The hotel is clean n tastefully decorated with a touch of the local flavor.. Serafim n his wife Desi were a great host n his mum, Rosi is a great cook.

In the lower level of the hotel is the restaurant with a woodstove on one end providing a nice warm atmosphere to enjoy the meal.

Love the atmosphere in the tavern and most of all the friendliness and helpful family!

This nice 2-star-family-owned-hotel (more bed and breakfast if you ask me) consists of 2 parts - a so-called folk or traditional style and a comtemporary one.

The room was traditionally decorated and had a lovely view of the town.

Koprivshtitsa itself remains a fascinating place with a number of museum houses, all of which are worth visiting, whilst there is history to be discovered in many nearby towns and villages.

but offering everything needed for a good sleep (what exactly we needed after spending the entire day in visiting museums and having a tasty dinner with a lot of rakia and wine), the apartment was on the upper floor and has much more space and a great terrace big enough for 4-6 people terrace from where you could enjoy the view at the town.

Simo, Desi and family do an excellent job and make absolutely certain that you have a comfortable stay and excellent food.

At the same time, his mother is a superb cook, always providing delicious food with the help of Simo's wife.

but they also provided us with a varietyof interesting meals.

The meals were excellent and rooms are very comfortable.

The food was well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced.

The next day she helped with recommendations in the village, places to eat and visit - really nice.

It felt like the family who owns the hotel had us over their house for dinner.

This family hotel is A really family hotel - we felt like at home, we got great recommendations for tours in the city and Bulgaria homemade food.

The meals are especially memorable: home-made by Mum!

They seem genuinely interested in us having a good holiday in Bulgaria and took time explaining food, Bulgarian culture, town, and history.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains, the bed was comfortable and the meals excellent.

Simo, the son in charge, is always incredibly helpful and will put himself out to do anything to make your stay there more enjoyable.

The family were extremely friendly and helpful.

What makes the place special are the very friendly owners - especially the son who speaks ok English.

Nikolina and her brother Serafim, were pleasant, always smiling and very polite.

The owners are extremely kind people and trying to give you the best possible service.

The couple who runs the hotel (more like a B&B) was very welcoming on our arrival.

The location could not be better with a lovely view of the town below, whilst being close to beautiful countryside.

We enjoyed the quiet town and went for lovely hikes.The family at the hotel was well informed and very friendly.

The hotel was quiet at night as there is no motorized traffic nearby and being a small town there's not much traffic anyway, especially at night.

The food was great, the rooms were nice enough, and the hotel is within walking distance from everything in the town.

Wonderful balcony with a couple of stools, lovely view over town to hills on other side, and sun.

This is a real find in a gorgeous town:  a family-run, very friendly and comfortable place.

Koprivshtitsa is a lovely small town close to Sofia.

Koprivshtitsa is a delightful small town that has preserved many examples of the Bulgarian National Revival period.

The room has an amazing view as the name described, panorama.

The view from the balcony is great - you can see the beaty of Koprivshtita by day and by night.

We had visited the hotel for a few days in 2014 and this year stayed for a few days at the beginning and end of a four week holiday in Bulgaria.

I recommend you visit the hotel "Panorama" in Koprivshtitza.

I will certainly visit again and stay in this hotel.

Should you visit this town, Panorama is relatively easy to find and is a pleasant place to rest and wander about the village.

The staff is very nice and can give you information about the city and the museums.

Located on the hill dominating the city this makes the hotel quiet during the night.

The hotel has a great location with very nice view over the city of Koprivshtitsa.

The location, the view, the smells and style is coming from the fairy tales.

I highly recommend visiting both Churches (St. Nicolas and Virgin Mary)

It was among the best breakfast's we have had in Bulgaria.

Staff with Very professional etiquette, great atmosphere.

The Hotel is bright and clean and modern yet fits in well with the old style Bulgarian houses that form the village.

Service in the restaurant was friendly and they sure make us feel special.

The waiter was very friendly and we sat outside with a pleasant view of beautiful Koprivshtitsa.

We visited Koprivshtica beginning of May and decided to visit the restaurant within the hotel Bashtina Kashta for a quick lunch.

It was very tasty with some home cured hams that were simply delicious and we got plenty to eat.

The the staff on the reception is not nice - unfriendly , not speaking English not helping when asking on second day to clean our room.

Very cozy and one has everything one needs.

A good place to absorb some local color in a town with interesting history filled with beautiful houses.

That's an old place built back in 1832 and it perfectly fits into the town's historical architecture while at the same time without being luxurious it provides everything a tourist may ask for, including a good-quality restaurant.

A well manicured lawn is surrounded by colorful flowers.

The food at the house is simply amazing - we enjoyed eating traditional Bulgarian meals.

The food in the restaurant was home-made and very delicious.

The food in the restaurant was way better than the food we ordered in any other restaurant in town.

The restaurant offers the essentials of the Bulgarian cuisine - everything we ate was very tasty.

As we were in a group, we had a set dinner menu which consisted of an enormous sausage and lots of the usual Bulgarian salads and vegetables.

I highly recommend eating here for dinner.

(Personally, for beer I would recommend Zagorka).

The apartement in which we stayed has 2 separate rooms, one including a traditional stove, and the bathroom is quite large - and modern - with no shortage of hot water.

but the host was very helpful with instructions.

The owner was very accommodating and communication went very well setting up all details.

Then when we arrived, he greeted us with a smile and was more than helpful.

A beautiful and quaint family run hotel, the couple were so lovely, like we were welcomed into their home.

This is a beautiful 19th-century traditional Bulgarian house, fully renovated by its current owners.

It is a lovely 1832 house fully renovated by its owner Ivan in 2006.

The location is central, in the authentic part of the town.

its a short walk into the centre of the town, just as well as it was a bit loud in town at night (where did all those people come from? its such a quiet place!)

We love the beautiful and quiet town, we will definitely return to it and I can assure everyone that we will stay at the same place.

plus, it seems like the sidewalks of this town roll up at 7 pm during this time of year.
