During my time all my meals (Lunch and Dinner on the 15th and Breakfast on the 16th) were from your restaurant Marco Polo.

Breakfast choice was great with excellent Pakistani tea.

After trying few hotels in Lahore, it has been my conclusive experience is that Perl Continental is "Home away from Home".

The breakfast every morning was brilliant too.

There are 4 restaurants on site, the main breakfast restaurant serves all you can eat meals with a wide variety of cuisines on tap.

Had a wonderful stay as usual, exceptional breakfast.

Breakfast menu is extensive and the food is excellent.

Breakfast was good with a wide range of options.

We are happy to stay at Peral Continental Hotel.

Food especially at Bukhara and breakfast in Morco Polo give taste of pure Lahori food.

Wide range of cuisine and good variety at breakfast .

Iftar + Buffet dinner at Marco Polo was scrumptious and being the member of the Privilege Club ,the discounts and CNV's really came handy .

We went to PC Lahore and got the dinner buffet with my family at Marco Polo restaurant.

Great service from check in to check out was there in lahore to watch the PSL , so hotel was busy , Mr Shahbaz was very helpful Top Man , breakfast was tasty , couldn’t use all te facility’s due to the cricket , the hotel could do with updating, overall had a good experience

I have visited the many of their other restaurants and always have good experiences especially their Tai Pan and Dum Pukht's menus are very amazing and food here is very delicious as well.

specially Marco Polo restaurant Buffet is having variety of different foods, including a big salad bar.

It's rather an extreme surprise that the PC Lahore has one of the very best Sunday Brunch buffet at The Restaurant called Marco Polo which I have ever experienced on the entire planet, such an extremely professional organized buffet it is definitely setting high standards across the globe,seafood,a great variety of meat, fruits and veggies, deserts is definitely something that Marco Polo restaurant let the others stay ahead of the rest.

Visited to enjoy a buffet lunch on Sunday.

The buffet restaurant as already mentioned had great food, specially at brekkie.

A asset to pc lahore he should be a manager just like usman a credit to this establishment.

It was only till we needed the card we realised it was missing! !

Since I am an a regular guest at your properties and a black privilege card holder I thought it mandatory to convey my experience to concerned management.

The Person who was dealing us was forcing us to wait and was pushing us somewhere at his desired room 
Then another staff member came to me, he offered glasses of juice to me and my family when I refused to drink it he  paid his requests for several times and made me calm and pleased 

He is Mr Shaheen, 
Then he processed my request and gracefully handed over the room key card.

If you have a privilege card you can stay 3 nights for the price of 2.

Guests bills should be prepared as per their respective turns and procedures be adopted for prompt preparation of restaurant etc bills for Privilege Card Holders.

I was unhappy at having to pay so the charge was waived

The management of the hotel should request guests through comment cards about their complaints.I have been telling the Entire PC hotels throughout the country to place paintings of Mountains of Pakistan instead of weird looking paintings of Mogul era.

but had been charged for a deluxe suite without being informed.

First they canceled our booking which we booked via credit card exclaiming that credit card wasn't working.

AMEx is not working again even it stated - poor service.

but the female staff at MarcoPolo reception could not recognize the kids by age so I face difficulty to tell her that my kids are small I mean below 5 years of age otherwise she was ready to charge them, in short it was daunting experience I think the management need to address some issues on serious note like previous staff knew all regular guests the new staff has poor relationship building skills with repeated customers.In sauna bath the steam pressure was not working properly.

The only thing I would say is that they should let you know beforehand that they are going to charge an amount for items and services used at the hotel.

Rather it's a reservation, service work , privilege cards.

I was double charged at check in (deposit deducted and room charges separately fully deducted).

At check-in we were advised that 150,000 rupees would be pre-authorised on our payment card until we check out.

They charge Rs 20,000 for a car with driver per day.

Upon asking they said 1) its not available 2)there would be charges for that?

But now we r feeling issue of billing because we all friends have privilege cards

I was carrying my father's privilege card, and we have been availing this discount in past.

Very poor service during breakfast, needed to chase waiter to finally being served with coffee.

I had pre booked an executive room and on arrival after an exhausting check in by an inexperienced person I was led to our room which smelt of damp , the carpet seemed it had not been cleaned in years full of stains, bathroom was full of mould and the lighting was so poor you had to strain to see anything might explain that they have so much dirt to hide.

but the details were not updated and I had to tell the staff again about my requirement showing poor professionalism. 3.

Only 2 towels provided both yellow and of very poor quality.

Lastly, the service has become very slow and very poor.

Very cramped, the food offered looked not fresh, the variety very poor.

ROOM: We stayed in 451, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of Greenery & Fort Road; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Very  poor Air-con that kept the room warmer than manageable.

This is a very poor layout as it took us 30 minutes to get to the front of the hotel from when we entered the compound.

however when this was raised with front of house at check out the response was given you paid so much for the room a little extra shouldn't be an issue which is poor and not really the point.

Breakfast service was poor, trying to get attention of staff was a challenge

but the facility os poor, especially for the price.

This was in contrast with the poor service received at Mövenpick Karachi just the day before.

Reported poor service to reception who again ignored me.

Only be careful with price when you do your shopping in the hotel.

This was not advertised on the website, and having paid >£115/night per room, more than the price rooms are usually available at, I expected an excellent stay, instead no facilities other than room was unavailable.

Over priced, untrained staff, impolite , managers not managing anything

This property could elevate itself to a much higher class if it just paid attention to details.

however would like to suggest that the food prices are on the higher side.

If this is the service level of a 5 star hotel where they charge top money for all their services, not sure what to expect; maybe nothing as if they can shout and humiliate a 5year old kid infront of her mother they may can do anything.

Service was bad, rooms were dated and for what you pay not worth it in my eyes.

I would not rate this as a first class service.

After canvassing with them they booked another room on same rate.

but I will be trying out another hotel next time which I’m sure will be just as good, but not as expensive.

but here at PC you are forced to pay for these basic services.

Service was nt satusfactory,they nt provided water bottles nd fruits as they asked we 'll provide u daily two small bottles of water nd fruits on next morning in ur room.when we eat  our dinner on behalf of British Council ,the hotel managements compel us to stand near desk near about one nd half hour and insist to pay the bill .they said we 've no mail about ur lunch nd dinner from British council.they make us tense.after creating this tense situation they allow us to go our bed room.on very next Morning,after breakfast when we wAnt to check out the management  asked us to pay lunch nd dinner payment.they all made us tense nd  stoped us to go home.after  two hours they found that dinners r mistakenly posted to our rooms on computer.what the hell is this.what kind of management is this.Sorry is nt acceptable frm management.they should be punished on such type of behaviour wd ur customer.they dealt us as we r thief.kindly ask to ur management.

I rate 5 out of 4 the service rendered by them .

For the price we paid this place was a steal for the creature comforts we were treated to, especially in a place like Lahore where it is a rarity.

The food and service was really improved .

During this I time (after Jumma prayer) I experienced symptoms of food poising (I was vomiting every 10 mins or so).

The chicken spicy boti and curry pakora were delicious.

They have nice breakfast also they have good Pakistan buffet at night.

Stayed here for more than 20 days, nice property, excellent hospitality, tasty and delicious food are the key points that touched my heart.Ali and Saba both are good in restaurant to serve guest with their excellent hospitality skills and kind gesture.Besides this, Amna (the housekeeping staff) is so active in attending the guest with her professional approach and she always take care of the guest's privacy and do her work as per guest's comfort level.

My first visit to Lahore and Avari hotel staff made me feel like home from the entrance security gate to manager to server to house keeping such warm professional staff.

Although the rooms are not modern they have started refurbishments.

The only negative point I noticed was their rooms are not renovated due to COVID

butt a little outdated but in the heart of the city so its not of a much concern.

I will be returning for another six night stay at this property starting from August 16 and will provide an update to fellow travel if I come across anything that in my opinion needs improvement.

One morning, our air condition seemed to be malfunctioning.

This hotel need a lot of maintenance work and now management should think for the renovation.

Their lady section was closed due to renovation work where i used tosaty.

However, here i must say that the management of Avari Lahore seriously needs to think about updating their rooms now.

The rooms need renovation on urgent basis as they are getting old.

The rooms are bit old fashioned, need renovation.

rooms need renovation as the new hotels are increasing in Lahore.the WiFi should also be upgraded.thanks to every staff member who always made me come back to avari and enjoy their services.

Plus they are renovating as well so I expect things to improve further!

but the spa area could do with an update.

The hotel in general is in need of serious renovations.

Rooms are getting older and need urgent renovation.

The only negative side is the outdated rooms

There are few genuine reasons for that: First of all Avari needs a major renovation of rooms, elevators and the lobby and restaurant.

Rooms are a little small as compared to pc or felettis

Very average property with average interior.very old style building also the room was too small n the bed was very uncomfortable.

Rooms are small and corridors have dampness smell which is normal in moonsoon season in Lahore.

I have always remembered it as a place filled with good memories and impeccable hospitality, and it did not disappoint!

Sound and camera team also provided uninterrupted zoom meeting experience.

My experience was excellent and I strongly recommend to all people that Atleast consider it once while visit or stay in lahore.
