One has the impression they actually do not care, if there is a noise (they do not react), if something does not work properly or if you are not satisfied.

although on our second night we had to switch bedrooms as we had drunken neighbours in the bedroom next to us who were constantly causing a disturbance.

but never heard any traffic noise in our room or in the smart comfortable bar.

but very noisy rooms sadly we didn’t have one good night sleep in the 3 nights we stayed here the rooms face constant loud traffic and tram noise .

but this time we have to separate single beds not ideal for a couples weekend, the bathroom has no privacy and also a light that keeps you up plus still noise from the road.

The noise went on into the middle of the night and was actually disgraceful.

We had teenage girls running up and down the hallways, banging on doors and screaming and shouting from 5:30am - 1am.

First night there was lots of teenage school trip children that constantly run up and down corridors making silly sounds.

In particular there is a charming young man who takes your bags to your room, so polite and nice.Rooms are lovely and adequate, my only small gripe would be is that when someone leaves their room the door bangs and you can hear it along the corridor.

As per title this is a great base if you are visiting Krakow, if you like to be in the hussle and bustle of the town center with all the noise, traffic and small expensive rooms with no breakfast then this place isnt for you.

..here's the issue and it's a big issue we are staying in room 209 and it sounds like Pickford's removals are having they annual meeting upstairs there is clanging and banging directly above us all night, we think it's the lift mechanics making the noise

There were several school/college parties staying, and they could be a little noisy especially at night,

City traffic is dreadful around 9am and after lunch especially going from Galaxy to airport.

Unfortunately there were some downsides: the room was very warm and the window only opened slightly with some traffic noise at night.

So we were looking forward to it, being able to relax after a long day site seeing .Only to recieve an email as we got into Krakow airport that the hotel had just informed easy jet that the pool was closed for a planned maintenance from 15th of February to the  3rd of March .

Despite been 4 floors up we could hear the party music, loud and clear  until at least 3am!

It is excellent, ideal for a very nearby shopping mall, close to the river and about 25 minute walk to the outstanding city centre.Our main aim was to visit Auschwitz and we did.Auschwitz is such an emotional place to visit and sends a message to all.It is a place of extremely important value to visit to bring home the truths.The Hotel food is excellent, the rooms are very clean and always tidy.Highly recommend to this important and friendly city.

Nice and clean room, amazing breakfast and the pool and sauna was everything we wanted after long day out sightseeing.

Located by a beautiful river, shopping centre walking distance and a short taxi drive to Kraków main square approximately £4 one way.

but there are scooters everywhere so you can literally be in town in like 10 minutes, there is a shopping center a two minute walk away and its 30 mins from the airport.

Will return to this hotel again as convenient for everything shopping centre a few minutes away and about 20 minutes walk to main square.

Medical facilites over the road and very nice shopping centre 5 mins away.

There are a few large shopping centres, one very close to the hotel.

The hotel is close to a big shopping centre with lovely shops and restaurants if that’s your thing and also is the first stop on the hop on hop off tour bus which we used with ease to get around.

It's also 200 meters from a great shopping centre; 5 minutes from the tram stop into town; and 5 minutes walk from the water taxi.

The hotel is located right beside a big shopping centre and beside the river.

The area was quiet with the large Kazimierz shopping centre and cafes just five minutes walk from the hotel.

but is in a lovely location, it it situated right next door to a big shopping centre and overlooks the Vistula River.

It’s not far from a shopping centre with popular fast food restaurants inside.

It is a 25 minute walk from the city centre close to the river, a large shopping centre and the Schindler factory museum.

There is a shopping centre nearby, so handy for essentials plus it is an easy walk to sites and town.

There is also a modern indoor shopping centre a few minutes away with a good food court.

The hotel is located next to the Galeria Kazimierz shopping centre and within a short walk of the Rondo Grzegórzeckie tram stop.

A bit shopping centre within 5 minute walk and the Jewish Quarter is about 15 minute walk.

Close to the main square is another shopping centre which is much bigger than the one near the hotel & this is attached to the bus/train station.

I loved everything about this Hotel, the Spa was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing so many choices, I loved the location, it is about a 25 min walk to the center

For those that needs a good internet connection i can say that the wi fi was excellent and this is not the rule , 
Pool and spa area very very well mantained , everythin  clean and shiny , available spa services such massage and beauty treatments and so on.

The spa was enjoyed by those of us who like that kind of thing. !

but the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are good.

Kindly the hotel had left a birthday card and some vouchers to use in the restaurant and spa.

We also visited the spa during our stay - there is a small pool, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, which we thoroughly enjoyed using after spending the day in freezing temperatures outside.

but it looked lovely, as did the pool and spa area.

We have planned a relaxing stay and we went down to the spa.

The spa was clean, modern and pretty empty when we wanted to use it which was nice.

Breakfast had a good range of options, the pool and spa were lovely after a long day sightseeing, comfortable rooms.

Spa area was quiet and relaxing first thing in the morning and all staff were very helpful.

It was close to the ‘old town’ had a mall a few minutes walk away, and in the centre of the area you could use scooters so also had those for access around the area.

You are in a beautiful city with a beautiful river walk along the river and ease yourself into the city and Old Town.Great hotel and would certainly recommend.

There is a shopping mall within a 10 minute walk with plenty of eateries upstairs and the main square is a good 30 min walk which we both enjoyed.

The rooms were pleasant and not cramped with good walk in showers.

It is clean, organised and a great location for a quick 2 minute walk to the nearby Gallerie Kasimierz.

It is about 30 minutes walk from the old town - which is fine in decent weather.

A 20 minute walk to square which we didn't mind and teo minutes from a large shopping mall

Probably 20-30 minutes walk to the main square,

We walked back from the main square to the hotel one of the days which took about 40 mins.

but it's not far (direct about 30mins walk) to centre which gets you out seeing the place and it's very safe.

but if you don’t mind walking it’s idea.

The adjacent hotel is also an IBIS so it may be worth paying the extra if you want the extra amenities.

The room is correct, shower and sink are not separated from the bedroom

However if you wanted slightly more luxurious such as a shower in a separate room to the bedroom maybe the hotel next door may be better?

The Rooms
The rooms are pretty basic: a more or less king size bed, a sink right beneath the bed, a shower and a separate toilet.

The shower is very tiny not suitable for big or tall people.

The rooms are quite small and the shower is in the room so theres little privacy which wasnt an issue for us

It feels weird that the shower was part of the room.

very basic amenity with no shampoo provided.

Given the hotel is budget please expect there is lack of water boiler, refrigerator, shampoo, body wash , tooth brush and tooth paste.

but shower was a nightmare as there is no privacy at all once u step out of it plus there is a mirror right in front so if your stopping with friends they can see u getting a shower.

The only slight downside was the shower in the room which worked perfectly well

There’s also mirrors everywhere, some of which reflect the shower.

But, if all you need is bed, shower, sink and breakfast and you're sharing with a friend you have accommodation close to town for £25 per night.

What one receives for the cost is a very basic room with few amenities.

The majority of people would be looking at popping to Krakow for a long weekend so for this is the perfect hotel - it is a no frills hotel, it has beds and a shower and a kettle and even a television  - what more could you want.

The rooms are really small with about 12" of rack space to hang up your clothes.

One thing we didn’t like was the bathroom, or lack of bathroom.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, right next to train/ bus station & shopping centre 200m away, Metro station near by for access to rest of Krakow & surroundings area.

but rooms are clean and bed was comfortable enough for a 2 night stay and really that's all what's needed.

Was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staff, location of the hotel and cleanliness of the room.

The location, the staff from the front desk and from the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room and of the entire hotel, everything were more that I expected.

Lovely hotel, the housekeeping staff were excellent at their job and our room was always spotless.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location near the main station and not far from most tourist sights is perfect.

Our family room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower wasn't very powerful which was the only slight annoyance.

We found the hotel to be perfectly located, in fact I don’t think you could get better:
- 2 minute walk to the main train station 
- 5 minute walk to the main bus station 
- Bus and tram stops almost directly outside 
- 10 minute walk to the old town (this was a very nice and safe walk) 
- Almost next to a massive shopping centre with a big food court.

The galierie krakowsia as I mentioned is a large shopping centre ajioned to the train station which has a couple of carrefour supermarkets, big chain shops and plenty of chain restaurants. Attractions.

There is a big shopping center next to the hotel so you'll get everything you need.

Fantastic value hotel, great start and about 4 minutes walk from Galeria shopping centre and 15 minutes from old townhouse take a travel kettles take your own and tea bags to make your tea   and get  crosissants from bakery  

Great location five mins walk from railway station / shopping centre and 10-15 mins from old town.

It also has a big shopping centre in the railway station building which makes it convenient to shop while you travel.

The location of this hotel is really convenient as it is right next to the shopping centre, train station and the tram station.

The shopping centre is less than 5 minutes away and the train station is within the shopping centre; it’s called Krakow Glówny and it has a train service to the airport.

There's a massive shopping centre about 10 mins walk away, it has a big food court and we ate there twice.

I arrived at the airport & took the train which is connected to the airport & is well signposted.If you see any train on the platform just jump on board & get off at the 5th stop (Glowny).It takes around 20 minutes & cost me £1.85, the station is connected to the 'Galleria' shopping complex & the hotel is a 3 minute walk from leaving the shopping centre.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, the location is perfect, close to the bus, train and metro station as well as some great shopping center.

There are no frills and the rooms are quite small

You really do have to live out of your suitcase, which when there are 2 adults in a small room, gets very uncomfortable.

The small room has a tv and internet access in the lobby.

The room has a small area for hanging clothes and a small shelf.

In our small room I sleeped with my mum there was soo small bathroom and in the bathroom the shower was shining colorfully while you are washing yourself.

although rooms are small and breakfast just acceptable.

This is a really budget hotel, so expect tiny rooms and even tinier bathrooms.

Room is so small that if you want to work you must sit on bed and lean against the wall - then you will fill your neighbour who is on the other side of wall.

Great location, close to the central railway and bus stations, 2 minutes from a station of the bus for airport, close to a huge mall and at walking dictation to Krakow Old Town.

Oh the way back to the airport we opted for the train, which was around £2 each.

The must of this hotel is that it's really near city center (10mn walk)  and near public transport (tram, buses and train station with train going to airport in 25mn) and also that there's a 24/24h check-in, perfect for our flight which arrived late at night!

But as I've mentioned the station is very close if you just wanted to hop on a train.

You can also go back to the station and take a direct train to the airport.

Location is fantastic - 5 minutes from the main train and bus station in Krakow and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town.

Clean and pleasant staff very handy for the main railway station and a tram stop for the night life just out side of the hotel.

Near you will find tram/bus stop and the central railway and bus station of Kraków.

Clean and bright, friendly staff and it's right by the train station.. We caught a train to and from the airport, so easy to do and cost about £2 each, you pay once on the train, then the hotel is about 5 minute walk away.

There is also a  tram stop next to the hotel.

The rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is good and the location helps alot as it's located near the city centre and train and bus stops.

If you arrive by bus or train, it is just perfect.

It is located a 5 min walk from the train station "Krakow Glowny" (You can take a train direct to this station from the airport - buy tickets on the platform or train.

It's very central, in fact there's an entrance to the far end of the rail station platforms almost outside the door.

The noise of the lift was at times a bit intrusive.

Some especially fascinating details: the lift was always ready to lift you up from downstairs and the lift door was open.

even though our room was not next to the staircase or elevator.

Fab modern boutique hotel well situated in the Jewish District.

The hotel was perfectly located between the Old Town and Jewish Quarter and the room was comfortable, modern and clean.

The entire hotel is very modern and fresh.

The room we had was massive, very modern and nice and warm  Tremendous breakfast and great staff. .

The room was huge and spotlessly clean, with a very large comfortable bed, 2 lovely chairs a balcony over looking the lovely courtyard and a modern shower room.
