm Trees are worth the price of admission in and of itself. Let's not forget about the Hotel Lobby Bar with that Beautiful Chandelier (I wonder how much they spent for that?)

The water was a bit cold (but there was no sun due to the smoke from California wildfires).
