 - However, smoking is permitted which is a turn off. 6.
 - The SPA tower smells of cigarette smoke so we asked to be moved to the Palms tower—this was much better.

 - Only 15 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas Strip, this property is located in the newer, more affluent residential neighborhood of Summelin.
 - If you want to be away from the busy Las Vegas strip and be near enough to drive to the strip, this is a good choice.
 - My husband grew up in Las Vegas and wanted to surprise me with a wonderful hotel experience off of the strip.
 - but there are plenty of take out options in Las vegas.
 - I checked in to JW Marriott Las Vegas just to to experience the 5 star Service, and yes indeed!

 - Quick call down to the front desk and pots and pans were brought up.
 - You can call for things like towels or toilet paper,
 - I had to call the front desk to get toilet paper.
 - but the online reservation thing made it difficult and with my time/distance issues, I could never get a call through. Sad.
 - but when we call they came with more to us seeing that we are staying long there.

 - We had to make a second request for it to be cleaned.
 - Lastly, when I checked out, I requested a final bill.
 - We (I travelled with a friend) had asked in our booking for the sofa bed to be made up.
 - My question is, if my file was already notated for pre-check in request, why did I again have to point it out to the staff.

 - However housekeeping let it down.
 - We had to make a second request for it to be cleaned.

 - First time in Las Vegas and a great hotel.
 - Location is very good, you can walk 5 minutes and you are in the middle of Las Vegas strip.
 - I would consider staying here again if I returned to Las Vegas, I enjoyed the smoke free environment and not being attached to a casino.
 - Gita at the Concierge desk was exemplary - above and beyond - she knew answers to all our questions and suggested fabulous things to do in and around Las Vegas.
 - I did not mind the short walk to the best part of the strip, Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd and at the intersection you find Cesar's, Bally's Flamingo and Bellagio.

 - People online say they had washers and dryers in their rooms,
 - The room itself — two queen beds in a strip view room — was massive with separate bedroom and living room, a full size kitchen, spacious bathroom and even a washer dryer.
 - The kitchen had a washer and dryer - a godsend for us as we had three weeks of laundry!
