I highly commend the team at the club lounge on 24th,  and the one at the Mandarin Grill Restaurant.

My family and I enjoyed so much especially the faculties, service and also club lounge.

For my elderly parents, the Mandarin Club rooms provided fantastic facilities and the help on the club floors, whilst myself and my children stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room.

The staff as usual, from the front desk to concierge to housekeeping, services, to the West Cafe on level 8 are fantastic.

Compared to the 2 previous hotels I’ve stayed in, Sunway Clio offers the best service in terms of accessibility to the reception, speed of sending over meals, outside deliveries, requested toiletries, knowledge in answering questions on quarantine procedures.

Competitors Club Lounges are open within Kuala Lumpur.

Booking the Club Lounge gives you a full buffet breakfast in the morning and hot & cold foods plus drinks for 2 hours in the evening.

Club lounge is spacious, excellent food and service.

The Club lounge is also worth it if you like to have a couple of drinks during the day or afternoon, and to relax after a day out visiting or shopping in the heat.

The club lounge experience was first class with a special mention to Harneeth who was brilliant from the time we made our reservation several months ago.

The facilities as restaurants, breakfast, club lounge, pool bar, gym, spa, steam / sauna are just first class.

Then only we can use another hotel room lift to access to our room level.

Overall of experience is as expected coming from Grand Hyatt Hotel.. 
Breakfast spread and SOPs are exceptional..
My only complain there is no direct access from Ground Floor or Parking to the rooms.. You have to change lifts to get to one place, which is very annoying..

The lobby check-in is kind of confusing, have to go up to the lobby first then change lift to go down to your rooms. Pool is small

The next day, the hotel had a scheduled fire drill that started from almost 11am onwards and the lifts were all not operating.

Lift to room can be far and confusing for elderly.

The only downside is the troublesome lifts to get to your room.
