Bowling alley, food court, and Starbucks were a plus too!

The variety of table games, and slot machines ensured there was something for everyone, no matter their level of expertise.

We thought this would be perfect with the kids - away from the strip, with family activities, plus it sounded very nice with newer rooms.

The casino floor was large and had the latest games.

Bowling, cinema, and kids area available.

The blackjack payouts were 3-2 and 6-5 depending on the flavor of the game.

Inside is nice and offers a casino floor, regal cinema and bowling alley.

Table games were plentiful, and didn’t have an issue getting a seat.

A nice well run resort with a good crowd, very good restaurants, nice property, great outdoor activities nearby and a very nice neighborhood, Lots to do nearby,

The slots and other games have their volumes set pretty low, the restaurants are fair, not great,

Our travel team stayed here for a tournament in February.

I also attended a wall yoga class which was nice.

The resort has everything you need:  bowling, movies, restaurants.

I stayed at this property for one night w my kids based on its location near scenic outdoor activities, as advertised.

but there were games for everyone and staff were friendly.

They have a movie theater, kids quest, bowing and arcades.

The food is easy top-notch and easy to snag a table; games and casino tables are lower limit than the big casinos in town; and, the pool is a perfect location to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the sun.

The bowling alley was great, the hotel was clean and easy to get around in.

No fridge in room, and $15.00/day charge to receive one.

but for what they charge for their rooms they need to address dirty and worn rooms.

Additionally, my credit card was charged $363 for a prepaid room that we did not charge anything to.

I booked through a 3rd party so they added a 100$ nightly “security deposit” along w/the 400$ (50/night) resort fee to my credit card.

though the electronic tablets have lots more ‘cards’ I don’t feel it’s worth the $73. Price.

but they charged things to her account, that were for options she told them she would not cover!

It is quite frustrating to have to wander around and always have a key card in hand to utilize the elevators.

They say it charges if you remove it for >15 seconds

I was charged for an upgrade on a room for two nights in which I didn't stay in the room.

You can request one and they may or may not charge you for it depending on what it’s for (for kids food, no charge).

I have to also mention that they tried to make up for the cleanliness issue by giving us a $100 resort credit.

Their solution is a small credit towards the $600 rate they charged for the day.

No one offered a future room credit or to comp our room or anything.

I was strongly warned not to be late or skip the appointment, for there would be charges and penalties if I did.

When we called to get the tray removed they said there would be a $25 charge ( totally unexceptionable).

Red Rocks Resort front desk called me 2 weeks ago (end of June 2021, $8,800), stating the One80 Penthouse I paid for and booked is no longer available.

According to her, maintenance was supposed to be in charge

No more multiplier days for their points card unless you are local.

As far as I know, they do not charge for parking (another perk of an off-the-strip hotel) and it is easy to get to from inside the hotel.

We had the most incredible experience during our 7 days at the Red Rock Casino Resort.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino and resort.

In town for  three  days business meeting in Sun City Summerlin   ,  Resort only 17 mines from the  airport , N. West of Vegas near Summerlin  , office check me into Red Rock Casino  and Resort ,  although it is away from the strip  , price almost  like any resort on the strip , about  800 rooms , free  shuttle to the airport  , the resort be around almost 16 years ,,

We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.

Red Rock Casino has a new modern feel that also has a great ambiance with its red sandstone architecture that reflects nearby Red Rock Canyon.

Whenever I can, I stay at the RED ROCK CASINO Hotel.

I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino for New Year's Eve and purposely selected a room with a "Strip View".

I have stayed at Red Rock Casino over the years many times.

Just spent a great week at the Red Rock Casino.

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rock Casino.

We love Red Rock Casino, thanks for the nice service , we been there for so many times , have fun ,and we will come again !

Don't ask me why we chose to "getaway" from our strip apartment and head on out to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa for a staycation,

Now, Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is everything that the name implies.

I enjoyed it enough that when I go back to Las Vegas I plan to spend time at Red Rock casino again.

I recently attended a Sales Meeting at the Red Rock Casino and stayed for four nights.

We had a very nice stay at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas.

The air in the room smelled stale and like industrial chemicals.

..
-ROOMS were FILTHY..hair that was not mine in shower and on toilet seat.

The only part that I did not love is that you can smoke in the casino,

If you are sensitive to artificial or perfumed odors, it can be a problem.

The smell permeate everywhere including the non-smoking rooms.

but I found a way through it even though I detest smoke.

Like all Vegas casinos, you have to walk through the casino to get to any restaurants, and it reeked of cigarette smoke,

Only negative is some food stops are close to the casino floor and gets  some of the cigarette smoke.

but we walked through the area once and the smoke was hurting our eyes so we avoided the area.

We went back up to the room and it was mildly warm, i figured that maybe it just needed some more time, more marijuana smell entering my room.

As soon as we got into our room and turned the lights on, we noticed how filthy and dusty the room is.

However, this time our room had a sewer smell from the bathroom.

We chose to stay in a suite and my daughter pulled out the sofa couch and the sheets were not on the bed and the mattress had a huge urine stain on it.

Adding further insult and showing the craziness and double standards of the policies is the fact that cigarette smokers can actually sit at a slot machine inside the casino and smoke a cigarette- no mask!

.WAY more disappointing was the fact that even after at least 3 calls to the desk and or housekeeping,  after 2 days, still no one cleaned up the vomit in the ice  room down the hall!!

Today at 1 am at  Black Jack table ,The floor manger Jeff is a awful ,rude, very very bad attitude he get anger to customers and talk nasty words .

but the 10% that was smoking was negatively impacting the other 90%.

The same empty pizza boxes (I know cuz I marked one), and even cigarette

Gambling floor is a good size and there are plenty of options whether you prefer slots or table games.

I felt safe and welcome when I played a poker tournament at the Gold Coast.

This hotel is known for the Ping Pang restaurant.

Basically, very affordable food and then for better quality and a little more upscale try Ping Pang Pong. OMG.

My wife always plays bingo and had lots of fun.

We ended up eating dinner at Ping, Pang, Pong and their food is very good and well worth the money

Nice part is they have a bowling alley and an arcade for kids

Also a Chinese restaurant Ping Pang Pong.

There is bowling, movie theater, love music/entertainment.

There is a huge bowling alley that is smoke free and quite reasonable.

The casino offers both table games and slots plus it has a good sized sports book.

Plenty of slot machines and table games and sports book.

The sports book had a vendor stand where you could get popcorn for $1 and hot dogs for $2.

The variety of games old and new make this a really great place to visit.

It is definitely a casino for video poker players because that is the majority of games.

They have a bowling alley and numerous restaurants, Subway, Buffet,  They are near the Rio Hotel and Casino, and Palms Hotel and Casino.

Casino mostly caters to table games and video poker.

It is an older Boyd property with a fewer amenities.

Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley.

However, on the first of a three day stay we called maintenance to unplug the shower.

But the smell of cigarettes everywhere was awful even if we have reserved a non smoking room , the cleaning was very doubtful: we have find a used toothbrush behind the hair dryer 🤢 So nope I definitely not recommend this hotel

But the sliding bathroom door was much smoother!

The carpet was so old and stained we didn’t dare walk around without our shoes on, there was mold growing in the shower and the mattress/box spring sagged and looked like they were going to fall off the bed frame.

First night there is wine stains and yellow stains on the mattress and floor, no door to the bathroom just a sliding thing that doesn’t even lock, we paid for smoking rooms for them to tell us that the rooms weren’t smoking!!!

Restroom at pool is also key card consisting of toilet with privacy wall, shower with curtain, sink, etc.

If you value any privacy whatsoever in the bathroom then you will have an issue with this.

THEY ALREADY WAIVED MY HOTEL FEES AFTER A PREVIOUS ISSUE THAT HAPPENED THE PRIOR DAY WITH CRAP STAINS UNDERNEATH THE TOILET NOT CLEANED BY THE MAIDS PRIOR TO US CHECKING IN.

The shower in the bathroom needs to be redesigned.

No fan in the bathroom so mirror would always get fogged up after a shower.

The bathroom would be my only other complaint the bathroom seemed to flood easily.

We reserved a Premium room, upon booking in we found out the only difference is the fact a non premium room has a shower, we had a bath!

Showers are a bad design and water goes all over the floor.

however there was only a partial glass, not an actual door.

I wish they could just have a normal door on them!!

Today, a security guard bangs on my door demanded to do a room check.

however, the closet doors squeak so bad and loud, they would wake up anyone who was sleeping.

Was given the second floor---had a view some some type of apartment complex next door--no nig deal.

So all my dresses were hanging over doors.

If you didn't put on the do not disturb sign, maids knocked on your door at 8:30 or 9 am.

On one of the days an employee knocked on our door.

Please install proper doors, otherwise this will have been my first and last visit!

Only 3 devices can be connected to the internet WITH the resort fee (which covers internet)
Only a sliding door to the bathroom that doesn't fully close, and no lock.

Absence of proper live poker was disappointing, considering it is next door to the place where the World Series takes place!

The rooms are almost identical to the Orleans except we like the sliding bathroom door MUCH better at the Gold Coast versus the Orleans (hint hint Orleans).

The bathroom door doesn’t even lock either!

Wish people were more considerate and didn't slam the gate doors when you're laying right next to them.

Then you realize there's a window in the bathroom and you need to close the pocket door in order to not have constant light in the room.

When I returned four hours later I was told to wait while they reprogrammed the door!

I could hear it upstairs and also outside of my door.

Funny thing, we ate the Red Rock Casino in Summerlin the night before at their buffet, ( which was good )

I mean no smoking in a hotel in Las Vegas like what the f*** did it get taken over by a bunch of goody two shoes, and when I lost my room key and tried to get another one the lady at the front desk basically told me to f*** myself because it was under my moms name and not mine and I’m like we have the same last name, and no buffet!!!

although it was a nonsmoking room, there was a persistent, faint cigarette smell.

When the air conditioner ran, it put out a dreadful smell. I think it's actually called "dirty sneaker syndrome."

but not a pleasant environment for us non smokers.

The casino and sports book is quite old fashioned with the usual smoke problem and could do with a re-design and better ventilation ( or ban smoking

The smell of marijuana was so strong we called to change rooms

My only complaint was the smell of smoke in the hallways near some rooms.

but once you got a table the smokey smell wasn't too noticeable.

but the cigarette smoke is thick and stale.

We got febreeze to try to mask the pungent smell to no help.

And the carpet in that room was absolutely filthy.

The room was filthy and was a handicap

I matter not in the slightest and I’m just an observer not actually a customer,don’t smoke and don’t gamble.

I had heard so much about unwanted cigarette smoke,

The coffee and stale Muffins in the Java area were not repeated.

Would be nice if it had a fridge.I was on smoking floor and it would be nice if they had better ventilation in hall way as it smells.

Check in near the valet, easy check in  Table games close at 3am on weekdays.

He and I enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the bowling alley.

We stayed here as a family due to our daughter cheering for her high school football team at a nearby venue.

Bingo is open and not crowded here, bowling and the movie theater also open.

The awesome Italian restaurant Salvatore's is now closed forever, the Peng Zu Chinese restaurant is not open, the St. Tropez buffet is closed, the Game sports bar/restaurant is closed, The Subway is closed, the ice cream parlor is closed, and the Java Vegas coffee is closed !

We stayed here a week for the PBA50 tournament and enjoyed our stay.

Coffee pot, frigerator ,big screen TV, also a bowling alley with 64 lanes,kids arcade, swimming pool.

Once again, we were required to stay they for a youth sports tournament.

Would recommend the Summerlin sun coast for a night of fun and entertainment.

I was there for a golf tournament and enjoyed the stay.

They even have a full size movie theater and bowling in the same building.

The hotel has a theater and bowling alley attached which is good for families.

Plenty of different food choices within the hotel itself plus the cleanliness and fresh smell of the entire place was a plus, along with a movie theater and bowling.

Visited The Game every day during my stay.

Exceptional table game dealers, Robert Linebaugh, Jack, Mark, Jennifer and Ben.

Went to suncoast to play some games, won a free breakfast and $145.

Really just stealing from customers

These guy charge without clearly explaining it upfront and you gunna face it at checkout (and blaming that the booking third party is responsible to tell it to you) 2.

had already turned it in and the Manager I spoke to said she could mail it right away to me and just charge the $15 to my card!

They want to charge $35.00 for an early check-in

but with an early check in fee - usually places will let you in without extra charges, but it was before 10am and so i was happy to pay a surcharge to access the room for the rest of the day (and make use of the facilities).

There was a lamp on each nightstand that had one power outlet--excellent for charging phones and devices at bedside.

When I went to check my balance last Christmas I was told that the program had changed.

In today's world, it's a bit insane to charge that.

My room was also comped and not even a resort fee was charged for the comped days.

Warning - if you attempt to register before 2:00 pm, they will charge a $25 fee.

but they had to charge me for the $12 call because it connected and was 1 minute.

They have security to access the elevator and the elevator needs a key card to operate too.

Then 15min later we checked in and were charged a resort fee,

we pulled up and our car was valet parked at no charge to us.

About the player's card, when you play the first dollar at a machine (the whole dollar) you'll get a credit for $5.

If I room charge I do not need to show ID - " that's OK - we know you".

I question whether the casino intentionally blocks the cell signal so that guests are forced to use the room phone and rack up charges.

I also saw a movie for $4.00, the player's card rate.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for an alternative to Red Rock Casino and Resort.

It is more of the resort area with several casino's in the area including the Fabulous Red Rock Casino.

and their internet connection was far better than at Red rock Casino.

There's also the more upscale and pricy Red Rock Casino and JW Marriott in the area.

The hotel is only a short drive from Red Rock Casino and that is where we spent most of our casino time.

It is also fairly convenient to Red Rock Canyon (and Red Rock Casino).

I personally, would recommend the Red Rock Casino & Casino (Vegas 4.5 Star) as on father West Charleston Blvd for an alternate Casino play.

The Red Rock Casino is just a short drive away.

Next door also in two other casinos to enjoy, and 5minutes away is the beautiful Red Rock Casino.

It's also very close to the new Red Rock Casino, which is spectacular

The absolute worst.The overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the hotel and outdated bathrooms is simply the tip of the iceberg.

Do not recommend this hotel unless you’re a smoker.

The oyster restaurant is open to the casino and does NOT smell good.
