My trip is great, I loved the ambience, staffs were friendly, the breakfast was such a delight, rooms are comfortable and the view is so beautiful.

The room and floor smelt of damp, carpets filthy, sheets tattered and torn, room not cleaned properly, cups etc arrive covered in grime.

It looked like they aren't cleaned frequently.

The experience I got here from the reception to the housekeeper cleaning my room, made me think like the management has invested much in training their staff.

My overall experience was horrendous, I didn't feel safe here, one of the cleaners even tried to barge into my room without knocking.

Attention should be paid to cleaning and maintenance as my room had biscuit crumbs on the desk on the first night

however the noise of the generator did not allow me to sleep well in room 326, the carpet of the room need proper cleaning or replacement, lighting system is excellent, the hotel lift is also great

but nobody came, after a while, I called and someone came but he barely cleaned the floor, put some deodorant and left.

The House keepers didn't come to clean till mid afternoon daily.

Thou I had to request for room cleaning on a particular day since no one had come , my request was attended to promptly.

I found my experience a bit poor as I expected a cleaner room and better service.

The cleaning crew ensured it was always refreshed and crisp when I returned to the hotel after a long day.

..understanding it could be an oversight as the cleaner may have assumed "it is closed, it must be unused" a simple paper-seal could have prevented it.

The staff remember you and really treat you as a part of their family.

but I was really comfortable and cheers to the rest of team too.. you guys have won me!

We visited over the weekend and it was great, the food was nice, staffs are helpful, the view is so beautiful and I felt quite safe as the security were up and about.

My experience at Radisson Blu Anchorage was great, the service was great and welcoming right from the reception to the staffs at the restaurant to the housekeeping team.

The hotel is well located and the Staff I interacted with were very helpful.

The hallway carpet is covered in stains and the walls are dirty.

the bathroom ammenities are old, have permanent stains, little things like room slippers, bathroom robe and showercap were not available in the room, and the water  from the tap was light brownish.

I was initially checked into a terrible smoking room that stank with burns on the floor and stains of the tables and bed.

but too many stains on the rug in the room.

Back to my room shower not draining, chipped furniture with water stains on table.

Then when i went  to inspect my bed before sleeping, the sheets had dirt stains.

but carpets need to be removed as there are some stains everywhere.

As it was very busy, the room I was allocated was poor, with tired furniture, stains and no towels.

The carpets in the corridors and rooms are dirty with stains etc. 2.

Opened the door to a musty, smelly room with poor lighting with quite a few bulbs not working ( maybe to hide the many little mysterious stains on the carpet, upholstery and bed covers).

Room had brown water coming from the tap and a nasty orange stain on the very old rug.

stains on carpet were already there last year, cleanness, missing tiles in the pool, polluted and smelly lagoon, could not open sink in the bathroom,  erratic lifts, etc.

Also, breakfast seemed to be under-staffed as it takes ages to clear tables when people leave, while new clients coming in may not have a place to sit and it was difficult to get a waiter’s attention.

It was done in dark, rich contemporary tones comprising of a black leather chair, wooden tables, a plush blue, black & cream chair and couch, a velvet/suede headboard, brown & cream carpet, tan wooden floors, faux white & black marble wall finishings, and pale cream walls and curtains.

We had to get someone's attention to give us a table and the staff just seemed really non challant and disorganised.

I reminded her that I had been in the restaurant going round in circles looking for a clean table for at least ten minutes possibly more and in that time none of the tables had been cleared!!!

The working chair and table in the room is designed for maximum bad posture and discomfort.

but the food was not worth the money,
I had the Manager of Sales come to our table at breakfast and ask how our stay was going so I told her about the rooms etc.

I had to walk up to the waiters, all three mornings to ask them to clear the table, and then again to order a coffee.

The pool terrace and bar service was atrocious, prior to escalating to management, waiters just ignored me as a solo female diner, gravitating to the tables with large non resident groups.

One key area of improvement would be to have a wider local menu for room dining- rice and two soup options is too restrictive for a hotel of this calibre.

In room dining was the only thing that i do not enjoy at this hotel because there is always an issue with them.

Excellent service from the staff on third floor, Ene, Victor and Noah,very friendly very courteous and accessible.

This is my first time in the hotel and I am recommending people to visit, it's been such a pleasant stay here, please ask of Ene for more hospitable service, very professional and friendly, took care of us.

We got an upgrade and complementary treats when we arrived, the view was amazing the ladies at the desk misan and Wumi were nice and friendly will definitely come back to the hotel nice view in the room.

The meals were sumptuous and the staff are accommodating and friendly.

As some one that frequents the hotel with extremely long stays I should not be expected to order food at the hotel for the whole duration of my stay, it is not reasonable.

but I will advise the hotel to look into the meal aspect via allowing a guest visitor.

The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor, and the hotel even could not find me a microwave to warm food I got from the hotel, telling me it was spoilt.

Very good place to stay: cosy room, pleasant personnel, wonderful breakfast, nice pool, good location for business.

Special shout out to the housekeeping team- Victor and Solomon for doing a great job attending to all our requests and making our stay comfortable.

The housekeeping staff(Alawode Oladimeji and Abubaker Ola) were professional and courteous.

Ayobami the housekeeping floor supervisor was very wonderful and was of great assistance during my stay.

I just want to mention a really great guy Suleiman Mohammed who went above and beyond in cleaning my room.

- The cleaning and parking personnels kept begging for money.

I must commend Mohammed the house keeper steward, he knows the job, well behaved and have good manner of approach with good communication skill and to learning and correction.

She is swift to service, responding to all queries and always checking up on you daily.

Very fantastic room cleaning from the room steward kunle ademuyiwa and also particularly the floor supervisor kasali is the best,he take good care of cleaning and every other thing l need,the hotel is a place to stay,l really  enjoyed  my stay in the hotel,l will continue to come to the hotel and recommend the hotel to other people,the painting in the lobby is the best,pls management extend this to other guest floor in the hotel

The staffs that works on the executive floor, are different, always meeting your needs and exceeding them to the maximum.

Christopher HK an Lara at front desk 21st floor ,they made my stay lovely for their good customer care ,the kitchen workers are wonderful.

The staff are accommodating and professional.

I am particular about Victor, he's so professional and very good at what he does.

I lacked nothing, if I had any questions or needed anything he was always there to assist.

The bacon was cold and tough, sausages were, too.

but be warned that this is hot pepper soup and you might need a bottle of cold water and handkerchief as you savour the pepe soup (it's more or less like chewing hot peper) for first timers.

Both my colleagues and myself came back with a cold from this trip.

Food takes forever to serve and once it arrives the food is cold.

I have also noticed that they have taken the comments of airconditioning into account - it was too cold at one stage and this is much better now.

The Hotel firstly needs a bit of a face lift.

The rooms are starting to get a little tired though, the bathrooms in particular; and the lifts weren’t working as well as all that.

Then on the third day, I was followed to the lift and told that I would not be allowed to go upstairs until I signed the sign-in book for guests.

The hotel is in a good state of repair and most things seemed to work, apart from one of two lifts which was out of order for my entire stay, creating some queues.

One elevator was out of order for our entire stay which often caused quite a wait depending on the time of day.

However, during one such incident, I was in the lift and ended up stuck there until power resumed about 2-3 minutes later (I guess the backup generator doesn't power the lift to the nearest floor).

Use the stairs if you don't want to get stuck in the lift when the power goes off.

She is very friendly, knows her returning guests and still extends the same courtesy to new guests.

Staff, wherever I encountered them, from housekeeping to security, were friendly and cheerful.

I stay regularly in this hotel because of the great pool and friendly staff.

One bright spot was the Food and Beverage staff who were unfailingly warm and friendly, and the service provided of an international standard.

The staffs in the dining area were super friendly, polite and were always willing to go the extra mile even when I arrived late– and breakfast was technically over.

The food was amazing, the staff are really friendly too, I would definitely stay here again.

It seemed like they had choices to please most ethnic interests, and the servers were very friendly.

That aside, my wife, baby and I enjoyed our weekend at the hotel and found the staff all very friendly and helpful.

The quality of service ranged the full spectrum from friendly and helpful to indifferent to downright rude.

This was reported to staff and we were told that it  could be that some work some was being done on the main drain.

I rated it average for Lagos.

I was told that sometimes it is triggered when guests smoke in non-smoking rooms!

but after that I had to complain about the strong smell of cannabis in the corridor for 3 nights and nothing was done about it.

Rooms are small and has a sligth unpleasent odor, room food service is not thst good.

Ekene at the concierge is a dream, very polite, welcoming and helpful.

The front desk is very professional in the way they handle issues.

The staff were also very helpful, patient and kind.

Ayo and George were super helpful and very professional.

This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff, The kids had So much fun at the pool side, game arena, football pitch e.t.c We really enjoyed everything that was served, from the kiddies menu to the yummy Adult menu .

The porter that assisted us with our luggage upon arrival was very helpful,courteous and professional.

Personalised service, small challenge when the power went off and we waited over 15 minutes to resume the presentation in the meeting room .Otherwise the team was attentive to our needs.We will definitely be back

The Hotel is very clean  and quiet, just the kind of place for a gateaway.

It is also very spacious if that's your thing and the staff are great.

I approached the breakfast buffet with no preconceptions.

I should have booked the Legends at the airport where the staff are lovely in a new and modern hotel.

Bar and restaurant staff seem surprised you want to order anything and you have to work hard to get their attention.

However the security guys are saucy and messing up the good work by the guys at the restaurant, front desk reception area, the guys at the bar.

All the Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly and professional every single one of them, large clean rooms, i didn't have to pay for fast wifi, breakfast and food was generally excellent and made for a very enjoyable stay.

They even gave me a fruit basket :), the temperature was cooled just right, friendly staff.

but unfortunately every thing is broken, the A/C, the hot water, the internet.

however biggest draw back, as mentioned in a number or reviews, was the lack of hot water.

My only 2 issues were as follows: first, to print a document, I had to email the document to the hotel for them to print, no option to use a flash drive, which I chose not to do; and second, the hot water is at times non-existant.

although the supply of hot water is not always reliable.

For his interest there was no hot water in the room I moved to so I had to go another day without a shower.

AC is poor and the automatic key gets discharged quite rapidly.

Firstly, the decor has been changed in the rooms, with very poor workmanship, the laminate flooring was poorly installed and was also not cleaned on a daily basis.

In one day, two different staff called us to tell us to make payment if we intend to renew our stay as we were in debit.

Staff were  very courteous from the gate to the reception to the restaurant .

I look for business with this hotel because I have too much business with crown plaza shikh zayed road and they are very good I am very happy with this business here. .

This is especially unfortunate since the employees are kind and attentive.

Spoke with front desk staff who confirmed I was in the classic king and they explained this was better than my penthouse king I booked and Is actually more expensive.

i sat in the reception area waiting for my ride and l witness her handle a very diffcult customer with grace and a million dollar smile .

Check in process are welcoming and worked well.

The service was polite and the hotel is secure with 24 guards at the hotel entrance and the gate always locked.
