We even stored our luggage for free in the office the last day as we had an evening flight back to Las Vegas.

Arrived after a long drive from Vegas and was checked in swiftly by an extremely pleasant lady at the desk which def impressed me.

Cow Hollow is a very good economic hotel.

This was our third stay at Cow Hollow and all 3 have been good.

I searched thru Trip Advisor reviews for a hotel that was clean, bug-free, and near where I needed to work, and the Cow Hollow worked out.

We had a very positive stay at the Cow Hollow Suites.

Cow Hollow Inn was right where we wanted to be!

We wanted to check out the neighborhood and found the Cow Hollow Inn to be well located - walking distance to the Presidio/Palace of Fine Arts and Fisherman's Wharf area.

Cow Hollow is one of my favorite neighborhoods.

Cow Hollow is nice and quiet, with Mel's diner open 24/7opposite, which is very convenient.

Cow Hollow is a lovely little area which feels residential and less touristy than other places we have stayed

The Cow Hollow Inn makes a great base for exploring San Francisco.

The access to Cow Hollow is very easy off Lombard street.

Finally, the reservation person (we booked directly with Cow Hollow) and Check-In Desk folks were friendly and helpful.

Cow Hollow is very comfortable and has great staff.

Location of this hotel is spot on, the Cow Hollow area felt very safe and there were plenty of good restaurants and bars to visit in the evening.

We like the Cow Hollow and Marina areas because of the good hotel values, abundance of restaurants on Chestnut St, and the convenient bus service to Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park, GG Bridge, and Chinatown.

Cow Hollow in was a perfect location for us and our two youngish children (7 and 4).

A boutique, older hotel that was easy enough to find, parking was included in room rate so it was nice to stay at a hotel in safe feeling district and be able to walk to restaurants, stores, etc.

Free, underground parking was a draw for us.

Not only was this hotel clean with lots of parking in the city, it was walking distance from the Golden Gate Bridge and the parks in that area, as well as surrounded by AMAZING restaurants, cafes and shops!

Parking space is also available at the street level and basement, which is a big plus for a hotel inside the city.

The windows are old and do not stop any noise, you can even hear people talk as they walk by
And then to add to the noise we had to deal with the ice machine outside our rooms which chuck ice out every hour, and the constant whistle of the machine itself.

I complained the next day that the air con fan was very noisy The shower went hot and cold when using it and the television kept going very dull 
I was assured it would be attended to 
Also no maid service 
Next day nothing has been done so I mentioned it again

Also, there was a lot of noise from the street outside and the windows weren’t noise-proof at all.

the street outside is full of crazies screaming murder entire night and being violent.. banging on doors making everyone fear for their safety.

The only thing I would say is the noise in the mornings is kind of irritating, we thought it was a one off

My room was facing the lombard which was a bit noisy

If you are sensitive to street noise, request a room in the rear of the building.

Problem came at night when the single-glazed windows did nothing to stop the traffic & street noise below.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you expect to be kept awake all night.

This level of noise shouldn't be legal and this hotel should not be open during construction.

There was nothing warning you that you may experience noice when booking this hotel which really they should because it’s that noisy.

Not an ideal place to stay if you were looking for a standard room since they all face the Main Street, which is extremely noisy at all times, couldn’t sleep at all.

The only down thing is the rooms facing the Lombard Street, because the noise.

I didn't find it to be unnecessarily noisy.

We paid to upgrade from one of the rooms on Lombard st because it was so loud with traffic noise.

The noise is absolutely AWFUL and relentless!!!

It is so noisy on the 2nd floor we could not hear the tv with the volume maxed.

There are plenty of places to eat around the inn and it appears to be a nice area.

Plenty of places to eat locally, we favoured MEL’s Diner across the street, good food and friendly happy staff - you have to see the inside it’s amazing.

There are plenty of options nearby for shopping and food.

They have an arrangement with a couple of local restaurants where you get 10% off your meals.

Close to numerous small restaurants with delicious food.

The neighborhood is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to the Marina Green.

The diner downstairs was excellent , recommend any of the breakfast items.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance which is a big plus.

Great for restaurants near by & bike rental opposite which we highly recommend.

You get a discount for breakfast at the restaurant next door (probably the best breakfast we had during our US trip).

Great location in San Francisco a short walk from the Palace of Fine Arts, Presidio etc.

It is very well situated in the Cow Hollow area of San Francisco which is near the Marina and Fisherman's wharf.

May stay here again if in San Francisco or we may try one of their other sister properties on Lombard.

The free parking underneath the hotel is incredible for the San Francisco area.

This is certainly our hotel of choice in San Francisco and I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

The location near the Marina is very convenient and the parking is a real plus in San Francisco.

Rooms were a great size too for San Francisco and the free parking was a major bonus.

We considered multiple TripAdvisor reviews and activity mapping when considering lodging options for our five day trip to San Francisco.

This is a great choice if you drive to San Francisco since the parking is free.

but this was the first visit for my granddaughter who has wanted to see San Francisco for a long time.

While there, we also visited the Walt Disney Museum in the Presidio,

San Francisco is a wonderful city to visit and the Cow Hotel Inn is our favorite place to stay—-we have been there many times.

My daughter located this property while we were all doing research on options for hotels and locations in San Francisco.

but it has nice rooms and is located in part of San Francisco that caters to locals.

At 5 am the city started jack hammering the street  we wanted to sleep till 10 am We had bad trip from Ohio .Went down to front desk their response was they can’t do anything , I could come back at 7:30 to talk to manager  I did he smiled and said too f***ing bad I had 600 $ in two rooms ! !!

But if loud noises from the street traffic would bother you I would not recommend this hotel.

but you can tell from being outside that a room overlooking the street could be very noisy.

but a little bit hard to sleep due to the noise from the road just right outside our window.

The room was on Level 1 overlooking busy Chestnut Street and could sometimes get a bit noisy,

However - I found that by bed time, the street traffic was not as heavy and the noise level was reduced - no more than many big city hotels on main streets.

The noise from the street was pretty loud for the first couple of nights.

This did cause a bit of road noise as both Filbert and Lombard are busy streets.

We had a room facing Lombard  and the street noise is indeed very loud.

It's right off Lombard Street so the rooms facing the road are a little noisy.

The only con was the noise from the street.

however if was on the front side street which was too much traffic noise.

As other reviews have mentioned the road noise from Lombard Street is significant as the windows are single pane and poorly insulated.

Be sure to ask for a room not facing Lombard or Steiner streets where there is some traffic noise

The only down side is the rooms that face on to Lombard Street are a little noisy as the road is a busy one

Yes it is on a busy street so it can be a bit noisy

The lift is old and works when it feels like it, sometimes quicker to walk down the stairs 
The room itself are not too bad, some areas around the windows need fixing,

Woke up this morning to a giant pounder and two storey-ashphalt machine buzzing hammering and making crazy noise appearing in my window, manned by workers with massive headgear to protect their ears.

but also the hotel needs to do something about the windows or stop charging so much for their rooms

We might as well have had the windows open - between the cars, people yelling, and construction work, we got ZERO sleep.

I was offered ear plugs (evidently others have complained, so they have them) and a loud fan to place near the window and attempt to drown out the noise.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise from outside was like the windows were wide open.

Traffic on Lombard is very loud even with the windows closed and there was construction on the street below that literally shook the building.

My only slight issue with the room was that the windows were single paned and had gaps so you could hear outside noise.

but this seemed to have the thinnest windows and paper thin walls.

They really need to install better windows to reduce the noise.

As suspected this room facing traffic was a very noisy room with heavy trucks and buses through the night just outside your window.

Even at night it was quite noisy and the windows are very thin.

We booked a King sized room and our window faces the wall and another room, hence we could not pulled back the curtain.

None of this can be helped, except the hotel only has single glazed windows.

Also our room was facing the main road and the windows are thin so we can hear everything from outside.

Although the window faced out onto the main street we didn't get disturbed by traffic noise.

The RV park is close to pretty much everything.

Good location for pick-up point to other attractions such as Universal Studios Hollywood, Las Vegas, Legoland, San Diego Seaworld, Citadel Premium Outlet and a lot more.

Cons:
-We stayed here several years ago and loved the free breakfast on the upstairs patio.

way back when they had welcome baskets, glass coffee mugs and hot chocolate & coffee options in the rooms, full hot breakfast, and an evening snack reception.

Parking was plentiful and spacious and was worked into the daily rate which meant no added fees.

We had ability to drive to grocery stores and stock up on breakfast items.

Park Vue Inn used to have a  great hot breakfast

We hope they bring back the breakfast, it's a huge selling feature for us.

but the breakfast provided was decent and kept us going until lunch.

but it is clean, generally up to date (some of the rooms have jacuzzis, is relatively quiet for a non-corridored hotel, has a nice little breakfast as part of its booking, and the convenience to Disneyland is unparalleled.

you cannot get any closer to Disneyland, nice, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

They had free breakfast complete with make your own waffle irons.

Rooms were spacious and you have a whole little kitchenette so easy to fix something for breakfast or make a lunch to bring into the park.

There is a full breakfast included with your stay.

There is also a free breakfast offered with waffles, bakery items, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and a variety of drinks.

It was a good enough breakfast to get the day started

Clean, quiet, a very nice light breakfast bar and a warm pool and hot tub to refresh your achey “skeleton”.

Decent rooms, free breakfast (hot = waffles) and several different food and stock-up store options (7-11, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, fast food) all within walking distance (1 to 3 blocks away).

Free parking, free breakfast, good WiFi and a 5 minute walk to Disney, what more is there to need.

Now the breakfast is just like any other place, yogurt, cantaloupe/pineapple/grapes, cereal, muffins, waffles, etc.

Two years ago when we stayed we were super impressed with the free hot breakfast, I loved the bacon, scrambled eggs and turkey sausages and I was so excited to get these again-

My daughter and I shared a queen bed and the grand girls had bunk beds.

-Bunk beds for kids was a nice option 
-Ceiling fan was nice to keep air flow in the room moving.

But the layout of the room is great with the bunk beds and the price can’t be beat.

The room was very clean and most important for my kids, it had bunk beds!

The pool and bunk beds were great for our family.

The bunk beds were great to have for the kids.

Our room was great with two queen size beds and bunk beds, plus a small kitchenette, roomy bathroom and clean and inviting.

We’ve stayed at numerous hotels near Disney and this one has been our favorite because my kids first and foremost LOVE the bunk beds, LOVE the delicious complimentary breakfast, LOVE that we are literally across the street from the park entrance, and there’s no hidden fees for parking, WiFi, etc.

On our first three visits we reserved a room with bunk beds and a queen bed and was always happy with that option.

The kids loved that they had their own space with the bunk beds instead of having to share a bed.

With free parking, hot buffet breakfast, nice outdoor dining area, clean pool & hot-tub with plenty of towels, and rooms that include bunk beds for kids - it really is the best bang for your buck in the area.

My daughter loved the bunk bed, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

Everything worked in this hotel - bunk beds for the kids, hot tub and pool, decent breakfast.

Pros-
++We booked the family suite, which has 2 queens & bunk beds.

Our bunk bed room was nice, clean and spacious.

but the kids loved the bunk beds and it kept them from having to share a bed - bonus!!!

This time we stayed in a large room with two queen beds and a set of bunk beds.

You get a clean and comfortable room, including bunk beds for the kids, in-room coffee maker and refrigerator, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, cookies and lemonade at the front desk, and a swimming pool; all for a very reasonable price and no resort fees!!!

I will always stay here for my Disneyland vacations.

Park Vue Inn is the best location for Disneyland.

Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Disneyland with a family! !

Great place to stay close to Disney Land.

We always stay at park Vue when visiting Disneyland.

A simple, lovely clean establishment right across the street from Disneyland.

The stay was pleasant, the room comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi a welcome respite from the crowds and the walking, and the proximity to the Disneyland and California Adventure parks was so convenient (literally across the street) from the main entrance.

It was very clean and quiet.perfect location to Disneyland and price was good.lots of food options around .we will definitely stay here again .good place to stay

The location can’t be beat if you’re going to Disneyland.

We would be glad to recommend this lodging to anyone wishing to stay in this area, with a short walk to Disneyland.

Took the kiddos for their first visit to Disneyland and we were so glad we stayed here.

Was great to be able to walk back and forth from Disneyland.

Add that to the amazing staff and comfortable bed and you will have the best Disneyland experience short of  sleeping in the park.

We will definitely book here again the next time we visit Disneyland.

Being literally across the street from Disneyland was extremely valuable to us, and we enjoyed this perk very much.

This was our first trip to Disneyland and the Park Vue was the perfect setup for our family.

Breakfast is included and was great, I really enjoyed the fresh fruit.
