Incredible view of the track for the F1, Balcony and comfortably sit 5 people.

I had decided on this hotel becuz it is one of the few that offer a " house style" apartment & has sound proof walls .. those were the selling points - along with the balcony - which we enjoyed alot .. most of the new casinos have locks on the windows and balconys - so this was a bonus !

The best part…the private balconies and full kitchens!!

The room was spacious and the view of the strip from the balcony was great!

It offers nice view from the balcony over the city.

Staff friendly and helpful, room (Princess Suite, Strip View) is huge, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely big balcony with table and chairs.

The balcony offered a amazing strip view as well as a place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail after a long day.

One morning I woke up, got some water, and went to the balcony.

We’ve stayed here 13 years running, and enjoy the clean, quiet rooms, we’ve stayed in Solitaire, Princess, and Marquis suites, and they’re all great, with full kitchen areas  in Princess and Marquis, clothes washers and dryers in room, balconies very spacious, and a great local casino(Ellis Island) just around the corner for food choices, since the Platinum has temporarily closed theirs.

The suite has a furnished balcony with a view of the Strip.

Bed was comfortable, amenities excellent (full kitchen) and the little balcony afforded a great place to relax and view the Strip in the distance.

The living area had sliding glass doors leading to a balcony that fit a table and four chairs.

We got a great corner room on the top floor and loved having a balcony and full kitchen.

Full kitchen, living room with balcony, bedroom and a huge bathroom.

OverAll a Very Pleasant place to Stay, with a Small Walk to the Strip

I had one question for maintenance about the balcony door, and they responded immediately.

Great room with a balcony view of Flamingo Road.

but were immediately checked in to a spacious room - kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bath and a balcony.

I liked that I had a balcony with a table and chairs I could use in my room.

I did not mind the short walk to the best part of the strip, Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd and at the intersection you find Cesar's, Bally's Flamingo and Bellagio.

The hotel is within walking distance of the High Roller 550-foot ferris wheel, the Bally's arena, and the Bellagio fountain.

The location is very good as your a block and a half south of Bally's and the Flamingo.

The location: It's really right behind Bally's, about a 15 minute walk to the Strip, which is nothing to a New Yorker if the weather is cooperative ;) The weather was pretty mild in April so we walked from Caesar's to the hotel after Celine Dion.

Not too far from the strip, about a 5 minute walk to Bally's.

It is a two block walk to the entrance of Bally's.

The location is good, only 5 minutes walk to Bally's or 10 minutes to Linq.

It is one black back from the strip (just nip through Bally's / through Paris and you are on the strip) Concierge lady was very helpful and nothing was too much bother.

The street is very well traveled and has a sidewalk, you actually walk past the Westin and you are right at Bally's.

The location is a short 2 blocks to the strip and one block from the food court/shopping under Bally's.

but if  you walk through Bally's it cuts the walking time and you end up right in the middle of everything.

The hotel is based one block behind Bally's, and walking to the Strip brings you to the corner of Flamingo and LV Blvd.

Bally's is across the street and has a good Turkish fast food and icecream shop in the outdoor food court.

Although it has no casino there are some fun ones around and it is behind Bally's so just off the strip.

It is only seven minutes walk to the strip and only five minutes to enter the rear doors of Bally's.

We loved our 4-night experience here and the closeness to the Strip which is not just sidewalk time if you cut into Bally's and Paris for some in-transit experiences.

Most of the time I stayed around Bally's, Flamingo, Cesar's and Bellagio because they were the closest strip hotels / restaurants / entertainment.

This hotel is a gem, only 2 blocks off the Strip behind Bally's.

It is very easy to access the Bally's mono rail station by going in the side entrance by the Johnny Rockets.

I’ve now discovered they’ve charged the full $100 to my account.

They said it was due to my card being declined, what a bunch of BS!!!!!

We were charged for the first night, we booked a King Deluxe room.

The ATM in the lobby charges a $5 fee per transaction, $300 maximum, $20s only.

They have lost the focus and now charge for everything-late check out-charge-early check in-charge.

It’s much quieter than the enormous resort hotels along Las Vegas Boulevard
The hotel has no casino which we really liked; there is no charge for valet parking (except tipping the guys) and the “resort tax” includes unlimited wine at the bar for an hour or so each evening.

But the resort fee i never has to remind them to charge this.

I saw a number of charges and credits from the 2 bills so I will need to check my credit card to ensure I was properly charged.

Of course in 4 or 5 days, you get credit for the 1st charge

but would also be careful to watch what I was being charged.

but we just used the steam sauna, and relaxation room free of charge for guests. Free valet parking (please tip well!)

Considering I've paid for hotels across Canada and Europe with that debit card it seemed bush league.

but the costs were a bit steep and there was also a $20 service charge - there is a 7 Eleven very close to the hotel and it probably would have been cheaper to get the groceries there.

However, I remember back when the Platinum did not charge those fees.

2)  You have to put your key card in a slot to make the AC work. We did not know this (no one told us at the front desk!)

but she had a bottle of wine and a card waiting for me and my family when I checked in.

We tried to reason with him on the daily deposit of USD 50 that is required by the hotel, as we wanted to pay this by cash as we had a debit card and this money goes on hold on the card.

The gentleman at the desk walked away with my credit card, did not say a work, came back with copies very questionable, when I to speak to a manger, he just justified the actions.

The suites are huge, and very comfortable.

They have a full kitchen, living room, and large bedroom and bath.

The room was enormous- giant bathroom, full kitchen, huge bedroom, and large living room with balcony and pull out couch for the kids.

We got  a big suite with full equipped kitchen, large bathroom, big bedroom and big salon, we surprised  to find a washing machine and a dryer in the room that we need very much after a week on the roads.

Pros: friendly staff, large suite with full kitchen, clean, got a great price.

Bedroom was very large, two beds with another large TV and wide window.

We had a large suite which was very spacious by Vegas standards.

The hotel staff absolutely amazing and the room was an apartment Fully  equipped kitchen a very large bathroom and a washer and dryer.

Room was very clean and most importantly very big - kitchen, small living room, bedroom and huge bathroom.

The rooms are great - they are large suites.

The suite has a full kitchen, living area with TV and fireplace, bathroom with separate jetted tub and shower, large bedroom with ample closet space, and a balcony.

The suites are huge - enough room for 6 adults to work together, as well as have one more adult and a child come at meal times.

The suite is so large, you won't believe it!

Rooms are amazing, huge suites, great service, wonderful food, so quiet and peaceful.

Location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Las Vegas.

Ellis Island is just next door, has great casual choices,  Del Frisco’s is close by with other higher end dining, and  I could go on,,but we always recommend Platinum Hotel to  all our friends and family, and those who have never stayed in Las Vegas before.

Located just a quick two blocks off the strip, the Platinum is a perfect place to for both short and long term stays in Las Vegas.

The Platinum will now be our "GO TO" place when staying in Las Vegas.

The location on Flamingo is a brisk 10 minute walk from Las Vegas Blvd.

We recommend this for a great stay in Las Vegas.

Stopped in Las Vegas for 5 days and picked this hotel.

Lovely clean comfortable hotel about 10 min walk to Las Vegas strip so it was a much quieter hotel as it didn't have a casino or night club.

Great area, just walking distance from Las Vegas Blvd.

If we return to Las Vegas this would be where I would stay and highly recommend this hotel if you don't want to be right on the Strip

The vows from our room were amazing and looked over all that is Las Vegas.

The Platiunum Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas can be summed up in one word - Awesome!

I have been coming to Las Vegas for years on business and prefer to stay at a nongaming hotel.

More than 20 years after my last visit to Las Vegas, it's clear that any remaining magic and edge has drained from this town.

This is the only hotel that I will stay at when I go back to Las Vegas. Thanks!

It is a few minutes walk from the strip and we had a balcony from where we could see all the Las Vegas skyline and the observation wheel.

Vegas seems a little seedy everywhere, so don’t know what to say.

(But honestly, you're going to walk miles each day if you are out wandering in Vegas anyway.)

but there are a bunch of homeless people you need to walk past and at night they can get very mouthy and in one case, violent.

I find that quite unfair on the Hotel because step out onto any street in and around the strip area and you are going to find drunks, homeless and even drug addicts,

these felt a little seedy and I was a little uncomfortable walking past them by myself. .

Unfortunately I ran across quite a few homeless folks sleeping, sitting, or just basically hanging out within a block in either direction.

but quite a dodgy are overlooking a gas and power station with homeless people and drunks everywhere.

but the quality of the wine was questionable!

Avoid this terrible place !Very questionable and dishonest management.I had confirmed reservation and spoke to"customer service " rep on hone.

but I wouldn't recommend walking at night because the abutting gas station has plenty of shady characters (meth?).

Just a note on the recent mass shooting - this was a scary time to be in the City for us as we had been in the area just before the event took place,

You can buy bus passes onboard (exact change required, $5 for a day pass) and they are valid also on the Strip (the passes cost more if you buy them on the Strip - onboard the 202 you will get them for the residential price).

Wifi is open so people in the neighborhood piggyback on it.

Yes there are a few homeless people hanging around the hotel BUT this is Vegas there are homeless people everywhere.

However, the homeless situation seemed to be pronounced in the area of the hotel,with people panhandling within a short distance of the hotel.

That didn't bother me,what did is the amount of homeless people who bombarded me with requests for smokes or the use of my cell phone because the only place to sit outside is on the front of the hotel  stairs (right next to the bus stop),Which isn't even used as an entrance.

At night the ampm does have some questionable characters

It was too long of a walk in the heat and a slightly sketchy area to walk to the strip.

It surpassed our expectations .. we were given a strip view and a bottle of wine at arrival .. Paul was awesome and checked us in and was so detailed as to what your facility has to offer ..

We received a complimentary bottle of wine at check in.

The service was excellent and we received a free bottle of wine upon arrival (that I couldn't drink pre-race).

The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch as well.

Easy check in with a bottle of wine in the house.

A free bottle of wine (red or white) was provided at check-in.

The room was spacious, they offered a bottle of wine at check in, the pool was heated and amazing to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine.

The complimentary wine in the bar from 4-5:30pm was a wonderful added bonus!

Every night there was a free wine reception and Happy Hour 1/2 price appetizers.

The welcome wine at 4 pm was such a great touch!

Free wine in the late afternoon, and good apps.

In the afternoon there was happy hour with free wine and half priced bar food and drinks — the bar food was very tasty and again prices were very reasonable.

They told me i can pick the house wine only, this is the same wine that was giving away for free at the guest before the happy hour each day LOL great joke.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we utilised the free wine time 4-5:30 and the happy hour small plates menu.

They also had a happy hour everyday were there was free wine for 1.5 hrs and 50% off menu/drinks for 3 hours.

In addition, there's complimentary wine during happy hour!

Free wine happy hour between 16:00 and 17:30.

Lastly, there was a happy hour with free wine from 4:00PM -5:30PM.

The balcony was a sweet perk and the hospitality is top tier.

Great size rooms, full/ half kitchens, & balconies!

Our room had a balcony which was fabulous.

The king suite featured a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a dining table, sectional with a pull out couch, large bathroom and king size bed in a separate room with a balcony.

Mine had a king sized bed in a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, dining table, sectional, balcony, and 2 large TV's.

My unit had everything I needed and fab amenities, too: its own washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen in which to prep and cook all of my meals, an oversized tub to soak in, and a completely private balcony with a direct view of the new stadium (being built)

In addition, Jerri as well as Stephanie went above and beyond to meet my every need.

The rooms are spacious and modern & updated with balconies and great views.

We had a room with a balcony that you could see the strip from.

Beds are very comfortable and the suites are very large with a balcony.

We were given an up grade to a balcony suite with a view of the strip.

The kitchens are high-end and my balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view!

The suite had a  balcony to sit out on, and the suite itself had a tub and separate shower, very comfortable king bed, nice darkening curtains, lots of amenities, a full size fridge, and a nice touch was the free popcorn.

He gave us a free upgrade to a King Size Suite with a balcony for all of us to check out.

The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The door from the living room to the balcony was defective.

Doors from both the living room and bedroom lead to the balcony, which has a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the area and sunset.

The balcony had a gorgeous view of the mountains.

They accused me having my do not disturb sign on the door.

The door to the balcony did not close, which meant hearing the traffic all night in one room.

toilet initially backed up from room next door.

Also I wish there was a door between the bathroom dressing area and the bedroom.

In fact all the doors make a lot of noise.

My kids really enjoyed the stay in this hotel,  even my little puppy was happy in this trip ( the only complain is not having a little grass area for pets, I had to walk across street to the hotel next door that have a little grass area).

I was not able to unlock or open the door outside.

And we also had to listen to dogs barking at 3:00 am next door.

Also no luggage racks, electric plugs in convenient places and bathroom door swung out into the room.

Then there is a door connecting to a toilet with glass partitioned shower and single sink.

but could also be the balcony door which instead of repairing is screwed closed.

The stopper in my tub was broken, the dryer vent below the lint trap was completely clogged, the elevator doors opened in slow motion, and, most importantly, both hot tubs were broken.

The insulation of doors and windows is not adequate to block the traffic noise, and as the location is at the entrance to an industrial area there are many trucks and cars using this road at all hours, especially from around 5.30 am.

The general manager, Brittany Steward, was sympathetic to the smokers and accepted their poor excuse, that while they were smoking on the balcony, the smoke drifted in through the open balcony doors.

I was so sad we missed a night in Staybridge because comparing it to the hotel next door was like comparing a Lexus to a Ford.

but with the doors closed we didn't notice it.

Once I figured how to close the balcony door properly, there was no noise at all from outside traffic (we were on the 3rd floor).

but then she called the driver in front of me who verified again that the numbers outside the exit doors on baggage reclaim did not exist, no numbers on the doors which embarrassed me and made me feel small.

but very good sound control -thick walls and heavy doors.

Our first suite was facing Russel Rd and the noise was a nightmare, especially at night and even with the doors closed.

Our driver gave us information about Las Vegas while we were traveling the reception.

The hotel also has a large fitness center that oversees the Las Vegas Strip, business center, and breakfast foyer (where breakfast is free and was on time every day of my stay).

Will definitely be staying here again, when visiting Las Vegas! !

Excellent stay at Staybridge Suites Las Vegas.

The hotel is near to airport and Strip, a reasonable close location to stay in Las Vegas.

I recently had a business trip and stayed at Staybridge suites Las Vegas for 7 days.

I have always been very pleased with my stay and I will continue to use the Staybridge as my choice of hotel in Las Vegas.

A couple of friends and I decided it would be a good place to stay because of its proximity to the las vegas strip, it had free breakfast and it had a nice looking pool and a couple of hot tubs to relax in.

Stayed at the Staybridge Suites Las Vegas for a long President's holiday weekend, which is the perfect location - close enough to the airport and I-15,

We had the best stay at the Staybridge Las Vegas on Dean Martin!

We utilised the shuttle for the airport pick-up and Las Vegas visits.

Overall, this is my go-to hotel when staying in Las Vegas.

I stayed here during a work trip to the las vegas area.

We stay at this hotel every time we're in Las Vegas; it's just off of the strip with excellent access to strip hotels, theaters and restaurants - all from their back side.

Stayed here whilst on a road trip having already spent a week in Las Vegas earlier in the trip and just wanted a quiet rest.

One of the best features of this hotel is the shuttle to the las vegas strip.

We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Las Vegas!

It offers a quiet, upscale alternative in Las Vegas.

They offer a few light evening snacks during the week.

It is great that three nights a week they offer a light meal and after a long day of driving was nice not to have to go out.

The hotel light key staff truly did practice WOW customer service.

And for guests who don't want to drive, they have a daily shuttle that runs till 10 pm that takes you and picks you up directly from the strip.

All in all a lovely place to stay with very professional dedicated staff a credit to the hotel just one recommendation maybe the shuttle could run until 12 midnight just a suggestion to think about.

They run a shuttle to the strip and to the airport.

Their shuttle runs every hour to the strip and drops you off at the New York Hotel which is literally less than 5 mins.

The hotel runs shuttle transfers to and from the strip on the hour and to airport on the half hour up to 10.30pm.

Getting to the strip and back is easy as they run a shuttle
