I highly commend the team at the club lounge on 24th,  and the one at the Mandarin Grill Restaurant.

My family and I enjoyed so much especially the faculties, service and also club lounge.

The service at the Club Lounge was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks.

Club lounge was very good, huge selection of food and wonderful staff with great views of Petronas towers.

Check in was a smooth as I booked Club room and the staff at the Club Lounge were so friendly and accommodating.

Club lounge entrance is free with this room.

but busy, the club lounge has a limited menu but was extensive enough and had the best of the mosaic restaurant without all the hustle and bustle

Special shout out to the staff in the club lounge Nourman and zam for going above and beyond and even sharing the recipe for the Kinabalu mocktail!

but the staff in the Club Lounge are a cut above and always make us feel like we have come home.

We had booked a club room and were allocated a room on the 29th floor with a view onto Petronus Towers.

Being in a club room we got a few extra perks like 5 free pieces of laundered clothing a day this was a nice touch.

For my elderly parents, the Mandarin Club rooms provided fantastic facilities and the help on the club floors, whilst myself and my children stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room.

The club room was beautiful, spacious and modern with very tasteful decor.

As We were staying in a club room you have access to the club lounge and the food in the lounge was delicious and a good choice on offer.

The new club rooms are very smart and spacious.

The hotel has an excellent location, I would go as far as to say the best location in KL, with the Petronas Towers Mall right out your back door, and the KLCC park to front, you can not beat it, shopping in abundance yet peace & tranquility.

Stayed in a Mandarin room which is effectively a 80 sqm suite overlooking the beautiful KLCC park and Petronas Towers.

The location is brilliant, right beside the park and KLCC mall.

Proximity to KLCC and the park enhanced the hotel experience.

Arrived at the hotel early, booked a park view with smoking room, unexpectedly got upgraded to a twin tower view with smoking room.

The pool area overlooks a beautiful green park.

The location is second to none for families with kids with the park right in front of us, with a good outdoor play area, and easy access to Pavilion and the Aquarium.

We checked into a Mandarin Room at the ninth floor, it was an amazing room, beautiful view of the park and spacious.

The rooms are clean and quiet, the wifi was good and the beds were only comfy because of the thick pillow top mattress.

The power outlets in the room were universal so no need for pin adapters for 240 volt rated appliances.

In terms of facilities, I enjoyed the infinity pool and the room itself was incredibly clean and well-kept.

The ambience of the hotel, the quality of the room, the size of the room and the service is all excellent.

The rooms were excellently appointed with great service from housekeeping, ensuring everything was pristine, a genuinely first class service.

We called from our rooms to request again after 11pm.

We were nonetheless very satisfied with the room upgrade we got through being an Elite Club member.

They even allow us for an early check in and make sure we have a connecting room.

All their services are well organized and they have clean facilities.

Experience: Wonderfully amazing.Smooth check-in.Attentive concierge service.Reception was superb eventhough long queue,MO always flocked I guess.Housekeeping very quick especially for Drinking water replenishment.Breakfast was super great,staffs were many to cater for quick food top up and table cleaning.Afternoon tea with mandarin cake and the maccaron was yummy.Nyonya laksa curry,each time the taste is the same,savoury and so rich.Check out was smooth.Luggage was also sent to the parking level.Swimming pool landscape was beautifully green and maintained.

We stayed for the King room with Club Access and Twin Tower view as for our staycation.

Our room was a good size with views over the park and pool and large comfortable bed.

After tea at the lobby coffee shop overlooks the garden was a great moment to chat with my husband and be pampered while taking pictures with the resident teddy bear “Abbey”, which current tea is based on.

The cleanliness of the room is great with KLCC view.

Right in the heart of KL with interesting view and a stone throw away from the shopping heaven.

During the night, was the best time to take photos of the eye catching views.

She was excellent and this time I was given a higher floor, 16th storey, with excellent view.

Chose MO so that we could spend the night with a gorgeous KLCC view. It's our first time here & no regrets because staff were all smiley, warm & inviting especially the uncle who opens the lobby door (didnt catch his name!)

Very convenient as connected to 1U mall, rooms are clean and the breakfast has lots of variety to choose  from.

Plenty of seafood selection (seafood buffet is only on certain days).

Together we received a RM100 food voucher, a complimentary bed, 2 afternoon tea and 2 breakfast threw in.

Due to the pandemic situation, buffet service is replaced by cook-to-order full menu service, unlimited order.

Great service from Cinnamon Coffee House by Mr Shan, Charles and Saiful, ensuring all the guest were comfortably enjoying their lunch.

Everything from check-in to our room was superb until we invited family friends of 4 to Cinnamon Coffee lounge when we all saw a running rat in front of our very eyes along the buffet food bench and hiding underneath the food display shelf.

Breakfast in the Cinnamon restaurant had a really wide delicious selection of local and international delights to try.

However, the Cinnamon Restaurant is a really top notch place.

Special thanks also to Chef Sham from Cinnamon for taking his time to come and say hello to us.

Iskandar, the assistant manager Cinnamon coffee House is always there if you need anything, literally anything.

The in-house restaurant Cinnamon coffe house had very wide choice of buffet from various International counters during breakfast and dinner.

The  breakfast at Cinnamon Coffee House is excellent.

The manager Kevin and the manager of the food and beverage shanmugam and manager of Cinnamon, Rum, and chef Zahid were all going out of their way to attend to us, to please us, and to give us the most marvelous service.

Breakfast is commendable considering that you didn't have to vie with the other folks at the Cinnamon Cafe.

Our all time favourite breakfast is the buffet at Cinnamon coffeehouse.

We also tried the lunch weekend buffet at Cinnamon (their coffee house) and that was awesome too!

Had breakfast in Cinnamon Cafe the next day and it offers a great variety of local and international choices.

Cinnamon which serve breakfast was more customer oriented.

Visiting Cinnamon Coffee house for Hi Tea.

Breakfast was ample in the Cinnamon room, and I especially liked the freshly made roti canai and murtabak.

I would like to specifically mention the breakfast in Cinnamon Coffee House for various reasons. 1.

This use to be a rather good hotel with convenient connected to 1 Utama mall.

Good hotel connected to 1U shopping mall.

More importantly, its connected to a big mall which opens way too many options for shopping and dining.

We love the fact that the hotel is connected to One Utama Mall which has everything that we wanted.

Feel happy with her service..keep it up with this kind of service..nice view and connected with mall it makes guest easy access to shopping and have time to spend with family.

This hotel is connected to probably Malaysia’s largest mall and provide great convenience for the guest.

It is connected to a huge shopping mall which has a good mix of large global brands and local brands, plenty of eateries and restaurants and most importantly, the mall has been maintained well.

Finally, the hotel was conveniently connected to the One Utama shopping mall.

The two main reasons I chose to come back to this hotel each time are the location, (One Utama shopping complex connected to the hotel and close proximity to Kuala Lumpur) and hotel amenities (including great restaurants, spa services and a spacious lobby with evening entertainment).

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Metro station, and a huge shopping mall is connected to the Hotel, with a big variety of places to eat and shop.

Conveniently located, very nice rooms, great value, ideal location connected to the mall.

As the hotel is connected to the One Utama Mall there are lots of choices for food so you will never want for variety.

but connected tongue biggest and the best of shopping malls in Malaysia One Utama.

This hotel is very convenient because its connected to 1 Utama.

It’s fully connected to one of the largest shopping Malls - One Utama and the hotel is rated 5 stars.

Very convenience as it is connected to the shopping mall.

As the hotel is connected to the One Utama shopping mall, it is a bonus point for our stay because there are lots of restaurants and shops in the mall.

The hotel location is connected to One Utama shopping mall which is very convenient.

Took 3 calls and 45 minutes before it was switched on!

But I messaged the mobile number to give our orders and they said no!

night time i called over to room service extension 3, no one pick up my phone .

It was only ready after 2 hours and mutiple reminders and calls.

The only room for improvement is the front office department as some of my check in details were inaccurate initially and the staff did not call me when the rooms were ready as promised.

For both nights we had to call for fresh towers and water, as we returned to the room after midnight.

So if you need your phone to be charged, you will most likely receive it back fully charged after your meal there!

We were there for 7 nights so it was quite a hassle to call and having to wait for the towels to be sent up before being able to take our baths. 2.

Each time we called room service you will call back to confirm our request has been attended to.

And not forgetting about the food and the hi-tea as per spoken to one of the talent they call it deanty set, I’m not sure whter I mention it correct or not

The checkout counter staff made a few phone calls and has to run to another department to clear the item, took her around 20 minutes to rectify.

Also, we could hear mobile message notifications from another room.

Rang up customer service and I could not believe this, they went and hit me a card and top up the card for me.

BUT
- why are the free videos same for almost a year
- I cannot connect to the WiFi with my iPhone as I used to 7 months ago it’s a mission and the tech people know

We called to request for extra bath towels and a follow up call was actually made to check if we received the towels.

During my uneventful one night stay in room 814 due to my delayed flight, they made a mess out of the reservation and made me pay twice which they refunded after having to make many calls to both them and agoda.

The second, i asked for a wake-up call at 6am which never came.

Today I have received a phone call perso­nally from Ilyas who conveyed that there was an overcharged to my card due to a system error.

Calling a guest at 3.00pm to tell the guest to checkout and that checkout time is 12.00pm is also not a nice thing to do especially when the guest is checkin for a second nite.

You do get rooms where the water controls are hard to adjust (too hot or too cold) ;some nitty gritty hiccups in the room which is easily solved by a call to the engineering department

You will not regret it!

Generally, the quality of the food here is really good.

There are excellent varieties of food from indian, to chinese, malay, western and even japanese choices.

The hotel has a good Chinese and Japanese restaurant.

The beef satay is excellent, copious peanut satay sauce to dip in.

The hotel is linked to One Utama, very convenient, need not worry on the meal selection.

The reason being the outstanding staff from front desk to bar staff to room service .

Our vip didn't have lunch so we ordered Rojak and Fish cake for her for a quick snack.

My husband and I had buffet dinners at the hotel and we were impressed.

We had the pizza burger, nasi goreng, satay, spaghetti carbonara throughout our stay.

The steaks, Sirloin, Ribeye and T-bone were decent too.
