We were greeted by friendly members of staff, in the beautifully decorated reception area, who ensured our safe and comfortable arrival into our warm, clean and cozy room.

It is a good stopover, particularly if you wish to break your journey and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The three course meals provided in the restaurant were extremely delicious and value for money, with staff being attentive to one's needs.

The service at Reception is good, the parking and security is unobtrusive and you park right by the door of your room.

I have enjoyed my stay there and the treatment I receive from the front desk was excellent.

This was very relaxing and the staff were very good.

The reception area is beautifully decorated and we immediately felt welcome and at home.

but when I showered it was cold, she insisted it was not cold (as though she showered with me and knew).

although we only used the shower as the bath appeared to be missing it's taps, which didn't really bother us.

I wasn't advised upfront about the bath without taps for water saving.

No fridge in room, broken curtain rail, no bedside rug, no soap holder in shower, db board in guests room so got disturbed after 8pm to have geyser for whole hotel switched on.

Only 3 out of 5 electric blankets worked and the second en suite shower did not work at all.

As stated in the title, the staff were extremely friendly, from the cleaning crew to the reception/welcome people and chefs, everyone was very helpful, very accommodating, I can’t say enough good things about them.

Nice pool, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.

Owners were very friendly and accommodating - we were able to braai and use their facilities next to the pool (using the meat we had brought with us).

Everyone was so warm and friendly and nothing was too much effort!! !

Our hostess, Sophia, was so friendly, warm and welcoming and the entire experience from the time of booking to arrival and checking out was so professional and seamless.

The garden is nice and the service friendly.

though was run down, faucets were loose, things provided in the room (kettle etc) were old and untidy and the lighting was very poor.

The roll was given to us in clingwrap on the plate - rock hard from being heated in the microwave too long.

However when our load shedding slot came up from 1-3:30 pm on Friday, the generator was not switched on and without the wifi we ended up missing an afternoon of work anyway.

During the night, some lights from outside were shining into our rooms, which kept one or two members awake for a while.

Other guests very noisy and requests to establishment to control noise amounted to nothing.

Would have liked to hear from owner after we gave them feedback.

We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We can recommend this place for all kind of travel.

The host  was efficient and accomodating and went out of her way to assist us.

The team at Oak Park went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible and had everything we needed for the most perfect stay!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Oak Park and appreciated the staff hospitality.

They were very accommodating to us when we needed to check our late as my family was staying with me and had nothing to do in the area while I worked.

The website described the hotel as a four star space, with wifi-this was the most important factor as we both still had to work on Friday (remotely).

My one suggestion is to link the website directly with Tripadvisor to make booking easier.

There was a misunderstanding initially about the pricing of units, and I was a bit upset because it was more expensive than stated on the website, and out of our budget.

We were reluctantly given the rate advertised on the website.

If you can improve room temperature, that is availability of heaters especially winter.

but an awful setting next to the main road, dirty furnishings, down at heel, make shift additions to buildings, no extractor fan in bathroom.

Showers and towels need some improvements.

It is the best place ever beds are comfy and very safe nice environment and the people there are very friendly and kind I suggest u book your stay now or you will miss out on this best place

All the staff members were were good and proffessional, and everything was fine by my side.

It's good to have a chair to sit in and a desk to work at.

The staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the food delicious.

From the friendly greeting we received from Riaan, we were completely looked after.

The house is like a museum containing items the owners have collected.

Service excellent, staff very accommodating, best pizza on the property, clean and fresh accommodation, we enjoy the old orchard guest house very much and recommended it anytime to othersGreat getaway from the city life.

The staff are attentive, helpful & it was a very pleasant stay.

However on down side, wifi was weak and reception was frequently un-manned; so I had to wait a while for service.

I usually enjoy staying in your BnB except one thing "Network connectivity " in your area is very poor.

Had an issue with the internet connection,

The towels were frayed, the carpet unclean, TV never worked, free wifi was a non event.
