The building was so well-maintained that I didn't hear any noise from my neighbors or outside during my stay.

Just in front of famous Lahore Zoo and Jinnah Garden, the building is awesome.

This hotel is in one of the historical buildings of Lahore.

The same old carpets in everywhere, extremely old LCDs with very limited channels makes it very boring and haunting sometimes.

It was such a bad experience with Avari hotel ,dirty rooms and services are too low in order, old school I'll never stay here my guest came from USA and I recommend them

Dinner at the Pakistani barbecue in the garden of the hotel was fantastic, delicious food, display, decor and live music makes it a wonderful experience and gives a strong feel of the Pakistani culture and customs.

While the winter garden is looking green and smart, I am again looking forward to spring when the hotel and garden come to life with fantastic spring flowers including the beds of roses.

although my was not cold because  of gas shortage we managed to keep ourselves warm by drinking the hot soul.

Right next to the hotel gate, there is a gas station with a small convenience store open until 2 am daily.

The staff are amazing - they really know how to take care of their guests.

Reception staff Ahmed, Aroosa and Atta were brilliant throughout our stay.

We stay last 7 days in room and everyday dinner in tollington food was very testy and amazing and bar b q was very delicitious specaly mutton boti..

all the staff were as attentive as ever, and the Fujiyama restaurant is the go to place in Lahore for Japanese food and excellent service!

Mr Sajjad proactively supervised whole team for the smooth executions of our event.

Its not a 5 star its 2 star it fail all standards of 5 atar hotel dirty room and washroom even booked a delux room which costed us extra 5000 rupees upgrade we were two people

Put on 7th floor
Rooms filthy dirty carpet not hoovered dirt all over the carpet, dust on all surfaces.

The surfaces around the serving areas are greasy and dirty.

What was terrible is the breakfast room: Overcrowded, dirty, lazy staff that were something between disinterested and rude and were not cleaning the tables, piles of dirty plates next right on the juice section. .Disgusting.

PC is a very friendly place and always my choice of stay during my visit to Pakistan.

Very nice , comfy stay , clean and excellent housekeeping service, friendly staff like Mohsin , different variety of restaurants , we enjoyed playing foosball table in-front of our room , the only thing need to improve is room dine in is slow .

Mr. MOHSEN is the supervisor and much friendly and full of care  Tayyeb is also very nice e gay and room nr.

Very slow check in, reserved non-smoking room not available at evening time, reception needed to consult Duty Manager- the whole procedure was very painful to watch.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic all restaurants were closed and room service very slow.

Lastly, the service has become very slow and very poor.

Apart from that, when checking out, we had forgotten some valuables in the room drawer.

- Similarly, the signs all say that only vaccinated guests are allowed in the restaurants and public spaces.

but could see it only coz of no space in stomach.

Very cramped, the food offered looked not fresh, the variety very poor.

The food was excellent so was the environmental overall a good experience, the only thing i would suggest them to change is the lucky draw announcements.nothing sets the mood off like a person speaking in the mic while you're having a nice dinner with friends and family so i would really appreciate if they come up with anyother way of announcing the winners.

I would especially like to mention the staff at the front desk who were quick and efficient.

However, the next day front  very helpful desk staff led by the most courteous Ms Fatima went out of the way to a get a most comfy double bed .

Miss niha, the masseuse from health club of Pearl Continental , Lahore, is a very good masseuse and a professional one.

Especially the HK supervisor Arslan Sarfraz is very polite and humble.

Our cleaner Aqeel Haider was really helpful and did a great job.

Other than the executive check in staff (Ms Seemal and Ms Sania) the rest of the stay was very uncomfortable; especially considering PC is considered to be a luxury hotel

Which made us very uncomfortable and we checked out because of them and unnecessary security check-ups.

I did not like the feeling of being pressurised into something that was not needed very uncomfortable.

* No water glasses on the table at breakfast.

Once in my luxury car,there were boiled sweets,water bottles and refreshing towelettes !

In the "suite", no water was available and there was one tea bag and two coffee sachets.

Other problems..

1. no hot water in sink
2.cleanliness

You do have to run the water for 2-5 minutes for it to be sufficiently hot.

but i think there should be one person duty to knock the door and ask for fruits, water, and other task .

Service was nt satusfactory,they nt provided water bottles nd fruits as they asked we 'll provide u daily two small bottles of water nd fruits on next morning in ur room.when we eat  our dinner on behalf of British Council ,the hotel managements compel us to stand near desk near about one nd half hour and insist to pay the bill .they said we 've no mail about ur lunch nd dinner from British council.they make us tense.after creating this tense situation they allow us to go our bed room.on very next Morning,after breakfast when we wAnt to check out the management  asked us to pay lunch nd dinner payment.they all made us tense nd  stoped us to go home.after  two hours they found that dinners r mistakenly posted to our rooms on computer.what the hell is this.what kind of management is this.Sorry is nt acceptable frm management.they should be punished on such type of behaviour wd ur customer.they dealt us as we r thief.kindly ask to ur management.

Staff is very brilliant and also energentic.

Everything was amazing and well managed by the team especially Mr. Asim who  was very cooperative and hospitable person.

Nishat hotel is a beautiful plush property within the mall , its good lobby with a dedicated swimming pool The staff is humble friendly and helpful I would like to mention Sameer Hasaan pool instructor he was a great person helped us during swimming as i was with my 7 years daughter bistro food was delicious We specifically loved the pool .

My room stay is 909 first time stay in nishat hotal house keeping shahzaib and Javed shabir are found as excellent service,, I'm highly impressed,, they hardworking and I'm satisfied from them . .

Service or Staff: the staff so helpful and welcome to me, they always there every time I need help.

There should be one more table to dine in the room.

Just a few things which i noticed which can be improved:
There was only one coffee chair and no coffee table in the room - so we are mostly confined to sit on the bed. The workstation is directly infront of the tv - so if one person wants to watch tv and the other person wants to work on his laptop - he is directly sitting in front of the tv which is not comfortable for both -

the towels were a bit worn out - when you are staying at nishat you expect the linen to be top class ;)

however there was only one set betwen both rooms, there was also grapes under one of the dressing tables and sticky residue on the voile curtains so when my daughter looked out her dress got stuck to the residue.

The executive rooms were missing round table and 2 chairs. 2.

However there is a trail of face less portraits all over the walls including my room at 8th floor which was very unpealing.

There are sepage issues i have enclosed pictures or the work done by the people who cloured the wall is pathetic
