 - We asked questions several times regarding the hotel charges in our credit card and the front desk staff always patiently gave us clear explanation.
 - There was a small kitchen with a full fridge (none of the "don't move this or we charge you" crap), Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods (did not have to buy them), small bath off the living room and big screen TV in both the living room and bedroom.
 - If you don’t have a room card you won’t be getting on the elevators.
 - Make sure you understand your charges to ensure your are not double charged.

 - Finally, in the casino they will not give you points for playing roulette on the machines or using a horse racing game that I enjoyed.
 - For gambling I recommend going to the Wynn Casino, all connected to the Encore, if you want a larger casino with more variety.

 - When we got to the room we found the keys didn't work and the hotel waived one night's resort fee for having to walk back down and get new ones.
 - They sold my room i paid months in advance for and left me with a downgraded version of it with zero form of compensation.

 - Best hotel resort I ever stayed at room was beautiful the accommodations were amazing located right in the heart of the Vegas strip connected to the mall and theaters to catch a show too much to see too little time.
 - The location was fantastic as it was connected to a shopping mall with many places to eat (we recommend Ocean One).
 - The hotel is connected to Miracle Mile Shops which leads to Planet Hollywood, and is pretty central to most activities and other hotels (like a 5-15 minute walk).
 - even though its off the strip, its connected to Planet Hollywood and the mall so you have easy access to the strip.

 - It’s refreshing at the end of the day to be able to go to the suite without having to walk through a casino!

 - I just was so taken aback that everything is extra from the tube for the lazy river (after paying a $45 resort fee), the first two rows of chairs at the wave pool ($50+ per chair), parking $45/night.
 - Just be aware that if you want two chairs and an umbrella for shade, it’s expensive ($150).
 - Why would a top hotel brand hotel like Four Seasons charge resort fees at their Las Vegas property?
 - Each Four Seasons is different on their pet allowances: some don't charge anything, some charge a one-time fee, some charge a nightly fee.
 - If we could fix just one thing it would be the cost of the cabana (cabana 8 is on an upper level so a distance from the pool and no misters so you had to be in the water for any relief from the heat).

 - Easy parking, fast elevators, close to the Strip, nice shop to buy food at and get coffee right inside the hotel.

 - The few items we had were good just a bit over priced for what you get in a box not even with real silverware.
 - The manager on duty was rude, they later charged me a pet fee for having my service dog w/me,charged me a valet fee
 - An HGVC manager told me if they had a restaurant it would be a cost burden on the owners. Ridiculous.

 - I had some questions and needed assistance with renting a scooter/wheelchair and was provided with one phone number which had no rentals available, and I had to seek other businesses on my own.
 - I was on the phone for several hours trying to get someone to send it back.
 - Toiletries were available and if you ran out and needed more, it was just a phone call away to house keeping.
 - I told her of the situation and she said I had to call Expedia.
 - Nothing Tuesday morning, I was expecting a call from JC Reed, Director of Guest Operations.

 - Down to the Valet parking even get the five star very friendly polite very helpful knowledgeable

 - We were woken up at 5:00 by smoke/smell of marijuana by the people in the room next to us.
 - Minor issues with very loud neighbors as many of the rooms are connecting so you can hear a lot.
 - however we were given a room as far away as possible from the elevators, a room as noisy as possible facing the T-Mobile Arena & all of its noise.
 - We stayed Nov 11-13 and the air conditioner sounded like an airplane every time it kicked on every 15 minutes or so.
 - but 3, 4, 5 in the morning you can still hear the music!

 - The hotel is near almost everything on the strip and your room will give you a great view of it!
 - Spent The Weeknd in Vegas for both hockey and football games and it’s the perfect spot on the strip for quick easy access to both venues.

 - We stayed in October to see the Marc Anthony concert and I was completely happy and impressed with the new hotel.
 - We were going to Phish concert at MGM Grand Arena and it is a 10 minute walk.
 - Close Enough Walk to the MGM Grand for Concerts.
 - My 16 year old daughter and I stayed at the Park to attend the Lady Gaga Concert at the Park Theater.
 - I tried the Spa and enjoyed the Park Theater for a couple of Jonas Brothers concerts.

 - Excellent stuff pool was never really crowded good location if you don’t want to be too close to the strip The rooms are pretty decent size and clean definitely recommend staying here with family And the Southpoint hotel as nice as good food

 - traveled with friends and we had connecting rooms, their room upon entering smell of cigar smoke and the staff could not get rid of the smell.
 - Sheets had stains, hallway always smelled like sewage.
 - If you love the smell of marijuana or like being around people smoking marijuana around young children at the pools or at the entrances to the towers, than this is the resort for you.
 - Marijuana could be smelled inside the room

 - Although Housekeeping is really understaffed, they try their best to resolve any issues regarding a unit.

 - The 2 bedroom lock off was essentially 2 separate 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
 - Rooms are spacious and they have a full kitchen.
 - The full kitchen saves a lot of money for a big family vacation!

 - You pay you fees a get junk in return.
 - After falling on hard times and several financial setbacks, I couldn't afford to pay for this any longer.
 - A day after we arrived home, I was checking my credit card and lo and behold, the $30.00 resort fee was there.
 - We had to Uber every day which can get costly.
 - We were upset that we was not able to get our free trip to Hawaii cause we paid our deposit and than was told they had no available openings we have considered getting rid of the timeshare
